Recently i purchased ulip plan of bajaj allianz on request of friend who is an agent also. Despite telling categorically about my despatch address, they have sent my policy document.. As a result of which i have not received policy document even after one month. I have requested bajaj allianz customer greivance cell to immediately cancel my policy and return the amount but they are not responding to it.....

I applied for the claim in baja allianz insurance by giving my car in noida volkswagen workshop. Mr akash kumar was appointed for the survey. He did the survey in negativity and misbehaved by saying that you will not get claim for front glass at any cost. I don't understand...

It's my worse experience and requests all the peoples, please do not purchase bajaj allianz policies in future, as i'm holding bajaj's mediclaim, shop and vehicle policies. But when its time to claim, companies dirtiness is shown, they demand many more documents, not at a time, but after time to time intervals. And after 3-4 months company will send u a mail, that ur policy is "inadmissible".
