I got a citi bank salary account in 2010 when i was offered for the bajajallianz insurance policy linked with citi bank suvidha account. They guaranteed 8% returns and 2 years lock period. They can come out of the policy anytime after 2 years. I opted for when they say i will receive the bond along with terms & conditions in few days after the enrollment and i can take back off it within a month if i am not ok with t&c and no penalty for that. But i did not receive the bond at all. After 2 years completion, i wanted to cancel the policy and called customer care. They say the lock period is 5 years now. If i still want to surrender, i will lose 40% of the amount i paid as premium. That is ridiculous. If i call citi bank, they say they have no info to give and asked me to write to citi. [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in. I wrote a mail with all my details. Again after few years i started following up to ask how my is the current value but they mentioned less amount then i paid and after discussion with customer care they said if i continue for 10 years i would surely get good return. Few months back i again started inquiring the current value but did not get reply after multiple mails. I have not got any acknowledgement mail either. I kept on sending mails without any luck.

I decided to close my citi bank also now. I want to get rid of the bank account and the insurance policy. I am seeing lot of complaints about this, but none of them say the problem is resolved.

      I purchased the car insurance with comprehensive plan. The bajajallianz customer care executive has told me that i have to pay only 15% during any claim.
      When i have claimed, the total bill is rs. 79525/- they are asking me to pay rs. 23738/-. Which is more than 15%.

        Dear sir.
        I abid ahmed employee code 175783 ranchi (2) branch. Joined balic on[protected]. This is my first month. As per hr policy we have to sent regularization request on or before 18th of every month. Due to my employee code not generated and not registered in bio metric i cant mark my attendance for whole month. But when feb 18 i sent regularize request for all those days which i worked. My manager mr falguni mukherjee approved my attendance on 19th. And after 2 days on 21st feb he again disapproved my 8 days attendance. Below i attached both approved and disapproved screenshots for proof. When i asked to approve my attendance he doesnt reply and today is 26th still not approved. Yesterday i sent mail to bm falguni and cc to regional manager rishi bharti sir and state hr wilson sir. About this issue. But i got reply from bm that iam not doing my duties and not lifting calls etc etc. But it was totally wrong i attend all the calls and reply to each mesgs. The issue is how can a bm harrase a first month new joinee bdm like this. He needs 10 urns which i cannot do. Thats why he play like this. Also he didnt provide any training or induction to me. On very first day he told to do urns ic recruitment. But in my appointment letter clearly mentioned that i have to go mandatory 11 days regional induction program. And second thing i got a mail from my regional manager that i have to report daltonganj regional office tomorrow with this month activity what i did.

        Iam asking you that is this the way bajaj allianz treating a new employee. Iam totally dis satisfied with the reply mail from rm and iam planning to quit my job. And iam sure that my bm will not accept my resignation also if i gave 30 days notice period he will not going to approve my single day of notice period. Becoz here in ranchi branch bio metric system is not working max times. So only regularization option is there which my bm will not approve. Iam asking you the suggestion and need reply from you. What can i do now. When did i get my salary for feb-2019 and if things will not sort out here then if i want to resign then to whom i sent my resignation mail with 30 days notice period. Kindly do the needful. This type of managers will spoil reputation of this good company. If this things continues here no sales person will join baja allianz. Pls look into this issue.

        for the time bieng my issue was resolved.i visit to branch head and discuss about issue. but as of my knowledge HR dept is perfect here but management is not employee friendly. bcoz my attendance was rejected by my BM also from RM. so it was confirm that except HR dept nobody will help here. thanx to HR team. hope this support will continue for every employee. but 1 thing..still my 8 days attendance is not approved. i dont know how HR dept knows the fact they credit my whole month salary. now the issue is my pending unapproved attendance. i will try to fix up with BM or else i will resign.bcoz this time i got my full salary but i dont think next time i will get it. so for my future safety i think i should resign and go for another option. Thank u.

        Hi my name is ashish i make the payment of INR 1959 through upi to bajaj allianz for renewal of mu two wheeler insurance i filled all the details on payment page i select upi menthod payment was successfully done. Balance was deducted from my account after the page says error occured. I checked in my statement payment goes to [protected]@icici .

          You have a facility of live chat on the portal. At time time it is completely waste.

          They are not able to answer any of the query. They just reply with predefined replied.

          If ask of issue they straight away say that this or that department is not available right now we can arrange a call back.

          For every case they have say this only then what is the use of live chat. We are not getting any help from that.

          Everytime they will reply with same replies and they will discontinue the chat stating thank you and the feedback form will appear.

