capital unit gain policy no : 0045261818

I took this policy in the year 2007 and at the time of taking the policy, i was informed by the agent that, i need to pay only 10000.00 rupees for first 3 years.
I paid my first 3 installments every year.
I don't know that in 2019- this year, it is going to foreclosed.
I received the cheque copy with an amount of 12, 295.00
I called customer care to get my policy renew by paying the installment. Unfortunately,...

Policy HBZ/11623192 of your CRETA has been issued with Bajaj Allianz, for any assistance call us on [protected]. Aditya Birla Insurance Brokers. This is the msg I received after I submitted my car for insurance claim. Later on I got a call from the person who conducted survey of my car and started questioning me with the prelude that all information provided is a lie and then later on said that the damaged tyre is not replaceable as it was already in very bad condition to which I told him to check the other three tyre and compare the condition as all tyres were stock tyre as given at the time of purchase of car and hence the degradation would be more or less same to which he replied that it was not his job to check and compare and that I might have rubbed off this particular tyre more extensively by some means not known to him. I feel grieved by his answer as I don't find any logic to it and and the logical remedy I suggested him has been turned down by him without even giving it a second thought. I will attach the pic of tyre below . Thanks.

I have bought .pulsar ns. in 2017...then. ..in my bike there is a problem.in ctluch plates.bush...i had visited the showroom.20times..and .the company. Labours were not able to..solve the problem every time. They have excuses...everytime...and that showroom is closed...now... I am.seeling my.ns ...
.now .I will never buy bajaj motorcycle

    Policy [protected] is showing lapsed on life assist app. All premiums till july 19 have been paid via citibank account as always since inception with no problems. Premium deducted on 1-july but renewal payment confirmation for policy no : [protected] for month of july 19 has not been recieved till now. Till june-19, i have premium payment receipts.

    Kindly solve this issue urgently.

      I have submitted my original documents to bajaj for suspension of my policy. No acknowledgement from them. Then i followed up and they said they didn't receive the courier. I sent them the proofs from the courier that it was received. I followed up again and again. Finally they said there is a signature mismatch and rejected my suspension request. I resent the application, still no response. I had no clue what to do. They even could not tell me where the mismatch was. Still the issue is open and i have no response from them.

        Do not buy bajaj allianz motor insurance. I had brought it in june 2019 and still regretting. They issued me a wrong policy document with car fuel type as lpg whereas my car is cng. When i complained to them they asked me proof as rc book of the car, i gave them. Now even after 1 month of follow up they are not issuing me corrected policy. Also they are not giving me in writing that if anything happens to my car they will not reject my claim. So that clearly means they are not going to entertain any of my claim because while filing claim they will see policy is againt lpg and car is cng. Every time i call, they say "give us 24 hours" and dont revert back. I have recorded conversation and soon to file a police complaint. I spoke about this issue to rupali rathod & aneeta bhatt but they try to delay this indefinitely by saying "give us 24 hours". Following up since 1 month now.

            I bought a bike- Bajaj Pulsar RS200 last year in the last week of July. I also bought Bajaj Allianz two wheeler motor- general insurance with it for 1 year.

            Last week (mostly on Thursday (11th July, 2019) night), a rat got into my bike and damaged 2 wires of the Fuel Injection system. I noticed the fuel injection (FI) system malfunction light blinking and took it to the service center on Saturday. They checked the bike for 1 day and told me about the rat damage on Sunday. I went to the service center on Monday (15/07), checked the bike, and filled the papers for insurance claim along with the required documents. A surveyor- Rahul Pandurang Delekar ([protected]) was assigned and he checked the vehicle before he called me and said he wasnt sure if my claim was going to be approved but he still forwarded it to the company.

            He called me on Tuesday morning to tell me that the claim got rejected. I asked him for a valid reason and he said rat damage is not listed in the acceptable circumstances list. I checked their policy exclusions online and it wasn't mentioned in that as well. He also said that no other company would provide rat damage cover for any 2 or 4 wheeler but I told him my friend's car had a rat damage which costed him 47000 rupees but was covered by insurance (National insurance).

