28th oct, i had an accident. Regarding that claim is already registered.
In this accident bumper has been cracked from lower right side, internal supports parts also damaged..

This time bajaj has allocated surveyor mr. M k agarwal ([protected]), for new claim no: "oc[protected]-00019353"
As per mr. Agarwal: this time we can not give claim for bumper, you should have taken in last claim. As per his there is a scratch on bumper which was present even in last claim 2 month back.
Though he has given approval for internal parts behind the bumper.

I don't understand what kind of surveyor bajaj have in company, who have different mind set and instruction for surveying.
There is not standard procedure for survey.

Even blind man can rectify what is the new damaged.

    I have requested the cancellation of my policy number referred to in the subject here above. I have received confirmation of cancellation, but have been chasing for a refund of inr 50, 000 ever since.

    I have exchanged several emails with ms. Rumita dey and subsequently with mr. Sachin gaikwad in your organization, but have had no success with my case. It is more than a month now that i have waited patiently for the amount to be refunded.

      Hi,

      My i opt for balic insurance (Rs. 1500 p. M) at the time of my citibank suvidha account creation.

      My insurance policy is[protected].

      But i didn't receive any document and any detail on this. I tried calling your toll free number but it's asking for 10 digit number but my policy number contains 17 digits. I also tried to register online for this but it's not accepting.

      I also tried to email on citi. [protected]@bajajallianz.com but got a mail delivery failure message.
      Request you to please provide all details related to my policy

          My last complaint of 22nd oct was responded by a phone call and this is the outcome of the complaint lodged in consumer forum. There is no other way to move this company to respond. After the telephone call i send 'error screen shot of a pop up showing that i am registered for auto renewal payment ' while i have never registered for any auto payment.in response to this screen shot the company confirms i am registered for auto payment which is a stupid response since the company personnel has not understood the query at all and the it personnel possibly is ignorant how to remove the pop up. This pop up has been coming since september but no auto debit has been made anytime since i have not registered for the same. But this company still send stupid messages instead of a resolution. Now when i write back to the company as usual i get only auto response with call id 264757 and nobody attends to the query after that.in my view this company service can never improve since the top line is very at the bottom as far as service is concerned.

          So far the status remain same except receiving some stupid messages that i have paid the premium of October2018 which even a fool will know and no information on this s required from the Bajaj allianz nor I asked for it. In all this is stupid company.

            I came to know that you are not properly maintaining the customer records as i have seen discrepancies in policy holder name as below. This is second time i am facing the problem. Why you people having such negligence in updating customer details. If it is repeated again in future then i will directly file a case in consumer court.

            I have sent a mail on 10th nov but till now no one from bajaj allianz support team contacted me

            I am in the process of submitting customer compliant in consumer court.

              Hi this is aswinkumar. September 20th i recived a call from bajaj allianez for loan offer. They said i[censored] pay gst+insurance+process amount+release formalities amount we will approve and release the loan amount of 1lakhs. Im also paid the what they said amount of rs. 39540. But still date i didnt receive a single amount in my account. At starting time they said we process your approval, after that they said currently we are work on half yearly account closing work so we will credit the amount october first week. After some days they real faces are expose, they not response my call or always tells we are process your account. Im the only person to pay initial amount of rs. 39540 for 1 lakh rupees. How they fooled me. If they cant process the amount with the given times means, why they give assurance, im not wantedly begging on infront of bajaj allianz office for pls give me a loan, they are the one wantedly offered me. Now im suffered a lot. Im depresssed physically and mentally. This is way of handling a customer. If they cant process the amount means, then refund the amount of what i paid. We didnt receive any bond proof of amount im paid, they said we will send by email, i think they server was down by last 30days. How ridiculous is this. One bill was they send via whatsapp, in that bill there is one mobile is present, if i called to that number, other end says its wrong number. I dnt know what to do next. Im expect my loan amnt or refund my initial paid amount. Totally disappointed.

