Dear sir
I have submitted an intimation on 08.10.2018 regarding an accident at sithimore at kolkata on 07.10.2018 and my vehicle got damaged. My policy no. Og[protected]-00051428 of baja allianz. Vehicle is lying at bakkackpore automobile workshop from 08.10.2018. One mr. Sujit dey has completed the inspection only on 12.10.2018 but yet to give permission to the above dealer to start repair work. My want my vehicle is repaired quickly for my use in this festive season. I am given to understand that clearance not given for want of verification of ncb claim from earlier insurer namely m/s reliance with whom the policy was made for the last four years. My existing policy is with your company and my claim shall be entertained base on the valid policy purchased.

I feel i am harassed for the claim. I request that higher authority to look into the matter and resolved at the earliest. Things are getting delayed and i am deprived and harassed.

    Sir, i have purchased a policy [protected] from bajaj allianz insurance company ltd on 28 march 2007 with a single premium of rs 20000. My agent told me that only one premium is sufficient, hence i paid only one premium. Policy was prematurely closed by the company quoted reason that minimum 3 premiums were necessary to run the policy. The fund value as on 08 jan 2008 was ₹ 26792.34. I was contacted by the agent stating that in order to keep policy i have to pay premium and he would part with some commissions, which i disagreed and filed a complaint in 2008. No action was taken and neither received any payments. I need to be paid the current fund value had my policy was in place.in case i have to pay regular premium for all these years to reinstate with full benefits, i am willing for it.

    Therefore, i kindly request you to please make it clear that who had make the fault either your insurance agent or the company itself, due to which my policy was foreclosed and i have to bear both financial loss as well as my insurance cover was also gets end.
    Please resolve the matter and paid my amount.

        Hello sir
        This is ASWINKUMAR's friend. You called to him abt loan eligibility and convinced him to apply for loan and you gave assurance to him for loan amount. And you demand some formalities to process the loan sansaction like processing fees, insurance, and GST. We paid the amount Rs. 32600 nearly on month end. We paid the amount on time as per your deadline. But still we didnt receive any single amount in our account, we called you regularly still they said in process only. We have a question for you. is it take 15days to process the loan amount of Rs. 1 Lakhs.? If it is in process means u have to explain for us for delaying. We continuously called you but you arent pick a call, but you are in online. What is this? This is the way of handle the customer? Just think about us. If you are in my situation, u will be calm and quit? Even your front office employee also not pick the call. We need a clear explanation when will our loan amount will credit to us?

        I need ur response or refund my insurance amount as soon as possible to my account.

        Still no response from your side. I need not any loans from you. Just return my amount
        Few issue faced by me
        U can't register claim online as there system have lots of bugs

        They never follow up with you and u have to always follow up with surveyor

        Finally surveyor raise pending action against you ...saying vehicle not available for repair, ...saying y u registered claim so late

        Genuine advice

          I, shrawan kumar manthri purchased bajaj allianz life goal assure policy#[protected] from bajaj allianz in the month of august and policy effect data is 23rd aug. 2018 and expire date is 23/07/2018. Received policy documents on 25th aug. 2018, after receiving the policy documents, i have read the whole document and decided to cancel the policy as it doesn’t serve my purpose. When i reached policy bazar to cancel the policy (Purchased using policy bazar agents through online) they asked me to mail directly to [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in so that it will be cancelled. I did the same, mailed to [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in on 23rd and 27th of september and received system generated acknowledgement emails on both the days.
          Here actual issue is that in the acknowledgement mails clearly said that they will get in touch with me in next 48 hours but till now there is no response. Here one more thing is that i am receiving the continues email from bajaj allianz for due premium, even i have responded to these email to cancel my policy as it is not serving my purpose. (Premium due mails receiving from ranjana. [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in responded to this email two times).
          My demand is to cancel my policy and return back my full amount 15000 which i paid as first premium, as per the insurance policy document policy can be cancelled within in the free look period (Free look period is 30 days) and this free look period starts from the day of online policy document received. I received online policy document on 25th aug. 2018. I sent cancelation request within free look period so bajaj allianz should refund my amount fully without any cancelation fees.

