My kind advice is don't take any policy with Bajaj Allianz. I had a very bad experience with them. Just for the policy copy following up with them for more than 15 days. Current value of the policy is always less than your total premium paid even after the 5 yrs of maturity.

Very bad experience. Unable to do anything. Waste of money ant time.
We have three policy already matured and also received surrender request acknoledgement letter on dated 14.5.2019 still did not get money.

whenever we call to bazaz aliaz office ahmedabad, one guy named tapan told that ur policy amount is on processing will transfer after complete process.

    I have renewed my car insurance policy no. Og[protected]-00012653 on 9th may 2019 with online payment through the link shared with bajaj executive (Vikrant shelke (Vikrant. [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in). Payment was successful and received confirmation also. But i have not received my renewed policy (Neither soft nor hard) yet. I am following up with customer care, but there is no satisfactory answer. My complaints no. Is 7832079
    My existing policy has expired on 11 may2019. It is bothering me not have my current policy because i can not use my car.
    I have been calling and mailed also to mr. Vikrant shelke, he is not responding now. Please look into the matter on priority. I request you to provide my renewed insurance policy asap.

      My name is dipak d. Bhilare.
      I bought a tv from rahul electronics, borivli east, mumbai with extended warranty of three years of bajaj allianz general insurance company limited.
      My tv has black spots and lines appearing on the screen and people from bajaj allianz are saying that this problem can not be claimed under the warranty and they are not ready to replace or repaire the tv. On 15th may 2019 i spoke to area manager of bajaj allianz whose mobile no. Is [protected] and whose name was told as shraddha by bajaj alianz customer care also denied the claim and said that such problems can not be handled in the warranty. My claim no. Is og[protected]-00586263 and extended warranty period is from 25th oct.2017 to 24th oct.2020. Bajaj allianz people are cheating me. Please help me to get my tv repaired as early as possible. I have lodged a complaint in the bajaj allianz also and my complaint no. Is oc[protected]. This complaint number is given by mr. Parshuram from bajaj allianz. Yesterday i went to rahul electronics also from where i bought the tv and those people are also trying to fool me in this case. Please do the needful.

        I purchased bajaj allianz two wheeler insurance from policy bazaar for my vehicle mh12nz2355. Now i applied for transfer of ownership of vehicle where ownership needs to be transferred from 1st owner to 2nd owner name. It has been almost more than 2 months the policy didn't got transferred on my name. I am following up with policy bazaar team but everytime i get reply that policy issuing company is delaying it from their end. I have uplaoded inspection video twice on policy bazaar site still nothing happened. Kindly initiate further process on priortity or initiate refund and cancel policy (Screen shot attached)

          Hello,
          I'm having a policy (Policy no - og[protected]-[protected] with name of garima baliyan (Id[protected], and running this policy since 2008.in this regard, last year in 2018 at the time of renewal we paid 20k to your insurance adviser (Sanju - id[protected] for top up the policy and to renew the policy.

          Since then we have been following to him to share our policy copy but he didnt send it to us, this year again when we chased him for renewal then we came across that he did'nt make any top up in policy and kept the remaining amount with him only (Almost inr 8500/) this is a serious matter how your people can take this matter so easily, moreover neither he update to us nor returned our money. However we get it done this year by our own.

          I need your support to take a strict action else i will have to knock other doors as well.
          Hope, you can understand my concern, i have every proof to to prove it.

            My policy was going to expire on 7th may2019 and i paid the amount for renewal on date of 6th may by the link given by branch. But till now i didn't get my policy details and documents. When i am calling to branch they are not responding properly also not replying my mail. I raised complaint in customer care but no solution. Now my policy got expired and i don't new policy details. Not able to understand if something will happen and suppose...

            Sir i want to provide only general information that due to surveyor sh. Gaurav sharma your car insurance business is badly affected. Against the advice of car showroom owner i take your company car insurance poilcy on alto k 10 hr01 am 8911 but this is proved when i claim a car insurance. Sir i parwinder singh working as quality inspector in central government. My own joint family have 3 cars and 4 bike. But from now we never take chance with your company due to your surveyor gaurav sharma. When i also talj with management of hoshiarpur automobile they also tell me this problem will exit with your company. Sir i only want to advice please reactify customer problem which arise due to non profisional approach of your staff. I post graduate from pau ludhaina in mba agribusiness. I also understand business approach towards customer from the core of mr heart. So i advice you please at least train your staff how to satisfy specially your loyal customer.

