Hi,
This is balvinder singh i have purchased bajaj's extended warranty. But the service of bajaj is very poor. I have made a complaint about my voltas ac to be rectified they gave given me a time for 24 to 48 working hrs. Engineer came to my place and advised me that gas is leaked so have to put it for approval from bajaj's extended warranty and it will take 2 more days. I have been calling
Customer service number since 1 week but they are not taking it seriously. I don't know what to do. Service is pathetic. They do not care of their customers.

What the hell is going on

Bajaj Allianz — Extended warranty for my ac.

This is balvinder singh i have purchased bajaj's extended warranty. But the service of bajaj is very poor. I have made a complaint about my hitachi ac to be rectified they gave given me a time for 24 to 48 working hrs. I have been calling

I m purchased policy for a.c. extended warranty but now it is not working I locked the complaint on 10th june2018 but still date it is still pending every time concern person not responding they said part of ac on the way.& your online staff said approval pending by bm..how much time we wait for same...delay in communication and approval of claim..or technician also want to earn money through delay service

If any right person in company so pls solve the issue other wise I will repair own

    My name is gautam hazarika a resident of bengaluru city and i have brought the bajaj allianz super saver policy ([protected]) on october 2012. I was told by mr. Shawaiz baig that i can surrender this policy after paying 5 policy premium on time and i will be ending up getting around 7.5 lakhs including 4% of sum assured + the bonus every year. I was paying a premium of 96800 for past 5 years and the sum assured was 102000. Now when i tried surrendering my policy the customer care told me that i will be getting approximately 2.5 lakhs instead of 7.5 lakhs. I did raised a complaint about it and they said they will investigate. After 20 days yesterday i was told that it is my mistake why i didn't discontinue the policy in 15 days of policy issuance. I was not called by any bajaj allainz policy to explain me the terms since my number was updated incorrectly by bajaj allainz. Now they bajaj is blaming me why i didn't read the terms and condition. I read the terms and condition and i contacted shawaiz baig for explaination he explained me some ratio and as a laymay i thought he is telling the fact. My question why bajaj hired a agent who was sellign policy by misleading the customer. Bajaj has cancelled his license in 2015 for all the fraudulent he did all the years. Both baja and agent enjoyed good money from customer. Now its bajaj time to take my case and pay me back my hard earned money with interest. I will definitely show them what a common man can do.

      I took a extended warranty for LG Air Conditioner on may 2015 . I called to customer care on 22th may 2017 for AC is not working . Till now no one service engineer will come to my home for servicing the AC. I called to customer care these issue on 25th and 27th with high priority still now no one responding .

        I wish to bring to your notice my bad experience with your insurance personnel during my recent visit to the service workshop of ‘green honda’ of hyderabad.
        I purchased a ‘honda city’-1.5 during 2011 and since then i am continuously insuring my vehicle till date. Except on one occasion during 2013/14, i never made any claim for any body shop work.
        During last year it so happened that i was driving through the thick of a thick traffic near panjagutta, hyderabad and a motor cycle rider tried to overtake my vehicle, lost balance and fell on my vehicle which made a deep scratch on the right side doors. I reported the matter during my service due date in september 2016 and both the service person and insurance person of green honda told me that this can be got done anytime. Later, i was ill and could not take the vehicle for servicing for quite some time. On march 20th i visited the green honda work shop for service and also wanted to get the body shop work done for scratches on doors. I filled the claim form and submitted. The concerned supervisors in green honda, namely mr. Moinuddin and mr. Gangaram have told me that i may have to spend rs[protected] from my side in addition to the claim amount of rs 8000/ from m/s bajaj allainz. I felt that the amount told is exorbitantly high, but wanted to complete the long pending work and hence accepted the proposal.
        Later in the afternoon, when i reached home i received an sms from m/s bajaj allainz stating that the claim has been registered and asked me to talk to the concerned body shop person to expedite the work. Incidentally in the sms, the concerned surveyor’s mobile number is also mentioned. I just called the surveyor (Mr. Lingaswamy) to find out the total amount, but to my utter dismay, he told me that the claim cannot be admitted and that he would ask the concerned body shop person, to withhold the work.
        Nevertheless, i requested him to send me the report to my mail id and he said he would send it in one hour’s time. Since then i have been following up with him for a detailed report and now 4 days have passed by and so far i have not received the report. Today morning, when i spoke to him, he said that his job is only to conduct survey and generating report is not under his scope and asked me to wait for the report from their head office.
        I called the customer care number of pune office[protected] and after a long wait, one ms puja came on line and asked me to contact the local office in hyderabad and gave the number[protected]. I called this number and one mr. Chandarasekhar came on line and he has told me that there are some paint marks on scratches and therefore the claim cannot be admitted.
        All the while i am surprised to note that there is a great bureaucratic procedure without any relaxation or consideration to the customer who has been banking for so long a time with your company for so long years?.
        I went back to[protected] and this time ms shanthi came on line and i had to explain once again the entire story to her. After listening to me and after many verifications she has told me that she would advise the concerned in hyderabad office to approve the claim and that i would receive a call from local office.
        I waited almost for 3 hrs and i did not receive any call. Both the assurances made by ms puja and ms shanthi are fake commitments without any value or concern for the customer!!.
        Meanwhile, i contacted the customer care manager of green honda namely mr. Vinay raj goud to sort out the issue since there is a tie up of m/s bajaj allainz with m/s green honda and the insurance policy bears the title “ honda assure” on the left side top of the paper. But mr. Vinay raj is always busy in meetings with new customers and looks like has no time to spare for addressing the problems of old customers. And also the service terms and conditions from green honda are unconditional and one sided. Finally after a rigorous follow up of 4 days with mr. Vinay raj goud, he simply said this issue is not under his purview and asked me to contact one mr. Vinod gupta and gave his number as [protected]. I tried to contact this number and unfortunately this number belongs to somebody else!.
        I am terribly upset with the callous attitude of service personnel both m/s bajaj allianz and m/s green honda towards a loyal customer and am nonplussed as to where to go seek the redressal?
        And this clearly shows that m/s bajaja allainz is not the company to bank with for insurance for my future requirements?