          I have a life insurance policy with Bajaj Allianz, I have paid 2 premiums of one lakh rupees. Due to financial crises I was not able to pay any other premium for last five years. When I contacted then t surrender the policy and give my money back, they say that you will get zero rupees. Please look into this, Policy number: [protected]

          I have paid the amount on 28th September, and medical checkup also completed on 1st October, but still not get any policy copy.

          Why ?
          I paid my 1st month renewal payment through net banking. I got confirmation from bank for deduction my amount and one mail from Bajaj it's self .but still this amount is not reflected in my Bajaj Allianz account dashboard.. I bit worried about that. . Even in confirmation mail is showing payment mode nbol . I don't know why nbol showing.
          I have bought a bajaj allianz policy before 2 months and I have sent the cancellation request to the customer care.when I told bajaj allianz people to stop the ecs from their side they are saying that we can't do it and when I go to bank they are saying that bajaj has to intimate them.they should take the requst and immediately stop the same.they can't force the customer to pay the policy though it's already cancelled

            I am rushna vasim sayyed from ghatkopar complaing u about fraud case done with me in the name of bajaj allianz life insurance policy loan. In 12 september i had a call from neha from bajaj allianz life insurance. Fro. Gurgaon harayana delhi.she told me that we r selected for 0 percent interest loan from bajaj finance. They will provide us loan of 21 lac for 15 years ..at 0 per cent intrest..we have to pay them 35000 as quarterly payment as 3 month instalment now..we agrred and pay them 350000 in their account..next day tusar called us and told to pay tds amount of 52500 and noc amount of 50000.now then they will disburse our loan immediately..we trust them again and transfer money in their account. Agian next day neha called us and told to pay 30000 again in their account. And she will disburse our loan immediately..wr done that also...but now they r not receiving our calls and no answer...olz help us we r very stress and in problme...want my money back..we r middle class ...i had 2 small babys..plz reply me... i attached all aou transion receipt and 50000 amount us done by imps...neha [protected] tusar [protected] what ap [protected]..

                  My complain is that i was purchase a ac from n r electronics jammu on[protected] at the time of purchasing i also bought two year extended warranty from bajaj allianz general insurance company insurance period starts from[protected] to[protected]. On[protected] i registered a complain in bajaj with complain no oc[protected] 00000017 dt[protected].
                  A technician come at my place and taken pic of the damaged internal part and after seven days he come and sign from me and ask that company does not provide parts without ur signatures. I said ok and i sign on his documents. He takes more two day's, after two days i call him and say what to do with my new part's he ask me ur complain is automatically cancel due to parts damaged and company does not change damaged internal parts at the time of purchasing policy agent said me we cover extra two year like voltas company warranty from purchasing except first year. First year voltas company cover and next two year bajaj cover. And i call at customer care of bajaj they ask me u signed at terms and conditions of policy where this mention company cannot cover internal parts brokage then i ask to representative pls shows me signed terms and conditions of policy then representative gives me help desk mail id. I mail at [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in then auto response request is created with interaction id 225757 dt[protected] and except thistheir is no response from bagic help and i also call volta's toll free on and i asked that if these internal parts are damaged or broken in one year warranty period then is voltas company provide these internal parts in warranty period without any cost.
                  The answer is yes
                  The issue is that if volta's company can provide these internal parts in warranty period without any cost also if these internal parts is broken
                  Why bajaj insurance company does not provide these internal parts free of cost

                    Hi team,

                    This monday (25-sep-2018), i have been contacted by a person named anand. He said that he is calling from bajaj finance. I got a approval of 2 lacs rupees, for that i need to pay 30, 000 rupees amount immediately. As per his words, i paid 30 000 rupees to ultra trendz enterprises. The next day, his mobile is switched off.. This wednesday (27-june-2018), i tried calling another number and they told me to pay 10, 000 rupees as a processing fees, so that 3 lacs amount will be credited to my account within 1 hours. Believing her words, hence, i paid 15, 000 rupees to ultra trendz enterprises.. But after that, no information from them. Even if i call them, they either not attending my call or cutting my call.. Totally i paid 45, 000 rupees...

                    I suspect this is like cheating customers or a scam...