              I had inquired about bajaj allianz health policy for my mother aged 53 years with pre existing hyper tension which was conveyed to the employee of bajaj allianz, he asked me to go ahead with the medical check up after i paid the premium amount as a protocol for the health policy.

              Once the medical test was done i got a call after a week saying that the policy was rejected because of hyper tension.

              If a policy isnt given to a person with hyper tension why do they still ask you to go for a medical check up and then deduct the health check up amount and refund the premium amount back to your account.

              Aren't the employees well versed with the policy criteria? Why are you made to pay the premium and go for a check up if the policy is going to be rejected anyways for the pre existing disease.

              And where is the clause mentioned that hyper tension people aren't eligible for health insurance, when youl have clause of pre existing waiting period.

              Pathetic service from Bajaj Allianz, customer service is horrible wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Inspite of several attempts still haven't received any call from the team.

                My complaint may seem very silly but it is a proof for bajaj allianz's ignorance about customer's issues.

                I bought the subjected policy for my tata tiago. But they mentioned it wrongly in the policy as elegance.

                I have been contacting the customer service both by phone and email for the simple correction in car's number. They are not even calling me back to explain what's the challenging thing in the correction.

                It's been frustrating and i am not using the car for several days due to this as i came to a point they will trouble more in case something happens with this error in insurance. I sent the email to nodal officer and whatever the escalation matrix they mentioned on their website.my car number is PB04AA6338 but they are send me wrong policy with AA3668 they not send me my package policy copy

                  I purchase a long term two wheeler policy no og[protected]-00030166 on bajaj allianz portal through bajaj allianz executive and during conversation with executive, he told me that rs. 1500000/- cover for driver, rs. 200000/- cover for co passengers and rs. 100000/- cover for third party damage which is also shown in quote and i paid rs. 4200/- as per the direction of your executive online but as per your policy recd by post there is no cover for owner driver.in this regard i had contacted so many times to your customer care and their immediate seniors and also sent mails dated 14 jan, 15 jan, 18 jan & 19 jan 2018 to [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in and [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in as well as prakriti srivastava/ho direct marketing/call center/general & priyanka gajbhiv/ ho direct marketing/customer care/general but no fruitful action has been taken by anyone till date. Only the same executive contacted me on phone and once again he provide me a false information that pa cover has been provided to me whereas as per policy no cover provided. If company didn't provide owner driver cover as per the commitment of executive, please cancel this policy.

                      They are expert in claim rejection and raising objections:

                      Objection i: you have led late/informed us late so “aapka claim nhi
                      Bnta “
                      My reply: when my car was not there, i immediately called pcr 100.
                      I received messages from them. I showed them and send also to
                      Company

                      Iind objection: i received letter stating final notice, which stated
                      That i had not replied for three letters send by company so your claim
                      Might be rejected.
                      My reply: i had send all letters through speed post and saved also
                      Copy of slip and track consignment delivered report from department
                      Of posts website. I send reply letter with all delivered reports with
                      Highlighting dates.

                      After 1 month, received call to submit key (Already submitted two key
                      As guided by company)

                      Iiird objection: two keys are very less used and third key submitted was not matching with other 2 keys and you
                      Have not submitted with other keys. Its’ “misrepresentation and
                      Concealment of facts “. So claim rejected.
                      My reply: i purchased car iind car around 10 years back. That
                      Person gave me 3 keys. I am using one key. Now matching keys
                      With some machine – nobody do it.

                      Moreover getting car insurance from same company from 10 years,
                      Had they checked single time these keys for which raising objection.

                      I had not submitted iiird reply and decided to go to public and
                      Regulatory bodies against this company.

                      I send my complaint to IRDA then it is forwarded to complaint grievances cell of bajaj allianz insurance company .
                      And BAJAJ GRIEVANCES CELL is replying me back with just as it is answer send by company earlier, Simply cut + Copy +paste .
                      Is it the only responsibility or duty of grievances cell . When customer that too from last 10 years ur customer, is approaching to IRDA and to grievances cell, your job is giving same reply .
                      What is my mistake, not submitted the other key . have u ever asked why I had not submitted earlier . ur documents collections person only told that two keys are more than enough . And I myself is coming forward to submit third key, you are saying I hided the facts . Really shocking !
                      Second, you are stating that two keys are not matched with third key . I purchased this car almost 10 years back and using this key . is it matching or not, when from 10 years, you are doing insurance, never bothered to see or check . I would have changed or stop using then itself .