          Please look into this and bring some alternative or stop live chat when operation people are available.

          Keep live chat only at the time of your office hours.

            I hold a life insurance policy through standard chartered bank. Membership number is [protected]. I decided to surrender the policy as i completed the locking period and contacted the customer care for the same. They asked me to send the documents to a chennai. Documents were delivered to the chennai office and i contacted customer care to get an eta on the processing. They had told me that i shouldn't have send it to chennai and apologized for the error on their part.
            I tried to contact the chennai office and they said they shipped the documents to pune head quarters and provided me the courier details
            Bluedart awb number[protected]

            This courier was delivered on 23rd january. Since then i have been following up with customer care to understand when this will be processed. They gave me a srn number#76832999

            I am an nri and i live in the united states. Almost every night us time i call the customer care and every person who attends the call assures me that this will be taken care in 24 to 48 hours. However nothing happens.

            Any help on this matter will be appreciated.

              I had sold my vehicle and requested for ncb certificate on 07/02/2019 but till date i have not received any response from bajaj allianz.

              I had written several mails and contacted customer care but no response. Everytime i call customer care and the executive says that he has escalated the issue to the concerned team and they will contact you within 48 hour.

              Please issue the no claim bonus certificate at the earliest.

                I hv deposited ch. No.804284 dt.12.1.2019 for rs.3938.00 towards renewal of said mediclaim policy with their office situated at c.31, 2nd floor, sector.2, noida, u. P. Under the seal and signature of mr. Abishek on 13.1.2019 and the cheque was debited from my account within a weeks time. After that i have inquired from customer care executive, they informed that no renewal is made till date and advise to contact branch. I approached the noida branch, they said there is server problem and advise me to wait 3/4 days. I hv also send numerous reminders through mails on11.2.2019 & 19.02.2019 and service transaction id was created as no.546878/11.2.2019 and 565468/19.2.2019 and informed me every time that they will get back to me within 24 hours but till today nothing has been heard through email or telephone. Kindly intervene and inform me accordingly.

                  This is to inform you that i have paid my complete emi for this above mentioned policy but it was cancelled without any reason. This means i was charged for a cancelled policy and not informed that it was cancelled. When i was selling my car the buyer informed me that the policy is failed. So when we contacted bajaj allianz we were told to visit bajaj finserv this way we visited 4 offices of bajaj but nothing happened. I am running since more than a year with this but nothing is happening. I was told to issue another policy to get the refund within 45days i did so but that was also a false information. Please help me in getting my refund.

                      I am unable to renewal my policy online and i raised a complain,
                      Complain no. Is[protected], i continue calling to customer care and they're asking to call 24hrs then 48 hrs then 2hrs but no call received any of the time, policy no. Is-og[protected]-00001720, i have also asked to register my mobile no-[protected], but still it is not updated it's a pathetic service by bajaj allianz i have ever seen, no body is bothering of customer issues just formally promising customer to resolve the issue, is there no deadline to resolve customer issues, we also have other work to do why to waste our time into it and how long would be the process. Kindly check and resolve it asap

                          I have paid rs.7786/- towards my policy no.[protected] through credit card on 12.02.2019. It is unfortunate that my premium paid receipt not generated and hence not received. Kindly send it through my registered e-mail immediately.

                          It is also brought to the notice that every year i experience the same. It is highly appreciated if web payment system be improved.

                            We would like highlight few points regarding policy issued by bajaj allianz and how company try to make fool to customers.

                            Initially executives contacted me for policy renewal from bajaj allianz, earlier issued from tata aig. Executive offered me premium little less from existing company by reducing the features available in existing policy even though executed have never informed me for this deletion (Like loss of personal belongings).

                            After that i have given pdc cheque on dated 05/01/19 of inr 10500 on 28/12/18.

                            Policy was issued by company on 05/01/19 but hard copy was sent on 20/01/19 to cover 15 days of policy correction period.

                            After getting the policy, i was shocked to see that there was a big mistake done by bajaj allianz and it may be intentionally to reject the claim during any mis-happening. Company have changed the make/model of car and mentioned maruti swift dzire kg instead of maruti swift.

                            Engine no has also taken 6 digits as there was of 7 digits in rc.

                            Nominee is also not mentioned in policy.

                            Email is also not updated in the policy.

                            Company has also deleted the feature of personal belongings which was in earlier policy of tata aig.

                            I am continually approaching and called many times to mr vikaskh kumar (Web) (Bg28938) (+[protected] of bajaj allianz regarding about corrections but he always given further time and ask me to contact him again and again.

