2. Surrender penalty column – ITS NIL, WHY ?
3. GST/Service tax – During my policy start it was never their but now you have added as part of terms and condition ? So the rules got changed when the game is on.
4. Gross gets calculated after all deduction - Rs 184111
5. In deduction component also you have not put any entry . So the net value is what I am supposed to get.
Now if the receipt is faulty then you should not have hand it over to customer who is running to office desk for 5 times and finally surrendered on 1st nov. And if those numbers are for showoff then its no point surrendering physically running to your office. Do it over phone from now onwards.
To summarize if you are at fault then you need to pay the penalty since if it was me then you would have not given me any benefit in any way. So your policy your paper your rules and your penalty not mine.

1. Customer care don’t care to stop sms DND for policy surrendered. Ask for PAN card number .Why? Who the hell pays premium for closed policy?
2. Why aadhar card not with you? How you surrendered my policy without aadhar number? GROSS IRREGULARITY !!!
3. How you allowed any tom dick and harry number against my policy ? Show me signed copy where I have requested for the update
4. Call back promise made for 48 hours make 4 days as conveyed by your jokers. HOW?
5. Your escalation matrix is a eye wash no one replies or calls back.. Why escalation matrix person need to be paid salary?
6. Tracking number provided but when I refer why should I have to validate all my life time details again and again. What is the purpose of tracking number?
7. Last but not least why you don’t have Service line manager available when bunch of jokers run the customer service ? ref where is Saradha absconding from Pune office?
