My name is nitant mishra. I have an invest gain policy running in the name of my mother. Last month i went to pay the premium at purulia branch, and i had the most horrible experience. The cashier, named tarun gorai told that he will not accept the premium as the policy is of some other branch. I told him that in customer care they told that i can submit premium in any branch. Then he started shouting and threw away my deposit slip, saying "kahan kahaan se aajate hain, bihari, khatua" etc. Then he told that i have to pay 100 rupees extra as it is not my branch. I paid the extra amount, but only got receipt for the exact premium. On asking receipt for the 100 rupees, he told that i will not get receipt of that. My sister was sitting in the branch, and he started staring very badly towards her. He then came out from his cabin and went and sat in the next chair of my sister. It was around 3 pm, so there were very less people in the branch. Then two more customers came, and finally this man went back in his cabin.
I am astonished that how can such a company employ such staff who are so rudely behaved? I am totally shocked. That cashier was wearing a shirt with the upper buttons opened, even his gangee was showing. Such a bad behavior by the cashier, that even my sister is stunned. I am going to discontinue all my relations with bajaj allianz. Pathetic company
