Becos this is not our working hours

travel insurance refund failed

Last year on 22-Apr-2018, I have taken a Travel Insurance for a year in BAGIC, My Policy number is OG[protected]-00004448. Since I did not travel last year, I requested Bajaj Allianz to cancel the policy on February which they canceled on 28-Feb-2019 and generated a refund ticket which has not yet been credited to my account. I have contacted them several times in April and May saying that I did not receive a refund but they don't care....

And after that 30 to 45 days for fund to be transferred to my account.

The Policy inception data is: 28.01.2018 and the one time Investment premium was 50, 000.

On 25.04.2019 I did a Top up of Rs 10, 000 but its a more then a month and even after continuous followup it is not added in my Account.

This is a total fraud case as inspite of calling many time in Bajaj allianz customer care my amount...

1. I have taken 3 policies but my tavel plan changed so before policy date i requested to change the dates but they delayed and last date they said you can cancel the old policies and take new ploicies, i did it but not canceled old policies.
2. When i taking new policies they created one policy in wrong dates (Old). So i realised i requested for the same so they asked me to take new one...

We opted a life insurance policy of 200000 and paid 3 premiums as said by our agents from 2004 to 2007. The premium amount paid was 10, 000 per year for 3 years totally we paid 30, 000. But now when we requested for closure, the customer service told that the policy has been foreclosed so that they cannot provide any amount. While availing the policy the agent told that we will be receiving 200000 after 20 years and we don't need...

Bajaj Allianz is such a wonderful organisation who does not recognise whether they have already received premium amount. They keep deducting premium amount twice from 2 different accounts.

I have raised a complaint by writing to them with complaint number #78463875 this people does not even have records that how many times they have received amount from a customer.

partial approval of claim amount and misbehaving with a lady

Bajajallianz is not approving the claim amount while i have taken zero dep policy add on consumables. Their claim department talked abused with a lady and denied to approve my full claim amount and giving inaccurate reasons like i have damage my car myself or car is 1year old etc etc. Service center claimed around 15797 bills. But they paased only around 8k.. Attached service center bills...
