My name is pawan dabas and my maruti alto k10 and vehicle no. Dl 4c as 1491. My claim no. Is oc[protected]-00007303. At 25th june 2017 my car is damaged by an accident. After accident, i claimed for insurance but denied by the surveyor. After that i complaint against surveyor. But my problem is not resolved. Kindly solve my problems. Last step for me i will go to court..

    I am not getting claim as per the accident took place. The surveyor told me that they can give me the claim for left fender, front bumper, and 50%of right fender however the back bumper is not covered however the back bumper was also damaged. Kindly look at this matter n approve claim for back bumper as well.

        I have taken bajaj allianz sarve shakti suraksha policy through citibank and have been paying premium for the same @1500 pm for the past 48 months. (Premium is deducted automatically from salary account)
        Now i want to surrender the policy. I called bajaj allianz customer care but they were unable to furnish any details regarding what amount exactly i will be paid.

            After purchased something different now my policy going to lapsed due to the amount is not payable by me.
            Time of opening policy they said at least 3 installments policy will be lock.

              I got a letter from bajaj allaianz and they have mentioned that my car have been used for commercial, reward purposes therefore that had asked me too give statement that why should n't my claim repudiated.

              However i am using my car personal travel and family travels only.
              I have submitted fir copy where nothing mentioned that the card was hired or loaded as commercial vehicle.

              Bajaj allianz is fake policy insurance agancy

              They waste hours on call, sometime the transfer call, sometime that tell call on this number.

              The survayor is fishing master, they will catch in fake written statements,

              First survayor will tell you to write what he says in the statement and promises the insurer will get claim easliy, but this all fake.

              And i know this complain form is waist but i am writing to aware all people who have taken bajaj policy.

                Dear sir,

                I have availed bajaj allianz sarve shakti suraksha life insurance policy through my bank (Citibank, hyderabad)

                Below are the details of the policy:
                Name of the policy: sarve shakti suraksha
                Policy no: [protected]
                Policy holder name: seshu kumar vegi
                Policy holder: citi bank (Processed through my salary account)

                I decided to surrender my policy and i got in touch with the customer care of the insurers and asked them about the relevant documents required to surrender my policy along with a cancelled cheque to directly credit the surrender amount into my citi bank account.
                I arranged all the documents and send it across to them to their chennai office and the documents have been received by them on 24th june 2017

                Courier company : dtdc
                Tracking number : h02027419

                Called citibank and confirmed the policy has been cancelled on 28th june 2017 from their end and the same has been updated to bajaj allianz.
                But whenever i call bajaj allianz customer care they are saying we didn't receive any update from citibank and my policy is still in active state.

                Please resolve the issue asap.

                How many days i have to wait ? its already 18th July and I didn't see any communication so far from your pathetic company.

                Whenever i call your customer care you ###### give me the same reply again and again "please wait for another 24- 48 hrs and we will get back, our back-end team is working on your issue".

                    I am having Nissan Terrano for which I have Bajaj Allianz insurance with 0 dep, I put my car for claim on 04/07/2017 at bm Nissan showroom Faridabad, till afternoon 08/07/2017 there was no surveyor from company. After that surveyor send a person for taking photos, after seeing photos that great surveyor said that I will not get claim . When I got the policy the registration place is mentioned as Hyderabad. Which is actually Bangalore.                           I've invested with Bajaj Allianz insurance for Super Cash Gain Insurance policy which has a cash back option... The first cash back was due to me on March 8, they had sent a cheque to my communication address, however since i'm not residing in that address it was returned back. After which there was no intimation to me through my e-mail or mobile no for the past 4 months. Now, when i got to know and followed up with their call centre employees for multiple times, each one (Laxman, Sunil Kharche, Rahul Kumar) come up with a new requirement or proof to be submitted in a new format and pretend to act in a manner to help me but futile... Don't know how to get my cash back... Now i'm thinking multiple forums to raise this issue and take them for a ride... NEVER EVER CONSIDER BAJAJ ALLIANZ INSURANCE

                            I have been trying to contact these guys for a week regarding my refund on insurance, but they are simply to careless to respond.

                            I had claimed my car insurance in May and was supposed to receive a refund from their end within 2-3 weeks. Now, when I decided to contact them regarding it, the customer care guys gave me two numbers:[protected] and [protected] and asked me to call there for further assistance. That was after he had wasted my half an hour over several details and ids. I have been trying to contact both the numbers for a week now, one kept ringing while one was always busy. Today it was my lucky day and the person on [protected] picked up only to tell me that this number belongs to the IT department. He told me that the other number is of reception and only a guard sits there and he has no idea why he is not picking up the phone.
                            I'm in awe with this company and will ask you all to steer away from it!

                              My name is Ashok Shamrao Darekar taken personal loan of 9.5 lakhs from Bajaj finserv bank on June 2015. My personal loan account no is 402SAL10162993

                              While signing agreement bank person told & shown in written on document below condition for foreclose loan

                              · You should not close after 1 months

                              · There is 0% foreclose charges.

                              Today I am foreclosing loan by doing balance transfer from other bank. But Bajaj finserv bank now charging me 5% charges on my outstanding amount.

                              Regarding this I have send email several time to bank & their nodal offier, but every time they said we will charge you as now our policy is get changed.

                              But I have asked them you have done agreement with me with 0% commitment & now asking me charge than what is value for agreement.
                              In future you will ask 24% rate of intrest instead of 15% now. For this question they don't have any answer.

                              Please help me and save me for this cheating from Bajaj finserv bank.

                                I am getting repeated call from bajaj finserve promotion number[protected]/610324/614950/610327 etc for Loan Offer on daily basis around 10 to 12 times and as well SMS to take loan. I have neither asked for it nor looking for any. It also does not ask me to unsubscribe my cell number.

