I have invsted in bajaj allianz unit gain plus gold account since 2007 for 10 years and have been consistently paying premium o[censored]s. 10000 every year. The charges levied on my regular premium sum up to rs 6500 plus now i get to understand that there other charges which are deducted from my units which at nav price which accounts up to rs18270 which reduces my overall gain. Over all charges are rs 25000 which is criminal. The over all charges come up to 25000 non if these were disclosed at the time of investment i am cheated i will raise a consumer case on bajaj allianz. Pls help

    Dear bajaj allianz team, it is very much shameful to announce that you guys are the biggest frauds i have ever seen. You guys did a fraud with me and still do not care about the customer. I wonder how such a company like yours is surviving in today's customer oriented world. Let me summarize my grief here (Although you don't give a # about customer)

    I have a life insurance policy, my policy # being [protected] which started in august 2012 which was 64 months back. As per my bank statement (Which i already sent to your never responding customer mail group [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in), i have paid premium of rs 1500 every month right from the beginning i. E august 2012 to nov 2017 which means till nov 2017, i have paid 1500 rs each for 64 months (August 2012 to nov 2017) which means the total amount paid by me towards bajaj allianz (As per my bank statement) = rs 96, 000 (1500*64).

    The strange part is that bajaj allianz is only showing rs 94, 500 as total sum in their database which means they have digested one month premium of rs 1500. I have called your customer care n number of times where n= infinity and every time i got same response that "sir we can not do anything about it. Our back end team will look into it" which they never do as they do not give a # about customer.

    Even after me calling you guys many times, you guys never resolved my query and never ever tried contacting me regarding same. I have already provided all my bank statements which proves that every month there is a deduction of rs 1500 from my account. Even after this you do not care about customer. Such a shame for bajaj allianz. The funniest part is whenever i raised concern, you guys closed my request without even informing me and without resolving the issue. I am already pissed off and will be lodging a complaint against bajaj allianz.

    I will be sharing my experience on all available social platforms over internet so that people will not be trapped under such frauds. They will be very well aware of bajaj allianz's policy of "customer go to hell" policy.

    Anyways today or tomorrow you guys will have to return my money once i lodge a complaint on consumer forum and in police station as well.

    If you are at least 1% ashamed of such a poor service then get me my missing premium adjusted in my bajaj allianz account asap although i lost trust and hope on you guys.

      My name is samarth sawant owner of fiat linea car registered number ga 06 d 2285, my car had met with an accident on 24th october morning with passat and caught fire.. Same has been reported to police and fire and on the day of accident my car was burnt only in the front (Engine, front light etc) and we have pictures for the same.. Same incident is aired on goa news chanel. On 7th nov i had a call from this number[protected] saying that he is a investigator of bajaj and he asked me if i'm aware of the accident and i said yes and my brother in-law was driving the car.. And on the day i was in delhi.. He also so asked me if i can come down to mumbai and meet him personally to discuss the matter, i said no to him why should i travel all the way to mumbai.. Later on 6th dec i received a call from manoj to meet his sir in goa bajaj office along with my brother in law.. And they asked my in-law to explain the incident so he explained him about the incident.. Then he showed us the picture of the car which is fully burnt and said that pics are taken after few days of accident. He tried to convey the message that my brother in-law had put my car on fire and i denie all such alligations.. Looks like insurance people have burnt my car and trying to manipulate & reject the claim.. Request you to please look into the matter, i have attached pictures of the incident.

      I will definitely go to consumer court and escalate this matter..

      Case is not esolved yet.. everytime i call they say I will get a callback within 24-48hrs.. but no one call and my claim is not settled yet.. its been 3 months now

      I was told that someone would get back to me within 7 days.. its been more then 10days now and i dont see any call or email from bajaj.
      I did try to call customer care couple of times but i dont get proper answer.

      Request you to please look in to this and help me get my claim settled.

