I had regustered a complaint at bajaj allianz on 17th august for my tata voltas ac not cooling at all. To my dismay, my ac has not been working till now. 5 days have passed. This company has such a slow process in delivering services.
This season i have registered in total 3 complaints, one in april or may, another in june and now in august. Each time the ac technician comes and tells me service issue is there and nothing else. They charge me around inr 300 and say that ac is now working fine. To the contrary i keep telling them that the cooling is not that efficient as was last year, however they don't listen.
It's really bad experience with bajaj allianz and i shall never take your services for any other product in future. Will recommend my friends and family too not to take extended warranty services from your company as i have got really tired and upset.

    I have extended ac warranty from bajaj alliance.in these summers, i had lodged 2 complaints still 3rd time i have again registered another complaint. Each time after few days ac stops conditioning. They send ac technicians who charge for servicing the ac and say that ac will now cool properly, however, almost every month or so, it's cooling stops.
    Bajaj Allianz customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      My self namita mitra from kolkata having commercial vehicle no. Wb19h 4031 who is having current insurance policy[protected] with bajajallianz. Previously this vehicle was having insurance with maruti insurance royal sundaram[protected]. Current policy was renewed by bajaj allianz associate sahadeb maity with agency code bag[protected]. Last year this policy was with "royal sundram" and last year there was one claim which i claimed with royal sundram but when i renewed the policy with bajajallianz associate mentioned "no claim bonus -25%" into the current policy which i am not suppose to get because i already having one claim with "royal sundram" for which the premium for current year got reduced and i paid rs19112 only.. The associate renewed the policy and i paid the amount. Unfortunately my cab met with an accident on 07th august 2018 for which drivers front mirror got cracked and i submitted the cab to dewars garage taratala & file a claim for the same. So when your verification associate sourik with mobile no [protected] visited and checked the policy he explained me the enitre terms and condition of the policy & i got shocked. He told me as no claim bonus is mentioned into the current policy so i am not eligible for any claim till i rectify the current policy by making the extra payment of no claim bonus. This is the work of renewal associate who should inform me the entire thing before renewing the policy which he has not done and i am facing the problem and he is not suppose to add no claim bonus into the current policy where i am not eligible for the same.

      Now i send emails on this to bajaj & they are not taking it seriously and they are ignoring my email instead of taking steps and proper solution. This is kind of thing happening in the market by insurance company

        Hello,
        I had taken a loan from bajaj finance some months prior. I pay the emi amount every month on time but still your employees keep calling me daily 5-6 times, reminding me to pay it.
        It is causing me huge trouble and annoyance. Please stop calling me on my number 91-[protected].
        It is a great way to lose customers.
        I hope you would resolve my problem as soon as possible.

        I have used Travel insurance medical reclaims in abroad, while Refunded money from company, I got less money what I have spent.As I got information from bajaj alliance as per policy deducted.
        Anyway as per the policy also decucted large amount what I spent.I thought this more untruthful, please give some reliable answer for deduction.

          Hi,
          I currently pay premium with a due date on 25th of every month for my future gain policy - [protected]
          I had changed the premium payment to auto debit from my debit card from the month of january 2018. However, i paid my january premium manually via the website on january 23rd 2018.
          The autodebit feature still checked for the premium on the 25th of january 2018 and found insufficient balance. And a consolidated charges on the same of ₹1100 + ₹198 gst has been deducted from my account because of the same.

          Kindly request you to refund the amount asap, as the premium was paid before the due date and it is your fault that the manually paid premium didn’t reflect on you system.

          No reply from your side for past 7 months!

                Hi team,

                We have taken extended warranty from bajaj, in april we logged complaint, they could not repair the pcb and asked us to get this replaced from samsung & they will refund that pcb cost. We submitted all document, called several times but still not received refund.

                Post pcb change also the ac is not functional, we logged ticket again they fix the gas leakage and refilled the gas, within a week it again stooped the cooling. They said it is dust issue, we called samsung authorised engineer and found gas leakage still not fixed. We are struggling from april all major summer months have gone without ac & lot of mental harassment from bajaj. Countless calls but no response or accountability.

                We request for the complete unit replacement if they can't fix it moreover the compensation for this delay of 03 months. They left us to struggle in summer in delhi inspite of having extended warranty.