          I purchased policy online last year in 2016, for my vehicle hr26 bq 7126... Which was expired on 11 feb 17, when i called bajaj allianz customer care they gave me gurgaon number[protected]... When i called up this nu, ber they said ur policy is purchased online so u need to call pune number[protected].
          I called pune number on 21.3.17 they said we will arrange it for me.

          After 30 min i got the call from your representative ([protected]) stating that our man will come to ur house to pik up the cash and to complete the formalities.. Mr sameer ali ([protected]) came on 23.3.17 to our house and took rs. 9850, handed over cover letter of bajaj allianz and said that i will get the policy (Soft copy online) within 24 hours.

          When i called up today on [protected] and [protected], they maid some excuse and switched off there mobile.
          Also i am continuously calling pune[protected] but no one is picking the call.

          Please look in to matter and resolve to get my policy renewal done at the earliest as i cant drive my vehicle without policy

          Fake Insurance company, premium charges are highest but service is poorest. Request you all guys to not opt for any type of Insurance with this company I met with an accident and they are not ready to give claim for it.

            I want to bring this to your notice that I have been cheated in the process of getting my car insured from Bajaj Allianz.
            The fraud might have been done by a third party but this doesn't seem to be an impromptu cheating attempt to me. I have strong suspicion that Bajaj Allianz staff is involved in this fraudulent activity.

            my policy is 0G[protected]-00102458 which expired on the 8thmarch'2017.

            1. My car inspection was scheduled for Tuesday (14th March'17). Around 12.00 PM the person completed the inspection and left.

            2. On the same day, I received a call from Bajaj Allianz representative(contact number- +91 [protected]) around 12.50 PM stating that my inspection status is Rejected. As a workaround, he asked me to pay the money in cash so that he could renew the insurance in back date.

            3. On the same day around 3.19 pm, he sent another Bajaj Sales person. He filled the relevant details and provided me with a stamped cover note(PFA for your reference) and assured me that I would be receiving the soft copy by Friday(17th March'2017). Also he collected an amount of Rs.10165/- from me.

            4. When I didn't receive any update from the company, I tried reaching the executive but all in vain. Later his phone got switched off.
            When I tried contacting the person who collected money from me, he either didn't receive my call or disconnected. After some time, his phone was also switched off.

            I strongly believe that Bajaj staff is also involved in this.

            In just 45 minutes, I got the call from the fraudster that the inspection has been rejected. Now could you please be kind enough to explain me, how the hell did he get my contact details and the information about the inspection status???
            (I had got the call from the same person even before the inspection that he could do away with the inspection formality if I could pay in cash for the policy, to which I denied).