        R sir/ mam,
        I have home insurance policy of bajaj allianz whose policy number is og[protected]-00000617.
        I need a claim on my laptop whose description was already mentioned in the policy & for this i registered a claim on toll free number under track issue 47069843.
        My claim is send under their chandigarh branch where sonia mam is watching this issue of claim settlement.

        I provide him all the documents regarding my claim that she demand & my all documents are correct.

        Now she was saying that your total sum insured is very low so that we cannot process your claim otherwise increase this sum insured up to 5 lakhs if you want to settle this claim.

        If for settlement of claim sum insured of rs 5 lakh is compulsory then why at the time of buying the policy we donot have talk about this or why our policy is made. If for whole year suppose i donot need any claim then my policy is ok, if i need a claim my policy is wrong.

        This type of cheap talks at this time is totally wrong when i need a claim. This shows that they are doing this talk to not provide us claim.

        Please check this matter as soon as possible & settle my claim and take suitable action also against sonia who does not have manners how to talk with customer.

        There is no settlement of claim made by the bajaj allianz till now, nor I received a single mail or call from their side second time regarding this .

          I bought this super saver plan where i should pay 50000 per year. Executive by name mr. Shawiz from bangalore called me and said if i pay yearly 50000 for 3 years (In total 1, 50, 000), including bonus if i surrender after 5 years i will get 2, 25, 000 and if i pay 50000 for 5 years will be eligible to get with annual bonus 475000 if i surrender the policy in the 5th year. He showed me some printouts to whom they already gave. I took the policy and 4 years i paid amount (2, 00, 000), now to check when i called customer care they said i dont get what the executive said and i am eligible for lesser value than i paid. Now all the phones executive who called to take policy from bajaj are switched off. Also the contact number which was mentioned in the policy bond was not mine (No idea whose number that executive gave) bajaj has good name in the market couldn't understand why they are cheating customers with false promises and false executives. Can anyone from bajaj please help me and sort out this asap... Thanks prem

              I have been an emplyee of bajaj allianz life insurance company. I have resigned from bajaj allianz life insurance. On 20/010/08. My employee code is 51164 & s. T. M code is [protected]. My p. F no. & e. S. I no. Mh/34020/036729. I sent my pf form to the company in jan 2009. They said that the p. F. Will be transferred to my bank account within 2 months. But now its more then 3 months still my pf amount has not been credited in my bank account. I would like to know the current status and by when would my p. F. Be released. I hope the formalities would have been over and i would get the same at the earliest. Please update me about the status of my p. F. So please look after this matter. I would be grateful if you could transfer it as the earliest.

                I had a car insurance policy with bajaj allianz which expired on 25th nov. A few days earlier i got a quotation from them for renewal. Mr swapnil sent a payment link and i tried to make the payment on 24th. But everytime the payment did not go through. After several attempts, i thought there might be some issue with the payment gateway. So i made the payment using the same link on 25th morning around 11am. I received a text from my bank at 11:12am regarding successful transaction. But i did not hear anything from the company. I have been mailing swapnil again and again but with no success. The only response i got was that they hv received credit on 27th, so my policy has expired. I told them in that case they remit my money rs 5151/- and i will get the insurance done from some other place.
                Today it's 6th day since my payment, and i hv not received any soft copy or any update on my policy status. The only info i have is
                "proposal number 77886957 is pending for issuance"

                  This is to intimate you that i purchased a commercial vehicle - package policy (Policy no. Og[protected]-[protected] on[protected] to insure my car from mr. Saikat das, sales manager, bajaj allianz general insurance company ltd. Through his agent mr. Debasish banerjee (Agency code bag[protected] with the premium of rs.30, 567/-. At the time of purchase he committed me to return 15% commission amount to my account when he would get it from bajaj. But after issuing the policy three months have already passed but he don't give a single rupee till now. He and his agent have cheated me in this issue.
                  So i request you to take action against these two persons immediately and give me my money. Otherwise please cancel my commercial vehicle - package policy (Policy no. Og[protected]-[protected] on[protected] and return my entire amount.