                Actually i went to bajaj allianz zonal office at kolkata for the purpose of pf & pension encashment on 10th oct 2018. Mrs swatilekha chowdhury (Hr)
                Didnot received my pf claim form physically. She told that it willbe process
                Throgh email.
                Then i hv sent mail to her.& then she provided me form 19. 10a.& 15 g.
                After fillup the form i have dispatched the same to her office address.
                & she has received it on 22 oct 2018.
                But today she telling that it will be processed through online in pf portal through uan no. But i unable to submit online claim portal due to form 19 & 10a is not showing in online service portal.
                When i informed her about the problem.
                She hvnt taken any positive action against it.
                She told that (Online submit in claim portal) again & again. She dnt want to understand the actual problem & dose not giving any other solution.

                I need money as on urgent basis due to my father illness.
                Feeling bad to tell that she mis behave with all of the employee.
                I have no way to communicate with her
                Without email. Because she donot attend any ex-employee in office.
                So sir please suggest me that what can i do at this position.

                  Was recommended and sold an sip policy by policy bazaar.

                  Pb highly recommended the plan and initiated the documentation and took the first installment via an online payment on a credit card assuring auto debit will be activated in a few days once policy is active.

                  Receive constant emails / calls from bajaj allianz asking to make monthly payment online. The calls emails are from different staff representing the company and each completely unaware of the case inspite of constant emails from my end to get the auto debit activated.

                  Have sent reminders copying the escalation levels in customer care. No resolution on the issue since 4 months and neither are they interested to cancel and provide a refund.

                  Extremely poor customer management and no internal coordination with a complete disregard for fair and minimum acceptable customer service.

                  Would not recommend both policy bazaar and bajaj allianz.

                      My last complaint in sept 2018 about the poorest quality of service in bajaj allianz life insurance company was responded by a personnel informing that they will do the needful and also resolve the pop up issue highlighted in that complaint. Bust as of now all the problems remain to be resolved as under:
                      Aa) when i log in to their website for payment, i get a pop up informing that i am registered for auto renewal payment. I have never registered for any auto payment or i will register for same in my life time in view of the poor service from this company. They do not seem have any competent personnel even to read what you write and just send an auto response to any mails sent to this company at any level.
                      Bb) i registered a complaint under ref: deaid/e/2018/03177 on 12th october 2018 which has been forwarded by the govt. To their grievance cell. This also is not responded.in fact the worst service from the company originates from the grievance department followed by all others including all senior management also.

                      I would like to warn the customers when they take any policy thorugh their website which is a show piece only for accepting money and there is no after sales service. Possibly they may be looking for a bribe when the policy is due for payment and settlement.

                      Some one reached me today but has created only further confusion since the personnel in this company do not understand your query at any level. I received a stupid response in mail that I am registered for auto debit of Premium when I am sure that I have not registered for any auto debit for my Credit card. I have informed ''that an auto pop up comes up informing that i am registered for auto debit'' is not correct since i pay the premium every month manually only. The service in this company can never be improved. I am thankful to the consumer website to get at least a response (although stupid) which I venture to believe even GOD cannot do it.

                        Sir,

                        It is to inform you, in urgent need of money i decide to partial withdraw money from my bajaj allianz life insurance policy no [protected]. I called customer care and as suggested on 20 sep 18 i visited your branch at jhandewalan new delhi for the same. After completing all the formalities i assured by your staff to wait for 10 working day and amount will be credited.

                        After 4-5 days i got a call from branch that my policy is foreclosed due fund value gone below my premium i. E. 15000.00 rs and they ask me if i want to continue the policy. I told them no need please close my policy and my remaining balance be credit to my account. I asked them is there anything required from my side your branch denied and told no need your amount will be credit in a week.

                        I waited for week but amount not credited. I again called customer care on 5 oct 18 they inform me that your amount is hold and some letter is required from branch and requested me to visit branch again.

                        I visited your branch there i come to know they required letter of confirmation for my foreclose policy so i submitted the same and ask them again if anything else they need? Your branch again assured me that your amount will be credit and nothing else required.

                        I again waited for some day and ask customer care on daily basis about status of amount.

