I am puja bajaj. After reminding about my pf settelment no response is coming and they are tring to ignore it by saying my pf amount has already been paid to me... But how is it possible when all document related to pf is still with me, that is not dispatched to company. They are telling me some dates and for those dates i also attached my bank account details so that they can see no amount is being paid to me.. Now no response is coming from company.. Pls kindly see on it.. N try to solve it... When i am ready to cooperate company should also..

    The said policy was taken on 20th jun 2017 and the old policy from united india insurance was till 24th jun 2017. I was getting 65% ncb in my old policy and their was no claim undertaken by me at any time. During renewal, it was told to me that bajaj will also give 65% ncb without asking for any other additional documents /certificate from old policy company but after getting my policy, it was found that ncb has been reduced to 0% which is very strange. A complaint was made on [protected]@
    Bajajallianz.co.in on 20th jun 2017 and a reminder was given on 27th jun but so far bajaj has not even acknowledged the complaint. If this is the kind of service extended by bajaj then i would like to cancel my said policy with immediate effect.
    Therefore you are requested to cancel my policy and refund me the amount at the earliest.

      Sir mere husband ki death 14th feb 2017 ko sonepat mein sudden attack ki vajah se ho gayi thi.
      Sir mere husband ne aek cashless health policy bajaj allianz general insurance company ltd. Se 16 nov 2014 mein li thi,
      Sir durbayevash mere husband ko 30 dec 2014 ko paralysis ka 5 second ke liye attack aa gaya tha, lekin uske baad vo bilkul thik ho gaye the, lekin safe side ko dekhte huye hum log gurgoan ke forties hospital gaye, vaha hamne ye sari problem discuss ki, unhone kuchh test likhe aur mir bhi kiya, un reports se hame pata chala ki mere husband ka blood pressure aur sugar badi huyi thi, unhone sugar ka 3mahine wala test bhi karwaya, jismein unhe pata chala ki inko sugar ki problem ho gayi hein.
      Forties hospital walo ne mere husband ko admit ho jane ki advice ki, lekin mere husband apne aap ko thik mehsus kar rahe the isliye unhone admit hone se mana kar diya,
      Lekin safe side ko dekhte huye meri zid ki vajah se mere husband 3 din ke liye paras hospital, gurgoan mein 2 jan 2015 se 5 jan 2015 tak admit ho gaye. Aur vaha dr. Kapil aggarwal (Neurologist) ki dekh rekh mein rahe, discharge summery mein saf saf likha hein ki mere husband ko koi bhi chronic disease nahi thi, uske baad unhone mere husband ko medicines de di aur mere husband vo medicines lete rahe.
      Oct 2016 mein achanak mere husband ko urine problem ho gayi, hum emergency mein ram manohar lal hospital, delhi aaye, vaha unke test kiye gaye aur unhe medicines di gayi.
      Uske baad mere husband ki legs suj rahi thi aur saans bhi chad raha tha, hum 18 th nov 2016 ko paras hospital mein dubra aaye aur dr kudeep arora ko mile, unhone urine ki problem dekhte huye aek injection dubotamine lagwane ki advice ki, aur hospital mein admit hone ke liye kaha.
      Aur mere husband 5/12/2016 se 07/12/2016 tak admit rahe, us samay hamne insurance claim karne ke liye papers submit kiye lekin hamara claim reject kar diya gaya, kaha gaya ki mere husband ko purani diabeties ki bimari thi, jo unhone nahi batayi.
      Sir
      Jis bimari ka mere husband ko nahi malum tha, vo insurance company ko kaise batate,
      Dusri baat policy dete samay insurance company ne hamara medical check up kyo nahi karwaya.

      Teesri baat, yedi mere husband ko pata hota ki unko sugar ki problem shuru ho chuki hein to hum log vo policy lete jismein diebeties cover hoti hein.


      Uske baad mere husband ki angiography bhi huyi, uske baad vo national heart hospital, delhi bhi admit huye, unhe crt-d bhi lagayi gayi, kyoki unki heart beat 25% thi.
      Lekin durbhaywash mere husband ki ilaaz ke time death ho gayi, uske baad meine insurance company mein medical bills submit karwaye, lekin vaha claim reject kar diya gaya kaha gaya ki purani bimari thi, aur policy holder ne ye baat chhupayi.
      Sir mere husband ki death ho chuki hein, lekin mere husband par bahut bada iljaam lagaya gaya hein ki mere husband ne apni bimari chhupayi thi, isliye mein insurance company se apni insurance ke alawa 2 lac compensation ki demand karna chahti hu

      Sir please meri help kijiye.

        Recently i purchased ulip plan of bajaj allianz on request of friend who is an agent also. Despite telling categorically about my despatch address, they have sent my policy document.. As a result of which i have not received policy document even after one month. I have requested bajaj allianz customer greivance cell to immediately cancel my policy and return the amount but they are not responding to it..

          Regret to state 3rd party marketing life insurance of bajaj allianz life insurance co. Ltd.. Have cheated me and collected amount of ₹ 61100/- for issue of life insurance policy & loan. The payments have been by neft in favour of bajaj allianz life insurance. I haven't received either policy or loan although 15 days have passed. Complaint filed with customer care of bajaj allianz. Furnished all details of bank's name a/c numbers & ifsc code and also telephone/mobile numbers e mail address of their 3rd party co. Of bajaj allianz. No action taken yet to resolve my complaint nor received refund of money paid.

We are investigating your case and from your allegations, it appears to be a case of fraud, misusing the name of Bajaj Allianz. We have approached the appropriate authorities in this regard for taking necessary action.

