We have provided all documents and bills etc however for last 4 months no hospital invoice has been paid and no payment have been done to my father.

Whenever i contact them they simply reply we are working on it. With all the original bills/documents etc they cannot pay hospital invoice and pay to my father for all the medical expenses that they have incurred is total unacceptable....

I was trying since 3 months to update my payment mode, earlier it was auto debit to my credit card and since my credit card is going to expire soon, i requested to update to my savings account. since 3 months except auto generated emails I am not getting any response. and my premium auto debit is also stopped. I had gone to india in 2015 and instructed this co with a properly filled form to electronically transfer my funds every three months into my standard chartered bank acc no [protected] (Nro) account. They did transfer funds for a while but it is more than a year they have not done so and they have not responded to my emails...
