I am just fed up of following up with this company for my claim amount.

My house caught fire on 1st oct 2017. I registered a claim the same day. It's been 3 months, and i still don't the claim amount in my account. Everytime i followed up, i used to get an excuse stating it is being processed. Finally, in dec, i was told that the claim amount has been released and the cheque is being sent to my address. However, bajaj sent the cheque via speed post (The company is so miserly, that they don't have the capabilities of sending the cheque through the normal courier service). The ips did not even bother to deliver the cheque to my address, and just stated that the addresses has shifted out of the property. The cheque was returned to the bajaj office (As per my discussion with the ips office). I followed up with the bajaj people again today (2nd jan) and was told they don't have the cheque now.

I am trying to get another cheque issued since the money is pending since 3 months. I have to pay off my creditors for the repairs in my house. However, the company is refusing to issue another cheque, especially when it is no fault of mine that the cheque has gottent returned, and now possibly lost as well.

Is this the way the company treats their customers? When the premium amount is due, they will make 10000 calls to the customers and keep following up until the payment is made. When the claimant makes a claim, companies like bajaj trouble the claimants, as if we are begging for our own money.

Extremely pathetic company; the bank insured my house with bajaj at the time o[censored]ndertaking the loan. Under normal circumstances, i would have never taken an insurance from bajaj allianz. Absolutely pathetic customer service and even worst customer experiences.

I will be bad mouthing this company on facebook and other social media websites as well. Will make sure my woes are heard wherever possible.

    We have home insurance policy no. Og[protected]-00000260 of content insurance. As soon as we paid premium, we have not yet received broucher of terms and conditions we availed in policy. The terms told us at the time of purchase seems different when we proceed for any claim against our home content.
    We have numerous claims lodged but single hasn't been approved. Sometimes the claim department of policy mr gautam say that it doesn't cover battery dead of laptop. We had complaint regarding our led motherboard but he refused to settle claim. This time i have lost my mobile phone, but some excuses trouble us everytime and finally we find no use to have home insurance policy so far.

    We request you that we no more want to continue this policy as it is just creating troublesome excuses by same department, making fool of policyholders.
    Kindly refund us our policy premium amount. We have forwarded one copy of complaint to irda. It is second time that we have so much bad experience of bajaj allianz company with both health insurance and home insurance.

        I rakesh kumar, working as a senior manager in canara bank, hyderabad. My car insurance (From other insurance company) has already been expired and wish to get the insurance from bajaj allianz insurance company due to tie-up arrangement with canara bank. I met your territory manager, mr. Rajaswara chava at hyderabad during official work in a branch and he assured me that you will get your car insured immediately. I have called him many time over his mobile no. [protected] but he is not picking up my call. He is not able to serve me then how will he serve the huge number of borrowers/customers belongs to our bank.

          Dear sir / madam,

          I am holding baja allianz general insurance company limited’ s health guard policy (Policy no: og[protected]_) for my family since 2007. The sum insured of each person was inr 100000. Last year i have paid premium of inr 6250.

          This year i have received premium renewal notice with sum insured inr 200000 for each person with premium amount inr 15194. We have never requested for sum insured inr 200000 for each person & i don’t want sum insured inr 200000 for each person as my financial condition is not good & i cannot pay inr 15194 as a premium.

          I want to continue with the same policy with sum insured inr 100000 for each person.

          So many time i have requested baja allianz general insurance company limited’ s agent & officer at vadodara office but i have never got any favourable reply. I have waited for due date of policy but nothing happened.

          I can’t understand how the insurance company double sum insured amount without intimating customer & without any permission from customer. Last year also i have faced the same problem but i have handled at my end and company was agreed on sum insured inr 100000.

          This year again i have received premium renewal notice with double sum insured & more than double premium which i am not able to pay. It look like they are collecting premium form customer at young age at where there is very less chance of illness & at old age they are doubling the premium and doubling the sum insured, so that customer deny and company taking advantage. It look like they are doing fraud with customer.

          Request you to look into the same & if possible cancel licence of this kind of fraud insurance company.

