My father bought a 5 year life insurance policy on 2nd march 2012. Policy no. [protected], which got matured in march 2017.
All his kyc details has already been submitted in your branch on date 25th april 2017 and 15 july 2017.

Sir, my father still have not received the maturity amount in hg bank account. Whenever i called customer care they said they have sent the cheque to the bank but the bank has not received any cheque till date.

I asked from your cc to share the detail of cheque but they denied.

It is very disappointing that your insurance company charges extra for delay in installments but there is no rule for delay in final maturity payment.

Sir please look into this.

    Reference to a mail follow up, telephonic. Tried all the modes but i would like to share the service which is call worse or should i say pathetic.

    Its been a month that i am struggling to explain a small basic issue, but afraid that no one is sensible enough to resolve neither has that courtesy to call back.

    Every time i get a mail assurance and the same policy copy is been forwarded to me which needs a rectification.

    Am tired of such unethical and casual response from customer service and the manager who doesnt even bother to resolve. I understand that they have sold the policy and the job would have end. Happily enjoying the target and incentive. All at the cost of my hard earned money.

    Issue: recently taken a health insurance and the nominee details are incorrect.

      This policy surrender request i send to the customer care in the month of february and still waiting for responses, i am getting half information all the times, still waiting for the right documents. I am in desperate need of my money by the end of this month. And today i am getting a mail providing a different story and a physical presence mandatory information for a nri customer? The list your agent has send me is totally different from the list which i have received so far.
      Your customer care already took my 7 month. I tried to contact people from here and got few calls connected in the month of june and they promised me to share documents in just few minutes and still not getting those information.
      This was not my first policy with bajaj allianz even though policy returns were bad i still invested in this company as i had a good reputation with them but now i will never recommend any of my nri friends and family to take any policy from bajaj allianz. They are already looking what i am going through to get my own money back. Still due to my previous relationship with bajaj allianz i am trying here to resolve my issue speedily and clear everything by the end of this month.
      Desirable resolution:
      You may contact me through email and give me a time to contact you. So that i can send my final papers to someone who can cross check before sending them physically to your office, i don't want to waste the time and money to waste during the process of checking the documents.
      Please enclose all the document links of forms needed for surrendering my policy number [protected], (I am a nri customer). Along with the address where i have to send the documents.

        We have sent 24 pcs t-shirt from bajaj allianz life insurance co. Ltd, mani square, 164, manicktala main road, 6th floor, kolkata700054. To bajaj allianz life insurance co. Ltd, e-mall, 6, c. R. Avenue, 3rd floor, kolkata 700072.
        Through consignment number e[protected], dated 10/08/2017. A declaration for the same given alongwith the consignment (Pick up person).

        But, the emall branch received 17 pcs t-shierts only. There are shortage of 7 pcs t-shirts.

        Arrange to deliver those 7 pcs t-shirts immediately. Other wise we are going to strong action.

          Incorrect idv value promised to me in my 2 year bike insurance.
          I was assured 10 % depreciation in the second year of insurance of my bike.
          But in the first year i'm getting idv of 50000 and in second year as per 10% depreciation, i should get 45000 idv but they are giving me only 42000.

          While on the phone, it was told to me clearly that the idv would be 10% depreciation in the second year.
          But due to their ill practices they have fooled me

          My Samsung Smart TV which i purchased from Bajaj Electronics has also purchased an extended warranty with it. On July 13th 2017 my TV had some issue and i registered a complaint which is not resolved till date and my TV is halted at 3rd party Service Centre since 22 days and customer care guys says to get the TV back home it takes 20 more days.

            I am mandeep kumar asst prof. A. B college pathankot.
            After received the bajaj allianz policy [protected] and when i come to know that mr. Paras tuli branch manager local pathankot (Punjab) office had done a fraud with me i had given the application at the local office for the cancellation of this policy.
            He has used many delay tactics to delay in receiving the application but somehow i manage to submit the same.
            But still till date it was not at all cancelled.
            I have even submitted the application to stop my further nach deduction of any amount from my bank account.
            And for safety account and also by knowing the fraud nature of mr. Paras tuli, i have even reduced the saving limit in my bank account, so that it will not deducted from my account. But on[protected], as soon as my salary was credited to my account it was deducted.
            Sir, this was my salary after a delay of two months and for my son education and other expenses but it was debited 20000/- inspite i have given application to stop/cancelled.

