Hi Team,

I had earlier raised request to cancel my ECS for my policy number [protected], they said I need to email to citi.[protected]@bajajallianz.co.in which I did one and half month back(6June2018). But as expected they dint even bothered to respond to my email.
Previous to this I had followed up to this to the customer care. they keep on providing wrong information. First they say I can do that online and tried changing the bank details online, which said its raised a service ticket on my behalf. Nothing happened even after 1month (in May Month to be precise) Then they said I need to cancel my ECS for Citibank, for which I need to talk to my bank. I did that as well, they said they cant help I need to talk to Bajaj Allianz. This people keep on passing the ball from one dept to other.

At last they said to email to citi.[protected]@bajajallianz.co.in, for some pathetic reason they are yet to respond.

for Past 1and half month the online shows my ECS to be as HDFC, but to no surprise the ECS is still getting deducted from my CITI bank.

They said while taking the plan that they are with us all time and take care o[censored]s, now I understand how pathetically they take care o[censored]s.

One of you colleague has called up to my UK number, he said he would providing me an email id, to which I need to send the required scanned documents through email. But till now I dint receive any email from your end. Each person calls me up and says different version of solution. Why your Customer executive have same version of solution.

I dont know what this Bajaj Allianz people do, they deducted 1500 from my citi bank apart from that they have deducted amount from my other bank for 39Rs though this is small amount, but why the hell they Bajaj life deducted this. Transaction ID[protected]. reference[protected]. Whats wrong with this people I dont understand.

Please guys help from this horror things Bajaj Allianz people are doing.

There is one more blunder thing this people are doing now, Bajaj Allianz is such a wonderful organisation who does not recognise whether they have already received premium amount. They keep deducting premium amount twice from 2 different accounts.

I have raised a complaint by writing to them with complaint number #78463875 this people does not even have records that how many times they have received amount from a customer.

Previously similar thing happened and a complaint #76660265 was raised, then they said to write to us to deactivate one of the ECS system, to my wonder they never removed one of it.

More wonderful thing is that the deduction of amount twice does not happens each month, this happens only on random months.

I had earlier asked them to stop the ECS through citi bank, but this people does not have any solution to this, one of them says to write to citi bank some says to write to bajajalianze some says this cannot be done. This is really very wonderful organisation. Every executive have different solution to same problem with big 0 results.

    I've bought Motor Insurance Policy from HONDA ASSURE for my Car. Though the premium was high I've bought it from Honda Assure as their executive / officer was saying that your claims will not be settled easily if I'll buy it from any other insurance company or online from Policy Bazar. I'll not get the parts of car immediately if I'll not buying through Honda Assure. I bought the policy & executive / officer asked me to buy additional Riders on the policy, where ZERO DEP for 100% coverage & RIDER FOR CONSUMABLES, where I can claim for Engine Oils / Coolants in case of NON-ACCIDENTAL claims also, so I bought these 2 additional riders & paid premium what is higher that Market rates.

    After sometime, I've sent my car for regular services & workshop incharge asked me to change the Engine Oil & Coolant. I have discussed with workshop Incharge @ GOPINATHJI - MAKARPURA VADODARA about NON ACCIDENTAL CLAIM under An Additional Rider of CONSUMABLES given by HONDA ASSURE's officer Mr. Shubham Mishra. Workshop Incharge straight away denied for all these & transferred the phone to Mr. Shubham. I got literally shocked after listening statement of Shubham, that he hasn't committed anything like this. For me it was a big fool deal, I had asked him to refund an additional premium charged by HONDA ASSURE, which was pertains to CONSUMABLE RIDER. Again Shubham denied that Policy got issued & now he can't help me out.

    AN OFFICER FROM HONDA ASSURE MISGUIDED ME & CHARGED EXCESS PREMIUM, WHICH I WANT REFUND TO MY ACCOUNT.

        I am currently using car insurance policy (OG[protected]-[protected] of Bajaj Allianz which is expiring in October 2018. I have moved from Noida to Bangalore, so changed the registration number and got new RC. Same is being requested in policy document to change the registration number. It has been inspected and all documents provided in Bajaj Allianz office (BTM branch, Bangalore 2 months back). No documents provided yet. Also sent mail on 10th July 2018 to [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in and reminders to customer care but no response. As talked to customer care representative, they conveyed that I have to buy new insurance policy. It is totally absurd. I have already paid the premium and still valid till October 2018 then why I should buy a new policy again.
        They need to correct their system and should not loot the customers.

          On 23rd June, 2018, while I was going to Gujrada with my Hyundai i10 car no.UK07BE3084 met with an accident on Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun.

          On the way, suddenly an activa skidding came towards my car and hit on the front number plate. Meanwhile a stone like object stroke on the windshield (front glass), thus created a small round figure, which was seen by my wife who was sitting beside me. She also noticed that the crack was increasing. At the same time due to the immediate brake, a two wheeler hit on the rear bumper.

