I have made the premium payment as per proposal number 72894972 on 7th august 2017 for product 4014 - my home insurance - all risk policy. The total premium amount is rs. 3769 (Receipt available).
Bajajallianz has not provided the policy till date (30th aug 2017) even after follow ups. They are not responding to mails regarding refund of the payment amount.

    I don't know how to even write sir/madam when your staff is not even know how to talk to clients and handle. With due respect i would love to bring to your notice that surveyor mr. Praveen kumar verma mobile no.[protected] thinks, he is paying for all the damages and terms covered in policy. Please make him clear that we have made our policy deal with bajaj|allianz not with him. I made claim for damages fine its his duty to survey the vehicle and pass the claim according, no issue but there should be the last process pass the claim i mean whyyy are you doing this with coustomers coustomer is not fool it just he dosen't even consider his time worth wasting on getting what he was promised to get i would have also done the same and even i did in my last claim its second time i registered for claim i was ready for same treatment but thisss time literally it seemed i was joked!!! I had several damages i am well aware some might be comsider some not and my damages we not like hard to understand disgest there was a very little black line on my car side mirror which i mentioned in the claim not even expecting that i'll get anything for this and wow knew what happend to me last time this time i made a call in advance, on the day of inspection, the next day mr. Praveen asked me how these damages took place he listend whole incident 4 to 5 times and was just simply wasting my time and i don't know whyy he could not see the bumper hits, car door hit and rear bumper hits he passed the claim for the side mirror👏👏👏 wow my car is standing workshop for past 3 days and would take another 2 days for this massive repair is he going to pay my worth of time i wasted and what i sufferd without my car. I am literally shocked pass or don't pass plzz dont make the coustomer feel he is being joked and there should be a rule to tell the coustomer the reasons due to which he could not get what he was promised to get and why his claims are not considered. We all coustomer can understand if we are made to, leaving us with lack of information and such stuff is what make coustomer take such or bigger step towards company. We can afford to get a car then we can afford its repairs tooo then why making us feel that were joked or "aahsan" is being done on us. Nothing would have made me write this but the feeling that i have been joked by some praveen.

      Dear bajaj allianz team,

      It's been almost 2 weeks that my car is being at hyundai distributorship due to claims being pending.

      My policy no. Is hbz/11382622

      Some confusion has been there regarding the same.

      As i have a car on my name but being driven by my friend and few days back in an incident car broke down, i have furnished the rc, insurance and dl copy of friend who was driving but they have received some false complaint and on basis of that they have held my claims and now distributor is not handing the car.

      Now they are asking for my driving license which i do not pose for 4 wheeler and i do not drive the car.

      If there was issue in clearing the claims then work should have held and i have got it done outside on payment basis but now when work is finished and car is ready so they are raising an objection.

      Request you to please support in the case and get my claim resolved so that i can be a happy customer being associated with your organisation.

        Hello sir/madam,
        I had been purchased the policy from bajaj allianz life insurance corporation company. It was yearly premium 10, 000 (Ten thousand only) (Unitgain), i was asked to pay only three years premium respectively (10000x3years), remaining premium need not to pay. After completion of that policy (10 years) i would get more then 2.2 lakhs but i surprised by knowing the maturity amount rs. 38, 947. I am getting only 8, 947 rupees extra for 10 years. If i simply deposit the 30, 000 for fd in any bank i would get more then 1.4 lakh but these people are cheating to customers and not paying the maturity amount after completion of the policy. Please let me know if i can take any action against these cheaters
        I have raised complaints against bajajallianz but irda & bimalokpal people are not taking any action against them. If these are silent like this obviously these companies do cheat customers without any fear as they want. Mentioned below earlier raised tickets at bajajallianz numbers for your ref.

        Hello! How long should I wait for my policy maturity amount? it almost one year from maturity date. As you said, you sent a cheque and it has undelivered, may I know the cheque details which you got returned. I have raised these many complaints 65570999, 66048752, 67743986 68305545 and 68879151 but you people are wasting the time instead of resolve the issue. How could you marked this issue as Resolved without my conformation. Don't you feel guilty while cheating innocent customers?

          I had register my complain in bajaj allianze in april (Claim id - oc[protected][protected], (Issue number[protected] then may and also 22th august 2017 (Request no.[protected], its been almost 5 month i haven't got the solution of voltas ac, many time i have been called your customer care also mailed you but always telling me that your issue will get resolved and our engineer will come and solved the problem.in august only two person come and check ac and said that we will come again and solved the problem, again i called many time to him but they said that we have order of your ac parts when its comes then we will change, i don’t understand that which product are coming from 5 months.
          After sales your bajaj allianze service is very poor and you are cheating the indian people, if you can’t solve the problem then please not selling these type product to consumer. Your service is too bad i never expected that bajaj will do this. I will never ever extend my warranty period from bajaj allianze again and in future i’ll purchase any product but not bajaj & will make sure that non of my circle do the same mistake which i had done by taking an extended warranty from bajaj allianze
          I may request your to look into this issue seriously & on priority, if you want to harassed me again then i have no option rather than going to file consumer case against bajaj allianze.

