I kamalpreet kaur has done my phone samsung galaxy j7 max insurance at the time of purchase policy no og[protected]-6338. I applied for claim [protected], but that time nonavailibilty of spare part we didn't got any claim. Now i repaired my phone myself.

So you are requested please reactivate this claim at the earliest as this is my 4th mail which i sended to you but still i didn't got any responce from your side. Please do needful action.

    We are done a transaction on 09.02.2018 at 00.37.58 hrs on my bajaj allianz life insurance company renewal premium of rs 5000 through my hdfc bank debit card, my amount was debited by citrus pay at mumbai but no receipt was coming. So we give a complaints through chatting on 11.02.2018 and 15.02.2018 to radhika. As on date we are not give a proper reply so pl verify it & return my money.       Dear sir,

      With reference to above my policy number i herby inform you that the said policy t have taken from your agent fortune five and i called the concern person two times but no response from there side, at the end i could not get renewed the policy.
      Also even they have not call back me on land line as number given on the policy doc in fact they have not mentioned my correct mobile number ([protected]) and email id... Also no remainder from their side for renewal… sir when i want to use my policy in hospital i could not use the same just because of their irresponsibility.

      Sir i took my policy from the agent just because of their follow up for renewals and benefits in case of emergencies but they are not providing the same as a result you knew…..
      Sir this is very serious matter please look in to this and renew my policy as soon as possible.

        I had renewed 2 wheeler insurance on 16/02/2018 through online, but did not received a soft copy of insurance policy for my 2 wheeler insurance discover bike. I tried calling customer care there is no response.

        spoken today to the customer care in the afternoon pertaining to renewal of motor insurance policy and had told me the amount, but never had told that need to visit the bajaj allianz to sign the copy of proposal and also handover the required documents, based on cross checking the documents policy will be issued, moreover I am existing customer of bajaj allianz till last year I used to renew through online and get the soft copy to my email id, customer care person had provided me the link and done the payment, since iam not having the soft copy of the insurance policy in-spite of making the payment, moreover if cops check and iam not having the insurance copy of the same and I will be charged fine due to the negligence and irresponsibility of them.

          Dear Sir,

          I am Abhay Shankar Prasad; I had taken a policy under Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited, Policy No/ Membership No- [protected]. I have already paid the renewal amount 102564.94, One Lac, two thousand, five hundred, sixty four rupees, 94 paise ( dated 28 January, 2018, time- 02:38:51 pm. Even after paying renewal amount of premium by me, the Bajaj Allianz was again tried to cut the renewal premium amount through my A/c No, State Bank of India. Due to insufficient funds in the A/C No, I have been fined 590, (295 rs. two times, 14 and 15 February).

          After giving my premium amount why are you trying to retry for premium amount. This is illegal and invalid method. Even after paying the renewal premium amount, I am being financially and mentally disturbed by Bajal Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited. I was talk to Customer care centre, but answer. You have choose the ECA/Auto Debit Options and he is refusing even to close the ECA/Auto Debit Options. I cannot go to the nearest branch right now. Let me put ECA/Auto Debit Options for the renewal premium payment option to be permanently closed.

          This is totally cheating and against the consumer right. I have already informed on this matter, but you don't initiate any steps. Please find enclosure file for necessary documents. Please if you have clicked on Auto-Debit option and link with my Policy and my bank account. I request you to remove this Auto Debit service from my Policy at the earliest and confirm me through email for future.

            Hi Team,

            My policy No is [protected].

            This policy is foreclosed but I am supposed to get an amount of rs. 8955.

            I have uploaded my bank details in the portal and also have confirmed with the customer care of Bajaj Allianz.

            This activity i had done on last week of November, 2018 but still i have not got the amount credited to my Bank account.

            Whenever i am calling the customer care they keep on telling that the case is pending from the financial team.

            Now it is more than two months since i submitted my documents.

            Kindly look into this issue at the earliest.

              This is a very poor customer service from bajaj allianz.

              No one reached out to me on below complaint.

              Worst company (Bajaj Group) ever seen in my lifetime. They Not running a company they running a scam of groups. Just Grabbing the money from innocent Indian peoples at any cost.

              beware to taking any Loans, Insurance, Auto or other service from Bajaj.