                Finally I received the refund after several followups as I spoke to the further escalation point in Bajaj. But My AC issue is still not fixed by Bajaj. What is the point of struggling after taking extended AMC?? They has wasted my 03 months in that still counting. I deserve a heavy compensation from them on this.

I have an accident my bike and i go to my nearly bajaj agency in 45 days ego. They said just wait for a week but untill now 45 days gone and i'm still waiting like a fool. Bajaj agency workers said that bajaj company don't have spare part. Really if bajaj don't have spare part so why selling bike.
                  I'm to tired from these kind of services. At malerkotla dist sangrur bajaj agency workers not respond clearly. May i know how many year i have to wait for spare part for my bike...

                    I bought a two-wheeler liability only insurance for my bike on 24th july 2018. The policy no. Is og[protected]-00018330
                    There was a mistake on the delivery address as well as the d. O. B.in the policy form which was filled up by the sales agent named, sandip (Email id. Sandip. [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in). He also told me that the policy document will be delivered within 7 working days on that given address.
                    Right now, from the 24th july, im trying to contact the customer service for the clarification of the address as well as the dob, that why its been filled up with wrong information in at least 13-14 emails as well as using their grievance form. Till now, neither i got my policy paper nor any contact/response from their end.
                    So, today while searching on the internet regarding their services on facebook as well as other online platforms, found out that they were doing this exact same thing for many years with thousands of customers - once payments have been made, they became invisible.
                    For convenience, ive also attached the soft copy of my policy document with it.
                    Each and every place i tried to contact them and all of them have the same words - please bear with us.. We will get back to you within 24-48hours... Simply they are avoiding the matter as the payment has been made. Neither got the explanation of that issue nor the original insurance documents.

                      Hi,

                      I have submitted claim form with claim id: 1909856 for my son's surgery for adenotonsilectotmy last month which had cost me about 110000 INR.

                      after consulting Bajaj Allianz before submitting the claim form to understand what documents to be submitted I have send all required documents to process the claim.

                      After 2 weeks, I receive an email asking me to provide a doctor's certificate with the detail break of the charges took for the surgery which is already provided in the final bill.

                      the more disturbing thing is none of them have a clear picture as what is required because when I called the customer care I do not get the response properly they simply reply back the email. this is causing a lot of delay in processing and the customer response is pathetic ( Mr. Akash in particular)

                      I hope this reaches the insurance company and get this addressed as early possible.

                        21 days already passed after claim request. Not getting to approve in one go. They are wasting my time as well as their.

                        Different conditions on claim process, they have surveyor law- which is going to approved and rest is not going to approved.

                        I suggest not go with Bajaj Allianz for motor insurance at least. They are big cheater when claim requested.

                          I Bought My HITACHI SPLIT AC 1.50 TON On 24/Apr/2016 9:54:09PM at Viveks / Porur ( India Chennai )

                          Also I Bought and Paid 2 Years Extend Warranty For This Product ( so its valid up to April 2019 )

                          From 6 Months I Am Trying To Claim My Extend Warranty.

                          When I try to claim. They Rejected As Model Number & Serial Number Mismatch.

                          Through Mail, Call & Direct Visit Also I Tried Many Times From 6 Months No Use.

                          Please Check My Viveks Bill Model Number RAU518AVD That I purchased and installed in my home HITACHI SPLIT AC 1.50 TON.

                          Check Bajaj Extend Warranty Bond HITACHI SPLIT AC Model Number Typed as RAU014CVEA

                          Viveks Installed Me RAU518AVD Model Only.

                          But In Bajaj Extend Warranty Bond It Was Typed Wrongly... It Was Not My Mistake.

                          So Now Have to Correct My Model Number and Serial Number In Bajaj Extend Warranty Bond.

                          Then Only Able Move To Claim My Extend Warranty.

                          I Attached all the related screenshot mails and bill copy.

                            I have bought one Samsung Mobile worth Rs 14900/- on 10th April 2018 from Fundamental Electronics Pvt Ltd, Kolkata, West Bengal. During purchase I applied for an insurance facility for the same mobile provided by Baja Finserve .Which is valid from 10th July 2018 to 9th July 2019. But during enrollment for the Insurance policy the concerned person present at the store had put an Wrong IMEI number of the mobile in document.