            Kindly give justice.

            More than 24 hrs passed and no solution is provided.
            I even contacted local Bajaj Allianz office Pathankot. The Man Mr. Sanjeev Said that and show me through the computer that my NACH is already cancelled in the month of April and its the head office of bajaj allianz know how they deducted 20000 through my account in the month of august.
            Please Bajaj Allianz provide me the solution. I need my hard earned money back.

            Instead of that I have given cancellation of my policy still 20000 was deducted from my account. Kindly refund it. Please. I urgently need this money for my child education. I have even given the written application at local bajaj Allianz office.
            Mr. Sanjeev off local office even said that ur nach is already cancelled. It's not possible how they deducted the amount.

              Customer id-[protected], car registration no-wb 16 af 1872
              My car insurance policy expired on 5-aug 2017. I have already issued the cheque amounting - rs 13, 715/= (Thirteen thousand seven hundred and fifteen) on - 22-july-2017 my cheque no - 083372 from central bank of india.
              But till now i have not received my insurance papers due to which i am unable to use my car on road, and i am facing this problem since 4 years.

                Life insurance policy no. [protected] in the name of sunila shetya has matured on 4th august 2017. Original policy, discharge form, photo identity card, ecs form with cancelled cheque and copy of bank account statement was sent to the company's pune policy servicing department on 29th june 2017 which they received on 6th july 2017. However, till today they have not paid/credited the maturity amount to the beneficiary's bank account.

                I have receieved a message from VM-BJAZGI on 22/11/2022 for renewal of PNB Group personal accident policy for a premium of Rs68 with sum assured Rs.4 lakhs. But it is regretted to say that i have never applied or gave my consrnt for the policy. I am requeting you to resolve the matter imediately. More over i am astonished to know that my accout has been debitted by Rs.68 on 25/11/2022. Please look at the matter immediately

                  Very rude and arrogant behavior of the representative at the branch office city centre, durgapur, 713216 west bengal. Due to this i could not even give my premium payment. Also they are stressing on cash payment rather than cheque. They say its their internal policy. When i asked them to show me the policy they said they cannot. I need to complain to get the policy.

                  Upon my insisting to pay in cheque they agreed to accept my cheque but said that i won't get any receipt. Also the guard over there was very rude. Non of the employees were in uniform. So i asked the employee to show me his id so that i can know whether he is authentic or not. But he did not. And after that was not ready for cheque receiving.

                  I have submitted a written complain also which the were not ready to accept. I asked them to deny in writing but they won't. I had to finally take out my camera to record their denial. They the accepted my complains.

                  I could not submit my premium. And nor i won't be going to you branch. Also i need to know what action you are taking against them. One of the employee called himself palash shah.

                    Respected sir, i have taken policy dated 30/07/2017 by broker whose code is 10035203. Firstly he had made payment through my debit card but process is unsuccessfull after that broker had made payment with his card and it was successfully done. But after few minutes my account was also debited and my balance is reduced by rs 850.00 kindly do the needfull process and refund my money.

                      I had purchased phillips 40 inch led hd tv and done extend warranty with baja allianz from the date of purchase.in the insurance paper it was clearly written that damage or lose is also covered in the insurance. The tv got accidentally damaged even after taking proper care. Tv has a very poor design by the manufacturer to put on stand it on top of a table. As a result the tv's led panel was broken. I filed a claim no: oc[protected]-00000904 against my policy no: og[protected]-00035456. Philips service center people came to my house and charged me rs500. They inspect and later denied to provide service to fix it. No money was provided to repair or replace the led panel. I took this forwarded to grievance department as customer support was simply denying the claim showing a cause "physical damage" is not covered.in fact in policy document "physica damage" was never mentioned, instead "damage or lose" was repeatedly mention to be covered. I did not get my service charge rs500 back not my claim money from bajaj allianz, nor they repaired my tv.

