Dear sir/ma'am,
I've been following bajaj life insurance company regarding my money back policy [protected] since last 10-12 days. Bajaj life insurance customer care says that an amount has been paid to me in 2015 as survival benefit and that too, transferred to some obc account. I, never, had any account in obc. I have been asking to provide me the details of the amount transferred but still waiting for the resolution of the issue. Should i assume that bajaj life insurance is a fraudulent company and indulges in swiping of their customers money.

I had received msg from Bajaj Allianz that my policy no[protected]is matured to claim this I have to visit my nearest Bajaj Allianz office. But there is no office showing in my district CACHAR, ASSAM.
After that when I deposited my premium I had got reciept no 031992 and policy no[protected].
Now problem is that how I will get my amount.

      Would like to bring to your notice a case of serious misconduct by bajaj allianz insurance company.

      This is regarding the policy no: [protected].

      This policy was a bajaj century plus product purchased in 2008 as a life insurance investment. At the time of policy, it was explained that this policy will be exempt under both section 80c and the maturity proceeds will also be tax free.

      The sum assured for this policy was 1, 50, 000 and the amount paid as premium is rs 30, 000. Since the premium paid was less than equal to 20% of the sum assured, the policy qualified for exemption under both section 80c and as the policy was purchased before 2012, under section 194 da as well the maturity proceeds would be deemed as tax free.

      However, the bajaj allianz executive and their team also asked my family to unnecessarily pay a top-up premium of rs 20, 000. They said that the sum assured for top-up premium is 25, 000 and it will not impact the original policy tax exempt status.

      I also paid six overdue premiums of rs 30, 000 each in 2017 as a tax saving exemption. Before paying the premiums, i had asked the bajaj allianz executives specifically whether the policy will qualify for 80c exemption and if the maturity proceeds would be tax free. They affirmed that the policy will qualify for exemption under 80c and that the maturity proceeds would be tax free.

      The policy matured in 2018 with a final maturity proceeds of ~rs 3, 36, 000 and the bajaj allianz people have deducted tds (@1%) and also stated that the maturity proceeds will be taxable. They are telling that because you paid a top-up of 20, 000 in the policy in 2008 your total premium exceeds the 20% of sum assured and hence the policy will be taxable. Now, i am liable to pay tax on the entire amount of maturity proceeds

      I feel cheated and deceived, as all this while the bajaj allianz executives kept convincing us to purchase this policy showing it as a tax free investment, asking us to pay more premiums and repeatedly kept lying.

      If they would have stated this explicitly at the time of paying the top-up in 2008 that the policy status would turn to taxable due to the premium, we would not have paid the premium in the first place. Not only did they hid the fact from my family, they even wrongly stated that premium paid would not impact the tax exemption status.

      Further in 2016, when in 2016, i had enquired again and again from the bajaj allianz officers about the taxability, interest charges, they again misled by telling that the policy would be exempt under both section 80c and section 194 d. If they would have told me that maturity proceeds would be taxable why would i invest rs 1, 80, 000 in the policy at that stage itself, i would not have invested in the policy in the first place as i was looking for a tax-exempt investment.

      Now, because of all this, i have unnecessarily come under a huge tax liability, which is a huge burden. I have tried to contact them multiple times but they have failed to provide any resolution to this,

        I have emailed you, but no response on it, if you will not take any action then i have to take some legal action against your company (Bajaj allianz). Because nobody is taking any action. I hope you will contact me on email.