                    They said that they are located in ambit it park, ambattur, chennai. This no is [protected] [protected]
                    Bajaj Allianz customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    Paid amount of Rs. 10461 for Transaction Reference No 5583542 has been received by Bajaj Allianz on August 8th. Still insurance not confirmed. Not happy with the policy. Check in your database so many tickets raised but no use. Whats this bad.

                        My younger brother antriksh singh is admitted in manipal hospital jaipur for stem cells harvesting for my brother ankush. Who was suffering from blood cancer. I ask for pre approval from bajaj allianze they denied cashless for that and advise to take reimbursement after treatment. However when i submitted all the documents for reimbursement they denied by saying that claim for[protected]b is inadmissible as per policy terms and conditions. When i buy the policy they never said anything now they are showing their term and conditions.

                        Request bajaj allianze official to look into matter and refund me my hospital expenses.

                          Nobody should deal with this company since this companys service is very very bad. Whenever you send a mail to customer care you get auto response as detailed under: After this nobody will contact and your problem will never be resolved forever. The grievance department is still the worst. They may get back to you if they wish without knowing even what is the problem. Possibly handled by illiterates and handicapped personnel in Grievence department. I wonder whether this forum can move this company to the mail shown below since even tsunami has not been able to move them. Stubborn Non diligent personnel at all levels. Over and above shameless and cannot be provoked by any means.

                          I received one email possibly because of this Forum shaming this company. This was standard mail with polite english informing that they are working on my feed back and the Problem of Pop highlighted in the original Mail. But even after 15 Days the status remain same and nothing is resolved. Possibly they are only looking at the problem to have some fun and not looking into the issues raised since the majority of the personnel in this organisation appear to be parasites the worst is their grievence cell who possibly may be illiterates as concluded from no mails response received from this department anytime unless one writed to IRDA or Govt. portal. That response will also be a stupid standard message assuring that nothing will be done at their end .
                          Please do not take any policy with this company unless U want to get heart attack in pursuing this company in all matters. All re paid in this organisation for No actual work since the system does all the work.

                            My name is akila. I have been issued with bajaj life insurance policy (Policy number:[protected]) even without sumbitting kyc documents. At the time of processing my application itself, i requested for cancellation of policy and further i didn't submit my kyc.
                            Still, the company has proceeded with processing my application and issued the same even without the required documents. Now, that they have issued the policy, i have to go through the normal free look cancellation method and i have been told that 100% of the premium amount will not be refunded. Appropriate deductions towards risk cover will be made.

                              Details are that i had invested rs 5lakhs in the year 2010 in their invest plus scheme, i asked them to refund my amount with returns instead they are telling that it will not be given back as they had given life insurance policy along with the investment plan has lapsed, therefore your amount will not be. Returned, i am requesting them to return my money back with good returns since many years, but now i am fed up and fully harassed, i dont understand as to how any body could. Take and cheat you by not refunding the same

                                Sir, I renewed my two wheeler insurance from your bajaj allianz Coochbehaar branch. But they issued a fake policy to me. When I checked the policy details in MPARIBAHAN govt website then they are showing that there is no such existing policy for my two wheeler.

                                It is totally hopeless for me that some employees of company like bajaj is doing this kind of fraud practices.

                                Kindly resolve this matter as the earliest and inform me. Otherwise I have to go to CONSUMER FORUM .

                                  But there is a border line report and doctor did not prescribed any medicine for that

                                    My policy is og[protected]-00000026. I had applied a claim for initial approval at 2 o'clock on 14th sep 2018.

                                    It has been 54 hours when i had applied for claim. A procedure needs to be done for him which is pending because of your approval.

                                    I am continuously the customer care for last two days to get the status, so that when the hospital gets the approval the procedure and treatment is started for my father in law.

                                        I was working there as a adm but as my father expired i had to leave immediately. I did inform my branch manager. I worked for 13-14 days but i did not got my salary. When i came back to rejoin, they asked me to resign. Now when i am inquiring about my salary for that particular days they have said i will not get as i have not served my notice period. But putting down my papers was the only option they had given me that was the reason i had give up. And more importantly when inquired about my salary the concerned person did say first i will get my salary at the end of the month. But now its been more than 45 days and i haven’t received any update. Kindly help me.
