Dear sir,
I had given my vehicle (Baleno delta) reg. No. Dl9cam0614, for repair under insurance claim, but insurance co. Surveyor has rejected 5 parts reapir out of 9 claimed, without giving any valid reason for rejection, also co.in is not responding to mail / complaints, even i had tried to raise the issue to top management of the co. But they are not responding,

    Hi,

    Its been 15 days i have mailed all the required documents for surrendering the sarve suraksha life insurance policy to bajaj allianz. I have sent query emails regarding the status already 4 times now, and have not recieved a single reply. I have even called the customer care 2 times in gap of 5 days and they are just saying that they do not have any update regarding this, how much time will it take or anything. Citi bank and bajaj allianz are just fooling young freshers with this fraud policy when opening the salary account with citi bank. Very depressed with bajaj allianz and citi bank. They say that its group policy but when you contact citi bank they say that they are out of the matter.

          I had opened a citibank account 5 years ago, and they offered me an insurance policy (Sarve shakti suraksha) from bajaj allianz, with the policy term of 10 years
          With a guaranteed 8% returns, and the locking period of 4 years.
          It was 1500/- per month. So till now i have paid 91500 inr.

          When i had a talk to the customer care person, they said i will be getting 92150 inr as i have paid for 5 years and some interest has been added to it. As said by them, i have sent the required documents to the provided address and they mentioned that within 12 working days i will be receiving the money, its already near to a month neither i received the money nor the response.

          Customer care people are not reachable. By chance if we get them then they won't be having the proper information or forward our call.

          After all these i feel you guys are fooling many innocent people in the name of tax savings.

          Surely i will not recommend any of the bajaj allianz policies to my colleagues. Please stick to the words that you have mentioned in the policy - certificate of insurance document.

            My policy no is [protected]

            I had taken this policy with online talking with costomer care reps of bajaj allianz coy.

            When i get the policy bond.in it all detail in writing was not mentioned as they discuss with me

            After that i deposit my cancellation application along with all documents on 29 mar 18.

            At that time office staff says that my first deposited premium will return after 7-10 working days.

            But even after 45 days my rs 3000 not refunded till date

            I have also talk 6-7 times with costomer care staff of bajaj allianz company

              I have policy [protected] at bo patel nagar kathua & i want to close this policy as i m not in position to run it, for this i visited bo on 28 apr, where they asked me to provide kyc & bank statement. As i m also working i hardly found time to visit, when i visit the bo they told me u havn't stamped bank statement, i told them i can get it signed from bank official but they don't accepted that. Now this is second staturday that is bank holiday. How i can get it stamped. This clearly means that either they dont want to close my policy or they don't want to work. So i request that this complaint should be resolved & please take necessary steps. All these activties effects company reputation.

                I have tried your helpline numbers but never got any response, it keeps saying our customer care executive are busy on another call. I want to surrender this policy and don't know what to do? this is frustrating when the helpline number is not working, what kind of service we can expect from Baja Allianz.

                  The surveyor is really arrogant & not ready to listened just wanted to put his comments whatever it is & he wants, my car bumbed into bike & to save him i took further left & my car got a hit from left back door with a piller at the end of the colony, he didn't even agree that it hit with piller, if this kind of survey you do where you say customer is lying, really pathetic.. How did he knows it didn't hit with piller, he thinks we are stupid making stories, i will ensure neither i nor any one whom i know will get insurance form bajaj allianc. Really sick, if you guys think customer lie n make stories please trust than there is no use for insurance. My car will repair whether will insurance or with my own experience but this is really bad to make fool to customer, at the time of insurance they say take this that, zero dep etc but when we claim u put whatever u want... Really annoyed,

                    Sir/madam,

                    It is to inform you that i have appliance insurance policy bearing no. Og[protected]-00160192 in respect of extended warranty of my hitachi window ac. I have registered complaint bearing claim no. Oc[protected]-00002160 and after two days on 01.05.2018 technical engineer visited the house and informed that there is capacitor problem in the ac. And he took the capacitor with him and assured me that it will be replaced within a day or two.

                    It is more than 10 days from registering the complaint but issue has not been resolved till date. Customer service executive informed me that it took 4 days for documents submission / verification and approval has not been received till date.

                    We are suffering in the scorching summer season without the functioning of ac just because of your department's callous attitude.

                    You are therefore requested to look into the matter to resolve the issue on urgent basis.