            I've read online that a comprehensive policy should cover rat damages and got it confirmed from customer care that mine is a comprehensive policy.

            The customer care ended the call by asking me to contact the Pune- claims office. When I called the claims office, they said they'd have to talk to Rahul Pandurang, the surveyor. I've told them they could do that but asked them to send me the report of the claim as soon as possible. They still haven't reverted.

            I really want to challenge the company's policy. So, if a buffalo comes hit my bike and causes damage, it'll be covered but if a rat damages my bike, it won't be?

            My desirable resolution would be to get my claim accepted and the repair costs covered by the insurance company. I'm ready to share my policy number with any officials.

              I had to suspend my Bajaj Life Insurance SVS Life Insurance, so i sent the original copy of the insurance bond through courier on May 22 2019, and the same was delivered to Bajaj - TCS Office, Chennai on May 23rd 2019.

              Later when i called the customer care, they always responded saying, they had not received the courier until we sent them the Proof of Delivery from the courier services.

              Once the Proof of delivery was sent to them, they started saying the application form is not proper and asked us to send a scan copy of written application form, which has been sent more than twice every other day

                I am ca as well as agent in bajaj allianz. My client case was pending in bajaj from last 1 and half months. When i talk with mr. Harishankar, his behave was disgusting. Its not happening with me even with all the agents. Mostly agents are looking for noc to close their bajaj code. Reason of this all employees of delhi bajaj allianz are harassing, specially womens which were working from 7-8 years in bajaj and achieving their targets leave their jobs because of this reason management.in last 2 months specially womens have resign from bajaj. Agents works on faith and service of executive (Employee) which they provide, they are not working on the name of harishankar and bajaj. Every agent have multiple codes, if one code de-active nothing will be effect to a agent. Many other insurance companies are in this market. A cluster head reporting directly from executive, then whats need of a tl. Where a executive was handing 40 agents after resignation of employees now handling 90 agents plus 4 outdoor visits. Is this possible for a women or harishankar. Mr. Tapan singal is such a good human being but now management of bajaj is going to take it down. Nobody new employee wants to join bajaj. National commission of women/ mahila aayog please take this matter into consideration as will as bajaj.

                  I took the policy while opening my salary account with citibank and from past one yr i am paying it ever since. Now i want to surrender my policy as i am in urgent need of amount but no one is responding on my email and when i am trying to reach out via call it tells me that my birth date is wrong when i have the policy document which proves it right but still it tells me invalid. Don’t know how to reach bajaj team and what the exact procedure to do it.

                    Hi,

                    I bought a travel insurance for my trip to the us in the month of may, through your agent mr. Simon topoo. I made the transaction on 18th may. Mr. Topoo informed me that i will have to pay rs.1028 for the silver pack which covered 15 days of my travel. He sent me the online link to make the payment while he was on call with me. After i made the payment, i got an error on the page saying the policy has not been generated however, i got an sms from my bank saying the charge went through. I informed mr. Topoo regarding the same. He assured me that its not charged and it will drop in a few days as your company will not claim it. Then he informed me that he had recommended me a wrong travel insurance and that it was not for the us but asia, and the travel insurance for the us will cost me rs.1145. So again i made another payment of rs.1145 and that went through and he sent me my policy on email. While on my trip i got my cc statement and it showed a charge of rs.1028 and since my due date was next day i paid to avoid the late fees. Once i came back on 15th june i called mr. Topoo and told him about this and emailed the statement copy to him and he assured me yet again that he will look into it an call me back. He never did. I have since then called him 50 times, he doesn't come on the phone most of the time and the 3 times that i didn't manage to get him on phone he told me he will call me back and never did and the last 2 times he put my call on mute and left me hanging. This is the worst experience i have had. He is highly unprofessional and very rude. I even went on your live chat option and told a representative about all this and he too assured me that i will get a call back in 10 mins, its been 4 days and i haven't got any call backs from anyone. This is highly frustrating and annoying. I have never had to face such incompetence ever with any other company. If i do not hear back from you guys and get a refund for the full amount i will report this to the police and defame your company on social media aswell. Very disappointing.

