We have received notification dated 25th may 2018 from your company regarding a refund amount rs xxxxx/-for the claim referenced above.
I have requesting the refund the amount to me. Policy no: [protected]. I have many mails sending but i have not received amount. I have original request
Letters and kyc documents sending on dated 30.05.2018 to bajaj allianz life insurance co. Ltd., a wing, 4th floor,, old no. 276 & 277 new no. 497 & 498, poonamalle high road,, chennai, district - chennai, tamil nadu-600106. But still now we have not received any notifications.

    I have taken policy no 'og[protected]-00007099 on 25.05.2018 through online from bajajallianz for my two wheeler for a period of three years. Previous policy which was from hdfc ergo was expiring on 26.06.2018 midnight. I had filled all the colums correctly. The above said policy should have been started from 00.01 hrs of 27.06.2018 but to my surprise bajaj allianz have given the insurance period from 02.07.2018 to 01.07.2021. On the same day i mailed at [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in alogwith scanned copy of my previous policy for making amendment, when they did not respond, i mailed again on 26.06.2018 and informed their pune branch telephonically. The person on the phone assured that you will be contacted through mail or phone very soon but sorry to say till this time there is no response. You are requested to look into the matter for necessary action. Regards.

      I am existing policy holder of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd. . At present my 4 Policies are running in Halwasia commerce house habibullah state branch Lucknow. Existing Policy no's are [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected]. I Am paying premium Rs.1, 13, 824 approx per annum.

      My above policy agent Mr. Himanshu Gupta, (Code No.[protected] Mobile No [protected]) came my residence for collection of my existing policy's premium so I gave him 2 blank cheques for two due premium of said polices. But he used One of the my cheque for issue a new policy in my name with out any concerned/permission with me & he send a bank mandate to Mansarovar Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd. for Rs-50000/- and he committed my forge signatures in mandate. I know that said matter when Bank informed me about said mandate. I enclosed said mandate for ready reference.
      After that I try to contact to Mr Himanshu gupta, agent & also contact to his senior officials but they are not any response me in this regard. At present neither he contact me nor he returned my Rupees.
      Please look into the matter & take appropriate action as early as possible

        I being the branch manager of pnb gudha gorji. Have given 2 policies of stocks and building to mr satyendra, territory head at jaipur last month. We had also credited the premium amount to your pnb account on that same day but till not we had no information about the policies. Regularly we do folow up with mr satyendra and every day he used to make us fool that till evening you will get the policies. Kindly take strict action against him or refund us premium amount along with interest so that without ignoring any future mishappening we can make insure our goods and property through other insurance company.

        Sir as stated in my previous comment I hd only paid the premium amount about a month ago but ur dealing official of Jaipur territory has neither given me any policy number nor any document. I can only share the transaction number through which I hd paid the premium amount. And if you can't resolve my issue kindly refund that premium amount so that we can get our stocks insured through some other insurance company. For more details u can inquire with Mr Satyendra Jhajhria, [protected] who has aporoached us for insurance representing himself as territory head of Jaipur of Bajaj Allianz.

        Why there is no response on my complaint??
        I request that I may be intimated about the surrender value of the above policy and a statement of the same to my mail ID srp.[protected]@gmail.com.

          The policy details are not shown in the portal, though I can generate my IT certificate from the login screen (https://bajajallianzlifeonline.co.in/CustomerPortal/logon/index.jsp#!/login). The issue has been present from past 4 to 6 months. And the chatbot always messes up with policy status saying provided wrong details, though I have always provided valid policy details

            Respected authorities
            My name is rehan ellahi awantipora kashmir india we have lot of vehicles which are inshorned by your company purchased a scorpio from a guy namely shabir ajmad anantnag 3 years before.
            Recently i had a minor accident during traveling from jmmu to srinanagr next day i went shuhul automobiles srinagar for repair and made an incoherence clame some parts where missing in the authorized shuhul mahindra work shop they advised me to get the vehicle and after some days the the other parts will come we will replace them.
            After one month they called me and replaced one item actually there were two parts to be replaced. The inshorence guy refused to pay for those items so paid by my own pocket for one item because i do not have the enough cash. The inshorenve representative mr. Yasser donged me by saying why do not you people include these items in previous bill which was not my duty because he made a survey and that time they told me once parts will come we will replace them as they are in list.
            Yes my mistake is i did not check the papers that time it was a trust.
            This is request to repay the amount and also the one part which is pending should be replaced.
            If not then im sorry to say in future we will not have any business with your company and will highlight in social media also if needed law it take its own process to solve my problem.
            I hope the company like bajaj inshorence will take serious note of my complainant after all it is a big and famous company