                  Insured complaining under policy no:[protected], that policy was missold and he was misguided with falls details and fake commitment. Insurer without intimation given to policy. Regarding this fraud insurer complaints and approached insurer for policy cancelled and refund of his paid amount but till date insurer did not give any proper response. So now insured want to look into the matter his policy cancelled and entire paid amount to be refunded asap. Insured contact :[protected].[protected]

                    Sir,
                    This is very painfully said that due to carelessness and highly negligence of your sales person my image get ruined in the eyes of my bank. Ten years of banking first time my cheque bounce reported.
                    I am your customer since last 3 years and availing mother vehicle insurance products. Premium is regularly paid by me. This time ur sales person call me, sir give us cheque before due date and u get discount. He collected cheque from my office with oral commitment that before depositing ur cheque i reminded u.
                    I was given him cheque with a condition, he must call me before depositing cheque.
                    So i will keep amount in the account as on date.
                    But your sales person not call/ reminded me and deposit cheque so cheque get bounce.
                    Ur sales person/ manager are continuing calling several times before get premium. But after getting cheque they haven't time to call once.
                    I am very sorry on such irresponsible behaviour of your sales person and reporting u a strong greevance against your irresponsible sales person / manager.
                    I am decided not to continue our mother policy with you after this incident.
                    You are requested to take action against you such employee who is devastating image of customer as well as your brand name.
                    You are also requested to return my cheque and compansate cheque returning charge.

                      I am gangadhar kavuri with product: bajaj allianz sarve shakti suraksha and policy no: [protected].
                      However owing to negative returns (Blame myself for falling prey to false promises made at the time of taking the policy 7 years ago) i closed the policy in the month of december 2017 and the amount was paid back to me in january 2018. However, again in february 2018 ecs was run and amount of 1500/- was debited.

                      I had contacted citibank already where they asked me to send the details to bajaj allianz office in chennai which was also done but still ecs doesn't seem to end.

                      It's been a while that i provided my contact information but have no response from the team.
                      On top of this, today I receive an email stating "Renewal Payment Confirmation" for my policy when I had closed my policy.

                      This is totally unacceptable. Please take a look into this ASAP.
                      My insurance ploicy number is OG[protected]-00014903 its an car insurence policy while purchasing the policy they said i have cashless policy with torque automotive pvt ltd as my car went for insurence to torque automotive pvt ltd they said we dont have cashless policy with bajaj allianz plz help me with this thanku

                        Hi,

                        My name is Amit Anant Chalke; i am an ex-ericsson employee.
                        Citi bank and bajaj allianz executives offering 'sarve shakti suraksha' policy to all employees at the time of joining.

                        I am one of them, who brought this policy 5 years back.

                        At the time of taking this policy, executive said, that this is investment policy and it is offering benefits of rs, 7, 20, 000/ at the end 10 years, (Of monthly premium of rs. 1500) along with insurance benefits. Also, we can withdraw money after 4 years without any deduction in it.

                        Hence i brought this policy, my policy number-[protected].

                        Few days back, i called customer executive for some IT related certificate, that time i came to know that this is a Life insurance policy.
                        Till now i have paid 90, 000 (1500 per month*5 years) and current policy value is less than what I have paid till now, I was shocked to hear that.

                        I expect policy makers to read and respond to it, i am extremely unhappy with the policy and wanted to take out all my hard earned money which citi bank and bajaj allianz are enjoying.

                        I wrote an email of complaint, but no one responded;
                        I replied upon it 3 times, then received a statement of my account which is less than what I paid but no one bothered to call me.
                        I had raised complaint on consumer forum also, but just received a reply to send email but no executive bother to look into customer concern.

                        Sorry Bajaj, this is all cheating first making false promises and second on poor responce, all being loyal customer to Citi and Bajaj alianz.

                        Now, I want to surrender this policy. Please let me know correct procedure and I hope the response doesn't come like earlier.

                        Please support at least at the time of leaving.

                          I would like to bring the issue to your notice as i couldn't able to resolve through customer-care as it is so pathetic in giving proper response.

                          There is no way to reach and get response from customer service neither through phone nor email, such an irresponsible company to look after their customers.

                          I have been sending mail since month and didn't receive any proper response or resolution. Registered issue nos: 70439942, 70595180, 70632283, 71099715.

                          I have sent another email 3 days ago and did not even received any acknowledgement this time.

                          Firstly, my auto debit (Ecs) is not working since dec 2017. I made manual payment for the month of december and when i asked for customer care, they said it was technical error and will debit in january for my due date. But as due is already passed, the amount is not debited from the account (It is sufficient funds in it). I would like to know the reason about it. If it does not work for future premiums then i would like to change the frequency of premium payments from monthly to yearly and make one time payment for each year.

                          Second, my online account on https://www.bajajallianzlife.com/ is not showing my policy details and not allowing me to see my account statements or make payments online. Please find attachments for this.

                          I would like to know what is the current fund value of my policy, can you email my policy account statement as i could not able to find it.

                          Please help in resolve the issues asap.

                            I requested for an insurance claim through customer care number on 22 jan 18.
                            Claim no. Oc[protected]-00017560
                            Surveyor, sampath kumar ([protected]) was detailed to carry out the assessment.
                            As per his assessment of the damage and after having gone through my insurance policy i had to pay 4500/- and bal amount could be claimed.
                            To my utter shock and dismay, post the repairs at chrome motors, bangalore, i was told that i had to pay 7796/- (Approx 8000/-).
                            The hidden nature of the transaction has made me resolve not to go for my next insurance with bajaj allianz.

