I did a transaction on bajaj allianz website to buy an insurance policy.
I paid through UPI by scanning the QR code. after the transaction there was no update on the website that the payment is successful.
Now My account has been debited but I have not received any refund or the update from the bank or the bajaj allianz.
I have contacted my bank they said the transaciton was successful.
I have also contacted the website payment gateway which is billdesk and they are just saying that they have not received any updated from the their bank.

It is the duty of bajaj allianz to look into this since the payment was done on their website and they should coordinate with their payment gateway provider.

    Surrendered my traditional plan after 5 times attempt, promised to pay me the amount of 1.80 lakhs as net surrendered amount but have received 1.66 lakhs. On enqury customer care sites excuse of system failure and wrong receipt handed. The timeline never maintained escalation matrix never works. Customer care is a bunch of jokers who keep on validating details and still fail to identify aadhar card number which was submitted during surrender. Its a worst of company which had no clue what thye are doing.

    Please see the attachment. Let me clear it once again
    1. AMV Value is Rs 186709 and not what you are mentioning repeatedly.
    2. Surrender penalty column – ITS NIL, WHY ?
    3. GST/Service tax – During my policy start it was never their but now you have added as part of terms and condition ? So the rules got changed when the game is on.
    4. Gross gets calculated after all deduction - Rs 184111
    5. In deduction component also you have not put any entry . So the net value is what I am supposed to get.

    Now if the receipt is faulty then you should not have hand it over to customer who is running to office desk for 5 times and finally surrendered on 1st nov. And if those numbers are for showoff then its no point surrendering physically running to your office. Do it over phone from now onwards.
    To summarize if you are at fault then you need to pay the penalty since if it was me then you would have not given me any benefit in any way. So your policy your paper your rules and your penalty not mine.

    Hope I am clear now. Other nonsense service you provide-
    1. Customer care don’t care to stop sms DND for policy surrendered. Ask for PAN card number .Why? Who the hell pays premium for closed policy?
    2. Why aadhar card not with you? How you surrendered my policy without aadhar number? GROSS IRREGULARITY !!!
    3. How you allowed any tom dick and harry number against my policy ? Show me signed copy where I have requested for the update
    4. Call back promise made for 48 hours make 4 days as conveyed by your jokers. HOW?
    5. Your escalation matrix is a eye wash no one replies or calls back.. Why escalation matrix person need to be paid salary?
    6. Tracking number provided but when I refer why should I have to validate all my life time details again and again. What is the purpose of tracking number?
    7. Last but not least why you don’t have Service line manager available when bunch of jokers run the customer service ? ref where is Saradha absconding from Pune office?

      "after paying premium before due date; policy got lapsed".

      I have bought a life insurance policy for 15 years from bajaj allianz with yearly premium of 42880/-. I have started paying premium from 2015 december and continued paying premium for 2 years.

      This year premium i paid via online payment option using kotak credit card on 8th dec 2017. Amount was debited from kotak credit card and debited to bajaj allianz life. Kotak credit card team acknowledged the payment was successfull and they mentioned amount has been claimed by bajaj allianz life insurance.

      Total amount paid to bajaj = 42880 (Premium) + gst = rs 43845/-

      Now the problem which i am facing for almost a month. This amount is not reflecting against my policy. I have raised multiple complaints from dec 10th till now to bajaj and probably had 50+ calls to customer care to verify this transaction. I have provided credit card statement, authorization code for this transaction, transaction reference number received from kotak team to bajaj customer care. Till now i haven't received a solid communication from bajaj on this matter. Only reply i get is (That too sometimes) we are looking into the issue and will get back.

      Policy now shows "lapsed".

      Most paining part is no reply from these guys and end of the day policy lapse and complete premium paid from 2015 have been lost.

      I have raised this complaint with your team on 18 Dec 2017. Still am waiting for reply and wait is going on forever.
      Shared Kotak statement on 22nd Dec 2017. I don't think you are really bothered about customers. It's my hard earned money. I went for policy to get tax exemption as well but i could not submit tax proof in my company and this will absorb 30% tax from the salary.

      @ConsumerComplaint Team, Can you please guide me to file a case against this bogus company?

        Two wheeler insurance renewal purpose bajaj allainz contacted me, and given me link for pay online, as per their instructions, paid on 19-jan-2018 through online, after that not renewed my insurance policy and not responding, several call made from my side, but even today not responding properly. No proper intimation also their them.

                Hi,

                My name is amit anant chalke; i am an ex-ericsson employee.
                Citi bank and bajaj allianz executives offering 'sarve shakti suraksha' policy to all employees at the time of joining.

                I am one of them, who brought this policy 5 years back.

                At the time of taking this policy, executive said, that this is investment policy and it is offering benefits of rs, 7, 20, 000/ at the end 10 years, (Of monthly premium of rs. 1500) along with insurance benefits. Also, we can withdraw money after 4 years without any deduction in it.

                Hence i brought this policy, my policy number-[protected].

