This was the extra money wrongly charged by bajaj allianz on 26.11.2018 for owner driver accident cover of rs. 15 lacks, for a renewal of a two wheeler insurance policy no. Og[protected]-00161885, starting from 14.12.2018. This 15 lac cover i did not require. But at that time i was told...

I went to one of the cashless hospital mentioned by bajaj allainz and found it really expensive but as i was covered cashless i thought Bajaj will look after me. But I ened by paying huge money from my pocket because bajaj alliancz refused my claim simply by giving no reason.
Hospital kept me for extra two days because my insurance company was reverting back hospital and i have paid for those extra two days as well....

I have asked for an ncb certificate for my auto insurance policy over two weeks back. Issue number is 77300062.

Sent email to customercare and called their customer care number at least 3 times. After wasting a lot of valuable time, and repeatedly hearing empty promises that someone would contact me over phone, i am registering this complaint.