                        And as expected your company again putted some hurdles and ask me to visit again branch for cancel my partial withdraw request. After that they will credit my amount.

                        After losing hope from your company and customer care i am forced to write a written complaint.
                        Sorry to say sir but if i am in urgent need of money and partial withdraw not credited in my account then what is the use of placing the request. And i don’t know why you are not processing my partial withdraw request. I am aware my policy is foreclose and you will not help me on priority because i will be no longer your customer but on humanitarian ground it is humble request please process request as soon as possible because need of money is increasing by every passing day.

                          Dear sir, i have availed a life insurance policy through my bank (Citibank, m g road, bangalore) from the above mentioned life insurance company in the month of december 2011. Below are the details of the policy: name of the plan: sarve shakti suraksha policy number: [protected] policy holder name: sowmya mohan, master policy holder: citi bank (Processed through my salary account). I decided to surrender my policy in the first week of october 2018. I sent the requested documents through courier. Courier details: bluedart airway, bill number : [protected], delivered on 4th october to the below address:

                            I wanted the ncb transferred from my old policy to the new one. The company has sent an email that it has been processed but cannot repay since there is an it related issue. All efforts to get a revert from the company has fallen through. Even to the level of ceo of bajaj - mr tapan singhel.

                            I think the company could have come into financial stress.

                              I have taken Bajaj Allianz SARVE SHAKTI SURAKSHA policy through CITIBANK and have been paying premium for the same @1500 pm for the past 7 years
                              (premium is deducted automatically from salary account)

                              Now I want to surrender the policy, so i have followed the ways they suggested abd but NO LUCK - i am not getting my money back

                              1) Aug 6 i approached local bajaj allianz branch and submitted all necessary documents. they said one month i get my money back. i have waited one whole month and called to customer care and they said, its group policy i need to submit via different way. Nobody in the branch informed me about it. I have waited one whole month to got ot know the new process.

                              2) Then i called customer care to understand the whole process. They have given one postal address like Suresh, TCS office, OMR, Chennai where i need to undo the whole process again. Before two weeks, and i have sent whole new set of documents to them through courier. Worst thing is, i dont get any status from them that did they receive my documents, or are they processing my request. When i called customer care, they are asking me to contact citi.[protected]@bajajallianz.co.in and saying they cant help on the request.

                              3) I sent mail to them and didnt get respond back.

                              i am under very urgent need of my money that i invested in. I am really frsutrated to get my money back where i saved. BajajAllainz, i dont understand why you have such process that you are not helping to the customers whom they invested their money to your company.

                              Its created very bad impression on BajajAllainz group and totally disappointed. Hope you would help here atleast?

                              nobody is solving the issue. This is the poor customer service i have ever seen.

                              this compliant has registered more than 20 days. Nobody has taken action - just acknowledgement mail i am receiving.

                              you put your customers in vain. Seriously worst customer and insurance providers!!

                                I have submitted an intimation on 08.10.2018 regarding an accident at sithimore at kolkata on 07.10.2018 and my vehicle got damaged. My policy no. Og[protected]-00051428 of baja allianz. Vehicle is lying at bakkackpore automobile workshop from 08.10.2018. One mr. Sujit dey has completed the inspection only on 12.10.2018 but yet to give permission to the above dealer to start repair work. My want my vehicle is repaired quickly for my use in this festive season. I am given to understand that clearance not given for want of verification of ncb claim from earlier insurer namely m/s reliance with whom the policy was made for the last four years. My existing policy is with your company and my claim shall be entertained base on the valid policy purchased.

                                I feel i am harassed for the claim. I request that higher authority to look into the matter and resolved at the earliest. Things are getting delayed and i am deprived and harassed.