            We are very disappointed with the rejection of our claim on baseless points

            1) please note that the cover provided under the subject specific marine policies ceased once the cargo reached the consignee and presented for delivery to the consignee on 9th sep 2017.

            2) further we would like to bring to your notice that invoice no ne/ke/180729 dated 4th sep, 2017 amounting to rs 26, 40, 000/- with the name of consignee as m/s l&t shipyard terminal was proposed for insurance by submitting a copy of the invoice whereas you are claiming for invoice no ne/ke/180729 dated 18th sept, 2017 amounting to rs 22, 49, 000/- hence it is evident that the invoice proposed for insurance was revised and the same was not informed to the insurer. This being a specific marine insurance policy, any changes made in the invoice needs to be informed to insurer in advance for approval.

            What exactly happened

            Context to point no 1

            Quote"the material was not reached at the destination, it was at the entrance gate of special economic zone commissionerate office and due to some government regulations of gst act, the materials were kept on hold, it was still in transit and kept with the transporter" unquote.

            Context to point no 2

            As per the policy, we have insured the goods worth rs 2640000.00 of policy no. Og[protected]-00000037 & rs 2640000.00 of policy no: og[protected]-00000038, but at the time of loading the goods, we have loaded the material of rs 2240000.00 in one truck and 2240000.00 in another truck as we refuse to overload the trucks and for the said remaining items we took the new policy of extra 1000000.00 from bajaj allainz company, which is a expense loss to our company, and the policy was only taken for the safety of the material.

            We request justice and claim from your company, as already the procedure has taken a lot of time and a loss to our company. Hope justice will prevail.

              We have provided all documents and bills etc however for last 4 months no hospital invoice has been paid and no payment have been done to my father.

              Whenever i contact them they simply reply we are working on it. With all the original bills/documents etc they cannot pay hospital invoice and pay to my father for all the medical expenses that they have incurred is total unacceptable.

                      I was trying since 3 months to update my payment mode, earlier it was auto debit to my credit card and since my credit card is going to expire soon, i requested to update to my savings account. since 3 months except auto generated emails I am not getting any response. and my premium auto debit is also stopped. All the escalation emails are bouncing, I live in US and when ever i tried to call customer care, they keep and hold for 30+ minutes and it gets disconnected after that.

                      When I showed interest to open a policy, they called 20+ times to my US number, but when i need their help after taking a policy forget calls, they are not even responding to my emails.

                      I tried to send emails to all the addresses mentioned in their website, most of them are bouncing. the ones delivered are sending auto generated script replies.

                        I am a resident of canada for the past 46 years and i am frustrated with bajaj allianz in ref to abovementioned policy. I had gone to india in 2015 and instructed this co with a properly filled form to electronically transfer my funds every three months into my standard chartered bank acc no [protected] (Nro) account. They did transfer funds for a while but it is more than a year they have not done so and they have not responded to my emails either could you pl help me in any way.

                            All the required documents for claiming the death claim were submitted at janakpuri new delhi branch on 20.11.2017. With query no: 69587911. All the documents were in order i spent more than 3 hours in completing these requirement at janakpuri branch on 20.11.2017. I was assured that you will get the proceeds with in 2 weeks. Now already 4 weeks has gone, still waiting for the proceed. I made enquiry for 4 times with in the last 15 days i was told that we will reply the status very soon to you. Today i was told that these papers are still lying with us unprocessed. I am unable to understand the management of your company in dealing with the customer at such a critical time when nominee are in bereaved condition instead of helping out your company is harassing & making mockery of customer due to your official negligence.

                            That more than 40 days has been lapse after completion of all the relevant document to the satisfaction of the Branch. The death claim payment is still awaited. 10 days has lapsed even after lodging the complaint, payment has not been made & nothing have been heard for with holding the same. Such type of negligence & over delay has become undigestible without any valid reason.

                              Dear sir/madam, my father in law mr. Chandappa was a policy holder of bajaj allianz life insurance co. Ltd, raichur branch karnataka - 584101bearing policy no - [protected]. He has expired on 14.11.2017. We had approached to the branch office at raichur, the staff denied to accept the policy claiming as he did not got id for claiming death claim and telling to go to nearby sindhanur branch. They come to doorstep to sell the policy and for death claiming they tell to go to near branch. First of all, the family is in loss of head of the family and these people are not cooperating to claim. Request you to solve in claiming the policy.