            Tv has been damaged and repair done 4times still problem persist. Complaint given on 1st Aug 2017 and yet no one has come to rectify. Its 18days already.
            The tv gets damaged again after your repair in 2-3months. 5 times you repair the tv and still there are problems arising for display or volume or white patches or black patches

              Dear sir, i had a insurance policy for my car maruti ritz uk07 ar 5300 with bajaj allianz and due date is pending on today 23rd aug'17. I had made a payment of rs. 6017 on 22nd aug'17 through online for policy renewal. But yet to received the policy document. Talk many times to customer care and their branch but nobody is able to provide solution although they are agreeing that amount has been received. Now i don't have the clarity for the policy and where is the problem. Without insurance i can't drive and i don't have any clarity when i will get the same. I need full refund of my amount. But bajaj allianz is not sure how much amount will they revert.

                I bought the bajaj discover 100 t on feb 2014. Its just been 3 years and the front alloy wheel got cracked. Why do you provide bad quality wheel? Would you be responsible if a customer is riding and had a breakdown in the middle of the road n injured himself? Is there no gurantee that your company made is safe to ride for at least 6-7 years? Kindly look into the matter as it will be good for the company as well the customers.

                  My honda mobilio regd. No. Is od02aa1890. My bajaj allianz insurance no, is hba/00453494 done at highway honda bbs. Last time on jan, 2017 when i claimed for damages with police station diary it took more than a week to settle partially. Again now i claimed for damages on 17.08.17 your man is denying for some unknown reasons. As i have paid fully i should get caim. Now i feel harassed and being cheated. Why shall i be harrassed and bear with mental agony. I request for settlement of genuine claim.

                    I had register my complain in bajaj alliance on 23rd jul 2017 its been almost 1 month i haven't got the resolution every time when i called to you customer care number they always gives me a new number saying that your issue will get resolved just give a call on that number, every time when i call concern person vishal & kishor disconnecting my call. Refund had been initiated to me from your side & kishor had told me on 16aug 2017 that our executive will come & collect the cancelled check & pan card copy within 6 days your amount will get refunded in my account. Today is 19th executive didnt came after that when i calling to vishal & kishor they are not answering my call. After sales services is too bad never expected a brand like bajaj will do this. I will never ever extend my warranty period from bajaj again & will make sure that non of my friends circle do the same mistake which i had done by taking an extended warranty from bajaj.

                    I may request your team to look into this issue seriously & on priority or i had no option rather than going to consumer forum. I had already given you my claim id in subject line my registered mobile no is [protected].

                      This is been understood that we have not followed a proper process of claim approval.
                      Initially approval was given only for bumper & fog lamp.

                      As described in claim format and discussed in multiple calls with you & mr. Anil yadav further addition of front windscreen was done.
                      Still right fender & door approval is pending. It seems like a negotiation shop where you have to push for ever part to get approved.

                      It is a horrifying experience with bajaj allianz where professionalism is totally missing. There is no proper communication nor there is any explanation provided why following items were rejected. Even while discussion this was made me feel like that my dignity and honesty is questionable.

                      Reason for damage on right fender and right door is already provided, if exact cause is to be described than i am sorry to say no one in world can do this as impact was so strong that practically its not possible to make out what caused it. It can be divider of the road or actual dog which collided with car.

                      Mr. Saurav Tyagi who is a supervisor talks in rough language like some mafia.

                      Got an email from Kiran Bala assuring prompt action in 24hours but after that no action till now after 72hours.

                      Mr. Gurdeep who is given task for resoving issue is still in dream world. Hope he will wake up soon.

                      Lets see the effect of this forum if some action happens or its also a same.

                      Shameless company, kindly never ever think of taking any sort of policy with them. Their employees make you feel like beggar begging for approval on claim. One of their employee said " Sara insurance se he loge kuch apane pass bhi laga lo" U will claim all the amount from insurance, spend something from your pocket also.

                      One of their employee Mr. Gurdeep called for telling we cant approve your claim and when I asked to give this in written, he told that he will email in 30min. But after 6days after multiple follow up he is still not willing it give anything in written with fear of getting penalized for wrong rejection.

                      Completely fraud company stay away.

                        I was renewed my motor insurance to bajaj alliance, i used the payment link through my email, when the payment finished the amount is charged to bajaj alliance but the result is failure policy is not generated.
                        So my frst payment failed and second time payment policy issued,,

                        So kindly i request you to refund to the policy amount.

