Claim closed on 30th april 2019 not sure why when i got a letter in mail dated 29th apr 2019 saying that last day when i can send details is by 6th may 2019 (Letter copy below)

Details
I setup the claim 1 in error gave the incorrect date of loss due to some confusion as 8th april 2019
I was not in town and came back on 6th may 2019 (Spoke to naina) 03:06pm
She gave me # for the claim branch
When i spoke to claim branch i was told to raise another claim for the same as claim ending with 1115 is already closed due to non-cooperation
My surveyor was mr naveen kumar – [protected]
I called him up and was advised that to raise another claim as this has been already closed

I was told that you need to file claim first and then take policy too as its about to expire as if you take policy first then ncb would not be adjusted and i will get penalty
Till now i have not issued my policy as waiting on claim approval and car repair
Then basis that i raised 2nd claim -

I raised it post multiple calls to surveyor and call center on 13th may 2019 so that i can get my claim settled and was told not to park card at samara until surveyor is assigned and not to get it serviced
You can ask anyone in samara – i have told them no for servicing until car approval arrives

Please check for approval on this case as all information submitted by me holds fair and honest per my knowledge and claim is also not a big amount that i would lie for the same and impact my ncb

I called on[protected] /[protected]and spoke to someone and was told dheeraj sood is govt. Approved surveyor we cannot go against him and was advised if he is denying then how we can approve

I spoke to surveyor office of dheeraj sood and spoke to vinod to which i was told that claim was approved from surveyor but being denied by the insurance company of bajaj allianz

I am not sure why mr sood is not speaking to customer’s himself and asking people to call customers from non-recorded line?

I was told by vinod that 1 bumper repair will be done and i was asking for 2 bumbers.
If 1 can be repaired then why not two?

I tried calling 20-30 times post 2pm on[protected] – no one picked up – not sure if employees are always on break or how customers are being handled – i have records for the same
Post that i raised my query on twitter and facebook and if post this final letter my claim is not settled then will go to irda and consumer court

Spoke to gurdip singh on [protected] and discussed my hassle to which he was like atleast listening to me and my case

My case
10th april 2019 my car was hit by a fish delivery boy who was a minor. He was coming from hari nagar depot towards ghanta ghar hari nagar
I was taking u-turn from hari nagar red-light towards ghanta ghar

This guy dis-balanced as he tried to wear helmet on running scooty and due to that hit my car bumper from back side.

Impact was huge and due to same i got scared and my car tilted bit towards an auto standing which impacted my left side light on front bumper.

Also a biker bruised my right side car mirror resulting in drop of the mirror from it : (And then he ran away.

It was all because o[censored]-turn and sudden breaks applied by riders due to impacting scooty.

Help me settle my claim and i want to renew policy too with bajaj

I have already paid for my loss and it was 14000 only but matter is not for money... Its about a run around a customer has to handle.
My intentions are not to gain monitory benefit from bajaj but to get my repairs as they were genuine and to save a kid i did not had fir and pictures

You have lost me as customer / my father as customer / my mother as customer / brother as well and in laws... We all were with you... So total 8 customers are off and i am spreading my story on twitter and facebook which will infect more... So i will dent you for 14000 * 100 times...

Similarily - i know people - who are with you on certain case and are ready to file petition with me in consumer forum post all efforts
I will not be leaving the mater like this as this has costed me + given me mental agony and your staff is too incompetent and only knows how to delegate things to others rather than handling themselves

I have purchased 2 policies from bajaj. There were special policies for NRIs at that time fake promises was done by them. I want to surrender the policy as it is not possible to visit my home branch i need the solution on this other will file a case against you all.

      I am complaining about Harishankar that he is forcing and harassing to the employees of Delhi Bajaj allianz employees, reason of that many old employees which were achieving their targets leave jobs because of this reason, No new business is coming and just reporting happening. Agents works on faith and service of executive (employee) which they provide, they are not working on the name of Harishankar. Every agent have multiple Codes, if one code de-active nothing will be effect to a agent. Many other insurance companies are in this market. Harishankar is reporting directly from executive, then whats need of a TL. No system is following now and Bajaj is going in loss, please check last 6 months figures.

            Last year on 22-Apr-2018, I have taken a Travel Insurance for a year in BAGIC, My Policy number is OG[protected]-00004448. Since I did not travel last year, I requested Bajaj Allianz to cancel the policy on February which they canceled on 28-Feb-2019 and generated a refund ticket which has not yet been credited to my account. I have contacted them several times in April and May saying that I did not receive a refund but they don't care. I have sent a mail to BillDesk which is their payment gateway explaining the situation and after some days they replied me that the refund transaction has failed since the transaction date of the original transaction is more than 180 days and they reverted the money to Bajaj Allianz and requested to contact them. I contacted Bajaj Allianz and still, their reply is the same.

            Requesting to take this complaint seriously, I don't know how to complain to RBI, please help

              On 21st May I enquire about Medical Insurance In Pune - Airport road office for my parent and self. And Shyam Khanna provided the details to me on the phone. After that, he followed up for the payment for 6 days.

              Finally, I made an online payment on 28th May and scheduled the Medical test for Parent on 02-Jun-2019

              After the medical test, the reports came but the Shyam Khanna and other person Yogesh informed me that the reports have a problem but we are a discussion with doctors and underwriters.

                I have send the documents to chennai address and the documents has beend received on 10th June. They told me that it will take 24 hrs to get the status of Policy from lapsed to surrender.
                And after that 30 to 45 days for fund to be transferred to my account.
                I told them that it is a medical emergency and i need the money earliest possible.
                The agent told me that he has marked the policy as priority and thr fund will be release to u in next 7 days.
                Next day i called in to inquire about the policy status, dey told me that they havent received the surrender documents and i have to wait again.

