Respected sir,
With deep sense of anguish and frustration i solicit your kind intervention and help on priority to get my insurance issue resolved enabling me to get justice for being a law abiding citizen and an honest tax payer in all the spheres of legitimate statutory taxation obligations.
I have been running from pillar to post for almost last three months to get my accident claim approved which is not only legitimate and genuine but also within the parameters of insurance norms. There has been an accident which was very well recorded and established by the local police and in order to reiterate the facts i am just enumerating the summary of the event for your kind perusal as below :
1. My car model hyundai i10 (No :-wb-02-ad-0658) had met with an accident on dated 30/10/2017 at 3.30 pm at ningha (Asansol, west bengal.
2.. After completing the legal formalities i immediately contacted with insurance company (Bajaj allianz) to lodge my claim and my claim was registered on 7/11/2017.
3. Unfortunately despite several reminder to the insurance company bajaj allianz, did not take any action to resolve and r approve the repair cost so that i can go ahead with the repair job.
4. It is almost more than 120 days that my car is in breakdown condition and lying unattended in the show room of m/s. Rudra hyundai, 223, ushagram, g. T road (Asansol) since date 03/11/2017

5. I wish to furnish a synopsis of the events for your kind perusal :

A) all the documents were submitted such as blue book, police general diary, police paper report at the time of claim on 7 oct 2017 to the insurance company.

B) even after 21 days did not receive any response.

C) i was compelled to escalate the claim to ggro & head customer service/ho-direct marketing/customer care/general on 28/11/2017. Despite escalation no resolution.

D) out of sheer depression and frustration seeked the intervention of pmo.

E) despite the intervention of the honorable pmo, the insurance company instead of trying to resolve the issue repeated their objections through querries which are already clarified and replied.

F) finally, citing the reason “no cooperation” by the insurer rejected the claim.

The entire scenario enumerated above cleary establishes the biasedness and determination of the insurance company to victimise and harass a law abiding citizen and adopt the vendetta syndrome to satisfy their own large ego with the sole aim to harass, which has compelled me to approach the highest forum to seek justice.

I request to kndly intervene once again and appeal you to help me in getting justice by suitably advising the insurance company.

This is refers to your letter dated dated 28.12.2017 and 08.01.2018 with regards to your above mentioned claim and your letter dated 05.01.2018 & the emails exchanged.

Clause 1:
Our claim is being backed by Police Report. The material facts of the case/claim are vividly stated in the said report. I simply fail to understand that from where you come to a conclusion that material facts have been suppressed. This is a serious allegation against me and I have taken offence against the same. Further, for a claim to be considered by your good office, do you think we would be that much reckless to have put forward incorrect documents and demand money. My vehicle has been damaged and it was sent to the garage, your surveyor visited and checked the vehicle and was fully satisfied with the inspection. Your present stance is an afterthought of which I have no explanation. I reiterate that my claim is genuine and legitimate and no part is being concealed or suppressed or misrepresented as alleged by you. This is a simple claim and you are making it complicated. Your allegations are false, vexations and misconceived.
Clause 2:
Please note that your concerned good office was intimated immediately, however the claim was lodged at a later date along with all relevant papers. Your person have seen both the vehicle as well as the spot. It seems that your good office was wrongly informed and owing to your office being short staffed your personnel could not corroborate the facts as desired and/or as alleged by you. This is not my fault. The law of the land does not preclude you to honor a claim or repudiate it on flimsy grounds.

I am a law abiding citizen of India and a honored tax payer. I work in a company of great repute in India and abroad. Hence, I request your good self to kindly consider my case and act accordingly so that natural justice is restored.

Dear Sir,
This has a reference of our letter dated 28.12.2017 and 08.01.2018 with regards to your above mentioned claim and your letter dated 05.01.2018 & the emails exchanged, documents submitted by your good self and report of an independent IRDA licensed surveyor, we have observed following :-
1. As per the cause of loss in claim form the vehicle had impact with road divider; however as per physical inspection of the vehicle it is observed that there is no impact on the wheel or below the height of wheel rim. The damages neither correlate to cause of loss nor with the spot of accident shown later. There is misrepresentation of material facts and wrong declaration signed in claim form which states, I/we the above named, do hereby, to the best of my/our knowledge and belief, warrant the truth of the foregoing statements in every respect and agree that if have made any false or fraudulent statement of there be any suppression or concealment, the policy shall be cancelled and the claim shall be forfeited.