                              Policy no. Og[protected]-00001015 was due in 17 sept 2017 - health insurance.

                              Against the above policy, bajaj allianz's representative mr. Vinod singh (M. No.[protected] has collected 2 years renewal premium from me in the 1st week of sept 2017 and renewed my policy only for one year. The duly renewed policy i received in my hand in the mid of december. Since then i am following up with mr. Vinod as well as rakhee rajan renewal channel - mumbai, (Contact no:[protected], but their standard reply is its in process.

                              I would like to know will i ever get refund of my excess payment or it will be in process for ever. I will never ever make a mistake of continuing my health insurance policy with bajaj in future.

                              I had availed a loan through bajaj finance but after that I have been continuously getting recorded calls through out the day for the past so many months which has Become a nuisance.                                 I did a transaction on bajaj allianz website to buy an insurance policy.
                                I paid through UPI by scanning the QR code. after the transaction there was no update on the website that the payment is successful.
                                Now My account has been debited but I have not received any refund or the update from the bank or the bajaj allianz.
                                I have contacted my bank they said the transaciton was successful.
                                I have also contacted the website payment gateway which is billdesk and they are just saying that they have not received any updated from the their bank.

                                It is the duty of bajaj allianz to look into this since the payment was done on their website and they should coordinate with their payment gateway provider.

                                  Surrendered my traditional plan after 5 times attempt, promised to pay me the amount of 1.80 lakhs as net surrendered amount but have received 1.66 lakhs. On enqury customer care sites excuse of system failure and wrong receipt handed. The timeline never maintained escalation matrix never works. Customer care is a bunch of jokers who keep on validating details and still fail to identify aadhar card number which was submitted during surrender. Its a worst of company which had no clue what thye are doing.

                                  1. AMV Value is Rs 186709 and not what you are mentioning repeatedly.
                                  2. Surrender penalty column – ITS NIL, WHY ?
                                  3. GST/Service tax – During my policy start it was never their but now you have added as part of terms and condition ? So the rules got changed when the game is on.
                                  4. Gross gets calculated after all deduction - Rs 184111
                                  5. In deduction component also you have not put any entry . So the net value is what I am supposed to get.

                                  Now if the receipt is faulty then you should not have hand it over to customer who is running to office desk for 5 times and finally surrendered on 1st nov. And if those numbers are for showoff then its no point surrendering physically running to your office. Do it over phone from now onwards.
                                  To summarize if you are at fault then you need to pay the penalty since if it was me then you would have not given me any benefit in any way. So your policy your paper your rules and your penalty not mine.

                                  Hope I am clear now. Other nonsense service you provide-
                                  1. Customer care don’t care to stop sms DND for policy surrendered. Ask for PAN card number .Why? Who the hell pays premium for closed policy?
                                  2. Why aadhar card not with you? How you surrendered my policy without aadhar number? GROSS IRREGULARITY !!!
                                  3. How you allowed any tom dick and harry number against my policy ? Show me signed copy where I have requested for the update
                                  4. Call back promise made for 48 hours make 4 days as conveyed by your jokers. HOW?
                                  5. Your escalation matrix is a eye wash no one replies or calls back.. Why escalation matrix person need to be paid salary?
                                  6. Tracking number provided but when I refer why should I have to validate all my life time details again and again. What is the purpose of tracking number?
                                  7. Last but not least why you don’t have Service line manager available when bunch of jokers run the customer service ? ref where is Saradha absconding from Pune office?

                                    "after paying premium before due date; policy got lapsed".

                                    I have bought a life insurance policy for 15 years from bajaj allianz with yearly premium of 42880/-. I have started paying premium from 2015 december and continued paying premium for 2 years.

                                    This year premium i paid via online payment option using kotak credit card on 8th dec 2017. Amount was debited from kotak credit card and debited to bajaj allianz life. Kotak credit card team acknowledged the payment was successfull and they mentioned amount has been claimed by bajaj allianz life insurance.

                                    Total amount paid to bajaj = 42880 (Premium) + gst = rs 43845/-

                                    Now the problem which i am facing for almost a month. This amount is not reflecting against my policy. I have raised multiple complaints from dec 10th till now to bajaj and probably had 50+ calls to customer care to verify this transaction. I have provided credit card statement, authorization code for this transaction, transaction reference number received from kotak team to bajaj customer care. Till now i haven't received a solid communication from bajaj on this matter. Only reply i get is (That too sometimes) we are looking into the issue and will get back.

                                    Policy now shows "lapsed".

                                    Most paining part is no reply from these guys and end of the day policy lapse and complete premium paid from 2015 have been lost.

                                    Shared Kotak statement on 22nd Dec 2017. I don't think you are really bothered about customers. It's my hard earned money. I went for policy to get tax exemption as well but i could not submit tax proof in my company and this will absorb 30% tax from the salary.

                                    @ConsumerComplaint Team, Can you please guide me to file a case against this bogus company?