            3. Moreover, there was not at all any update from Bajaj Allianz about my inspection status. I had to do multiple follow ups just to get the formal mail about the inspection status. Shall I safely assume that this time was bought just to settle the money deceived from me amongst all your staff involved???

            i had my car insurance earlier done by Bajaj Allianz since the day i bought the car and not only that i have been getting my other car also insured through bajaj allianz and wanted to get the same this year as well, but guess that was a big mistake from my end. This kind of behaviour is extremely disgraceful.

            I strongly demand an explanation for this on an immediate basis

                I got travel insurance for my mother. policy number OG[protected]-00023953.
                In this policy covers bag delay. After submitted all the documents about the claim and almost 12 days gone. I did not receive anything from them.
                Just got reply that they forwarded to concern department.
                Than after I done many email to follow it up by email and also by chat as well. But still nothing happen.

                    I have a group policy document... This policy is SUPER DUPER expensive.

                    It is 1.14 Lac Single premium for coverage of 27 Lac Rs. for Just 10 Yrs. My Age at commencement was 38 Yrs.

                    Now funny thing is when I have inquired to WeCare Team ... They say this is very expensive as it covers critical illness!!!

                    I opened book provided to me... (It's not policy as it's group insurance) No details on definition of critical illness.

                    Kindly help me with 3 things:

                    1. Which Critical illness are covered under this policy
                    2. What is surrender value of this policy as on date.
                    3. Reason(S) why this policy is SUPER expensive.

                      I am really annoyed by the services that I am getting to my request & I have faced worst customer service from Bajaj Allianz - Two Wheeler Insurance Team as any other insurance company. If I get chance I would rate my Customer Satisfaction in negative. Your team is just fooling people around by giving assurance of calling back to solve the issue but infact I have to chase by calling customer care(called last week) and yet there is no action on my request. I am really surprised after escalation of this issue there is no action & further annoys me what is the Turn-around-time overall it has wasted my time & money to chase with no outcome at all.

                        It is to bring in your notice that i have submitted one application on 24.02.2017 for not to renew the car insurance policy to your broker/ agent Kataria Automobile and maruti Insurance broking Pvt. Ltd., Dariyapur, Ahmedabad. I was assured by the Manager namely Aniruddha Pathak and Amardeep Mishra that i will receive the refund and no claim bonus within 15 days from the date of application in my bank account. Despite of this, I have still not received refund of my first premium as well as no claim bonus i.e. deposited by me in kataria maruti Insurance broking Pvt. Ltd. as your manager had told on phone. Now i called to your company for the same inquiry but i was told that the policy was already renewed by your bajaj allianze insurance company. The said information was very shocking for me that inspite of written application for not to renew the policy how can a company renew it ? Please resolve it at the earliest and refund my amount in my bank account.

                          To my utter dismay, I want to bring this to your notice that I have been cheated in the process of getting my car insured from Bajaj Allianz.
                          The fraud might have been done by a third party but this doesn't seem to be an impromptu cheating attempt to me. I have strong suspicion that Bajaj Allianz staff is involved in this fraudulent activity.

                          PFB the events which happened in the chronological order.

                          1. My car inspection was scheduled for Saturday (4th March'17). Around 1:15 PM the person completed the inspection and left.
                          His Name and Contact number is- Harinder Kashyap +91 [protected]

                          2. On the same day, I received a call from Bajaj Allianz representative(contact number- +91 [protected]) around 3:15 PM stating that my inspection status is Rejected. As a workaround, he asked me to pay the money in cash so that he could renew the insurance in back date.

                          3. On Sunday (5th March'17), he sent another Bajaj Sales person. He filled the relevant details and provided me with a stamped cover note(PFA for your reference) and assured me that I would be receiving the soft copy by Monday(6th March'17). Also he collected an amount of Rs.10937 from me.

                          4. When I didn't receive any update from the company, I tried reaching the executive but all in vain. Later his phone got switched off.
                          When I tried contacting the person who collected money from me, he either didn't receive my call or disconnected. After some time, his phone was also switched off.

                          I strongly believe that Bajaj staff is also involved in this on the basis of points:

                          1. My car inspection got rejected on the basis of 2-3 minor SCRATCHES( as mentioned in the trailing mail)
                          My car is just 3 years old (ran less than 10000kms). How are you asking me to buy this explanation that just because of 2-3 minor scratches the inspection gets rejected???
                          Also I could see the report mentions front bumper as broken. Do you mind sharing the relevant evidence to support this, because my car might have 2-3 minor scratches but it is not at all broken.

                          2. In just 2 hours, I got the call from the fraudster that the inspection has been rejected. Now could you please be kind enough to explain me, how the hell did he get my contact details and the information about the inspection status???
                          (I had got the call from the same person even before the inspection that he could do away with the inspection formality if I could pay in cash for the policy, to which I denied).

