Hi this is aswinkumar. September 20th i recived a call from bajaj allianez for loan offer. They said i[censored] pay gst+insurance+process amount+release formalities amount we will approve and release the loan amount of 1lakhs. Im also paid the what they said amount of rs. 39540. But still date i didnt receive a single amount in my account. At starting time they said we process your approval, after that they said currently we are work on half yearly account closing work so we will credit the amount october first week. After some days they real faces are expose, they not response my call or always tells we are process your account. Im the only person to pay initial amount of rs. 39540 for 1 lakh rupees. How they fooled me. If they cant process the amount with the given times means, why they give assurance, im not wantedly begging on infront of bajaj allianz office for pls give me a loan, they are the one wantedly offered me. Now im suffered a lot. Im depresssed physically and mentally. This is way of handling a customer. If they cant process the amount means, then refund the amount of what i paid. We didnt receive any bond proof of amount im paid, they said we will send by email, i think they server was down by last 30days. How ridiculous is this. One bill was they send via whatsapp, in that bill there is one mobile is present, if i called to that number, other end says its wrong number. I dnt know what to do next. Im expect my loan amnt or refund my initial paid amount. Totally disappointed.
