Dear Sir/Madam,
We are holding two Extra Care health policy for last couple of years. one policy is for me & my wife (Policy no. OG[protected]-[protected] & another for our daughter (Policy no.OG[protected]-[protected] which are due for renewal on 24.05.17 &16.05.17 respectively.

We like to enhance the policy cover to 15Lakh (From present 10Lakh) with deductible 5Lakh (Presently 3 Lakh) for both the policies..
I had called you customer care on 2nd May with a request for the above changes & wanted to get the details of revised premium amount and terms & conditions to effect this change. Your customer care had provided me complain no.66765241 & 66765259 with respect to above policies & assured me that somebody from Bajaj Allianz will call me & explain within 48 hours. But nobody contacted me. Today morning, I reminded your customer care again & they assured me that somebody will contact me by today evening positively. But nobody contacted till now. We never expected such treatment from Bajaj Allianz general insurance who was very prompt in earlier occasions.

May I now request you to arrange a call back to me by tomorrow & explain the details for enhancement of coverage of the above policies & help us to renew the policies with enhanced coverage.

    I made payment of rs.3717.00 by visa credit card to your company for third party car insurance on 14.04.2017 vide online payment reference no.67973827. Acknowledgement of payment received was sent to me on 15.04.2017. The insurance policy has not been issued to me so far. I has requested to reverse back rs. 3717.00 to my visa credit card as the insurance policy has not been issued to me. Inspite of various reminders and phone calls, emails sent to the company the charges have not been reversed to me. Finally my complaint has been lodged to your company vide complaint no.66615596.
    I am not receiving any satisfactory reply and refund from the company. It is a clear case of harassment to a senior citizen. I have wasted lot of time energy for perusing the matter. Kindly resolve the matter urgently, otherwise i may be constraint to file legal claim to consumer court.

      I purchased car insurance policy in March 2017. I had requested for all additional covers but the insurance agent (Mr. Sikandar) did not include Consumables cover in my policy. I noticed the error after payment and immediately requested to revise the policy to include Consumables cover. Since then I have been calling up daily and it has been over a month but the agent is not revising ny policy. I have made over 100 calls and also sent emails but my problem is not yet resolved. Most of the time the agent doesnt attend my calls or doesnt call me back or tells me that he is working on my case. But till date my policy has not been revised. I have not seen a more pathetic customer service.

        I am customer of bajaj allianz. Recently I got accident of my scooter and bajaj allianz company gave me all claim but they are not giving me rim in the claim, they are saying rim is well but the service centre saying rim is not well and service centre is showing tyre is not on the rim balance is imperfect and I am taking out my vehicle from service centre because they are charging Rs. 50/-.

            Sir,

            My life insurance policy no - [protected], for a sum of rs 50, 000 matured on the 9th of march 2017.
            The company, bajaj allianz life insurance co ltd - sent me a letter, stating i should submit the original policy, along with an ecs form duly signed, with the details required.
            As advised, i took all the papers to the bombay branch - oriental building, fort, mumbai 400001 on april 24 2017.

            The person in charge refused to accept my policy documents, telling me the matter was under scrutiny, and that he was in position to accept anything from me.
            He gave me a helpline number - which i was supposed to call and make the claim, since my refund was long overdue.

            I made that call - and i was told a call back would be given to me within some time.
            I got no call for the same.
            Even after 24 hours.

            I wrote them mails - more than 1 - asking them to explain the reason why my money was not being refunded to me?
            Although i got an automated reply telling me the mail was received, i did not get any reply from the team concerned. Even after 24 hours - and several calls and mails.

            I have called the following numbers - pleading them to give me some explanation - some time limit - some reason explaining their behavior.

            There has been not a single response from them inspite of many promises being made to me.

            I have called on the following numbers -

            And finally,[protected]

            All the numbers promised me call back by the end of the day.

            Not one person had got back to me at all.