                Few days back, i called customer executive for some it related certificate, that time i came to know that this is a life insurance policy.
                Till now i have paid 90, 000 (1500 per month*5 years) and current policy value is 83, 000/-, i was shocked to hear that.

                Being all loyal to citi bank and bajaj allianz, and paying them on regular basis, i am loosing my money... I wrote an email, which is unanswered yet.

                I expect policy makers to read and respond to it, i am extremely unhappy with the policy and wanted to take out all my hard earned money which citi bank and bajaj allianz are enjoying.

                I see common concerns from most of people here, i expect a closure for this concern.

                  This is regarding ESC schedule issue to deduct premium for the policy with number [protected]. ESC is scheduled to deduct the premium from my account (Standard Charted Account) on OR before 5th of Every month. Everything went smoothly until Aug 17, But In the month of Sept 17, ESC request sent by Bajaj on 19th and 29th where which my account is not sufficiently funded. I usually transfer all my money to a different account by 10th of Every month. Bajaj did not let me know that they were sending this request on 19th and 29th which resulted in ESC return due to unavailability of funds which SCB is penalized me 500 and 750rs for ESC returns. You can find account statement in this email below.

                  I have reached out customer care and no proper response from them.

                  I have raised a complaint through customer care and no response/update till now.

                  Now I request/demand following from Bajaj
                  1. Why ESC request came outside of the schedule? Why am I not notified about this?
                  2. Why there is no action taken till now on the complaint raised?
                  3. Who is accountable for the fine penalized by Bank to me? I request a refund by Bajaj on this?

                    I am holiding above insurance for me and my family since 2010.in 2017 i had a stroke and hospitalized for a week time. Since the particular hospital is not in the cash less list of bajaj allianze, i made a claim after words for rs. 50k + along with complete investigation reports and discharge summery. But bajaj all inge denaid my claim while asking more history which doctor was not able to provide.

                      I submitted my all details for claiming the mature amount on 28/11/2017
                      The branch officials are helpless and not giving correct status of my policy [protected]
                      The payout generated on 29/12/2017 after continuous follow up with branch, mail and customer care number
                      The amount credited on 9/01/2018 thru dbt
                      Please bifurcate the delay compensation amount if any.

                      I apply for agency for bajaj allianz general insurance for my wife name - pinky jimit jangid. I given all document and payment for exam rs.1000/- to mr arun mishra in june 2017. There after i continues follow up for that but no reply from them. One day they call me and say that mr. Arun mishra leave bajaj allianz comp . He given me other person number then i call, but no reply from them also. He give me another person no. Name chandra b pandey . He tell me that after one week ur exam done. But after one week no msg and no call from them. Then after 20 days ago i go bajaj allianz boriwali office and meet mr.Siddharth who is the head of that both rm & told me that in one week ur exam and ur ageny no. Work done.
                      8 months no reply no follw up from them. Pls help me and solve my problem my no.[protected]

                        My policy#[protected] with bajaj allianz is showing as lapsed even after regular premium payments. The premium amount is directly debited from my bank account 2nd of every months. But as per them they not yet received the payment on june and august months. As per bank statement it debited from account and credited to bajaj allianz. I am following up with the customer care team with these issue since november 10th 2017. They are saying it will be cleared in next 5 to 6 business days. But no luck, i contacted the customer care team through call and mail several time but getting same reply every time.

                          I locked the samsung tv complaint in bajaj allianz general insurance company as i have an extended warranty with them. I was asked to share the pan and aadhaar copy. While asking, i was told it is mandatory to provide pan and aadhaar copy every time whenever i locks the ticket otherwise my query will not be entertained. Now my question is when both the documents are already updated at the time of warranty, then why again and again? They cancelled my ticket without any intimation due to non-submission of the documents. Despite calling many times in the customer care, marking emails to the management also, no one revert back and irda was also not shared with me. Now i request you to please take necessary action to resolve the issue.

                            Hi sir,

                            I have taken a insurance in end of nov for my car hr-12-ac-7921 from bajaj allianz which has been started from dec 5, 2017. And at the beginning of dec itself i have added cng to my car and i am requesting sales guys of bajaj allianz to add cng in my insurance (Which they promised me when i was purchasing the insurance).

                            Its more than a month now neither they are adding cng in insurance nor they are giving any answer to me.

                              Can bajaj allianz please reply to just one question? How are you justified in emailing me the policy soft copy on 30th december 2017 when i have paid for the renewal on 23 december 2017 itself? During this period i could not take out my car because i did not have any document to support i have a valid policy. On top of it ms. Trupti kakade (Priority handle desk) barely understands my mail and only recites just one thing in the infinitely long trail mail that everything is correct. Also apparently she has mastered the art of writing mails in disappearing font (Very light yellow on a white background) i hope your policy also doesn’t disappear like this. Mr swapnil basutkar (Ho direct marketing) who was following up on me just disappeared after the payment was made by me and finally replies me on 2nd jan 2018 stating that everything is correct.

