    On 29.03.2018, i have remitted premium amount of rs.11818/- in respect of the above policy through online using debit card. I have received a message thatrs.11818/- has been deducted from my bank account, but till now
    Not received any confirmation reg. Receipt of payment. On inquiry customer care informed that "not received the payment"hence i am seeking your help for solving issue either i have to return back the amount or confirmation receipt of premium payment.

      I have purchased insurance for my vehicle in oct'17 through policy bazaar. Car and rc were then in my employer's name. Subsequently on receipt of rc card in my name, i have requested bajaj allianz for name endorsement.
      As and when requested, i have submitted :-
      1) updated proposal form.
      2) new rc card in my name
      3) noc from the previous owner
      4) copy of earlier insurance policy.
      Vehicle inspection video uploaded on 6th jan 2018, and acknowledgement sms recd from policy bazaar with inspection id ref.
      Also received an acknowledgement sms from bajaj allianz for payment of rs.57/- with transaction reference no. Dt. 09th feb 2018.
      As hyperlinks received for payment of rs.57/- from bajaj allianz and policy bazaar were not secured, has been done by team lead of policy bazaar.

      Since then both bajaj and policy bazaar have been dily dalling name endorsement.

        This is to inform you that i had paid rs.3145/- on 02.10.15 to bajaj allianz general insurance company limited being premium for extended warranty for 2 years for my laptop. But in spite of passing of considerable times, they have not sent me policy bond as yet. Since my laptop is giving trouble, i have personally visited their office several times and requested them to issue policy bond and also made several correspondence to this effect but to no effect.in view of the facts stated above, i am attaching herewith all the correspondence along with their reply and few documents such as receipt etc. Which will speak of it self. Kindly look into the matter seriously and hope that i shall not be deprived of principles of natural justice from your end.

            My self kmp narayanan, i had buyed the bajaj allianz policy (Policy no :[protected]) on 20-nov-2007 with a premium of rs. 30, 000/-. The representative which came from bajaj allianz told us that the amount will get doubled in every 3 years according to market value and even told us that the company will contact us if there is any variations in the market.
            However neither the company contacted us thereafter nor the representative came back to tell us regarding the market variations. We are in trouble now, we waited for 10 long years considering that someone will contact us. However we were disappointed hearing to the online message. We contacted their online number to check regarding this policy. It was disheartening to hear that the amount which was promised as double is now reduced than the premium amount. I was getting only 29000 back which was not at all acceptable.
            Please refund back the amount you took from us with an interest of rs.3, 00, 000. As that money was kept to put in nsc that time so that it would have been beneficial to me today as i got retired.
            Request you to refund the money as soon as possible.

              My vehicle bearing reg no. Jh02ak1328 had stolen on dtd. 24/12/2017. I made an fir in police station of barachatti, gaya, bihar on dtd. 25/12/2017. I locked a complaint to bajaj allianz against policy no. Og[protected]-00001823 even and requested them to paid the insured idv of vehicle. But they are investigating only. Till now i have not received any payment of vehicle's insured amount from bajaj allianz.

              Please do the needful. I belongs to the medium class family and dependent of my livelihood on the driving of my vehicle. Vehicle was purchased on loan amount, hypotheticated by m/s. Cholamandalam finance. Still, i have to give the installment amount to financier.

                1) i have paid the premium amount for my policy with bajaj allianz on 22-jan-2018 and got the receipt.
                2) after that, i received sms from bajaj allianz almost everyday stating to pay premium before 15-feb-2018. And ignore if already paid.
                3) and i ignored that as i had paid already.
                4) on feb 15 there was two attempt to (One after the other) to deduct money from my account through ecs.
                5) since i did not have enough money in the account, the withdrawal attempt failed.
                6) due to this failed attempt, the bank has deducted money from my account citing cheque bounce issue.
                7) i have raised this issue on 16-feb-2018 to bajaj allianz through email
                8) when there was no proper response in the subsequent days, i have forwarded the same to [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in successively, yet to no avail.
                Its now 34 days since i have reported this issue.

                To summarize
                1) i have reported the issue through email on 16-feb-2018
                2) the issue got registered on bajaj allianz portal only on 21-feb-2018
                3) i have received the complaint number: 71571160 for tracking.
                4) it says the tentative date of resolution as 3-mar-2018
                5) when i followed up with the customer support on 21-mar-2018, there was no information update available (Neither a resolution nor a date for resolution)
                6) the issue is still in pending status in grievance tracking portal.
                All this because of the issue with bajaj allianz in updating their database properly.
                I have brought this to the notice of [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in and [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in again on 21-mar-2018.