                          3. Moreover, there was not at all any update from Bajaj Allianz about my inspection status. I had to do multiple follow ups just to get the formal mail about the inspection status. Shall I safely assume that this time was bought just to settle the money deceived from me amongst all your staff involved???

                          I had my car insurance earlier done by Bajaj Allianz last year and wanted to get the same this year as well, but guess that was a big mistake from my end. This kind of behaviour is extremely disgraceful.

                          I strongly demand an explanation for this on an immediate basis

                          I don't think the complaint has been read properly otherwise you should have not asked me to provide policy number.
                          I would request you to read my complaint properly and get this investigated done at the earliest as this is a major fraud which has been done with me caused loss of rs 10937.

                          Is there any progress, i could see the complaint has been closed but i have not got any proper response or even my money has not been recovered.

                          As mentioned by sameer tondon -he has the cctv footage as well.

                          So could you please tell me what final action you have taken.

                          There are many cases and fraud is going on with the help of Bajaj executives as they are sharing the details of customers with fraudulent guys.

                            I have a policy num[protected] with bajaj allianz which is forclosed.Last month I had visited your Boisar branch to check the status to it they said that the cheque of Rs-27244 is been dispatched amd will recive in a week.
                            As i dint get any cheque i went back to verify after 15 days and was informed that your cheque of has been sent but there is a change in amt and now it is of Rs-22988 and will receive in a weeks time.
                            As again the same thing happened I diny receive the cheque I went for verification in boisar branch where i get a reply that your cheque is stail and we will be sending you a new cheque of Rs-20543.
                            I would like to know how the forclousure amt of cheque changes in just a span of 1month everytime I go to inquire about it.

                              There is a cooling problem in my Air conditioner and I had lodge a complaint at your customer care cell with complaint number OC[protected] dated 27th February.

                              The technician visited my place on 2nd march and stated that there is leakage in cooling coil and this needs to be replaced. After around 15 days I receive a call from your warranty department that this leakage could not be repaired.

                              Can someone from your team advise, why this leakage is happening every year, you can please check the service records that my AC got repaired every year for this leakage. Why this coil has not been replaced at first instance.

                                I bought ac from godrej and i taken the finance in bajaj and
                                All the instalment are clear and i took an extende warrenty thru bajaj
                                O i am not interested for extendedned warrenty due to bad service. My extended warent has been cancelled on 7th march 2017.

                                Many times but i have not yet received any responce from bajaj. Kindly look into this and refund my amount asap.

                                  Policy no [protected] Query no 65962433.I was told that proceeds will be credited to my Bank account within 7 days. Again they gave no 66152704 on reissuance. I spoke to Sameer on customer care no and he regretted that payt not done and it will take another 10 days. Surprised to hear this when all documents were submitted on 24th Feb 2017 and policy matured on 27th Feb 2017. Why should it take another 10 days and it is already overdue. I got payt from PNBMettlife within 5 days & from AXIS Mutual fund within 3 days. I REGRET having joined Bajaj Alliance and my intention of taking further policy now stands cancelled.                                       I am a new entrant with your firm with above policy and find a deplorable service at all levels from the company. Insurance company were quite bad in service in 70 to 90's but now majority of the company's render excellent service particularly the best one today is LIC with lightning response.
                                      But your company is still rendering services of 70 and 80's when nobody bothered to respond to any query.

                                      I had sent a truck load of mails to your customer care, personnel like Bonty, Pande and so ON. All i got was auto response. Are your personnel handiccapped??

                                      The premium on my policy is due on 25th March 2017 but you have already debited the amount on 7th March 2017. Please clarify why you want to loot me before I take up the matter with IRDA.

                                        Our company opened a salary account for me on citi bank 4 years back,
                                        While creating account, sales agent explained about the policy, like all the benifits, after creating the policy i came to know the real face of the policy.

                                        They said minimum 4 years lock period, i have completed my 4 years lock peroid, i called the customer care now and wanted to surrender the policy.

                                        They said my total amount paid till date is 96, 000 and they are going to cut 6000 as lots of chargers, they are telling a * reasons to dedcut it.

                                        I asked are you going to add any interested that the money i paid for! They are responding like nothing!

                                        What the hell!

                                        My lic money back policy is 1000 times better than this * policy.

                                        Citi bank - you are loosing your reputation due to this cheaters.

                                        I am planning to talk to my relative, who is working as advocate.

                                        Definitely i wont leave this.