                    I had asked u people to change my frequency and due to some error you guys didn't not even change the frequency till two months after the expiry date and on top of that you have you have submitted the ecs for the amount of the whole year twice in a month and i am not going to bear the bank changes of that. Because of your mistakes why should i pay and your customer care is the worst in the world and i don't know what escalation means in your company but its # hopeless.                       I purchased online policy from bajaj allianz on 30/oct/2017, there sla was to send the soft copy within 1 working day and hard copy within 7 working days. Now it has been almost a month i have not got the hard copy by courier/personal for which i ahve already paid a good amount of 2461/- to bajaj allianz general insurance co. Ltd for my 2 wheeler (Access 125).

                      Till date i have called the company toll free number 4-5 times and the different people talking everytime repeats the same stuff that i will receive the hard copy in 7 working days. The callers are not at all co-operative and once the call is ended they do not bother to call back and check whether the customer issues are resolved.

                      Swapnil from the customer care has given me complaint number # 69592014, which i false/true i am not sure.

                      I want the consumer court to take some serious action over this, as i am mentally getting disturbed as well as if any cop ask me for my vehicle documents i do not have any insurance proof for same. I do not have any proof to present except my online transaction that i have got as a message on my mobile.

                        I am the holder of policy (Invest plus) no. [protected]. I enrolled the policy in the year 2010, as the agent told that this was only 5 year term and you will get benefits. I trusted the agents and enrolled the policy and pay the first year premium. After paying the premium, i got the investment documents, its clearly mentioned that that policy term is 25 years. Then when i contact the agent he told that you just pay two premiums then we can surrender the policy and get the refund. I again pay the 2nd year premium. After that when i approach the branch / agent / customer care etc…. They told that if you want to surrender the policy you have to wait for 5 years. As there was some protocol with enable the policy to surrender and paid the refund accordingly. It is pertinent to mention here that, i am working in border security force (Bsf) and presently posted at far flung area of the country. Now today[protected] when i spoke with the customer care executive of bajaj alliance he told that “sir, we have tried to make contact with you and we sent a letter to you in the year 2012 for paying the third premium as per the policy terms, if you want to surrender you must have to pay the third term” on this i told him “okay, i am ready to pay the 3rd premium so kindly tell me how much i have to paid?” on this he told that “sir just a moment once i check the surrender details, then he denied that sir, as on date neither you can renew your policy nor you can get the premium which you already paid”. As on date i had paid rs. 58, 276/- (Fifty eight thousand two hundred and seventy six only) i. E. @ 29, 138/- x premium for the year 2010 & 11. As per the nature of service, it is also difficult for me to follow-up the case. Hence, you are humbly requested to surrender the aforementioned policy and refund the amount “whatever it will be after deduction as a penalty” at the earliest, please.

                            car insurance ncb transfer

                            Called the call centre today to transfer my ncb to my new car. As i need a nob certificate. The executive either does not know want is the procedure properly or purposely, she kept telling me only that i need to submit sell certificate, to which i asked her want is that,?
                            See said only after the car is sold i will be able to do so. I also asked her that can i even provide a affidavit stating...

                            invest plus premier-surrender value

                            I have to surrender my invest plus premier policy. When i check with customer care department, they didnt give the proper details. Like how much i can get it what s the bonus amount. They are just reading whatever they are seeing in their papers.
                            My exact scenario, i started in 2010 and 7 years i fully paid. Yearly i am paying nearly 12000. Its a 25 years plan and sum assured is 250000. Please provide the surrender value which i get...