                          Dear bajaja finserv

                          No reply from babaj finserv team from termination i request almost daily to bajaj finserv team but no reply from your team a i want terminate my extended warranty policy in this month
                          Already mention in my mail i want termination of my led tv extended warranty due unsatisfactory policy wording related led tv warranty. Hope you help me complete this termination process.

                            Hi i called for renewing 2 polices for my dad and mom which supposed to be renewed from 9 aug 2017 to 11 nov 2017. I paid in full online. V when i get the policy it was a new policy not renewed and i got only one policy for my dad with a wrong name and wrong dates which is from 14 2017 to 11 nov 2017.
                            No policy is issued for my mom. And when i called the customer care they ask me to contact the the branch. And the operators donot know the time they take to fix the issue.

                                I called customer care on 3rd august and asked for the process to surrender the policy, then they updated me that they have not received my premium for june and july 2017. Same day i have shared the email with my bank statement of both the months.in the auto generated email it is mentioned that you will receive and update within 24 -48 hrs. But it's been 11 days i have not received any update (Even after sending the reminder email). Reference no of my email is 68104369.in last 11 days i have called the customer care 4-5 time but every time i they said that it in process. If it in process and i have shared all the relevant documents then why are they taking so much if time to revert and nobody is ready to provide the tat (Turn around time) to resolve my query. It was not expected from such a reputed company as bajaj allianz is a big brand. I request you to please resolve my query as soon as possible as i need to surrender my policy because of some personal reasons. Try to understand the situation and revert urgently

                                  This is in view of my Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Rating Letter for Health checkup for appointment code HCO81796892 dated August 7, 2017

                                  The ECG report of the rating says LAD. However, the impression of the ECG from Quadra Medical Service Pvt. Ltd dated August 8 2017 gives me a normal ECG. Please see the attached reports from Bajaj as well as from Quadra Medical Services Pvt. Ltd, Kolkata.

                                  For your information, the gentleman who came to do ECG representing Bajaj in my house did not have a proper machine to do ECG. Continuously, the leads were opening. He did not look like a trained person to do ECG. Quadra Medical Services Pvt Ltd, Kolkata being a reputed diagnostic company, their report can never be wrong. Therefore, I would suggest that you reconsider the ratings given by Bajaj. I have already paid the premium amount and I request you to give me answer before I send you the approval. Indrani Biswas

                                    My father bought a 5 year life insurance policy on 2nd march 2012. Policy no. [protected], which got matured in march 2017.
                                    All his kyc details has already been submitted in your branch on date 25th april 2017 and 15 july 2017.

                                    Sir, my father still have not received the maturity amount in hg bank account. Whenever i called customer care they said they have sent the cheque to the bank but the bank has not received any cheque till date.

                                    I asked from your cc to share the detail of cheque but they denied.

                                    It is very disappointing that your insurance company charges extra for delay in installments but there is no rule for delay in final maturity payment.

                                      Reference to a mail follow up, telephonic. Tried all the modes but i would like to share the service which is call worse or should i say pathetic.

                                      Its been a month that i am struggling to explain a small basic issue, but afraid that no one is sensible enough to resolve neither has that courtesy to call back.

                                      Every time i get a mail assurance and the same policy copy is been forwarded to me which needs a rectification.

                                      Am tired of such unethical and casual response from customer service and the manager who doesnt even bother to resolve. I understand that they have sold the policy and the job would have end. Happily enjoying the target and incentive. All at the cost of my hard earned money.

                                      Issue: recently taken a health insurance and the nominee details are incorrect.

                                        This policy surrender request i send to the customer care in the month of february and still waiting for responses, i am getting half information all the times, still waiting for the right documents. I am in desperate need of my money by the end of this month. And today i am getting a mail providing a different story and a physical presence mandatory information for a nri customer? The list your agent has send me is totally different from the list which i have received so far.
                                        Your customer care already took my 7 month. I tried to contact people from here and got few calls connected in the month of june and they promised me to share documents in just few minutes and still not getting those information.
                                        This was not my first policy with bajaj allianz even though policy returns were bad i still invested in this company as i had a good reputation with them but now i will never recommend any of my nri friends and family to take any policy from bajaj allianz. They are already looking what i am going through to get my own money back. Still due to my previous relationship with bajaj allianz i am trying here to resolve my issue speedily and clear everything by the end of this month.
                                        Desirable resolution:
                                        You may contact me through email and give me a time to contact you. So that i can send my final papers to someone who can cross check before sending them physically to your office, i don't want to waste the time and money to waste during the process of checking the documents.
                                        Please enclose all the document links of forms needed for surrendering my policy number [protected], (I am a nri customer). Along with the address where i have to send the documents.