                      I have taken Bajaj Allianz SARVE SHAKTI SURAKSHA policy through CITIBANK and have been paying premium for the same @1500 pm for the past 72 months.(premium is deducted automatically from salary account)
                      Now I want to surrender the policy. I called BAJAJ ALLIANZ customer care but they were unable to solve my problem.
                      Two years ago, I've called to Bajaj Allianz CC, They told me if you've surrender this policy after 4 years then there will be no charges would be deducted Now, after 6 years where I had paid a premium of 1500Rs for around 72 months. So it comes around 108000 Rs. Now since i asked Bajaj Allianz to surrender my policy then they confirm for closure. Now, I was SHOCKED to hear that out of Rs. 105000Rs/- premiums paid by me, I will be getting around Rs. 95000RS/- back only.Come on, I was like what are you talking about? This was not communicated to me at the time of applying for policy.I started this policy when i was opening the Citibank Salary account .The then representative guaranteed me good returns after 4years.He was like, after 4 years you can stop this insurance and you will get good returns.So
                      now I am left in complete mess thanks to the these two Companies Citibank and Bajaj Allianz.I am fully depressed and sad, since i feel i am cheated by companies which i trusted. And the worst part is that there are many people who has suffered from this, and many definitely are.So iam quite sure you guys have realised it is best way to mint money from innocent people.

                      Also, if this was not enough, I called the citibank customer care people to ask about this. Now they're saying they're out of this matter . its about returning money.Seriously, i never expected this in worst of my dreams.

                      i expect some positive reply from u asap. At least expect my principal amount back)

                      Hi Team,

                      I opened a citibank account 6 years ago, and i was offered an insurance policy (Sarve shakti suraksha) from bajaj allianz, policy term being 10 years.
                      With a guaranteed 8% returns, and the locking period is 4 years.
                      It was 1500/- per month. My policy number is [protected] So till now i have paid 108000. But when i applied to surrender my policy the customer care representative stating that maturity amount would be only 95868.71 INR after deducting administration charges. Almost 13000 difference. And these deductions were not said while signing the insurance.
                      So coming back to surrendering policy. Now they are asking for Policy Certificate. However I didn't received any letter or certificate. Even I didn't signed any T&C before.

                      Even I called up the Customer Care many times before and every time they advice please don't surrender that policy before 4 years and after that you'll get the good return Now, after 6years I'm not able to get my actual amount.
                      After reading all the complaint threads here, now i am really thinking "am i going to get my money back" This looks like a fraud company to me.
                      I would definitely not recommend others to buy any insurance policy from bajaj allianz.

                          I bought a daikin inverter ac 1.5 ton from hari om electronics, along with the purchase, i also bought extended warranty for 2 years by bajaj allianz.
                          I called bajaj allianz customer support on 19th april 2018 and registered a service request for ac repair.
                          The mechanic visited on 21st april 2018 and stated that the gas needs to be refilled, prepared invoice for claim and suggested that the claim will be approved in 48 hours. Once done, they will come again to repair the ac. It has been almost 20 days since i lodged the request, however, the approval hasn't come yet. I have called several times on their helpline, every time they claim to forward my request to "expedite", however, nothing in reality has been done so far.
                          Despite having an ac with all inclusive repair warranty i am being forced to sleep in the scorching heat, sweating and cursing the day i ever paid those 2995 rupees.
                          Bajaj allianz officer who provides "the approval" - bhuvnesh mehta, cell # [protected] hung up on me once and hasn't picked my phone again ever since.
                          I am devastated by the pathetic responses and the treatment received from bajaj allianz. As a consumer, it's my humble request to teach these people a good lessons on "customer service",

                          Hello Team,

                          My primary concern has been partially resolved. The engineers did arrive on Sunday and filled the gas, however, refused to clean dirt from the AC. I had to pay Rs. 500 to a local mechanic just to get the AC serviced, this is absurd, i paid for the all inclusive warranty.

                          Please provide me the SLA document at the earliest so i can review the warranty coverage and file another formal complaint for malpractice.

                            My name is dhaneesh. I was purchased daikin ac on last year 2017. When i purchasing ac, the bajaj finserv executive convincing me to take extended warranty from bajaj allianz/ asset care. He told me that bajaj allianz/ asset care tied-up with daikin and you can get service from daikin authorized service center under this extended warranty period.

                            Also he promising me the process is very simple just wants to book complaint to bajaj allianz/ asset care and they will arrange service from "daikin authorized service center" for two years under this extended warranty policy. That’s why i take this extended warranty policy.