          Therefore, the crack on windshield(front glass) and dent on rear bumper is due to this accident. Whereas the insurance surveyor is not passing the claim by giving the reason that the crack is an old one.
          So, I request you to inquire at your level and pass the claim for the same.
          I will be highly obliged if you consider my request.

            Its been 10 days since the Bajaj Technician checked my TV ( 4th July was home visit) and said that either it will be repaired in 2 weeks else a replacement will be provided. Everytime I call up the call center, they say they only register complaint, rest they cannot do anything. They gave number of some managers, whose number is not working. However Call center insists only these non-existent managers can help. Call center is only to take claim and not to process.
            I need action in balance 4 days of promised 2 weeks ( 4th july to 18th july is 2 week - today is 14th July) and I look for action

            Thanks. However if even giving an update means so many follow up and still pending after 14 days. then getting work done will be my whole lifetime? I have put in multiple reminders on Email / twitter, but nothing has moved.

            Call center says --> they only register complaints. They cannot do anything further for me.

            Strange, you dont have a process to send update to customer via email / sms for issues reported. This shows you dont have "customer service" attitude.

              My mobile got damazed on 11th July, 2018 at 10.00pm. I have complained about this the next day i.e. on 12th July, 2018 and the intimation number is [protected]. I have called nearly 30 times to customer care to tell about this and for further process but unable to speak to them. today at 5.40pm I spoke to customer care person and requested for verification and I have requested her to speak little bit loudly as I am not holding proper phone still she has not bothered and disconnected the call. if this is the case why you people register for insurance at the time of purchase when you are unable to process the request in a proper time. you people do not know a person calls with the registered mobile when mobile got damaged. For call back also I have requested twice still your customer care don't bother.

              on 11th July at 10.00pm when I am at kitchen it was fallen down and got damaged.model is Oppo F5.

                My name is subramanian, I have been contacted by a person on ultra Trendz . He said that he is calling from bajaj finance. I got a approval of 5 lacs rupees. He ask me to pay the insurance amount and processing fee immediately to approve the loan, so I paid the insurance amount (20000) and Processing fee of 9600 for loan amount of 5 lacs rupees on 23.june.2018, Still i didn't receive the money, When i contact the person they didn't response correctly. Can any one help me.

                I suspect this is like cheating customers or a scam...

                On the payment receipt they are located in ambit it park, ambattur, chennai.

                  Dear sir,

                  I regret to inform you that we had taken two policies on dated 13.03.2012 in the name of Gaurahari Gopinath Swain and Nirupama Gaurahari Swain vide Policy No. [protected] and [protected] respectively and paid premium amount of RS 8, 00, 000/- each . The maturity amount supposed to be exempted u/s 10(10)(d) as per the policy norms. but now when I saw the 26 AS TDS was deducted 1% u/s 194DA on the maturity amount of RS 1223104 and 1227264 that means it will be taxable income .

                  please clarify the same . if it is wrongly entered then rectify the same as early as possible so that i can filed the return.

                        Hi,
                        I went to renew and transfer my mahindra xuv500 car policy to a bajaj allianz agent name chandrashekar, tiptur (Imd code[protected] the previous insurer was bajaj allianz itself (Policy no.- og[protected]-[protected] so thought of continuing with the same. I am very much dissatisfied and the service is totally pathetic.

                        I bought a used car and previous policy expiry date was on 14th april so on april 13th i went to renew it and also to transfer the owner of policy. I submitted all the required documents and even i paid the policy premium amount as per your agent quotation ₹30, 700/- he assured of renewal on the same day. But didn’t happened on the next day he told the vehicle has to be inspected so i arranged the inspection and it has been done by mr. Pradeepa s, territory manager, virtual office from bangalore. I waited for a week but didn’t got any update from the agent. When i contacted he took excuse saying that “the proposal has been rejected by the head office, i am applying for the new proposal and the vehicle has to be inspected again”. So again second time the vehicle was inspected by the same person pradeepa s again this time also i was fooled by your agent i neither got the policy nor the updates. When i contacted again he told “there some issue, the renewal is not happening i will try from the bangalore office”. I decided to give a last try. The vehicle was once again inspected, but this time by a third party
                        Company (I don’t remember the name and person). This time also he failed to renew the policy and refunded the amount after 2 long months.

                        I don’t know whether the problem is with the company or the agent. Paying the prescribed amount, waiting for 2 months, with 3 car inspections, visiting the agent 100 times i didn’t got my policy renewed. At some point i even thought to drag the issue in consumer court but maked my mind to inform it to the company. It’s been a month i wrote to the company regarding the issue atleast the company didn’t even had the courtesy to reply for the mail.

                        How you people are going to handle this serious issue i don’t know, even though the matter is bit long i tried to explain it in detail. If the problem is with the agent i hope you people will take action so that other people don’t get fooled.

