I bought a daikin inverter ac 1.5 ton from hari om electronics, along with the purchase, i also bought extended warranty for 2 years by bajaj allianz.
I called bajaj allianz customer support on 19th april 2018 and registered a service request for ac repair.
The mechanic visited on 21st april 2018 and stated that the gas needs to be refilled, prepared invoice for claim and suggested that the claim will be approved in 48 hours. Once done, they will come again to repair the ac. It has been almost 20 days since i lodged the request, however, the approval hasn't come yet. I have called several times on their helpline, every time they claim to forward my request to "expedite", however, nothing in reality has been done so far.
Despite having an ac with all inclusive repair warranty i am being forced to sleep in the scorching heat, sweating and cursing the day i ever paid those 2995 rupees.
Bajaj allianz officer who provides "the approval" - bhuvnesh mehta, cell # [protected] hung up on me once and hasn't picked my phone again ever since.
I am devastated by the pathetic responses and the treatment received from bajaj allianz. As a consumer, it's my humble request to teach these people a good lessons on "customer service",

Hello Team,

My primary concern has been partially resolved. The engineers did arrive on Sunday and filled the gas, however, refused to clean dirt from the AC. I had to pay Rs. 500 to a local mechanic just to get the AC serviced, this is absurd, i paid for the all inclusive warranty.

Please provide me the SLA document at the earliest so i can review the warranty coverage and file another formal complaint for malpractice.

    My name is dhaneesh. I was purchased daikin ac on last year 2017. When i purchasing ac, the bajaj finserv executive convincing me to take extended warranty from bajaj allianz/ asset care. He told me that bajaj allianz/ asset care tied-up with daikin and you can get service from daikin authorized service center under this extended warranty period.

    Also he promising me the process is very simple just wants to book complaint to bajaj allianz/ asset care and they will arrange service from "daikin authorized service center" for two years under this extended warranty policy. That’s why i take this extended warranty policy.

    Now i’m in bajaj allianz/ asset care extended warranty period. I registered a complaint to bajaj allianz for service my ac but they trying to send unauthorized local service person. After conversation with bajaj allianz customer care person, i came to know, there is no service covered from daikin authorized service center for this extended warranty policy.

    They fooled me and cheated me. I want only service from authorized service center. So i sent email request to bajaj allianz and asset care to cancel this extended warranty policy and refund policy amount. After no response for 7 days i called the customer care of bajaj allianz/ asset care. I called them one by one for 3days but no response about cancellation policy.

    If i call bajaj allianz customer care, they simply telling me to call asset care
    If i call asset care customer care, they simply telling me to call bajaj allianz

    Nobody taking responsibility regarding this extended warranty policy issue.

    Daikin ac purchased date: 25.03.2017 (From bea, 100feet road, coimbatore, tamil nadu)

    Bajaj allianz extended warranty period: 25.03.2018 to 24.03.2020

    Solution i’m expecting:
    1) please provide me service as promised from “daikin authorized service center”

    2) if cannot provide service from “daikin authorized service center”, then cancel my insurance and give my money back.

    3) if you give me option to claim amount with “daikin authorized service centre” bill, then simplify your process. Your process is very very big. As per supreme court order aadhaar card mandatory is stayed and not compulsory as of now. But still bajaj allianz asking aadhaar card proof. Why?

    Finally I got a letter from you. Its says claim is not possible under "Exclusion clause 28" due to commercial use.

    When I take this policy the bajaj execute didn't tell anything about this terms. He repeatedly forcing me to take this policy and Also he promising me the process is very simple just wants to book complaint to bajaj allianz/ asset care and they will arrange service from "daikin authorized service center" for two years under this extended warranty policy. That’s why i take this extended warranty policy.

    My question is

    1) Why the bajaj execute not given any information about this terms "Exclusion clause 28" before I take this policy?

    2) If I know this terms "Exclusion clause 28" before I take this policy, did I proceed for non-claimable policy?

    3) I'm using my AC in my office. I understood that this policy will not use for me ever. So what about my paid amount Rs. 5952?

