Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that my insurance company bajaj insurance is denying to provide me the full benefit of my car insurance policy.i have given my car for the claim process at Mayapuri Magic Auto, first of all the survey agent did not done survey on time and when he did he did not inform me via call that he had done the survey and what all they are paying for.

I called the body shop guy to know what is the status of the my car insurance they told the servery has done the survey and he denied giving the insurance for the front and back bumper.
I called the servery (named Hemant Kumar) to know why he denied for this, i explain him about the accident that occurred he promised me that he will call back but he did not.

Also he did not mention why he denied for the claim he just said the incident was not happen without knowing what has actually happens.

I am still calling him but no reply from the Agent .

    Your alloted person not responding well, always said busy and in meeting status. This is not good service from your end.

      My Life insurance policy No. [protected] which was matured on 10 Sept. 2016. I have raised query No. 64241390 dated 21/09/2016 to transfer my amount to Bank account. All documents are submitted to Bajaj Allianz Office at Shankarseth Road, 7 Love Chowk, Pune on 21/09/2016. Still today amount is not transferred to my account.

      Please transfer the amount to my account immediately & communicate the status of the same on phone / email.

        The chiranjeevi hospital (Allahabad) is listed in bajaj allianz insurance company limited for cashless hospitalization. But when i went for confirmation, the hospital administration denied to accept my cashless card (Og-[protected]-202316a) that i wanted to use that for my wife's c-section surgery. Administration told me that previously they accepted someone else's cashless card and they didn't get complete amount from insurance company so it was a loss for the hospital. I have emergency because my baby is in breech position and i was totally dependent to that card. I called insurance company's customer care and heard back that they will talk to the hospital and suggested me to visit another hospitals but the other cashless hospitals are very far and not upto the standard. This is really killing situation for me as well as my family. I would like to take a hard action against the insurance company and i also need compensation atleast 20% of sum assured on my policy.           I am writing this to you after facing loads of challenges at your contact center on[protected] and with malikarjun reg manager at [protected]

          I am your policy holder and my extended warranty policy number is og[protected]-00123214 and i registered a claim on 28th september 2016 and my claim number is oc[protected]-00000200 from then i have been given only and only wrong information by your customer service representatives and malikarjun

          I have bought an led tv in 2014 and being aware of insurance importance i have taken a bajaj extended warranty policy, however my decision is not turning out to be good!

          Whenever i called up call center they have failed to give me tat, they have failed to escalate calls to supervisor as they being busy either in meetings / not available on floor (Which i am sure not the truth, no inbound contact center operates without shift in-charge / tls/ qcs etc). However this is an example of how your executive provides wrong info to save on their aht or they are worried about their kpi/ kra/ slas but that is making your brand smaller and local than actual.

          I had technical person visited my home on 29th sept and declared that my led tv has issues with display panel which needs to be replaced, and bajaj will arrange for tv to be taken to repair work from my house and it was taken and it has been a month now and i have not received my tv back neither their is any details provided as to the status. Since this day i am chasing bajaj to return my tv

          I am really regretting my decisions of taking a consumer durable finance from bajaj, and taking extended warranty from bajaj

          However i am writing this with an expectation of someone in bajaj will have ethics to answer customers and to take their claims to settlement level. Also this can be used as another evidence to customer court / ombudsman / irda if my issues doesn’t get resolve and if you guys do not return my tv in proper working condition as soon as possible.

          I also expect your contact center has quality team and they would listen to these calls and take necessary actions.

          Hope early reply and resolution to my complaint and settlement of my claim.

              I opened a Bajaj Allianz Policy on 02/11/2007 with an one time investment of Rs.25000/-. It was told to me that 98% of fund was alotted to me. From the policy later on I have come to know that my fund is invested in EQUITY INDEX FUND -II. and alotted units to me was 1274.2499. But surprisingly when I surrender the policy it has been informed to me that my surrender value is only. Rs.8659.37.
              How an investment of Rs.25000 can become to Rs. 8659 after a period of 9 years?

                I purchase a mobile phone on 22 dec - 2015, sony z5 premium. it was insured by bajaj allianz general insurance (all risk policy). it was fall dawn in water on 6-oct-2016. i am submit all docs which they required proper, neat & clean. but after 25 days they are not call me & not any reply me.
                Than i call customer care, they send it was not neat & clean. which docs i send to insured company, same file i am attached. please check it.

                  Madam,

                  Sub: reminder to my earlier complaint forwarded through my lawyer on 26.10.2016 via e-mail and you have acknowledged the
                  Receipt of the same – regarding.


                  1. i have insured a motor car bearing registration no. tn02 ak 8224 of ford ikon 1.3 sohc flair model since my purchase on january 2011 and i annually renewed the policy insured under the private car package certificate – cum – policy schedule no. fba/[protected] for the period ending 11.01.2015 and the policy has been renewed for the current year 2016 vide certificate cum policy no. fba/[protected] on 08.01.2016 and the policy is in force.

                  2. i have paid premium of rs.4, 569/- for the year 2015 and a sum of rs.7, 846/- for the current year 2016 towards total own damage premium (a) apart from total liability covered under the package premium policy. i also paid premium of rs.9, 231/- under the head on own damage (a) i. e., vehicle and non-electrical accessories for the year 2015 and rs.8, 713/- for the year 2016.