                            Now day before yesterday on 22nd July 2018 when my phone was suddenly not working I visited the nearest Samsung service center for repairing . But after checking the phone they confirmed that it will cost me Rs7692.98/- for repairing . But they have also confirmed that I will not be able to claim for the money from Bajaj Firserve as the IMEI number mentioned in the documents doesn't matches with Physical Mobile's IMEI number .

                            I would like request to get it resolved on urgent basis. As I am a working person and doesn't have so much of time to apply for the money claim because of your persons mistake . Please provide a solution for the same . As my mobile not working I am even unable to check my official communications and mails since that day .

                            This is not at all acceptable to a customer to suffer for the mistake of an irresponsible agent. The person should have been even more responsible regarding the documentation where money is involved.

                            One more information I would like to give you, that today on 24th July 2018 I have already paid through my Credit Card for the repairing of the same mobile to the Samsung Service Center . And now I want it resolved from your side only as I will not be able to take more holidays to invest for the issue . What ever documents are required can be collected from my address.

                            All required documents like Purchase detail, insurance detail, Samsung service center estimate Bill for repairing, service centers product receiving documents and snap of Actual IMEI number from the mobile box have been attached .kindly check. You can also see that the IMEI number mentioned in the box is matching with the purchase bill, but not matching with the Insurance documents.

                            I will be expecting a solution and reversal from your side today. And I would like to know what necessary steps are being taken against the staff for the mistake.

                              COMPLAINT

                              Sir,
                              I have availed a Life Insurance Policy with the 1st respondent through their Branch office in the year 2007 and my Policy No. being [protected] and the Fund Name being Equity Index Fund II. As per their terms and condition I have paid the mandatory premium of Rs.30, 000/- in three installments and my policy is live till date. On 08.07.2018, I received a phone call from the 2nd respondent requesting me to renew the policy for a further extended period of time. Owing to their request I marked my presence with the 2nd respondent office on 10.07.2018 alongwith the original documents and to my surprise my policy has not come up with an outcome as projected by them. Hence, I made a request to terminate my policy and to transfer the proceeds to my savings account. The person who was manning the 2nd respondent office tried to persuade me to continue with the policy by renewing the same for an extended period.
                              Since I did not yield to his request I was made to wait for hours together to be bounced back, on the ground that the particular person dealing with termination of existing policy was on leave and I was asked to come the next day. With lot of hope I turned back to the 2nd respondent office on 11.07.2018 to be bounced back again after a long wait for hours together with the same remarks, that the particular person dealing with termination of existing policy was on leave. Then on 12.07.2018 after confirming the presence of the concerned person I paid my visit to the 2nd respondent office only to be attended by B.Saravanakumar the Branch Manager who inturn was repeatedly insisting me to continue with the existing policy. Since I was firm in my stand the Branch Manager Saravanakumar requested me to come the next day such that my request would be considered. Again I marked my presence on 13.07.2018 with the 2nd respondent office to be attended by the Branch Manager Saravanakumar after a long wait of 3 hours., who repeatedly insisted me to continue with the existing policy. He even went to the extend of saying that, “renewing the policy takes only few minutes but termination of policy might consume hours together” and he also threatened that, “I will have to lose the privilege of a prime customer if I opt to discontinue this existing policy”. He was adamant to entertain my request to terminate the policy and to transfer the proceeds to my savings account.

                              Hence it is prayed that the matter be enquired and the respondents be directed to terminate my policy and to transfer the proceeds to my savings account and strict directions may be issued in accordance with the norms enumerated by the Insurance Regulatory Development Authority and thus render justice.

                                Hi Team,

                                I had earlier raised request to cancel my ECS for my policy number [protected], they said I need to email to citi.[protected]@bajajallianz.co.in which I did one and half month back(6June2018). But as expected they dint even bothered to respond to my email.
                                Previous to this I had followed up to this to the customer care. they keep on providing wrong information. First they say I can do that online and tried changing the bank details online, which said its raised a service ticket on my behalf. Nothing happened even after 1month (in May Month to be precise) Then they said I need to cancel my ECS for Citibank, for which I need to talk to my bank. I did that as well, they said they cant help I need to talk to Bajaj Allianz. This people keep on passing the ball from one dept to other.

                                At last they said to email to citi.[protected]@bajajallianz.co.in, for some pathetic reason they are yet to respond.

                                for Past 1and half month the online shows my ECS to be as HDFC, but to no surprise the ECS is still getting deducted from my CITI bank.

                                They said while taking the plan that they are with us all time and take care o[censored]s, now I understand how pathetically they take care o[censored]s.