                            I sold my old car as a trade to dealer on 06-mar-17 which was running under 45% no claim bonus (Ncb) for comprehensive insurance number hba/00404011 running till 03-aug-2017. I bought a new car on 7-mar-17 and took a fresh insurance with hdfc ergo and when i asked to transfer my old ncb to new car, bajaj allianz said that i had to have a copy of rc transfer with new owner name to initiate the process of ncb transfer. So i waited till the dealer sold the car and got the new rc for the person. The dealer sold the car around early august and the new buyer took a fresh insurance by himself. I got a copy of the new owners rc copy but they declined to accept it since that rc card did not have the date of transfer. Then they harrassed me to go get the the b-extract from the rto office and i got that which showed an effective date of 10-aug-2017. So effectively rc transfer date was after the expiry of my old insurance. Now that old policy is expired and there was no claim on the old policy and car is also sold, they finally agreed to give the ncb letter. They issued the ncb letter stating that my earlier policy was issued with ncb of 45% from 03-aug-16 and there was no claim reported till 28-oct-17. The last line says that "this ncb can be availed within three years from 28th oct 2017.

                            Now when i gave the ncb letter to hdfc ergo, they are saying that they cannot include it in my current ongoing insurance for my new car since this letter is from 28th oct 2017.

                            Who is at mistake here and how should i handle it?

                            First you misguided me that I have to wait till the RC transfer to happen eventhough I was ready to cancel the insurance and take a 3rd party policy.

                            thirdly, you did not send the B-Extract to your back office that I sent to you. Refer to case 68336672 from Aug 23, 2017

                                I am a frequent international traveller and I have never left home without travel insurance. For the first time, I was in a situation that I needed to use my travel insurance.
                                During my visit to the US, I was admitted to the emergency room for a small outpatient procedure. I paid $512 upfront, and the remaining was to be paid later through my travel insurance policy.
                                First of all, Bajaj Allianz is not recognised by major US health services, as was assured to me when I called them from the hospital itself.
                                I received 2 bills for my procedure:

                                1 $1885 for services rendered by the physician and assistant
                                From Texas Medicine resources
                                P.O. Box 8594
                                Fort Worth, TX

                                2 $1711 for the procedure
                                From Texas Health Services

                                All my paperwork has been cleared since July. Since then, I have been told repeatedly that the claim will be addressed in over the next 15 days.
                                It has been 4 months now!

                                I have written several emails requesting the team to address my concerns, and made several phone calls. I have even tried to escalate matters. But I only get 1 response.

                                “Thank you for your mail!

                                With reference to the below mail, we understand your concern regarding the claim status.

                                We would like to inform you that we have activated our assistance provider team to procure documents from hospital and we are still awaiting the documents.

                                Once received by the claims team, we will update you the claim status at the earliest.


                                Do get back to us for any queries”

                                I have received no updates. All my bills are past due. Debt collectors are showing up at the home of my guarantor and calling them at all hours. This has become extremely embarrassing.

                                I can understand if the process takes a while to resolve, but at least the collection agency should be informed. People are being harassed for no fault of theirs.

                                This is the very situation one wishes to avoid while purchasing insurance. I do hope that this time someone will get back to me on an urgent basis and resolve the matter as quickly as possible. I have already emailed copies of the Past Due notices from the collection agency to the team. The lack of communication and information is extremely frustrating. The lack of resolution, even more so.

                                Please do look into the matter and escalate this on war footing.

                                  Balic have detected 3 time premium in the month of september from my citi account, i asked the customer care to refund my money then they are telling me to send a mail to customer care with list of documents and one cancelled cheque as well. Such a stupid process to irritate customers by suggesting nonsense things to do to get my money back. I am going to change my salary account from citi due to this reason because only citi agent introduced me balic at the time of joining before 5 years.

                                    Today i got call from one no [protected]. The girl told me that bajaj allianz offered me free od limit against my salary. She told me that i can get as od limit which will be ten time of my salary taken with no extra cost. With nominal interest. During call girl introduced me to her male collegue as senior.

                                    After that they want my pan card no as well as my date of birth. Which i refused to give online. When i refuse to give details. The person rudely hangup the phone.in between he saying "ye detail nahi de raha"