2. There is delay in intimating the loss to the police of 3 days and to the insurers for 7 days, hence no opportunity was given to verify material facts related to accident. As per policy condition no 1, ”Notice shall be given in writing to the company immediately upon the occurrence of any accident or loss or damage and in the event of any claim and thereafter the insured shall give all such information and assistance as the company shall require”.

Therefore, in view of the above, your claim stands repudiated. Also, please confirm us within 7 days from the date of receipt of this letter that why we should not cancel your policy.

Please note that nothing contained in this letter is or should be construed as a waiver of any one or more rights on our part and all our rights under and in relation to the policy remain fully reserved.

    Mere relative ki death ho gai hai. So mene unka insurance claim karwaya hai, unki wife nomini hai unko or unke bhai ke sath jakar hamne ye claim karwaya tha. Sare documents policy bond ke sath diye. Or usne 2 days bad aane ko kaha, usne ye bhi kaha ki me aapko email karunga. Lekin abhi tak koi mail nahi kiya or call bhi receive nahi kar raha. Or claim notification no. Bhi nahi bata rahahe. Sir please help kare

      Sir mene apne relative ki death claim karwaya he. Jodhpur bajaj alianze office me claim karwaya he. Lekin claim desk par meri call receive nahi kar rahe he. Aap complent kare or jaldi se claim process ke bare me bataye. Company wale claim notification number bhi nahi de rahe he. Aap hamari help kare or unke against complent kar un par karwahi kare.

        I have purchased the car insurance # og[protected]-00109799 from coverfox using my bajaj emi card.
        I have cancelled this policy as i have taken other policy directly bajaj allianz bearing number og[protected]-00109973.
        Even though the policy which i took from coverfox is cancelled, the loan (400rem[protected] on the emi card is not yet processed.
        The loan still active and the emi is getting deducted from my account.
        Can you please provide the written statement that this insurance got cancelled, so that i can submit that to the bajaj finserv, so that the loan gets cancelled.
        Or else please let me know the status is refund to which the amount will get refunded.
        Bajaj allianz people are behaving so irresponsible that they are not even reverting on the policy cancellation.

            I am dharm chand agarwal.. I have deposit 5000 rs under swayam shakti suraksha policy for 1 year... Premium paying term was 5 year... Date of commencement is 27 feb 2013 and it is complete in 2018 but in return i got only 23400 rs in my account... How it is possible and how can u do this...

                My car grand i10 asta 1.2 gls (Reg no. Wb 40 ae 0994, engine no. G4lafm829098, chasis no. Mala851clfm362148) insured through bajaj alianz general insurance since its registration for last two years (Last policy no. Hbz/[protected]. However, the insurance was made through aditya birla insurance broker in kolkata, by car dealer mohan motors in kolkata in 2016 without my knowledge. My car is due for renew for insurance on 08 mar 2018. Though the insurance was purchased through broker without my knowledge, why i am unable to proceed for renew online through bajaj alianz general insurance co?                       With reference to above my policy number i herby inform you that the said policy t have taken from your agent fortune five and i called the concern person two times but no response from there side, at the end i could not get renewed the policy.

Also no remainder from their side for renewal… sir when i want to use my policy in hospital i could not use the same just because of their irresponsibility.

                      Sir i took my policy from the agent just because of their follow up for renewals and benefits in case of emergencies but they are not providing the same as a result you knew…..
                      Sir this is very serious matter please look in to this and renew my policy as soon as possible.

                        I had renewed 2 wheeler insurance on 16/02/2018 through online, but did not received a soft copy of insurance policy for my 2 wheeler insurance discover bike. I tried calling customer care there is no response.

                        spoken today to the customer care in the afternoon pertaining to renewal of motor insurance policy and had told me the amount, but never had told that need to visit the bajaj allianz to sign the copy of proposal and also handover the required documents, based on cross checking the documents policy will be issued, moreover I am existing customer of bajaj allianz till last year I used to renew through online and get the soft copy to my email id, customer care person had provided me the link and done the payment, since iam not having the soft copy of the insurance policy in-spite of making the payment, moreover if cops check and iam not having the insurance copy of the same and I will be charged fine due to the negligence and irresponsibility of them.

                          I am Abhay Shankar Prasad; I had taken a policy under Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited, Policy No/ Membership No- [protected]. I have already paid the renewal amount 102564.94, One Lac, two thousand, five hundred, sixty four rupees, 94 paise ( dated 28 January, 2018, time- 02:38:51 pm. Even after paying renewal amount of premium by me, the Bajaj Allianz was again tried to cut the renewal premium amount through my A/c No, State Bank of India. Due to insufficient funds in the A/C No, I have been fined 590, (295 rs. two times, 14 and 15 February).