            Sir - to this date i have not seen any company behave like this with its customers -
            Most companies would have credited the money into my bank account without even asking for any documents.
            Most calls are not answered - not a single e mail has been given a response -
            And my original documents wont be accepted.

            This money is important to me sir - as it is hard earned.
            I have paid my premium on time - and i expect the refund to come to me on time.
            I can understand a delay of about 10 to 15 days, but this is more than a 50 day delay.

            If it is a scrutiny it should not be taking that long - and i need a written correspondence for the same - it is the least they can do for me.

            I plead you to look into this matter at the earliest.

              2 Co have no tie up in major city
              in up like jhashi, agra also MP gwalior.
              3 All insurance company tei up with all major city in india
              4 I m requesting before 4 days but not any respond
              5 Bajaj customers care provid kanpur office no I tried so many time one no stop due to non payment of bill and also 2nd no not respond.
              6. bajaj Company knows I m not in a position to pay advance to jmk toyta jhansi
              7.What is problem bajaj co for cash less approval.
              8 serveyor says that if order by bajaj allianz general insurance company I can make cash less and told to jmk toyta jhansi.
              9 . Private insurance company always creating problem at that time claim settlement ?
              10. After 4 days no response by bajaj allianz general insurance company. why ?
              I will be go IRDA AND BIMALOKPAL ALSO CONSUMERS COURT

                I took this policy OG[protected]-00003647 on April 15 and had provided NCB certificate of 50%. However sales advisor Rahul and Pushpak had advised that being a saturday they would take 2-3 days to get NCB processed in new car insurance. They suggested to buy policy without NCB and committed to get NCB refund processed in next week.

                NCB certificate had been shared with pushpak and Rahul since long time. They have now stopped picking my phone.

                Please endorse my policy with 50% NCB and get my amount refunded.

                      I bought ac from godrej and i taken the finance in bajaj and
                      All the installment are clear and i took an extende warrenty thru bajaj.I am not interested for extendedned warrenty due to bad service. My extended warranty had been cancelled on 7th march 2017.
                      For refunding amount, i have alredy sent email to [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in and [protected]@bajajfinserv.in on 7th march 2017
                      Many times but i have not yet received any responce from bajaj. Kindly look into this and refund my amount asap.

                        I lodged a claim on 30/3/2017, vide claim no. Oc[protected] regarding extended warranty for my sharp ac.
                        Now i feel that this company is a total fraud and dont want to fulfill their obligations.
                        Now after 17 days they want invoice copy of product, why should i wait so long, policy has been issued on the basis of invoice only and they must be having the same. This is simply a delay tactics nothing else.

                          Customer Complaint Division and Marketing division is Pathetic. They don't look professional as they don't treat the customer issues.

                          From last Three weeks I am sending mails and talking to customer care division regarding non issue of car renewal policy and the amount is already deducted for the same and send the complete transaction details to customer department. But no one is looking into the matter.

                            I have taken a policy "sarve shakti suraksha policy of bajaj allianz ' through shamrao vital co-operative bank, vashi, sector:15, navi mumbai. Having a premium of rs. 25000 yearly for the last 4 years i. E 9th april 2013. I have not yet received my original policy certificate despite repeated complaints to bajaj allianz. Every year i have to remind bajaj allianz of the policy renewal date instead of the company informing the customer about such details as usual. When contacted shamrao vittal cooperative bank they provided me a duplicate copy of the policy certificate. I am still unaware of the details of my policy, its current market value, and how long i have to keep paying the premium to get back at least my paid principal amount back. Customers like me have lost trust and feel insecure of the fate of investments in these kind of private insurance companies.
                            Request bajaj allianz customer care intervention as soon as possible.