                          Sir my complaint no is oc[protected]-00006048. I purchased dakin split account 1 year ago and took the amc of bajaj instead of dakin feeling that your service is much fast and good. But now there is a gas leak problem in my ac. When i complaint regarding it your engineer come to attend the call after 2 days than he said that your problem will settle down after 4 to 5 days. Sir please tell me how come we will survive in such a hot summer days. Engineer comes from cluster service centre, dawarka. Sir please resolve my problem as soon as possible so that we may say we have chosen right insurance.

                            My name is nitant mishra. I have an invest gain policy running in the name of my mother. Last month i went to pay the premium at purulia branch, and i had the most horrible experience. The cashier, named tarun gorai told that he will not accept the premium as the policy is of some other branch. I told him that in customer care they told that i can submit premium in any branch. Then he started shouting and threw away my deposit slip, saying "kahan kahaan se aajate hain, bihari, khatua" etc. Then he told that i have to pay 100 rupees extra as it is not my branch. I paid the extra amount, but only got receipt for the exact premium. On asking receipt for the 100 rupees, he told that i will not get receipt of that. My sister was sitting in the branch, and he started staring very badly towards her. He then came out from his cabin and went and sat in the next chair of my sister. It was around 3 pm, so there were very less people in the branch. Then two more customers came, and finally this man went back in his cabin.
                            I am astonished that how can such a company employ such staff who are so rudely behaved? I am totally shocked. That cashier was wearing a shirt with the upper buttons opened, even his gangee was showing. Such a bad behavior by the cashier, that even my sister is stunned. I am going to discontinue all my relations with bajaj allianz. Pathetic company

                              Can i get an update on my below post :

                              This post is regarding the worst customer service that i'm getting from @bajajallianzelifeinsurance customer service guys.

                              I have recently submitted for surrendering of my policy no to bajaj allianz life insurance team members based in chennai.
                              Policy no : [protected]

                              To my utter shock, it's been more than a week since i have mailed the documents to the address mentioned to me by a customer care agent and till date, haven't received any updates regarding it and neither any of your customer care guys have responded to my emails properly.

                              I have initially mentioned to take this request on a priority basis and make the closure to happen atleast by the end of this month but to my utter disappointment, none of the support and customer care guys are looking into it it even though in the mail, it's mentioned as 'we will be reverting to your mail within 24-48 hours' - frankly speaking i haven't received any mails nor any updates from your people and sadly, i m the one who is making calls everyday.

                              For this even a request has been raised on priority basis[protected]

                              I have even sent a separate mail to update my bank details with attached related documents as i want the pay out to happen in the form of bank transfer.

                              Still, no revert for the above as well!!!

                              So is this customer service that you guys are providing where you are making a customer go through all mental agony and annoying till the core of displeasure with your service??!

                              I wanted this matter of mine to be looked upon on a priority basis.

                              If this is what your service is, i swear i'm not recommending your product to any of my friends or relatives, for all the dissatisfaction that i'm facing.

                              Please give an answer to me for the above asap.