                            Now i’m in bajaj allianz/ asset care extended warranty period. I registered a complaint to bajaj allianz for service my ac but they trying to send unauthorized local service person. After conversation with bajaj allianz customer care person, i came to know, there is no service covered from daikin authorized service center for this extended warranty policy.

                            They fooled me and cheated me. I want only service from authorized service center. So i sent email request to bajaj allianz and asset care to cancel this extended warranty policy and refund policy amount. After no response for 7 days i called the customer care of bajaj allianz/ asset care. I called them one by one for 3days but no response about cancellation policy.

                            If i call bajaj allianz customer care, they simply telling me to call asset care
                            If i call asset care customer care, they simply telling me to call bajaj allianz

                            Nobody taking responsibility regarding this extended warranty policy issue.

                            Daikin ac purchased date: 25.03.2017 (From bea, 100feet road, coimbatore, tamil nadu)

                            Solution i’m expecting:
                            1) please provide me service as promised from “daikin authorized service center”

                            2) if cannot provide service from “daikin authorized service center”, then cancel my insurance and give my money back.

                            3) if you give me option to claim amount with “daikin authorized service centre” bill, then simplify your process. Your process is very very big. As per supreme court order aadhaar card mandatory is stayed and not compulsory as of now. But still bajaj allianz asking aadhaar card proof. Why?

                            Finally I got a letter from you. Its says claim is not possible under "Exclusion clause 28" due to commercial use.

                            When I take this policy the bajaj execute didn't tell anything about this terms. He repeatedly forcing me to take this policy and Also he promising me the process is very simple just wants to book complaint to bajaj allianz/ asset care and they will arrange service from "daikin authorized service center" for two years under this extended warranty policy. That’s why i take this extended warranty policy.

                            My question is

                            1) Why the bajaj execute not given any information about this terms "Exclusion clause 28" before I take this policy?

                            2) If I know this terms "Exclusion clause 28" before I take this policy, did I proceed for non-claimable policy?

                            3) I'm using my AC in my office. I understood that this policy will not use for me ever. So what about my paid amount Rs. 5952?

                              We bought washing machine with bajaj allianz extended warranty in nov, 2013, now it got repaired and when we are contacting the customer care they are not responding stating the warranty is fake and contract is not available between ifb washing machine (Having 4years self warranty) and bajaj allianz. They are asking us to pay money nearly more than rs.6000 to avail the service.

                                    My insurance was done at jamkash vehicledes hyderpora from where i have booked a fresh car in may 2013. I shifted to bajaj allianz during my renewal of insurance in may 2017, i earlier had insurance of national insuance. I work in jammu and kashmir bank ltd as credit incharge and we have tie up with your company for the non life insurance the only reason for shifting to bagicl from national insurance was only that my customers were always complain about the higher end premium from you and many were complaining for the settlement of claim, i had to renew my insurance to check the authenticity of the claim. The issue is in june 2017 i had claimed for a insurance claim for the front light and bumper. Due to non availability of light, i had to take back the car and i again claimed for the same in the month of september. After 10 days my vehicle was given back as my claim was rejected. It has been a month and unfortunately i haven't received and letter from your end for the rejection of claim. I personally called few bajaj allianz officials, they assured me it will be done. Not only u wasted my time but also by rejecting my geniuine claim you have proved me wrong in front of my customers. I don't know should i persuade costumers to get insurance done from you are not. Fyi the amount of 1000 rs which i have to pay for the claim and half of the plastic part amount is greater than the plastic bumper.

                                    I just want to know.how can you renew a insurance policy on 20 may when there was pre-existing damages on 9th may without intimating me or my bank of pre-existing damages. Moreover the damages which were pre-existing according to you were not covered in my previous claim also and the reason for partial claim settlement was also not provided. Now ironically the company is again calling me for the renewal of the insurance policy

                                        I am continously following you guys for my status regarding my pf claim and you guys are not replying me anything.
                                        I am talking about my own money not about others and Bajaj Allianz is such a disgusting company, if any one will ask for a policy then you guys treat them as your son in law, and if any one asking for the claim then you guys dont know them at all.
                                        I have applied my pf on 14th march 2018 and still now didn't get a single message regarding this. I have submitted all relevant docs at your Bajaj Allianz life insurance office at Bhubaneswar and they send it to pune.
                                        By tracking the pod no i came to know that docs has been delivered at pune Ho.
                                        Please do the needful and atleast reply me abt my status