                                  Sir, i have purchased a policy [protected] from bajaj allianz insurance company ltd on 28 march 2007 with a single premium of rs 20000. My agent told me that only one premium is sufficient, hence i paid only one premium. Policy was prematurely closed by the company quoted reason that minimum 3 premiums were necessary to run the policy. The fund value as on 08 jan 2008 was ₹ 26792.34. I was contacted by the agent stating that in order to keep policy i have to pay premium and he would part with some commissions, which i disagreed and filed a complaint in 2008. No action was taken and neither received any payments. I need to be paid the current fund value had my policy was in place.in case i have to pay regular premium for all these years to reinstate with full benefits, i am willing for it.

                                  Therefore, i kindly request you to please make it clear that who had make the fault either your insurance agent or the company itself, due to which my policy was foreclosed and i have to bear both financial loss as well as my insurance cover was also gets end.
                                  Please resolve the matter and paid my amount.

                                      This is ASWINKUMAR's friend. You called to him abt loan eligibility and convinced him to apply for loan and you gave assurance to him for loan amount. And you demand some formalities to process the loan sansaction like processing fees, insurance, and GST. We paid the amount Rs. 32600 nearly on month end. We paid the amount on time as per your deadline. But still we didnt receive any single amount in our account, we called you regularly still they said in process only. We have a question for you. is it take 15days to process the loan amount of Rs. 1 Lakhs.? If it is in process means u have to explain for us for delaying. We continuously called you but you arent pick a call, but you are in online. What is this? This is the way of handle the customer? Just think about us. If you are in my situation, u will be calm and quit? Even your front office employee also not pick the call. We need a clear explanation when will our loan amount will credit to us?

                                      I need ur response or refund my insurance amount as soon as possible to my account.

                                      Few issue faced by me
                                      U can't register claim online as there system have lots of bugs

                                      They never follow up with you and u have to always follow up with surveyor

                                      Finally surveyor raise pending action against you ...saying vehicle not available for repair, ...saying y u registered claim so late

                                      Genuine advice

                                        I, shrawan kumar manthri purchased bajaj allianz life goal assure policy#[protected] from bajaj allianz in the month of august and policy effect data is 23rd aug. 2018 and expire date is 23/07/2018. Received policy documents on 25th aug. 2018, after receiving the policy documents, i have read the whole document and decided to cancel the policy as it doesn’t serve my purpose. When i reached policy bazar to cancel the policy (Purchased using policy bazar agents through online) they asked me to mail directly to [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in so that it will be cancelled. I did the same, mailed to [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in on 23rd and 27th of september and received system generated acknowledgement emails on both the days.
                                        Here actual issue is that in the acknowledgement mails clearly said that they will get in touch with me in next 48 hours but till now there is no response. Here one more thing is that i am receiving the continues email from bajaj allianz for due premium, even i have responded to these email to cancel my policy as it is not serving my purpose. (Premium due mails receiving from ranjana. [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in responded to this email two times).
                                        My demand is to cancel my policy and return back my full amount 15000 which i paid as first premium, as per the insurance policy document policy can be cancelled within in the free look period (Free look period is 30 days) and this free look period starts from the day of online policy document received. I received online policy document on 25th aug. 2018. I sent cancelation request within free look period so bajaj allianz should refund my amount fully without any cancelation fees.

                                        I have a life insurance policy with Bajaj Allianz, I have paid 2 premiums of one lakh rupees. Due to financial crises I was not able to pay any other premium for last five years. When I contacted then t surrender the policy and give my money back, they say that you will get zero rupees.                                         I have paid the amount on 28th September, and medical checkup also completed on 1st October, but still not get any policy copy.

                                        Why ?
                                        I paid my 1st month renewal payment through net banking. I got confirmation from bank for deduction my amount and one mail from Bajaj it's self .but still this amount is not reflected in my Bajaj Allianz account dashboard.. I bit worried about that. . Even in confirmation mail is showing payment mode nbol . I don't know why nbol showing.
                                        I have bought a bajaj allianz policy before 2 months and I have sent the cancellation request to the customer care.when I told bajaj allianz people to stop the ecs from their side they are saying that we can't do it and when I go to bank they are saying that bajaj has to intimate them.they should take the requst and immediately stop the same.they can't force the customer to pay the policy though it's already cancelled