                      On 28th may, my car met with an accident and on the same day i gave my car to the workshop and raised a claim. The surveyor came to inspect the vehicle after 4 days and gave partial approval on the claim parts and things a week after that. He said that approval for remaining things would be given soon till that time the workshop can try to source parts that are already approved. After 20 days, he gave approval for the remaining things except replacement of two alloys and one tire. To this he said, once the car is completely disassembled, he will inspect the alloys and tires once and then give the pending approval. Finally, he gave approval for two alloys but said the tire might have got damaged owing to some other incident. When i explained the surveyor, how the tire got damaged from the same incident, he had no plausible reason to stop the approval. He just said that give me 1 more day and i will approve that. Later on, he stopped responding. Now, it has been 1 month and 4 days my car is in the workshop due to the innumerous delays caused by the surveyor vijesh mishra. I have even lodged a complain against this man with bajaj allianz (Complain no.[protected]. I am just frustrated with my interaction and completely stuck. I think the company is trying to trick me and get rid away from its liabilities.

                        I holding the bajaj 2 wheeler insurance policy with policy no og[protected]-00283337. I lost my vehicle after renewing of my policy with in a week. I have submitted all the mandatory docs to claim the insurance. But they simply rejected stating that ur policy has purchased after vehicle lost. I have the required copies fir and insurance copy. This is very abd about bajaj insurance people that too the department people are not that much copperative to the customers they will not call u untill we call him to collect and remind the docs.

                        I have 3 policies of same premium 10000/- i always deposite same amount on same day in three policies but on before maturity i got difference in before maturity value . One is big difference 4441/- received on 20/6/19.

                        I apply for cancel my mediclaim policy...i contac through care no mail...but they not responding...they only gave one reply that we receive your complain n with in 2day we cancel it.today i check then i know they not cancel it...is it right they give policy on phone and when we want cancel it there is no way to cancel.

                          I’ am annie luiz (Employee id card no: 47218) working with nuance transcription services pvt. Ltd., had undergone spine surgery & would like to thank you for the mediclaim settlement which was done on 02/13/2019 through bajaj tpa pvt ltd (Policy no: og[protected]-00000033, id card no: gmc-[protected]-47218).

                          I have incurred some additional expenses during my pre and post hospitalization, which i need to claim through my husband’s mediclaim policy, which is new india assurance (Partial claim).

                          The new india assurance has requested for “all attested copies of claim documents submitted to bajaj tpa india pvt ltx (Final hospital bills with detail breakup, all reports, medicine bills, discharge card, payment receipts, etc)” for processing the partial claim.

                          Request to send us the above attested copies required for processing the partial claim to the below mentioned address.

                          I had send this mail to bajaj on june 7th and am yet to receive a reply.

                          I have still not received all call and nobody has gotten in touch with me. This is urgent as I have to submit those documents immediately. Please respond.
                          All I wanted was to find out about my health insurance coverage and even that the customer support cannot provide. I have written multiple emails to the support team and haven't received any information on my health coverage. I have provided them all the details that they needed. Can someone help me find the coverage on my health insurance.