                                I renewed 2 policies, 1 for my 2-wheeler in may 2017, and for by 4-wheeler in early dec 2017.in both cases - after online payment, there was a problem in the portal while generating policy certificates. I've tried many times to dwnld but no success. I've sent many emails to customercare explaining the issue, but no reply. The toll free number is not reachable. I've been your customer for 10 yrs & now i'm forced to change the insurer from next year due to this extremely un-professional conduct.

                                    I have invsted in bajaj allianz unit gain plus gold account since 2007 for 10 years and have been consistently paying premium o[censored]s. 10000 every year. The charges levied on my regular premium sum up to rs 6500 plus now i get to understand that there other charges which are deducted from my units which at nav price which accounts up to rs18270 which reduces my overall gain. Over all charges are rs 25000 which is criminal. The over all charges come up to 25000 non if these were disclosed at the time of investment i am cheated i will raise a consumer case on bajaj allianz. Pls help

                                      Dear bajaj allianz team, it is very much shameful to announce that you guys are the biggest frauds i have ever seen. You guys did a fraud with me and still do not care about the customer. I wonder how such a company like yours is surviving in today's customer oriented world. Let me summarize my grief here (Although you don't give a # about customer)

                                      I have a life insurance policy, my policy # being [protected] which started in august 2012 which was 64 months back. As per my bank statement (Which i already sent to your never responding customer mail group [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in), i have paid premium of rs 1500 every month right from the beginning i. E august 2012 to nov 2017 which means till nov 2017, i have paid 1500 rs each for 64 months (August 2012 to nov 2017) which means the total amount paid by me towards bajaj allianz (As per my bank statement) = rs 96, 000 (1500*64).

                                      The strange part is that bajaj allianz is only showing rs 94, 500 as total sum in their database which means they have digested one month premium of rs 1500. I have called your customer care n number of times where n= infinity and every time i got same response that "sir we can not do anything about it. Our back end team will look into it" which they never do as they do not give a # about customer.

                                      Even after me calling you guys many times, you guys never resolved my query and never ever tried contacting me regarding same. I have already provided all my bank statements which proves that every month there is a deduction of rs 1500 from my account. Even after this you do not care about customer. Such a shame for bajaj allianz. The funniest part is whenever i raised concern, you guys closed my request without even informing me and without resolving the issue. I am already pissed off and will be lodging a complaint against bajaj allianz.

                                      I will be sharing my experience on all available social platforms over internet so that people will not be trapped under such frauds. They will be very well aware of bajaj allianz's policy of "customer go to hell" policy.

                                      Anyways today or tomorrow you guys will have to return my money once i lodge a complaint on consumer forum and in police station as well.

                                      If you are at least 1% ashamed of such a poor service then get me my missing premium adjusted in my bajaj allianz account asap although i lost trust and hope on you guys.

                                        My name is samarth sawant owner of fiat linea car registered number ga 06 d 2285, my car had met with an accident on 24th october morning with passat and caught fire.. Same has been reported to police and fire and on the day of accident my car was burnt only in the front (Engine, front light etc) and we have pictures for the same.. Same incident is aired on goa news chanel. On 7th nov i had a call from this number[protected] saying that he is a investigator of bajaj and he asked me if i'm aware of the accident and i said yes and my brother in-law was driving the car.. And on the day i was in delhi.. He also so asked me if i can come down to mumbai and meet him personally to discuss the matter, i said no to him why should i travel all the way to mumbai.. Later on 6th dec i received a call from manoj to meet his sir in goa bajaj office along with my brother in law.. And they asked my in-law to explain the incident so he explained him about the incident.. Then he showed us the picture of the car which is fully burnt and said that pics are taken after few days of accident. He tried to convey the message that my brother in-law had put my car on fire and i denie all such alligations.. Looks like insurance people have burnt my car and trying to manipulate & reject the claim.. Request you to please look into the matter, i have attached pictures of the incident.

                                        I will definitely go to consumer court and escalate this matter..