                                One of you colleague has called up to my UK number, he said he would providing me an email id, to which I need to send the required scanned documents through email. But till now I dint receive any email from your end. Each person calls me up and says different version of solution. Why your Customer executive have same version of solution.

                                I dont know what this Bajaj Allianz people do, they deducted 1500 from my citi bank apart from that they have deducted amount from my other bank for 39Rs though this is small amount, but why the hell they Bajaj life deducted this. Transaction ID[protected]. reference[protected]. Whats wrong with this people I dont understand.

                                Please guys help from this horror things Bajaj Allianz people are doing.

                                There is one more blunder thing this people are doing now, Bajaj Allianz is such a wonderful organisation who does not recognise whether they have already received premium amount. They keep deducting premium amount twice from 2 different accounts.

                                I have raised a complaint by writing to them with complaint number #78463875 this people does not even have records that how many times they have received amount from a customer.

                                Previously similar thing happened and a complaint #76660265 was raised, then they said to write to us to deactivate one of the ECS system, to my wonder they never removed one of it.

                                More wonderful thing is that the deduction of amount twice does not happens each month, this happens only on random months.

                                I had earlier asked them to stop the ECS through citi bank, but this people does not have any solution to this, one of them says to write to citi bank some says to write to bajajalianze some says this cannot be done. This is really very wonderful organisation. Every executive have different solution to same problem with big 0 results.

                                  I've bought Motor Insurance Policy from HONDA ASSURE for my Car. Though the premium was high I've bought it from Honda Assure as their executive / officer was saying that your claims will not be settled easily if I'll buy it from any other insurance company or online from Policy Bazar. I'll not get the parts of car immediately if I'll not buying through Honda Assure. I bought the policy & executive / officer asked me to buy additional Riders on the policy, where ZERO DEP for 100% coverage & RIDER FOR CONSUMABLES, where I can claim for Engine Oils / Coolants in case of NON-ACCIDENTAL claims also, so I bought these 2 additional riders & paid premium what is higher that Market rates.

                                  After sometime, I've sent my car for regular services & workshop incharge asked me to change the Engine Oil & Coolant. I have discussed with workshop Incharge @ GOPINATHJI - MAKARPURA VADODARA about NON ACCIDENTAL CLAIM under An Additional Rider of CONSUMABLES given by HONDA ASSURE's officer Mr. Shubham Mishra. Workshop Incharge straight away denied for all these & transferred the phone to Mr. Shubham. I got literally shocked after listening statement of Shubham, that he hasn't committed anything like this. For me it was a big fool deal, I had asked him to refund an additional premium charged by HONDA ASSURE, which was pertains to CONSUMABLE RIDER. Again Shubham denied that Policy got issued & now he can't help me out.

                                  AN OFFICER FROM HONDA ASSURE MISGUIDED ME & CHARGED EXCESS PREMIUM, WHICH I WANT REFUND TO MY ACCOUNT.

                                      I am currently using car insurance policy (OG[protected]-[protected] of Bajaj Allianz which is expiring in October 2018. I have moved from Noida to Bangalore, so changed the registration number and got new RC. Same is being requested in policy document to change the registration number. It has been inspected and all documents provided in Bajaj Allianz office (BTM branch, Bangalore 2 months back). No documents provided yet. Also sent mail on 10th July 2018 to [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in and reminders to customer care but no response. As talked to customer care representative, they conveyed that I have to buy new insurance policy. It is totally absurd. I have already paid the premium and still valid till October 2018 then why I should buy a new policy again.
                                      They need to correct their system and should not loot the customers.

                                        On 23rd June, 2018, while I was going to Gujrada with my Hyundai i10 car no.UK07BE3084 met with an accident on Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun.

                                        On the way, suddenly an activa skidding came towards my car and hit on the front number plate. Meanwhile a stone like object stroke on the windshield (front glass), thus created a small round figure, which was seen by my wife who was sitting beside me. She also noticed that the crack was increasing. At the same time due to the immediate brake, a two wheeler hit on the rear bumper.

                                        Therefore, the crack on windshield(front glass) and dent on rear bumper is due to this accident. Whereas the insurance surveyor is not passing the claim by giving the reason that the crack is an old one.
                                        So, I request you to inquire at your level and pass the claim for the same.
                                        I will be highly obliged if you consider my request.