                                This is with reference to claim no. Oc[protected]-00007774 agaings i10 grand magna. On july 2, 2017 at around 6:30 pm, i was at ito redlight, driving my i10 grand dl10cs7096 with my wife, my 8 months old daughter & my 10 years old nephew returning from a family function when i observed from right mirror, a white car approaching towards me. It banged onto my car creating dents & scratches & breaks the right side mirror. To save my car, i turned slightly towards left & got hit by another car which has created scratches & dents towards the left side.
                                I have been repeatedly calling sunrise hyundai & bajaj allianz guys & they always said that we are looking into this matter & after almost 25 days, i got a letter this week from bajaj allianz that they will give claim for right side mirror only & nothing else giving the reason that all the damages have been there before the accident. They are saying that "if there has been any scratch or dent in any of your car panel that has been reported at the time of servicing then we will not give claim for any new damage to that panel".
                                This is the most pathetic statement that bajaj allianz is giving to me since i am using this car for last 3 years & in delhi traffic, there could be any scratch in 3 years. And if i am paying rs 13k every year to bajaj allianz keeping in mind that my car would be secure, but after this statement i would assume that i cannot claim ever for my car since there could be any damage in any panel which i have not claimed earlier. Then why bajaj is asking to pay insurance premium every year when they are not ready to pay for any panel that has any previous damage.
                                I have taken this insurance after sunrise hyundai guys have persuaded me to opt for this insurance, however after waiting for almost 25 days there has been no support from anyone in getting the required claims. I am filing a consumer complaint on both sunrise hyundai & bajaj allianz & will take this matter to higher level.
                                Bajaj allianz is a fraud insurance company which is making there customers fool by giving such statements & sunrise hyundai is helping them to gain more customers & help nothing in getting the insurance claims.

                                  Ok so myfirst tv had a manufacture defect.. Lg sent new one.. I realized this might be an issue as the serial number changed.. I begged bajaj finserv guys to change the serial number in my insurance policy continously after say 3 months it is done..

                                  Come forward.. My smart tv remote is not working they are now saying the model number of my tv which seems to be a code on insurance paper is wrong and they cannot do anythong untill it is changed and my guess it would be a big lengthy process

                                  I asked them it is something your team has written.. They are saying it might be a mistake. Now the question how come you have been deducting money for insurance for a wrong code.. When you take money these all things does not matter when they try to settle a claim there seems to be a team of experts who try their best to cancel claims.

                                  Avoid this company.. Take amc from the manufacturers.. Shockingly when i asked the executive who visited my home initiallyon on how much time it may take to get my remote replaced.. He said it depends may take 15-20 days... Means for all these days i will listen to radio on my mobile phone. Ohh forgot it takes atleast 10mins for you to get connected to their executive

                                    I have purchased a Hitachi ac and bajaj extended warranty as well and after 1 year my ac having some problem i have register complaint to bajaj and after 2 days their engineer visted on 19/07/17 and till date no responce from their side i was trying to call them but no responce from.their side .At the time of purchase they assured me to get reolved in 2 days now this is the promise they done .
                                    I am suffering with them...

                                      My complaint i got an extended warranty from bajaj allianz for my lloyd air conditioner. The policy number is og[protected]-00000005. The policy shows that the purchased brand is lg while i purchased a lloyd ac. Today after one year my ac had some problem with the pvc board which bajaj is not willing to replace as the policy shows that i bought an lg office. This is bajaj’s problem and not mine. I have sent them original bill and they have been giving me dates after date. The complaint number given to me is 67921813 on email. Request your help to have this resolved please.
                                      I wanted a settlement of my claim.

                                        My wife and i have taken overseas mediclaim policies from may 08 to october 31, 2017, titled "travel times elite". On my policy i found unwarranted "exclusions" under "special terms and conditions". I raised objection on 18.05.17, giving further information and mentioning that i have been taking such policies for 25 years without such conditions and have not made a single claim so far. 77 days of the policy are already over but no answer to my objection in spite of repeated reminders. Also, policy headed "no medical within 30 days" — a condition which was not disclosed beforehand.

                                        Half the policy period is over. What if a contingency had arisen by this time? Is it so difficult to see that the "exclusions" were unwarranted and unjustified?
                                        With this experience, I plan to shift my car insurance, where also I have not made any claim for decades, to some other more responsive company.
                                        Gave the information. Surprising that their computer cannot connect past communications linked to the policy number. Still no reply to my objection after the policy has run for 80 days.

                                        Problem not resolved. My objection still not answered. Two thirds of the policy period is already over!
                                        How has the complaint been treated as "resolved"? Four months of the six month policy are over, but my objection to unwarranted and unjustified "exclusions " has still not been answered! I am left anxious and worrying about my position if a medical emergency actually arose.