          Pl.You may file complaint before concerned Insurance ombudsman for non receipt of policy document from this insurer, some times amount might have been credited to wrong account given by 3rd party, unless & until insurer receives/credited to the company A/C, policy will not be issued by the insurer, pl ensure that a/c no given is correct & then file complaint before ombudsman instead of bimalokpal/IRDA, since these two are advisory & your complaint will be forwarded to the insurer, where as ombudsman will pass favorable orders against insurer, which will bind them.

            This I have been hearing from Bajaj Allianz since 8-10 days but no action take. Ifail to understand why you don't contact your 3rd party Agency when I have provided you telephone number & email address. I have also voice recording of conversation available.Amount is paid to Bajaj Allianz account and you are accountable to refund my money paid. It appears you are also in hand and gloves with your 3rd party.

            Is Bajaj Allianz Life insurance fooling & cheating the public? I have seen here same type of complaint filed by another man. It seems Bajaj group is involved in frauds and scams and they are hand in gloves with fraudsters who are working on behalf of Bajaj. I am filing a criminal case against the company in consumer court and simultaneously exposing the modus operandi your company has initiated to cheat the public.

Samer pasha vertual office at sindhanur on 28/05/2017 but till date issuance not done by your official person and i am calling him regularly no response from him. And he has done vehicle inspection also because he has forgotten to renew the case but till date no answer from him. I request you kindly return my docs asap and i take policy from other co.

                  I have consistently called your service helpline for the renewal of my overseas health insurance which requires a us billing address for claims to be sent.
                  However your team has made no effort to get back to me - not answering my calls and not calling me back.

                  After no response from one of your people named anita - i received a call from your delhi office - that unsurprisingly failed to connect me to the person in charge.

                  It's disappointing that your organization is so badly organized and so in effective.
                  This leaves me no chose but to get an insurance from another company.

                    Life insurance policy no. [protected] which was cancellation on 6 may. 2017. I have raised query no. 66821344 / complaint no 67074404

                    As per bajaj allianz mail my policy will payout within 3 to 4 days but there is no response from your end. I had called to customer care they said your policy will payout in 3 to 4 day but now its 40 day and they saying your policy is still under process, all documents are submitted to bajaj allianz office at khadakpada circl, m 1 flower valley, kalyan, still today amount is not transferred to my account.

                    Really i am very disappointed from your side.

                    It’s really disgusting that you make false promises to customers. Highly dissatisfied with your services.

                        But till now i am not recevie hardcopy of policy from your side. I have alredy talk to cust care executive two time & request for hardcopy.

                          This is to mention here that i met with accident on 03.06.2017 with scorpio car. It damaged my car from front side that includes front bumper, front glass and lights. I applied for the claim in baja allianz insurance by giving my car in noida volkswagen workshop. Mr akash kumar was appointed for the survey. He did the survey in negativity and misbehaved by saying that you will not get claim for front glass at any cost. I don't understand then what is the utility of getting the car insurance. Companies are looting the customers like this

                          Still I m waiting for the claim. The claim was outrageously rejected for the front glass. It is better not to have insurance of any company when one has to pay in his own pocket

                            I have an existing policy coverage for my two wheeler with icici lombard general insurance co. Since this policy is expiring on the 9th of this month, i switched over to your company and accordingly renewed my existing policy.

                            While furnishing the earlier policy details for renewal with your company, i have clearly mentioned the expiry date of the existing policy as 9th june 2017.

                            However i am surprised to receive my policy no.: og[protected]-00039693 from you mentioning the period of renewed policy as 6th june 2017 to 5th june 2018, which is not correct.

                            Hence i request you to incorporate the period of policy as 10th june 2017 to 9th june 2018 and forward the revised policy immediately.

                              My complain number is oc[protected]-00000042 in bajaj allianz.
                              My led tv had a problem and after 2 months on dated 9-6-2017, i got my tv from bajaj allianz and the tv condition is worst than previous condition.
                              After getting my tv with worst condition, i sent a mail to ved prakash with photo of present tv condition. But i did not get any reply from them, taday is[protected].
                              Ved prakash sent me a mail, what is in below, he gave me tha last date 6-6-2017 to settle my claim, but he is not responding any thing. I will waite only[protected], if ved ji will not respond about my case, so i will have to complain in consumer forum.

                              With reference to our telephonic discussion on

                                My policies no.1.-[protected] & 2. [protected], money back policies. Both the policies i have made revival in 2015 & paid premiums but they/company have not updated my address & no intimation of premium sent in last one year. As i have registered my new address on transfer.
                                Even i am unable to see the status of my policies online, as the web page not opening. Also i have not receipt of the money back policies instalments in last 9 years. Bajaj allianz company should pay my money back amount with 12% interest immediately, if any instalments in arrears then intimation may be sent to my email id i. E. — [protected]@gmail.com.
                                Company has to adopt customer friendly policy with prompt redressal. Their branch offices staff behaviour is very rude with lot of restriction & misguidance at belgaum office.

                                    It's my worse experience and requests all the peoples, please do not purchase bajaj allianz policies in future, as i'm holding bajaj's mediclaim, shop and vehicle policies. But when its time to claim, companies dirtiness is shown, they demand many more documents, not at a time, but after time to time intervals. And after 3-4 months company will send u a mail, that ur policy is "inadmissible".
                                    I am going in consumer forum against bajaj allinz company.

                                      Refer to complaint number 67197968. There has been absolutely no action. No calls, no emails, though the mails says that I would receive a call from Mr. Syed
                                      (supposed to be a team lead)..

                                      Its really disgusting that you make false promises to customers. Highly dissatisfied with your services.

                                      My car KA 04 MM 7239 met with accident on 22nd April and I am still waiting for the total loss formalities.