                              I had bought 2 wheeler insurance with 0 depreciation and claimed insurance in the first year for same. Now after renewing policy surveyor saying is that my policy got converted into non 0 depreciation. But before submitting claim i confirmed from there executive if my policy has 0 depreciation or not they said yes i have and all expenses are shielded and i only have to pay compulsory excess fees which is 100. But surveyor informed yamaha service center to took 50% amount from me. After that i again called 3 times to bajaj allianz customer care number[protected] and again confirmed if i have to pay anything they said no. I had also registered complaint against surveyor but there's no response from there. So now i'm suffering without bike and i have to pay them 50% charges. If my policy isn't 0 depreciation then why they said it is and i don't have to anything but here i'm forced to pay 50%. And how renewing policy can change the type of policy? Now i want justice
                              1) because of bajaj allianz i'm suffering without bike
                              2) i'm forced to pay 50% of bill amount
                              3) how they can convert my policy into non 0 depreciation? I renewed policy i haven't changed the type of policy
                              4) they didn't solve my problem even after time limit of 48 hours given by them
                              5) if i was informed correctly that my policy isn't shielded and i'll have to pay 50% charges i wouldn't have claimed insurance and wasted my time in this all.
                              6) if policy is not 0 depreciation then why they told me for 4 times that my policy is 0 depreciation?
                              I have call recordings too (Including 4 time call verification for policy type & rude behavior of there executive) for legal actions against company.

                                I had a travel insurance and was hospitalized in that period. I have submitted the claim two years ago and still no progress. They said all documentation is done and just payment of the deductible is remaining. After payment of deductible they say pending documentation. Very rude customer care rep Ms. Karthika. Please teach them to be courteous to the customers.

                                    I am totally dissatisfied by the service provided by Bajaj Allianz.
                                    First of all to get the toll free number is a very challenging task and even though you manage to get it, you would be redirected to different department. The agents doesn’t seem to be responsible to follow up with the issue customer is facing after he has paid for it. The whole team (bajaj alianz customer support and its service centres) are very irresponsible. I logged a call for my AC issue 7 days back and still no one has turned up yet to resolve it. They do not have a proper toll free number the number they are reachable is Haryana number and its an STD call to me. I have to to call them daily for 30 minutes, explain from the begning even after giving the ticket number and they give a false promise that they will follow up and resolve the issue.
                                    After 3 days of ticket creations and daily follow up since the issue was not resolved they simply gave me the service center number and asked me to get in touch with them. It is such an irresponsible thing to do. When a customer has paid them to service they have to take full responsibility to resolve it, instead of giving a service center number. The service center guy Mr. Sathish is one more irresponsible fellow. He also gave false commitments with his team Mr. Masood, Mr. Palani and Mr.Riyaz that they will resolve this issue with in a day. They never came and when I give them a call daily 5 times they say they will send someone and simply play blame game with in eachother. Being a customer I’m not bothered to listen to it. I’m bothered to get my issue resolved which never happened. After 7 days Sathish says that he feels bad about his team that has not resolved the issue and he will assign it to different team. The bajaj service team has not lost anything in this. It is me as a customer lost money and time following up with irresponsible people daily 5 times for continuous 7 days.
                                    I strongly recommend my friends, colleagues, neighbours, relatives and others not to have any policies with Bajal Allianz. If they are not responsible for rectifying home appliance then think about the long term investment they promise. I don’t want anyone to suffer because of such an irresponsible company. I have raised this complaint in consumer complaints, Mouthshut and other grievance websites.

                                      I have purchase a online policy from bajaj allianz at the time of policy purchase they told me that the original copy will be deliverd to me within 7-10 days.
                                      but after almost 1 month i did not receive that same. and on their toll free number they suggest to contact on email. I emailed them but after 3 days no response from them. and after a long time i am very irritated from the service of that company.

                                        2-3 days for inspection as per the general procedure.

                                        IS THIS REALLY WHAT YOU EXPECT YOUR CUSTOMER TO EXPECT. AND REMAIN CALM... WTF...

                                        No matter how much you call to the approval head [protected] Bhuvnesh Mehta. He will not pick your call and respond. At the end you will keep calling on direct number and expect to get your query resolved.

                                        Is this kind of service we expect and is this what for we PAID..