                Not even an acknowledgement from bajaj allianz.

                It is strange that the Bajaj Allianz escalation mechanism is just namesake.
                I have been pursuing through mail until the level of "Appellate", but getting response only after raising the issue in "Consumer Complaints".

                The Bajaj Allianz executive contacted over phone (23-Mar), has given a pathetic option of reimbursement of the deducted amount.
                I cannot simply agree to it after all these escalations.
                "What is the compensation for the tremendous amount of stress you have created in me without resolving this issue and without even responding properly for more than 1 month?", was my question to Bajaj Allianz and the person said that he will get back.

                It's been 6 days, since then. Yet to do!

                    I've requested for the policy cancellation within free loop period on 12th feb. Last date was 15th feb. I was told to submit e-bond paper as i haven't received the bond paper by then and haven't received it by now as well. But till now no refund has been received. Neither do they are replying to my emails. On cantacting on toll free number they manipulating me to visit nearest branch which is not possible for working customer living in far flung area to visit on week days.
                    I'm very disappointed that if policy can be purchased online why can't it be cancelled online. Necessary action is required

                    Even on registering the request on [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in as asked no further communication was received from their end. Only after contacting customer care I got to know that they are asking for a hard copy of the bond paper which is yet to be received or else I'm being asked to visit the nearest branch. They didn't even thought of dropping an email/sms to intimate me for the same. Are we still living in the era where we needed to visit the branch to purchase a policy? What's the need of online verification then? Bajaj Allianz is simply harassing me. They either want me to continue with the policy or leave my hard earned money to them. They are cheating customers. Stern action against them is needed

                    I don't understand the need to visit the branch office. Do my physical presence will make any difference? If purchasing policy or even verifying KYC is being done online, can't cancellation of the policy can be made online. Is this the way we are going to achieve our dream of digital india? Simply disheartening.

                    I am not getting own maturity from 6 month .this is death claim maturity fund .i call on custumer care num. they say me your maturity will happen after 15 days but they dont provide maturity.

                        I purchased a carrier split ac 1.5 t from a& b electronic in lake town, kolkata -
                        [protected] and was asked to take extended warranty sold by bajaj allianz for service cover etc. Now when the waranty from carrier has expired i asked them to service my ac and they have refused to provide the service for the carrier aircon sold by the vendor stating this is not agreed, as it is extended warranty and this is falsefying the statement stated by the vendor.

                        This is cheating and this certainly puts things in a bad taste... Request baja to refund me the money which i have paid as i have not availed any serviced from them until now which 2976

                          Dear sir, sub: refused to reimbursed rupees 583000.00 from bajajallince life insurance (Policy number [protected])
                          Please find attached herewith refund recovery of non refund of rs. 5 lakh from bajaj allianz life insurance company
                          Policy no:[protected] for maturity claim (Ref no: for request is[protected].
                          Certification of premium paid on[protected]. Policy holder n raghunathan
                          First premium is consider as a bond rupees fifty thousands for the period of 10 years and assured rupees five lakh (Rs:500000)
                          Is a maturity amount.
                          The first premium rupees fifty thousands paid on 04 january 2008.
                          Product name :unit gain plus gold size two.
                          Date of maturity :[protected]. As per company records.
                          Date of requested for reinbersment of sum assured (Rs.500000.00) on 2nd february 2018 as per request through
                          Customer care @bajajallianz.co.in
                          The policy premium paid 2009 to 2011 rupees 50000.00 in each year & paid rupees 12000 as a premium of 2012 & partially
                          Withdrawn from the premium amount from 2009 to 2011.
                          Rupees 12 thousand paid on 2012 year as a premium amount. All the premium amount converted into share market as per the
                          Company policy.
                          According the company portal report the amount was increased more than 10 times within 10 years.
                          For example rupees 12000.00 became increased value was rupees one lakh twenty thousand (120000.00) indicated in company portal.
                          Total due rupees 6 lakh twenty thousands & the company reimbursed only rupees 37000 balance amount to be paid rupees
                          Five lakh eightythree thousands (583000.00) only.
                          Bajajallianz insurance company could denied to reimbursed amount of rupees 583000.00 which is a violation of genera insurance rules.