          Kindly note that I took Bajaj Allianz Insurance Policy No. [protected] in July 2008 and paid total Rs. 3, 00, 000/- (3 Lakhs) as following installments
          1st Premium Rs. 1, 00, 000/- paid on[protected]
          2nd Premium Rs. 1, 00, 000/- paid on[protected]
          3rd Premium Rs. 1, 00, 000/- paid on[protected]
          Total paid Rs. 3, 00, 000/-.
          The Policy is matured in July 2018 and as informed by them the maturity amount is around Rs. 6, 42, 000/- (six lakhs forty-two thousand) and as per them, they will hold 2/3 (Rs. 4, 28, 000/-) of maturity amount and pay me around Rs. 1, 400/- to 1, 600 monthly pension.
          Considering the interest of the holding amount of 4, 28, 000/- the monthly pension is very low hence, not acceptable to me.
          Kindly intervene/take action to stop this exploitation and get the full maturity amount together now itself.
          I took this policy based on Bajaj Allianz’s agent who promised full maturity value plus pension after maturity. Hence, I want the full amount together now itself. I would not have taken this policy if I have a hint the maturity payment as this way. If I would have opened a fixed deposit with any of the bank, this amount would have got at least 10 lakhs rupees by now. I cannot tolerate this exploitation further.
          Also, the policy document does not indicate about the details of pension plan. Bajaj Allianz is changing the clauses for their benefits. While signing the policy document, it was only a 2 sheet (4 pages) contract. Later on the agent handed over to me another book with more pages after affixing the signed 2 sheets in the middle with glue.
          Hence, I humbly request your goodself to intervene on this issue to get the full maturity value of Bajaj Allianz Insurance Policy No. [protected] together instead of holding 2/3 fund value and pay as pension.

              Respected sir/madam,
              i called customer support of bajaj allianz general insurance office to cancel my e-mandate for monthly premium deduction but they refused to cancel and they told me that, e-mandate with monthly premium will not be cancelled only yearly premium e-mandate is cancelled. Is it true. What is the procedure to cancelled e-mandate. Please help.

                Iam also not able to change my portfolio even after visiting branch and submitting the request to change my portfolia from company to self manage portfolia.
                I called so many times but still they are not able to change.
                I have raised so many request but they simply take request and close without any solution.

                  As per the quotation received from the bajaj allianz on 8 december 2018 for the renewal of my car insurance policy it was agreed that i will have to pay the premium of rs 20, 987/- for the idv of rs. 8, 06, 203/- and after going through all process today i received the policy and there was change in the idv value instead of rs. 8.06.203 they changed the value to rs, 7, 29, 621/-. Which is totally wrong. I want idv value of my car to be the same as declared in the quotation or cancel the policy and refund the amount.

                    I have purchased bajaj ct100 and in only 4 months the bike's engine start leaking and many other problem related to engine are coming
                    And the company claims much mileage but actually the bike is not giving satisfactory mileage even it was shocking that in only three to four months the engine starts leakage and giving these problems

                      I got a call from sunil agarwal ([protected]) for a personal loan. He offers me a 0% interest loan against insurance policy.in details he told me to buy a insurance and on the behalf of policy bond bajaj finserv will give me the 0% loan.

                      Then i got a call from rahul ([protected]) he asked me to buy a insurance policy from future generali, total value of 6, 00, 000.00 and to be paid in 10 installment of 60, 000.00, means 10 % + gst i have to pay for 10 years for insurance. Then i have to submit the insurance policy bond to the bajaj finance company and they will provide me the loan of 6lcas. These guy are so much professionals that i agreed to take the insurance policy for 0% loan.

                      Then mr. Amit patel ([protected]) from future generali insurance company called me for insurance. He visited my place and offers me a policy of 6, 00, 000.00 (6 lacs) i paid the first installment amount of policy and was happy for a 0% loan is coming. Everything was going absolutely fine. But suddenly after paying the insurance policy first installment i found something fishy.

                      I asked mr. Sunil agarwal to show me the website of bajaj finance where this loan is mentioned or any other document but this man always changes the topic. He always talks about other things. Then i called future generali insurance customer care. I asked about my policy and the cancellation process.

                      I was lucky that the i have that grace period to cancel the policy. I immediately cancelled the policy. I emailed at amit. [protected]@futuregenerali.in & cc to [protected]@futuregenerali.in and vijay. [protected]@futuregenerali.in (These are the emails i got conversation for insurance) for cancellation. I didn't talked to any one about the cancellation of my policy.

                      On next day morning i got a call from rahul and his first word was asking about the cancelling the loan as i have requested to cancel the insurance policy. Here i thanked to god. I was thinking how this man rahul came to know about the cancellation of policy.

                      Now i have mentioned three names, first is sunil, second is rahul and third is amit patel from insurance company. All these group of men are totally fraud.

                      On giving a 0% loan they attract people and ask to pay the first installment of insurance policy. When a user pays the first installment of policy then these guys get there commission of insurance first installment. No loan then.

