I am unable to renewal my policy online and i raised a complain,
Complain no. Is[protected], i continue calling to customer care and they're asking to call 24hrs then 48 hrs then 2hrs but no call received any of the time, policy no. Is-og[protected]-00001720, i have also asked to register my mobile no-[protected], but still it is not updated it's a pathetic service by bajaj allianz i have ever seen, no body is bothering of customer issues just formally promising customer to resolve the issue, is there no deadline to resolve customer issues, we also have other work to do why to waste our time into it and how long would be the process. Kindly check and resolve it asap