                            My self kmp narayanan, i had buyed the bajaj allianz policy (Policy no :[protected]) on 20-nov-2007 with a premium of rs. 30, 000/-. The representative which came from bajaj allianz told us that the amount will get doubled in every 3 years according to market value and even told us that the company will contact us if there is any variations in the market.
                            However neither the company contacted us thereafter nor the representative came back to tell us regarding the market variations. We are in trouble now, we waited for 10 long years considering that someone will contact us. However we were disappointed hearing to the online message. We contacted their online number to check regarding this policy. It was disheartening to hear that the amount which was promised as double is now reduced than the premium amount. I was getting only 29000 back which was not at all acceptable.
                            Please refund back the amount you took from us with an interest of rs.3, 00, 000. As that money was kept to put in nsc that time so that it would have been beneficial to me today as i got retired.
                            Request you to refund the money as soon as possible.

                                I was met with an accident on 29/jan/2018 in night in which whole car was damaged and a passenger got fractured in two places and registered for accidental claim on 30/jan/2018 in morning via bajaj allianz general insurance and the surveyor was deputed by the company for this case and i had provided all the documents needed in the first week but the surveyor did not attend our call and the company also didi'nt responding regarding my case when i go to the office of bajaj allianz insurance in meerut 3-4 times regarding my case now 2 months are gone for my case and there is no progress from the company and there was accidental medical expense covered in my car insurance and they are not giving progress in this case. So, please provide my idv value of my insurance and accidental medical expense which is covered in the insurance..

                                The surveyor is not giving the right information and his attitude to speaking to the customer is also not good two months are gone now the surveyor Sanjay Dwivedi is saying that the estimate is wrong and he made the new estimate itself without telling us and the whole damage car is said for repairing but it is only for total loss damage and the accidental medical expenses was covered in the insurance for passengers also and the surveyor is not giving us the right information regarding this. So please take action urgently...

                                  I am sivendran nair .Our main problem is that our insuranced AC is having problems, the grill is damaged and cooling problems are also there.I am frustrated of sending and calling your customer care(bajaj customer care) .It is not the first time, its been multiple times I am requesting to solve the same problem.
                                  I registered multiple complaints but no response till today.It's been more than five month!.Is our problem so silly for you?or you have the intention of not solving .Either way you have annoyed me so long.
                                  Every mail you reply back doesn't give a beneficiary answer or you are not even reading the whole mail properly.you would have read that then you must be knowing that how tired, frustrated, confused and angry I am now.

                                  I have told you all the conversation i had with your customer care unit.still after that there was not even a proper reply and the mechanic you send, had never called me afterwards.In short I am in the situation of no help . i called you again customer care(bajaj customer care) on 31/10/2017 and talked to him for 11 mins, he said he had registered the complain but no one came to solve our issue, not even the previous mechanic called.I am really tired of this.Are you and your unit playing with us ?If this would have happened in hot climate, do we have to wait for you ?.even after all this we didnt loose our patience and continued calling your customer care, this time I talked directly to you pro- supervisor Mr. Ravi kumar on[protected] at around 2:40 pm and even then with the same daily dialouge for only saticfing us, he said our problem will be solved in 24 hrs and gave me a complaint no. -OC[protected] . Really no response even after talking to your pro-supervisor.Again to know is our problem been handled i called on[protected] and talked to call centre Mr.arshad, he again gave me complain no.[protected].what is it, i dont understand is this a joke?everytime i call you(bajaj customer care) give a complain no..we are frustrated and tired.my insured assert serial no. is [protected] and insured assert invoice no.-SPREET 0538 and policy number-OG[protected]-00019422.

                                    Hi team,

                                    My policy id is [protected] (Invest gain) for bajaj allianz. I have paid premium of 50000 for 2 years.
                                    Policy term is of 5 years. Sum assured is 100000.

                                    Now policy is going to be matured on this month and i verified the maturity amt with bajaj allianz team. Maturity amt is 111767 out of which i have paid 100000 as premium.

                                    After 5 years for 100000 premium amt, i am getting only 11767 only.
                                    Bajaj allianz customer care is saying that agent has given wrong info at the time of selling this policy. Agent is saying that he dont know why bajaj allainz
                                    Is doing such thing.

                                      We had taken policy from bajaj allianz for toshiba tv regarding any faulty error repair and replacement but with deep pain and anguish i have to say that the service of bajaj allianz is so pathetic and they are harassing customers like anything
                                      They had made an initial survey in which they had commented that this is a speaker problem but now no final report is being received for the same
                                      Also their has been no receipt of any call
                                      Since then due to which we are facing so much problems. I would like to request the intervention for the resolution of the problem and also would like to appeal that bajaj allianz is not a trustworthy organisation and one should not trust them
                                      Poor service