                                Please note that I am not looking for loan and it is very disturbing to repeated call from your automated machine. So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court. My mobile no .[protected] and landline number[protected].

                                  मैने आपसे पालिसी No [protected] के एक ईमेल भेजा था और आपने मुझसे DATE[protected] को बात भी की (COLL PH.No [protected] से किया, RECORDING भेज रहा हूं ) जिसमें आपने कहा था पोलिसी बाजार से आपके पेपर एवं जानकारी मंगाऊँगी और आपको बताएगें आपको कौन से दस्तावेज़ हमें भेजने हैं परंतु आपके व्दारा कोई ईमेल जवाब नहीं उसके बाद मैने DATE :[protected]:59 TOLL FREE No [protected] बात की इसकी भी RECORDING भेज रहा हूं आपकी तरफ से 48 घंटे दिये थे अब 172 घंटे हो गए, संतावना के सिवा अभी तक जवाब ईमेल आपकी तरफ से नहीं आ रहा । मैंने फरवरी से जून 2017 तक ONLINE राशि जमा करता रहा । चूकि अभी तक पालिसी सक्रिय ही नहीं हो पा रही तो अगामी महीने में राशि जमा करने में अस्मर्थ रहूँगा, और अपनी वापस लेने राशि के लिए मजबूर हो जाऊंगा ।

But how is it possible when all document related to pf is still with me, that is not dispatched to company. They are telling me some dates and for those dates i also attached my bank account details so that they can see no amount is being paid to me.. Now no response is coming from company..                                       The said policy was taken on 20th jun 2017 and the old policy from united india insurance was till 24th jun 2017. I was getting 65% ncb in my old policy and their was no claim undertaken by me at any time. During renewal, it was told to me that bajaj will also give 65% ncb without asking for any other additional documents /certificate from old policy company but after getting my policy, it was found that ncb has been reduced to 0% which is very strange. A complaint was made on [protected]@
                                      Bajajallianz.co.in on 20th jun 2017 and a reminder was given on 27th jun but so far bajaj has not even acknowledged the complaint. If this is the kind of service extended by bajaj then i would like to cancel my said policy with immediate effect.
                                      Therefore you are requested to cancel my policy and refund me the amount at the earliest.

                                        Sir mere husband ki death 14th feb 2017 ko sonepat mein sudden attack ki vajah se ho gayi thi.
                                        Sir mere husband ne aek cashless health policy bajaj allianz general insurance company ltd. Se 16 nov 2014 mein li thi,
                                        Sir durbayevash mere husband ko 30 dec 2014 ko paralysis ka 5 second ke liye attack aa gaya tha, lekin uske baad vo bilkul thik ho gaye the, lekin safe side ko dekhte huye hum log gurgoan ke forties hospital gaye, vaha hamne ye sari problem discuss ki, unhone kuchh test likhe aur mir bhi kiya, un reports se hame pata chala ki mere husband ka blood pressure aur sugar badi huyi thi, unhone sugar ka 3mahine wala test bhi karwaya, jismein unhe pata chala ki inko sugar ki problem ho gayi hein.
                                        Forties hospital walo ne mere husband ko admit ho jane ki advice ki, lekin mere husband apne aap ko thik mehsus kar rahe the isliye unhone admit hone se mana kar diya,
                                        Lekin safe side ko dekhte huye meri zid ki vajah se mere husband 3 din ke liye paras hospital, gurgoan mein 2 jan 2015 se 5 jan 2015 tak admit ho gaye. Aur vaha dr. Kapil aggarwal (Neurologist) ki dekh rekh mein rahe, discharge summery mein saf saf likha hein ki mere husband ko koi bhi chronic disease nahi thi, uske baad unhone mere husband ko medicines de di aur mere husband vo medicines lete rahe.
                                        Oct 2016 mein achanak mere husband ko urine problem ho gayi, hum emergency mein ram manohar lal hospital, delhi aaye, vaha unke test kiye gaye aur unhe medicines di gayi.
                                        Uske baad mere husband ki legs suj rahi thi aur saans bhi chad raha tha, hum 18 th nov 2016 ko paras hospital mein dubra aaye aur dr kudeep arora ko mile, unhone urine ki problem dekhte huye aek injection dubotamine lagwane ki advice ki, aur hospital mein admit hone ke liye kaha.
                                        Aur mere husband 5/12/2016 se 07/12/2016 tak admit rahe, us samay hamne insurance claim karne ke liye papers submit kiye lekin hamara claim reject kar diya gaya, kaha gaya ki mere husband ko purani diabeties ki bimari thi, jo unhone nahi batayi.

                                        Jis bimari ka mere husband ko nahi malum tha, vo insurance company ko kaise batate,
                                        Dusri baat policy dete samay insurance company ne hamara medical check up kyo nahi karwaya.

                                        Teesri baat, yedi mere husband ko pata hota ki unko sugar ki problem shuru ho chuki hein to hum log vo policy lete jismein diebeties cover hoti hein.


                                        Uske baad mere husband ki angiography bhi huyi, uske baad vo national heart hospital, delhi bhi admit huye, unhe crt-d bhi lagayi gayi, kyoki unki heart beat 25% thi.
                                        Lekin durbhaywash mere husband ki ilaaz ke time death ho gayi, uske baad meine insurance company mein medical bills submit karwaye, lekin vaha claim reject kar diya gaya kaha gaya ki purani bimari thi, aur policy holder ne ye baat chhupayi.
                                        Sir mere husband ki death ho chuki hein, lekin mere husband par bahut bada iljaam lagaya gaya hein ki mere husband ne apni bimari chhupayi thi, isliye mein insurance company se apni insurance ke alawa 2 lac compensation ki demand karna chahti hu