      We bought washing machine with bajaj allianz extended warranty in nov, 2013, now it got repaired and when we are contacting the customer care they are not responding stating the warranty is fake and contract is not available between ifb washing machine (Having 4years self warranty) and bajaj allianz. They are asking us to pay money nearly more than rs.6000 to avail the service.

            My insurance was done at jamkash vehicledes hyderpora from where i have booked a fresh car in may 2013. I shifted to bajaj allianz during my renewal of insurance in may 2017, i earlier had insurance of national insuance. I work in jammu and kashmir bank ltd as credit incharge and we have tie up with your company for the non life insurance the only reason for shifting to bagicl from national insurance was only that my customers were always complain about the higher end premium from you and many were complaining for the settlement of claim, i had to renew my insurance to check the authenticity of the claim. The issue is in june 2017 i had claimed for a insurance claim for the front light and bumper. Due to non availability of light, i had to take back the car and i again claimed for the same in the month of september. After 10 days my vehicle was given back as my claim was rejected. It has been a month and unfortunately i haven't received and letter from your end for the rejection of claim. I personally called few bajaj allianz officials, they assured me it will be done. Not only u wasted my time but also by rejecting my geniuine claim you have proved me wrong in front of my customers. I don't know should i persuade costumers to get insurance done from you are not. Fyi the amount of 1000 rs which i have to pay for the claim and half of the plastic part amount is greater than the plastic bumper.

            I just want to know.how can you renew a insurance policy on 20 may when there was pre-existing damages on 9th may without intimating me or my bank of pre-existing damages. Moreover the damages which were pre-existing according to you were not covered in my previous claim also and the reason for partial claim settlement was also not provided. Now ironically the company is again calling me for the renewal of the insurance policy

                Dear Sir/Madam,
                I am continously following you guys for my status regarding my pf claim and you guys are not replying me anything.
                I am talking about my own money not about others and Bajaj Allianz is such a disgusting company, if any one will ask for a policy then you guys treat them as your son in law, and if any one asking for the claim then you guys dont know them at all.
                I have applied my pf on 14th march 2018 and still now didn't get a single message regarding this. I have submitted all relevant docs at your Bajaj Allianz life insurance office at Bhubaneswar and they send it to pune.
                By tracking the pod no i came to know that docs has been delivered at pune Ho.
                Please do the needful and atleast reply me abt my status

I was not able to transfer or withdraw the PF amount even after multiple emails to [protected]@balic.in.                         I bought panasonic ac along with extended warranty from bajaj allainz for three years. First two year warranty was from panasonic only. Bajaj allainz warranty was after panasonic.

                        I logged one complaint (#oc[protected] on 1st april at 11:00am to bajaj allianz.

                        Their engineer visited on 4th april. After that there was no update. I followed-up with their support team till 16th april and there was no update.

                        On 18th april i wrote a mail to [protected]@bajajfinserv. Inbajaj to cancel the policy as they are not able to provide the service.

                        I got the response that policy cannot be cancelled but they have not tried to answer that what is happening to my complaint.

                        Today is 19th april and my issue is still open.

                        Never buy any product from bajaj as they are not have any intention to provide service.

                        I am so frustrated that after paying the full payment i am not getting any service.

                          The managing director of bajaj allianz is the master mind and has hatched this insurance...

                          I gajanan balki having membership no -[protected] wants to complain that you did the fraud with me by not telling changes in the policy and i am not satisfied with this policy. It cost me so much loss. I am very disappoint with your policy. It was promised to give me 66000 on the basis of 8% interest mention in the policy before which was removed (Don't know when) and i got only 46, 499 which is also i haven't received in my bank account. So, kindly see through this matter and try to resolve and reply as soon as possible.

                          Last month 21st I have purchased a bike insurance through the online. The customer care person informed that the hard copy will be sent to my address through the post. It's been almost a month and still I didn't got the hard copy of the insurance. Could you just reply what's the problem with it.

                            I have purchased bajaj allianz car insurance last month 24th march 2018 but still i have not received my insurance hard copy.