                          After giving my premium amount why are you trying to retry for premium amount. This is illegal and invalid method. Even after paying the renewal premium amount, I am being financially and mentally disturbed by Bajal Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited. I was talk to Customer care centre, but answer. You have choose the ECA/Auto Debit Options and he is refusing even to close the ECA/Auto Debit Options. I cannot go to the nearest branch right now. Let me put ECA/Auto Debit Options for the renewal premium payment option to be permanently closed.

                          This is totally cheating and against the consumer right. I have already informed on this matter, but you don't initiate any steps. Please find enclosure file for necessary documents. Please if you have clicked on Auto-Debit option and link with my Policy and my bank account. I request you to remove this Auto Debit service from my Policy at the earliest and confirm me through email for future.

                            Hi Team,

                            My policy No is [protected].

                            This policy is foreclosed but I am supposed to get an amount of rs. 8955.

                            I have uploaded my bank details in the portal and also have confirmed with the customer care of Bajaj Allianz.

                            This activity i had done on last week of November, 2018 but still i have not got the amount credited to my Bank account.

                            Whenever i am calling the customer care they keep on telling that the case is pending from the financial team.

                            Now it is more than two months since i submitted my documents.

                            Kindly look into this issue at the earliest.

                                  Insured complaining under policy no:[protected], that policy was missold and he was misguided with falls details and fake commitment. Insurer without intimation given to policy. Regarding this fraud insurer complaints and approached insurer for policy cancelled and refund of his paid amount but till date insurer did not give any proper response.                                     This is very painfully said that due to carelessness and highly negligence of your sales person my image get ruined in the eyes of my bank. Ten years of banking first time my cheque bounce reported.
                                    I am your customer since last 3 years and availing mother vehicle insurance products. Premium is regularly paid by me. This time ur sales person call me, sir give us cheque before due date and u get discount. He collected cheque from my office with oral commitment that before depositing ur cheque i reminded u.
                                    I was given him cheque with a condition, he must call me before depositing cheque.
                                    So i will keep amount in the account as on date.
                                    But your sales person not call/ reminded me and deposit cheque so cheque get bounce.
                                    Ur sales person/ manager are continuing calling several times before get premium. But after getting cheque they haven't time to call once.
                                    I am very sorry on such irresponsible behaviour of your sales person and reporting u a strong greevance against your irresponsible sales person / manager.
                                    I am decided not to continue our mother policy with you after this incident.
                                    You are requested to take action against you such employee who is devastating image of customer as well as your brand name.
                                    You are also requested to return my cheque and compansate cheque returning charge.

                                      I am gangadhar kavuri with product: bajaj allianz sarve shakti suraksha and policy no: [protected].
                                      However owing to negative returns (Blame myself for falling prey to false promises made at the time of taking the policy 7 years ago) i closed the policy in the month of december 2017 and the amount was paid back to me in january 2018. However, again in february 2018 ecs was run and amount of 1500/- was debited.

                                      I had contacted citibank already where they asked me to send the details to bajaj allianz office in chennai which was also done but still ecs doesn't seem to end.

                                      Please resolve the issue.

                                        My name is Amit Anant Chalke; i am an ex-ericsson employee.
                                        Citi bank and bajaj allianz executives offering 'sarve shakti suraksha' policy to all employees at the time of joining.

                                        I am one of them, who brought this policy 5 years back.

                                        At the time of taking this policy, executive said, that this is investment policy and it is offering benefits of rs, 7, 20, 000/ at the end 10 years, (Of monthly premium of rs. 1500) along with insurance benefits. Also, we can withdraw money after 4 years without any deduction in it.

                                        Hence i brought this policy, my policy number-[protected].

                                        Few days back, i called customer executive for some IT related certificate, that time i came to know that this is a Life insurance policy.
                                        Till now i have paid 90, 000 (1500 per month*5 years) and current policy value is less than what I have paid till now, I was shocked to hear that.

                                        I expect policy makers to read and respond to it, i am extremely unhappy with the policy and wanted to take out all my hard earned money which citi bank and bajaj allianz are enjoying.

                                        I wrote an email of complaint, but no one responded;
                                        I replied upon it 3 times, then received a statement of my account which is less than what I paid but no one bothered to call me.
                                        I had raised complaint on consumer forum also, but just received a reply to send email but no executive bother to look into customer concern.

                                        Sorry Bajaj, this is all cheating first making false promises and second on poor responce, all being loyal customer to Citi and Bajaj alianz.

                                        Now, I want to surrender this policy. Please let me know correct procedure and I hope the response doesn't come like earlier.