                        Anyhow i got my car insured with a better insurer with much better premium and benefits that to within in an hour. I decided not to go with bajaj allianz again with my vehicles and will never refer the company to any of my friends and relatives

                        I have told the bajaj allianz to cancel my policy and cancel the ecs in free look cancellation but they are not doing it.
                        I do not ask for a health insurance polocy by your company your executive called for medical card worth rs. 693 but he done insurnace policy no og[protected]-00032351 kindly cancel this policy as soon as possible

                            Your customer executive are cheating innocent customers, giving wrong information (Fraud)..

                            I have renewed my car policy on 23 june 2018, i have been told that i will get the soft copy by 25th june.

                            I would like to complaint about mr. Karan hiremath/ho direct marketing/web sales/general

                            This guy made multiple calls until i renewed the policy but now not reverting my email -

                            [ my insurance is expired on 23 june (Mid night) and i am using taxi service every day to commute to my office - who will pay for that...

                            Before i go to consumer forum please solve my matter and take action against the customer executive.

                              Hi team,

                              This monday (25-june-2018), i have been contacted by a person named anand. He said that he is calling from bajaj finance. I got a approval of 2 lacs rupees, for that i need to pay 20, 000 rupees amount immediately. As per his words, i paid 20, 000 rupees to ultra trendz enterprises. The next day, his mobile is switched off.. This wednesday (27-june-2018), i tried calling another number and they told me to pay 10, 000 rupees as a processing fees, so that 2 lacs amount will be credited to my account within 2 hours. Believing her words, hence, i paid 10, 000 rupees to ultra trendz enterprises.. But after that, no information from them. Even if i call them, they either not attending my call or cutting my call.. Totally i paid 30, 000 rupees...

                              I suspect this is like cheating customers or a scam...

                              They said that they are located in ambit it park, ambattur, chennai.

                              They are not giving my money back for my policy no. [protected]. It is an life insurance taken 2009 I. Paid a first installment of 12000rs after that i am not in a position to. Pay my premium. Now they are telling me, no money will be returned.
                              My name is subramanian, I face the same situation, I paid insurance amount (25000) and Processing fee of 9600 for loan amount of 5 lacs rupees, Still i didn't receive the money, When i contact the person they didn't response correctly. Can any one help me.
                              My name is sundari, i paid deposite amount 10000 and loan amount 1 lacs, still i did not receiving the loan amount, when i contact the person they did not responce.can any one help me.

                                  I have taken policy no 'og[protected]-00007099 on 25.05.2018 through online from bajajallianz for my two wheeler for a period of three years. Previous policy which was from hdfc ergo was expiring on 26.06.2018 midnight. I had filled all the colums correctly. The above said policy should have been started from 00.01 hrs of 27.06.2018 but to my surprise bajaj allianz have given the insurance period from 02.07.2018 to 01.07.2021. On the same day i mailed at [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in alogwith scanned copy of my previous policy for making amendment, when they did not respond, i mailed again on 26.06.2018 and informed their pune branch telephonically. The person on the phone assured that you will be contacted through mail or phone very soon but sorry to say till this time there is no response. You are requested to look into the matter for necessary action. Regards.

                                    I am existing policy holder of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd. . At present my 4 Policies are running in Halwasia commerce house habibullah state branch Lucknow. Existing Policy no's are [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected]. I Am paying premium Rs.1, 13, 824 approx per annum.

                                    My above policy agent Mr. Himanshu Gupta, (Code No.[protected] Mobile No [protected]) came my residence for collection of my existing policy's premium so I gave him 2 blank cheques for two due premium of said polices. But he used One of the my cheque for issue a new policy in my name with out any concerned/permission with me & he send a bank mandate to Mansarovar Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd. for Rs-50000/- and he committed my forge signatures in mandate. I know that said matter when Bank informed me about said mandate. I enclosed said mandate for ready reference.
                                    After that I try to contact to Mr Himanshu gupta, agent & also contact to his senior officials but they are not any response me in this regard. At present neither he contact me nor he returned my Rupees.
                                    Please look into the matter & take appropriate action as early as possible

                                      I being the branch manager of pnb gudha gorji. Have given 2 policies of stocks and building to mr satyendra, territory head at jaipur last month. We had also credited the premium amount to your pnb account on that same day but till not we had no information about the policies. Regularly we do folow up with mr satyendra and every day he used to make us fool that till evening you will get the policies. Kindly take strict action against him or refund us premium amount along with interest so that without ignoring any future mishappening we can make insure our goods and property through other insurance company.

I can only share the transaction number through which I hd paid the premium amount. And if you can't resolve my issue kindly refund that premium amount so that we can get our stocks insured through some other insurance company. For more details u can inquire with Mr Satyendra Jhajhria, [protected] who has aporoached us for insurance representing himself as territory head of Jaipur of Bajaj Allianz.

                                        unable to view policy details on the portal

                                        The policy details are not shown in the portal, though I can generate my IT certificate from the login screen (https://bajajallianzlifeonline.co.in/CustomerPortal/logon/index.jsp#!/login). The issue has been present from past 4 to 6 months. And the chatbot always messes up with policy status saying provided wrong details, though I have always provided valid policy details...
