I bought a daikin inverter ac 1.5 ton from hari om electronics, along with the purchase, i also bought extended warranty for 2 years by bajaj allianz.
I called bajaj allianz customer support on 19th april 2018 and registered a service request for ac repair.
The mechanic visited on 21st april 2018 and stated that the gas needs to be refilled, prepared invoice for claim and suggested that the claim will be approved in 48 hours. Once done, they will come again to repair the ac. It has been almost 20 days since i lodged the request, however, the approval hasn't come yet. I have called several times on their helpline, every time they claim to forward my request to "expedite", however, nothing in reality has been done so far.
Despite having an ac with all inclusive repair warranty i am being forced to sleep in the scorching heat, sweating and cursing the day i ever paid those 2995 rupees.
Bajaj allianz officer who provides "the approval" - bhuvnesh mehta, cell # [protected] hung up on me once and hasn't picked my phone again ever since.
I am devastated by the pathetic responses and the treatment received from bajaj allianz. As a consumer, it's my humble request to teach these people a good lessons on "customer service",

My primary concern has been partially resolved. The engineers did arrive on Sunday and filled the gas, however, refused to clean dirt from the AC. I had to pay Rs. 500 to a local mechanic just to get the AC serviced, this is absurd, i paid for the all inclusive warranty.
Please provide me the SLA document at the earliest so i can review the warranty coverage and file another formal complaint for malpractice.