              In may, I got a call from Bajaj alliance and they suggested me to add a new fund into my portfolio. As per their suggestion, I filled new form and submitted it online and paid 30, 000 premium but the premium is still not showing up in the portal under my page. I have sent more than 10 emails to customer care and they are simply creating SRN numbers but not answering my questions. There is no way I can contact from United States except emails. In the mail response they said premium was not received from the bank then I sent them the acknowledgement receipt from Bajaj alliance and my bank statement. After that, I've sent more than ten follow up emails but no response. I even asked them to close/term my policy for that also no response. I'm very disappointed, not sure where to take it from here.

                Fraud company. I paid 30k from my pocket as ur fraud company didn't pay the claim and your company was happy to cancel my policy but still didn't refund me my full amount... I don't need any money from u guys now
                Thnks a. Lot and i will make sure that i spread this message to as many as possible.
                At the time of renewing i paid 14000 rupees but after 3 months your company awake and blamed of having fake ncb.. Moreover after 4 months they asking for ncb recovery, and there head gurdeep he told me to withdraw the ncb and no need to pay the ncb recovery, or u cancel the policy... Waha ji waha ji... Sidha pala jhaad liya

                Ur agents and brokers they just want to sell the policy, once sold they dnt know us..

                Guys who so ever is reading my comment blv me this company didn't let me sleep, jab phone karo inko to koi rsonse nai mail karo to inke bade bade log jo hai wo to bewakoof banane me itne mahir hai ki sala aap bus kuch nai kar sakte.. Legally kuch karoge to apne jeb se paisa jayega.. So better ki aise company se koi insurance na karwaye..
                Maine to jhel liya ab aap log ye galti mat karna...

                  I lakshmi tulasi ravi having 2 policies supercash gain in bajaj allianza, the agents are miss lead me while purchasing those policies, they said you may cancel your policies and get the amount which you pad plus bonus after 3 years payment, i approach the company, they say i may get 30% of your total payment, and my grievance no is grn69801531, they replied if you are not satisfied you may approach honorable insurance ombudsmen.

                    I made a transaction for rs 8292 towards bajaj allianz health insurance on 30th april. The transaction was successful but no reciept was generated. I have since been trying to get a confirmation from bajaj allianz regarding the transaction and i am afraid the experience has been totally unacceptable and borderline harassment.

                    I have made no less than 20 calls and written as many emails in the past month to get a transaction confirmation from bajaj or a refund of my money but the customer care executives are least bothered about my issue. I have also highlighted the problem on social media but my repeated requests for attention on this matter have fallen on deaf ears.

                    I sincerely request someone to look into this issue and get my refund initiated.

                      I arrived in casa blanca on march 22nd but mt my luggage arrived on the25th of march at el fez and i had to hire a taxi for 400 moroccan money.
                      I bought clothes and toiletry to help me through 5 days as my luggage had not arrived. One generally doesn't get recipts. Bills in morrocco
                      I sent boarding passes, luggage coupons, delay of luggage slip from air france.
                      Bajaj alliance has not acknowledged my claim sent on april 18 th 2018
                      Till date.
                      I have tried getting intouch with the customer number twice but they always keep ouu on waiting as they are 'busy'
                      Today the lady says she doesn't have my mail id

                      That a mail was sent me on may 1st and warns me the expiry date is june 15th.2018
                      They have my number, they have my mail id, they know which agent sold the insurance to me and i have sted in the claim form about bills
                      Non availability in morocco.
                      They don't update me and how am i to know what is happening when they don't pick the phone... Or acknowledge your cpomplaint, or give you an update!!!
                      This cheating the public

                      These companies are a disgrace
                      Please make them accountable for the promises they make to the customer

                        Ad purchased policy on 13 april, 2018 from policy bazar. From that i had experience that policybazar, just cheating customer by proving wrong values on website...
                        While purchasing policy it show vehicle idv = 37, 231/- rs for 1st year and same amount is mentioned in mail from policybazaar... But in policy document it shows 31, 912 /-rs. The copy of same it posted along with this
                        Since from month i am trying to resolve it from customer services but no any positive response... They just giving post date and ignoring communication with me during telephonic call... Worst, non professional service... So i suggest don't buy policy from this site.. Instead buy it directly from company site to avoid such troubles and waste of time for almost about 1 month...

