Axis Bank — payment of a fraud transaction

Last october my father's credit card details were shared and a fraud was done. We immediately called the customer service to stop the transaction and also went to the bank for complaint. We were assured that the problem will be resolved and a temporary refund of the amount was done to the credit card. However the statements for my card never showed the amount was credited and we have been since been contacted the bank employees to pay the amount. We were told to keep paying the minimum amount and also there is an intrest that has been taken. Today someone from the bank came to our house and they are demanding the amount from us when we were the victim of the fraud and we did everything to stop the transaction.

I have shared the details. The employees have themselves said to us to keep paying the minimum amount and yesterday a person came to our house for the same. This is mentally stressing my father who is 65 years of age.

And what is the use of immediately telling the bank if the bank cannot stop the transaction. We immediately did call the bank but that was of no use.

Hi Team,

I purchased a samsung product on 06-may-2019 at vasanth &co with 15% cashback. As per instruction cashback will be credited after 90 days but still I didnt receive the cashback.when I called to customer care they keep on saying some story. Kindly let me know the status of cashback..

I am waiting for more than 110 days for my cashback... I am using axis bank for past 10 years it worst experience. I raised two incident for this issue each time they were saying different dates to wait... Pls find the ticket number for reference 54227782.. I won't be planning to continue with axis bank... All private banks are always giving fake commitment...

For past 20 days I am checking for this issue... No response from axis bank side... Not sure why customer care is there...
I never see such a worst response from axis bank... I advise people not to use axis bank related product...