                              I have not even bothered to mention the countless hours i have spent on the phone with their customersupport

                              The problem in writing to you guys lies in: Nobody reads the mail and sends a generic reply. That is the reason I had to post my problem here. I am following up with you since 25 Dec 2017. And even if they replay back it is with the comment that everything is "OK".

                              No It is not OK to cheat the customer. When you did not give me the policy on 24 Dec 2017 I had to take alternative modes of transport every time I had to out and unnecessarily shell out a lot more money.

                              My policy should start from 30 Dec 2017 and should be till 30 Dec 2018 Midnight.
                              BECAUSE I HAD TO SUFFER TO 7 DAYS DESPITE ME MAKING TIMELY PAYMENTS.

                                To everyone reading this.. My humble request do not buy a single policy from bajaj allianz and at least don't buy sarve shakti.. It's completely useless and u can find much much better policy from others.. Another request i[censored] already have the same better go and surrender even you have a little loss and go for some sip than this.. I tried my policy surrender and it's 3 weeks now.. But bullxxxx bajaj allianz customer service couldn't even give me a proper status of its surrender.. Height of their service is the cannot even find out hardcopies sent to them which we have to send tracking numbers atleast twice..

                                If any allianz person is curious to resolve my surrender request on policy no. Policy no : [protected]. Just try if your potential to solve this simple request..

                                  This is regarding my policy number [protected]. The policy was initially taken by my father mr. B s varadarajulu with my name mr. B v swaroop as life insured. He passed away on 22nd of february 2016 and since i am the life insured in the policy i wanted to change the policy holder name to mine and nominate my wife. I had submitted set of documents on 03rd of december 2017 to change the policy holder name to your rajajinagar branch office in bangalore and they told the same has been forwarded to the head office and there has been no updates on that and when contacted with your customer support they told they have not received any documents for the said request. Later i emailed you online customer support on 19th of december 2017 and they request me to provide policy servicing form along with death certificate and my wife's aadhaar. Later on 23rd i recieved mail asking me to submit the documents to the local branch office. I submitted the same to your rajajinagar branch office on 30th dec 2017 and recieved a message with request number 70523955 regarding surrender value enquiry. I dont understand what does this mean. Your people are so incompetent they are not able to do a simple change in owner. I am trying to change this from past 6 months and not able to do it till date. Kindly take up the matter immediately and solve it at the earliest

                                    This is Srinivas having a Policy#[protected], got matured on 2nd Nov 2017.

                                    None of the people from BajajAllianz responding about my claim process which raised more than 5 weeks. None of Bajaj Allianz team shared communication updates about my policy maturity until i reached to customer care on mid of Nov 2017. As per updates from Customer Care officers, I have visited nearest branch and raised a maturity claim request on 21st Nov and submitted all the required documents.

                                    When i verified branch officers about process time for clearing maturity request, i got a response that with in 2 weeks on request will directly credit the amount to my Bank Account which i have shared with maturity claim request.

                                    After 4 weeks passed, there is no update about my claim process, so i have reached customer care again on 22nd December 2017 to know status and raised a complaint# 70345151 to process further. Also i got a response that my query would get resolved in 24 to 48 hours with a call back.

                                    Till date of 30th December i didn't get any updates.

                                    Hence i have reached customer care again on 30th Dec 2017 at 10:30 AM and got an update that my claim process will take some more additional time with out having tentative date and requested to call back me from respective department to the Customer with in 1 hour time to share the details why claim process got delayed, when it will be processed since i am in need of payment to others and delaying of payment charged to Rs. 500/- per day to be paid including the interest amount to claim request from the maturity date. But i didn't get the call from anyone of BajajAllianz team. So i have called customer care again on 1:30 PM since i didn't get the call which i was expected to get the details, respective customer care officers didn't resolve my query and requested me wait for 30 mins to 1 hour to get the details from previous processing officer.

                                    Again i had a call with customer care officer on 4 PM and requested for status update on my claim process since i am needy of amount to be paid to other person who is suppose to pay amount 2 weeks and he is already paying Rs. 500/- per day as charges for non-payment of money.

                                    So, he also told me to pay the money hence i have to get the same loss of amount from BajajAllianz since it is delayed for non-processing claim request on time.

                                    Please arrange my claim amount as soon as possible with daily charges which i have pay and interest amount from the date of maturity time, since Bajajallinz is enjoying with my maturity and none of the respective people sharing updating of maturity with benefited customers.

                                    Greatly appreciate if some one process my claim ASAP max in a day with late payment charges incurred by customer as stated on top of this communication.

                                      My father hold life insurance policy which was matured feb 2016 and claim amount of inr 47778 was paid by bajaj insurance on march 2016 through cheque. How ever no such transaction of this amount had been seen in bank accounts.

                                      The company even not share bank details in where the cheque was encashed.

                                      The cheque received either by collected local office or by courier. However no such records are seen (Any signature of receiving) in company records.

                                      Please advise your customer care to stop calling to my number ([protected]). Everyday calling 10-15 times & irritating me, I also informed to one of your employee to stop doing this non-sense inspite I'm still receiving many calls. Inform your customer care to stop this effective from today (29/12/2017).