                      I will continue my fight for right claim till highest court . I am definitely using all social media platforms also to expose company my posting my story .

                            Sreelekha das policy no og[protected]-00002219... Visited emergency dept of iris hospital on 1st may 19... She is experiencing huge pain in her whole abdomen.. Post usg, doctor suspected of appendix. So she got admitted... On 2nd may there was an operation where apart from appendix, doctor removed sist. Currently she is in icu. She is facing pain on initial days of her menstrual period.. For which she consulted gynocologist in 2017... That doctor asked to do usg in which no abnormality was detected. Thus that doctor has advised some calcium vitamin medicine only... We have submitted all these documents of 2017.. But still another query letter came to us mentioning to submit 2017 to 2019 documents... Now can u tell me if no abnormality was detected in 1st usg.. Thn why the poor girl needs to visit doctor for 2 yrs...??? Why this unnecessary harrassment??? Every yr we paid premium on time just to face this type of service??? Shld we raise this in consumer court?? Or social media???

                              I have gone through bajaj allianz for home insurance policy and given all the details multiple times, paid all the said amount without any negotiation.

                              They generated a policy "og[protected]-00000001" but with wrong details.
                              Of below:
                              1. Mobile number - called customer care and requested to correct it asap
                              2. Wrong address mentioned in insured property section

                              For point 2, i call multiple time to that executive, his lead - sobha dodmani but they did not respond, even not picking the call. Picking my call and put it on hold or disconnected after some time without any issue.

                              I am very sad with this behavior and due to this, locking this as complaint and want to intervene to fix this issue on priority because my builder is charging 21% penalty against my last disbursement amount. I want to go with legal action now because too much followup done but no one responding.

                              If possible please log a legal call to make penalty to cover up my penalty amount from bajaj allianz.

                                I had purchased a bajaj allianz life goal assure policy from policy bazaar (Policy number: [protected]) on march 27, 2019. The softcopy was given to me on april 9, 2019. As per the bajaj allianz rule the policy can be cancelled within 30 days from the date of receiving the soft copy.
                                I have paid a premium of 60, 000 against the policy

                                The risks and other details were not shared with me clearly by the policy bazaar advisor and i therefore send a cancellation request to [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in, & [protected]@policybazaar.com on april 29, april 30 for refund. I have been follwing up with emails and trying to call but there is no response. I only get automated mailers which do not help me.

                                Please help me get my refund. I wish to file a case in consumer court for customer harassment, fraud and cheating if i dont get my refund.

                                  We have been having the above mentioned policy for the last 4 years and the premium has been paid to our agent Shayed Ibrahim ([protected]) - Company Name Hi5 insurance Services, Chennai - Partner ID[protected]. Post receiving the payment from us, he will renew the policy and send us the renewed document.

                                  This year, we transferred Rs. 12, 404 to his account in the 2nd week of April and the policy has not yet been renewed.

                                  Syed has stopped answering our calls. He sees our whatsapp messages but there is no reply.

                                  Our policy has expired now and we are in trouble.

                                    I m a nri i used to live out side india.
                                    My name is nayar rana and my policy number is [protected] i purchased this policy before going out side india before a week. I got the email of policy bond throw email i read it there was a mistake of my account number i give the email about it. When i read the bond it was a receipt of 10 000 rs one month but i give the money whole year 120 000 rs i have given the email so many times to bajaj allianz but no response.
                                    I got one thing more when i go to the bajaj allianz office in my city sharanpur uttar pardesh to purchase bajaj allianz mutual fund for the income of per month i told the agent i want the mutual fund of bajaj allianz which have the return of shoul be 20% or more i have told so many times i want per month income i need money. They said ok this is the best return... But when i see before some days its the policy of life insurance not the mutual fund. I shocked what is this i need money per month they make policy for one month premium how can i give money per month. They all are liar. They cheat me like this.
                                    Please help me