                            Regarding this issue, i have sent mail more than 6 times to all level which are given in website of bajaj allianz but always i got system generated mail only. No one from bajaj allianz has bothered to contacted me and not issued revised policy.

                            I was feeling mental disturbance due to this behavior of bajaj allianz. I have given hard earned money to take insurance but i never expect such a lazy response and fake commitments with incorrect policy from this big organisation.

                            Initially i have advised to others to take policy from bajaj allianz but in future, i can’t propose to anyone.

                            Finally, you are requested to please get it corrected my policy no. Og[protected]-00018109 & customer id:[protected] and send me immediately.

                            You may also get refund my money as i don’t want to keep continue with bajaj allianz company.

                            Dear Bajaj Allianz,

                            I have sent initial complain on dated 28.01.2019 to Bagichelp/Ho Direct Marketing/Customer Care/General and also shared complete information like phone number and email id but every time bajaj allianz is asking details .

                            Even though, system has generated complain number BAGIC=508-999 on dated 28.01.2019,
                            Renuka Thakur/HO Direct Marketing/Customer Care/General sent mail on dated 05.02.2019 and given complaint no is 76613020.
                            Once again Bajaj Allianz Customer Care's responded on 11th Feb, 2019 with new reference no. BA - 1417.

                            I don`t know, why Bajaj Allianz is trying to hide the inefficiency by changing complaint references.

                            You have issued incorrect policy after taking earlier policy and RC so then why you always ask to contact number and email id.

                            I have wasted lots of time and energy to write complaints so finally I have decided to get refund my money with interest.

                            Don`t want to continue with Bajaj Allianz.

                            Thanks for giving me mental tension due to above issues.

                              The claim is mentioned as settled after so many hassles for past one month and now the amount is not credited. I have called many people and everyone informing it would be added by end of the day but nothing happened till now. They confirmed that its 100% insurance but given only 90%. And now that amount is also not added in to my account. The emi has been deducted but no use at all.

                                I, Subhas Samanta (S/O. Bhagirath Samanta and Husband of Mrs. Sanchita Samanta) had two Bajaj Allianz policies-Pol nos: [protected] (with Regular Premium Rs. 9, 627 & [protected] (Rs. 2969.0). I paid two premiums for each policies via my agent (Mr. SIMANTA in Arambag Area of Hooghly District, who has left the company after the cheat fund dispute) But, for some reason, my agent did not deposit 3rd premiums, although I paid him both premiums amount. During this time, I was studying in abroad and unable not track the policies. I recently approached Bajaj Allianz regional office in Mani square mall in Kolkata to get some percentage of the principal amount refunded; however, it resulted in no hope. PS; Both policy certificates lack my surname, so I got them corrected through court, as suggested by a Bajaj Allianz personal of the Calcutta main branch.

                                  Please note that, I took Policy No. [protected] in July 2008 and paid total 3 lakhs rupees. I approached earlier many times your Pala office to close the policy, they were keep on telling me that they will pay the full amount after maturing the policy in July 2018. Based on this, I was awaiting for the maturity date and approached again in August 2018 first week for the matured amount. This time, they told me that the Policy has already matured and Maturity amount is Rs. 6, 42, 252/- and they will give me only Rs. 2, 14, 084/- now (1/3 part of maturity amount) and keep the remaining amount of Rs. 4, 28, 168/- with them and pay me around Rs. 1, 400/- to 1, 600/- as monthly pension. Further, they told me that they would have given the full amount together if I had come at least 2 days before the maturity date (but they never told me this earlier when I approached many times). Considering the interest of the holding amount of Rs. 4, 28, 168/- the monthly pension is very low (only 4 % interest approximately) hence, not acceptable to me.
                                  I did not agree to this proposal and have not received any amount until today. I took this policy based on Bajaj Allianz’s agent who promised full amount plus pension after maturity. Hence, I want the full amount together now itself as per the agreement. I would not have taken this policy if I had a hint that the maturity payment will be this way.
                                  Therefore, you are requested to release the full maturity amount (Rs. 6, 42, 252/-) together as single payment now itself.
                                  Further, although the agent guaranteed 36 % yearly fund growth, the policy had never showed this growth and Bajaj Allianz has taken all the benefits from my 3 lakhs rupees within these 10 years. If I would have opened a fixed deposit with any bank, this amount would have got at least 10 lakhs rupees by now. I just took a wrong decision 10 years back and had taken a policy from Bajaj Allianz. I cannot afford any further lose in this regard.