                            I have sent email on below mentioned email id.

                            I have received reply from them that your courier has dispatched and then they have sent courier snaps which shows dispatched, but still i have not received my insurance hard copy, i have checked at my end including my apartment letter box.

                              I have been a loyal customer and have consistently renewing my motor insurance from past 5 years only with bajaj allianz without any delay.
                              There has been no claims so far. My current policy had expired on 23 dec 2017 and i was out of country during that time.
                              Neither i have received a reminder on my mobile number nor a call and not even an alert in an email about policy expiry and also about renewal. Now that i am trying to reach the bajaj allianz for renewal with ncb, they are behaving very rudely and experienced utter dis satisfactions. Being loyal and regular costumer, my time and money is not valued. Renewal with ncb has been declined and no customer friendly conversations. Please do the needfull!

                                I’m pankaj rana one of your valuable customer, i need to discuss about my registration number hr 26 dk 3098.in reference to the zero debt policy, i’ve questions?

                                As this above mentioned registration number is for my four wheeler (Scorpio), my car was met with an accident on date:- 18.03.2018, due the same lots of parts were damaged, i’m a zero debt policy holder and one of your agent (Kishor) has came for survey and told me that which parts are repairable we won’t replace them. Is this fare enough?

                                As one of my alloy wheel and dashboard is also damaged i’m really expecting replacement for the same, if i really need to repair my damaged parts in accident, than why should i will spend my hard earned money on zero debt policy insurance, if it’s about repair so that can be done some where out side as well either i can opt for a normal insurance as well.

                                If i’m spending some money so i’m doing that for some worth, and if i’m not getting the benefit for the same so my spends are worthless. As this is my first claim and i’ve gone through with the t&c as well over there also you haven’t mentioned that if damaged part is repairable so it won’t be replaced. On behalf of a same i had also called up to the customer care some mr. Raj picked up the call from pune, he also confirmed that you’ll provide a full replacement for a damaged parts in zero debt insurance policy.

                                So i really don’t know why that person (Kishor) neglects that, in accordance to my zero debt policy i’m just expecting the replacement of my damaged parts.

                                Kindly help me to fix it, waiting for your positive response.

                                  I have purchased a daikin 1.8 inverter ac from jeevanjee plaza, new delhi during may 2016 through bajaj finance and taken extended warranty from bajaj allianz. I have given a compliant (Comp no. Oc[protected]. After a lot of attempts i could make a complaint through your agent. Your technician came after a week on 7th april and a brief checkup he said he would return on 8th with r32 gas as it is out of stock on that day. Nobody turned up till now. No phone is working on your site. Either always busy or otherwise. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the matter. Thanks. Rajeswari

                                    Could you please explain which policy i have purchased from you. This is something serious, as i am using DND service and still getting unwanted n annoying message from you.

                                    I would like to bring to your attention that, my Car Maruti Alto 800 (TN-11-E-1783) smashed a dog near Villupuram. I contacted Maruthi Road Side assistance and they adviced not to drive the vehicle as few parts got damaged (Radiator, Fan & Motor, AC Condenser, Grill (Inside the bumper), Right Head Light).

                                    They suggested to tow the vehicle to Chennai which costs around 7000/- for towing. I believe the total cost of the parts itself, come around 9000/-, but I have to spend Tow cost of 7000/-. This is due to the unavailability of the service at Villupuram which is also one of the big town. I did not opted the Towing option. Hence I came to Chennai and got the spare parts and Maruthi Authorized distributor and changed the parts with the help of local Mechanic at Villupuram and brought the vehicle to Chennai.

                                    I have submitted all the bills and photos. Even after the Bajaj Alliance Chennai branch is not initiating the claim and telling photos are not sufficient. But they are not sending the mail officially that photos are not sufficient, This is the way they are misguiding and treating the customers. If they have real problems that photos are not sufficient, they can send a mail know.

                                    The service is very worst and hence planned to raise the same to Ombudsman and proceed towards consumer court on the same.