                  I am holding a Bajaj Allianz policy no: [protected], Product name: Fortune Gain,
                  The Policy inception data is: 28.01.2018 and the one time Investment premium was 50, 000.

                  On 25.04.2019 I did a Top up of Rs 10, 000 but its a more then a month and even after continuous followup it is not added in my Account.

                  This is a total fraud case as inspite of calling many time in Bajaj allianz customer care my amount is not getting updated and my refund also is denied, Had i failed to notice it myself my money wound have gone.

                  Please find attached the premium receipt generated on 25.04.2019 and Account statement generated on 10.06.2019 which still doesnt show the premium amount.

                    Below are my issues.

                    1. I have taken 3 policies but my tavel plan changed so before policy date i requested to change the dates but they delayed and last date they said you can cancel the old policies and take new ploicies, i did it but not canceled old policies.
                    2. When i taking new policies they created one policy in wrong dates (Old). So i realised i requested for the same so they asked me to take new one and they confirme they will cancel the wrong policy but till now no one did this.

                    Due to this i have lost 7000 rupees.

                      Hi,
                      We opted a life insurance policy of 200000 and paid 3 premiums as said by our agents from 2004 to 2007. The premium amount paid was 10, 000 per year for 3 years totally we paid 30, 000. But now when we requested for closure, the customer service told that the policy has been foreclosed so that they cannot provide any amount. While availing the policy the agent told that we will be receiving 200000 after 20 years and we don't need to pay premiums after paying the first 3 premiums.
                      We need to register complaint on this so that we could get at least the amount paid.
                      Please let us know whom we need to contact regarding this complaint.

                        Bajaj Allianz is such a wonderful organisation who does not recognise whether they have already received premium amount. They keep deducting premium amount twice from 2 different accounts.

                        I have raised a complaint by writing to them with complaint number #78463875 this people does not even have records that how many times they have received amount from a customer.

                        Previously similar thing happened and a complaint #76660265 was raised, then they said to write to us to deactivate one of the ECS system, to my wonder they never removed one of it.

                        More wonderful thing is that the deduction of amount twice does not happens each month, this happens only on random months.

                        I had earlier asked them to stop the ECS through citi bank, but this people does not have any solution to this, one of them says to write to citi bank some says to write to bajajalianze some says this cannot be done. This is really very wonderful organisation. Every executive have different solution to same problem with big 0 results.

                          Sir/madam,
                          My self vamsee krishna punem, insured my four wheeler vehicle with your policy. Policy number: og[protected]-00052020. Recently my vehicle hit by a two wheeler on left side of my back door, which was damaged earlier also. When i went to claim my insurance your insurer agent completely rejected my claim. By saying the reason simply."it was done earlier we cant insure on the same spot".

                            I have submit my all medical reimbursement related document in april-19, but till now i did not found this, after contact him through mail on 25 april-19, my document did not log in system, after my mail he log my document in system.in document recovery intimation he told me to submit discharge summary, but i have already give him hard copy of discharge summary (Reference sheet), because krishna hospital doctors provide me reference sheet which is actually discharge summary. All information of discharge summary is in reference sheet. I have write mail many time to every body about this information but they did not reply me about the same. I have mail to below person but they did not any reply only document recovery department send me one mail again & again for document recovery intimation of discharge summary.

                                Hi Team this is regarding my complaint ID: 2342168.Bajaj Allianz is not ready to pass my claim giving invalid reason saying about their policy . While I have taken Zero Dep with Consumables . Service Center Claimed about 16 k but they are passing only 50 % of amount giving invalid reasons .They are not ready to give the breakup or justification of 16k claimed by Service Agency and saying I have damage my Car Myself ..submitting the Complaint Still they are not ready to process my claim and not behaving professionally They have not given any justification in written what happened to rest of amount which they have not passed.As per Service Center it is a part of Insurance Only. I need urgent help on this case ..I have attached the bills of Service Center...My car is standing in Service Center from more than 25 days and I am not able to commute to my office please help me.

                                While doing survey they have not even done a call .But passed a partial amount on a fake survey . Must be they had some deal with the person doing survey ..They are showing clear corruption..

                                  My Name is Amit Chamoli and i am an employee of an organization(BMCP Solutions India Pvt. Ltd and we have taken corp. plan last month where I & my wife, are covered for any medical issue.
                                  Due to medical issue my wife was hospitalized on 30th April and discharged same day.
                                  As this is a cashless service, so i should not have paid to hospital while discharge but due to pathetic support by Mr. Rahul i had to pay from my pocket and i was promised to receive my claim within 3 working days from document receiving. I had dispatched my whole documents on 11th May to your Pune address then i called on [protected] where Mr. Rahul was following for claim reimbursement but result is still awaited and now he is not responding my calls even if someone pickup the call then he is keeping the phone on mute.
                                  I called on your customer care no. and they informed to wait for more 7 days from now(27th May)
                                  Please understand it's already been 15 days where i was promised to receive my payment within 3 days only.

                                  I need action against Mr. Rahul for irresponsible behavior as he is the only person to communicate for an organization.

                                  I need solution of my case any how.

Their claim department talked abused with a lady and denied to approve my full claim amount and giving inaccurate reasons like i have damage my car myself or car is 1year old etc etc. Service center claimed around 15797 bills. But they paased only around 8k.. Attached service center bills

                                      I got a mail from Customer Care where he asked his claim Department to look into matter in 24hrs last week..but their claim Department simply ignoring the emails even not doing acknowledgement..When I informed customer care they are also starting ignoring my emails..and just a single statement we need time..Even not providing the approximate timeline..My car is standing in Service Center from 3-4 weeks .I can't go to office..I need help they should just given approximate time at least