                            Claim closed on 30th april 2019 not sure why when i got a letter in mail dated 29th apr 2019 saying that last day when i can send details is by 6th may 2019 (Letter copy below)

                            I setup the claim 1 in error gave the incorrect date of loss due to some confusion as 8th april 2019
                            I was not in town and came back on 6th may 2019 (Spoke to naina) 03:06pm
                            She gave me # for the claim branch
                            When i spoke to claim branch i was told to raise another claim for the same as claim ending with 1115 is already closed due to non-cooperation
                            My surveyor was mr naveen kumar – [protected]
                            I called him up and was advised that to raise another claim as this has been already closed

                            I was told that you need to file claim first and then take policy too as its about to expire as if you take policy first then ncb would not be adjusted and i will get penalty
                            Till now i have not issued my policy as waiting on claim approval and car repair
                            Then basis that i raised 2nd claim -

                            I raised it post multiple calls to surveyor and call center on 13th may 2019 so that i can get my claim settled and was told not to park card at samara until surveyor is assigned and not to get it serviced
                            You can ask anyone in samara – i have told them no for servicing until car approval arrives

                            Please check for approval on this case as all information submitted by me holds fair and honest per my knowledge and claim is also not a big amount that i would lie for the same and impact my ncb

                            I called on[protected] /[protected]and spoke to someone and was told dheeraj sood is govt. Approved surveyor we cannot go against him and was advised if he is denying then how we can approve

                            I spoke to surveyor office of dheeraj sood and spoke to vinod to which i was told that claim was approved from surveyor but being denied by the insurance company of bajaj allianz

                            I am not sure why mr sood is not speaking to customer’s himself and asking people to call customers from non-recorded line?

                            I was told by vinod that 1 bumper repair will be done and i was asking for 2 bumbers.
                            If 1 can be repaired then why not two?

                            I tried calling 20-30 times post 2pm on[protected] – no one picked up – not sure if employees are always on break or how customers are being handled – i have records for the same
                            Post that i raised my query on twitter and facebook and if post this final letter my claim is not settled then will go to irda and consumer court

                            Spoke to gurdip singh on [protected] and discussed my hassle to which he was like atleast listening to me and my case

                            My case
                            10th april 2019 my car was hit by a fish delivery boy who was a minor. He was coming from hari nagar depot towards ghanta ghar hari nagar
                            I was taking u-turn from hari nagar red-light towards ghanta ghar

                            This guy dis-balanced as he tried to wear helmet on running scooty and due to that hit my car bumper from back side.

                            Impact was huge and due to same i got scared and my car tilted bit towards an auto standing which impacted my left side light on front bumper.

                            Also a biker bruised my right side car mirror resulting in drop of the mirror from it : (And then he ran away.

                            It was all because o[censored]-turn and sudden breaks applied by riders due to impacting scooty.

                            Help me settle my claim and i want to renew policy too with bajaj

                            I have already paid for my loss and it was 14000 only but matter is not for money... Its about a run around a customer has to handle.
                            My intentions are not to gain monitory benefit from bajaj but to get my repairs as they were genuine and to save a kid i did not had fir and pictures

                            You have lost me as customer / my father as customer / my mother as customer / brother as well and in laws... We all were with you... So total 8 customers are off and i am spreading my story on twitter and facebook which will infect more... So i will dent you for 14000 * 100 times...

                            Similarily - i know people - who are with you on certain case and are ready to file petition with me in consumer forum post all efforts
                            I will not be leaving the mater like this as this has costed me + given me mental agony and your staff is too incompetent and only knows how to delegate things to others rather than handling themselves

                            I have purchased 2 policies from bajaj. There were special policies for NRIs at that time fake promises was done by them. I want to surrender the policy as it is not possible to visit my home branch i need the solution on this other will file a case against you all.

                                I am complaining about Harishankar that he is forcing and harassing to the employees of Delhi Bajaj allianz employees, reason of that many old employees which were achieving their targets leave jobs because of this reason, No new business is coming and just reporting happening. Agents works on faith and service of executive (employee) which they provide, they are not working on the name of Harishankar. Every agent have multiple Codes, if one code de-active nothing will be effect to a agent. Many other insurance companies are in this market. Harishankar is reporting directly from executive, then whats need of a TL. No system is following now and Bajaj is going in loss, please check last 6 months figures.
