Hi,
I have taken bajaj allianz sarve shakti suraksha policy through citibank and have been paying premium for the same @1500 pm for the past 60 months. (Premium is deducted automatically from salary account)
Now i want to surrender the policy. I have dropped an email to support team a year ago, but did not receive any response.
Also, dropped another email to help. [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in yesterday, but did not receive any call/email regarding the same.
Earlier, i have contacted the citibank to resolve the same, but they said that there is nothing they can do about it as it is a product of bajaj.
Looking forward for your reply and action towards the same.

Yestrday was its first service... After service i got my bike without overflow tube and without screwing the side box...
And bike have many scratch when i get first time