                          Bumper to bumper full insurance or cashless inseurance is a myth!! I realised it when i claimed my car insurance for the first time. I claimed my car insurance due to an accident, car alto gj 3 jl 2832 got dashed by trector nd riksha on left side from front bumper both doors nd back bumper. But insurance officials doesn't assure my claim for front bumper, they told me that it doesn't happened during same accident i explained them all things 3 times with written acknowledgement.

                            A lady name ambikha mobile no. [protected] from bajaj allianz called me and approached for od & loan through phone asked me my itr, bank statement and id proof in whatsapp told me that she will check my eligibility and one more person who is ambhikha colleague saravanan mobile no. [protected] also called me and told me to forward those details...

                            Till then my cibil score was 850 but these two cheats of bajaj allianz logged in with out my permission they just took my document in whatsapp and misused my documents... After that when i came to know i called both not picking and blocked my no. After that i called from other no. That cheat lady ambikha picked and answering me rude and shez challenging me u do what you want... She also challenging me that bajaj allianz will not bother what ever i complaint... They spoiled my cibil score and i cannot go for other loans...

                            Why bajaj allianz collecting document through whatsapp... I want to know who signed my documents... Bajaj allianz doing fraud by taking documents through whatsapp...

                                My bike ymh r15 got damaged in accident on 11 march 2018, at that time i had fled a claim with your respected office. I got a spot claim initiated for that process but while repairing the bike in the workshop another component was found broken. I then filed a second claim on that before any money for repairs was issued, but this claim was deffered by your employee mr amit kr das saying it is not possible even though bajaj customer service told me another thing. Recently my bike got into another accident on 19 may 2018 and as i filed a claim, a surveyor was issued to me who failed to meet me even 5 days after the accident. Thereby i got my bike repaired from the workshop. Now as i was talking to your office mr amit kr das threatened me with a rep letter telling me the claim cannot be passed.                                   The complaint posted in the above link was still not resolved. But bajaj allianz has marked it as [resolved]. Such a cheap service.

                                  1) i have paid the premium amount for my policy with bajaj allianz on 22-jan-2018 and got the receipt.
                                  2) after that, i received sms from bajaj allianz almost everyday stating to pay premium before 15-feb-2018. And ignore if already paid.
                                  3) and i ignored that as i had paid already.
                                  4) on feb 15 there was two attempt to (One after the other) to deduct money from my account through ecs.
                                  5) since i did not have enough money in the account, the withdrawal attempt failed.
                                  6) due to this failed attempt, the bank has deducted money from my account citing cheque bounce issue.
                                  7) i have raised this issue on 16-feb-2018 to bajaj allianz through email
                                  8) when there was no proper response in the subsequent days, i have forwarded the same to [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in successively, yet to no avail.
                                  Its now 34 days since i have reported this issue.

                                  To summarize
                                  1) i have reported the issue through email on 16-feb-2018
                                  2) the issue got registered on bajaj allianz portal only on 21-feb-2018
                                  3) i have received the complaint number: 71571160 for tracking.
                                  4) it says the tentative date of resolution as 3-mar-2018
                                  5) when i followed up with the customer support on 21-mar-2018, there was no information update available (Neither a resolution nor a date for resolution)
                                  6) the issue is still in pending status in grievance tracking portal.
                                  All this because of the issue with bajaj allianz in updating their database properly.
                                  I have brought this to the notice of [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in and [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in again on 21-mar-2018.

                                  Not even an acknowledgement from bajaj allianz.

                                    Its more than a month but company is not responding . I dont know how to approch the company . when I tried to call on the toll free no, it reply only about issued policy and i am not even able to talk to company and put my issued before them.

My policy no is og[protected]-00034838. I have purchased from kanak automobile panvel on 28 th october 2017. Recently my scooter is damaged due to accident. When i claimed it for insurance but the service center said to pay the half payment for repair because your insurance is not for 0% dept. At the time purchasing insurance adviser does not informed about the such thing. So i request you to look in this matter seriously otherwise i will register a complaint against your company in consumer court. So i hope you will solve this matter in immediately.