                        I am so unhappy that i got such a response from your employer. I met an employer named kavitha in bajjaj alliance insurance company chandigarh sector 9, i took a full insurance for my bike paying 2760/-... After payement for a week i didnt get any responce.. I contacted your employer kavitha and she said it will b ready in 2 days.. And for another week i waited.. And no response came from her side.. And i called her again and she said she will send some one to me.. And that also was lie. And i called office and they said will connect with kavitha.. And then she said my insurance cannot be proceeded due to sime reasons and will refund the money in 2 days.. And i said ok.. After 2 week i didn't get any refund and when i called her.. She behaved in such a bad manner and told me she dont know about my money and do wot ever i want.. I am a doctor in a central government institution.. My hectic shedule made me to stuck in hospital.. And i didnt get time to go to office.. I am new joinee in my hosital 240 new admissions where there.. Most of my colleagues are from outside chandigarh and i hope we can take insurance from your company but what i was gone through is too bad and i want to let headoffice know about this matter.. And you are such a repyted company and dont let any customers suffer like this because of your employer. Kindly do something to sort my refund immediately. It has been nearly 1 month.

                          Fraud insurance company

                          Now i have met with an accident and i apply for insurance claim with baja allianz but they are refusing to give the claim ammount as saying that in your claim there is a issue of ncb. I had no knowledge about ncb neither they (Bajaj allianz general insurance company limited) told me regarding this.

                          First party vehicle owner has already taken the claim. Thing is that they must told us regarding ncb that we could not get any further claim amount but they did not tell us anything regarding. I have several time mailed to bajaj allianz general insurance company regarding claim but did not receive any response so far.

                            I have bought a policy from bajaj allianz two months ago and now i have already sent a mail for policy cancellation due to financial issues. Company is saying that we cant stop ecs and i am not able to understand why they cant stop ecs.. They cant force the customer and they cant take money from the customers account if customer is not wished to.
                            I spoke to my saving account bank they are saying that bajaj allianz has to intimate my bank for stopping ecs but bajaj allianz is not wishing to do so they

                            Any update its been almost 3 week I didnt receive update

                            Policy schedule : monthly ( Rs 3000)
                            my policy monthly installment in the month of September 2018 had been deducted two times, but one time extra payment amount not refunded yet. You are requested to refund Rs 3000 as soon as possible in my account.

                              Taking bajaj allianz zero dep motor policy was the biggest mistake of my life, intentionally or mistakenly they will give you faulty policy and if you bychance you need a claim they will deny it claiming a fault in policy.

                              In my case they gave me a 20 percent ncb on my car policy even after telling all the details correctly and paid around 15, 000rs for the policy, now when i met with an accident they rejected my claim claiming that you have taken claim in last year so you are not eligible for ncb so your claim is rejected.

                              So my entire policy as a waste of money just because you decided to give a discount which nobody needed and you give them by yourself.

                                I have met with an accident and i apply for insurance claim with baja allianz but they are refusing to give the claim ammount as saying that in your claim there is a issue of ncb. I had no knowledge about ncb neither they (Bajaj allianz general insurance company limited) told me regarding this.

                                First party vehicle owner has already taken the claim. Thing is that they must told us regarding ncb that we could not get any further claim amount but they did not tell us anything regarding. I have several time mailed to bajaj allianz general insurance company regarding claim but did not receive any response so far.

                                    My complaint may seem very silly but it is a proof for bajaj allianz's ignorance about customer's issues.

                                    I bought the subjected policy for my skoda rapid ambition plus diesel mt. But they mentioned it wrongly in the policy as elegance.

                                    I have been contacting the customer service both by phone and email for the simple correction in car's subtype from elegance to ambition. They are not even calling me back to...

                                      The above said policy no. Is issued by the shivaji marg, Delhi office, on dt..16th Nov.18 by your agent Mr.Gaurav Anand mobile no.
                                      [protected], by paying Cash Rs.9370/- .
                                      The policy is not received in hard or soft copy till date . I got
                                      worst experience with company, when talked to customer care dt, .5th
                                      December . He is not agreed to send the policy copy to my mail id . I
                                      answered several security questions from the customer care but failed
                                      to get the policy copy .

                                      I don't know whether my policy is done or only a number is given to me
                                      for my Car no. DL4CAF 4091 .It is almost 22 days over .Look into the
                                      matter, or I will transfer this case to other authorities to check
                                      the case.'