                  3. my vehicle which is fully covered under the above valid insurance policies met with an accident on 02.12.2015 and the days following at flat no.1, plot no.1123, g-block, 1st street, anna nagar, chennai 40 and sustained damages on own fault. subsequently the vehicle was also damaged at koyambedu private bus operators stand where the front side left tyre got cut and the vehicle was made to stand in the incessant rainfall for 24 hours there itself. the said accidents were reported to insurer on 07.12.2015 through my car dealer m/s. chennai ford, arumbakkam, chennai. due to heavy rainfall and floods at chennai, due to the cessation of communication system there was a delay of 5 days to inform the insurer reporting damages caused to the vehicle.

                  4 (a) my vehicle also met with an another accident on 08.08.2016 at thana street, purasawakkam, chennai on own fault and raised claim on 10.08.2016 for replacement of front bumper and connected non-electrical parts and for damages caused to rear side left door and left side quarter panel. the surveyor surveyed the damages and he has approved only a sum of rs.8, 900/-, while the cost of the parts (bumper and other spares) against the actual cost works out to rs.12, 027/- (including taxes) and cost of labour rs.7, 401/- the total working out to rs.19, 428/-. if 50% depreciation for the parts is allowed the insurer have to indemnify a damages to a sum of rs.6, 000/- towards spare parts and rs.7, 401/- for the cost of labour which works out to rs.13, 401/- against the approved sum of rs.8, 900/-. thus a sum of rs.4, 501/- has been short approved by the surveyor.
                  (b) further the damages caused on the left back door was assessed to be rs.8, 465/- by m/s. chennai ford, poonamallee has not been approvedr. therefore i have been put to suffer monetary loss. hence there is short approval of rs.12, 966/- (rs.4, 501/- + rs.8, 465/-) by the surveyor which they are bound to indemnify the loss.

                  5 (a) the body shop work estimates for the claims made on 07.12.2015 works out to rs.50, 000/- before tax as per the estimation letter dated 03.09.2016 by m/s. chennai ford, poonamallee.
                  (b) as per the insurer’s letter dated 24.08.2016 addressed to me indicated that the preliminary assessed liability by the surveyor was works out to rs.8, 900/- which pertains to 2nd accident on 08.08.2016 and the insurer did not pay any attention to other damages claimed on 07.12.2015 which they termed it as old and accumulated in nature, though the insurer have settled the partial claim of approving ie., self-motor alone and palpably ignored the claims regarding body shop works and the cut tyre which was pending for more than 8 months with the insurer. it is pertinent to point out at this juncture that the surveyor has deliberately uncared for the assessment of other damages at the relevant point of time and the surveyor has chosen to report the damage to self motor among other damages and the claim was approved partially. i am entitled to claim damages under the cover of own damages as per the terms of policy certificate issued by the insurer.

                  6. as per the e-mail correspondence sent by the surveyor mr. naveen kumar on 29.09.2016 at 12.04 p. m. it is found that a sum of rs.8, 900/- (less tds) has been recommended by the surveyor and the claim is processed for rs.8, 900, only after re-inspection of the entire body shop work being done on 26.09.2016 and that too after an inordinate delay of 50 days and i have been put to suffer and made to incur monetary loss due to the said abnormal delay caused by the insurer in settling the claims thus it clearly tantamount to deficiency in service on the part of the insurer.

                  7. my legitimate claims regarding the own damage has been consciously delayed in survey of vehicle; then belated approval of claims; and then overlooking the other legitimate claims, which clearly amounts to deficiency in service for not allowing the claim of rs.63, 545/- (including taxes) towards damages for body shop works claims made on 7.12.2015 and rs.12, 966/- towards body shop work claims made on 08.08.2016, the claims raised on 10.08.2016, which totally works out to rs.76, 545/-.

                  8. i have been forced to settle the bill amount to chennai ford though the insurer have agreed to indemnify the damages failed to honour terms of policy contract.in view of the breach of agreement made in policy terms the insurer are also liable to pay compensation for deficiency in service in disregarding the legitimate claims and for the causing mental agony suffered by making numerous representations dated 10.08.2016, 22.08.2016, 15.09.2016, 19.09.2016 and 21.09.2016 and i quantify the compensation amount to sum of rs.1, 60, 000/- for the same since my vehicle was hiddling for 80 days (23 days) in december 2015 and (57 days) from 10.08.2016 to 05.10.2016.

                  9. my legal notice through my lawyer dated 17.10.2016 sent on 18.10.2016 by speed post with ack due which was received by the insurer on 19.10.2016 and it is not evoked with any response. therefore i prefer a complaint to your goodself on 26.10.2016 and you have ensured redressal at your end within 48 years, either i or my advocate is responded to the complaint. therefore this reminder is issued for disposal of my complaint.

                  I hereby request you to instruct the insurer to reimburse the sum of rs.76, 545/- paid to m/s. chennai ford, poonamallee vide their invoice no. rripg03427bl, dated 05.10.2016 to me together with the cost of estimated to rs.5, 500/- and rs.2, 500 towards the cost of horn and further pay a sum of rs.1, 60, 000/- towards compensation for deficiency in service as mentioned above immediately. basil miranda

                    I took loan to buy Samsung microwave oven. When I took this microwave oven Bajaj fiance guy told me that i would get 2 Year extended warranty. I opted of that. By putting 1250 Rs.                       Respected Sir / Madam,

                      I am writing this to you after facing loads of challenges at your contact center on[protected] .

                      I am your policy holder and my extended warranty policy number is OG[protected]-00114173 and I registered a claim on 23rd Oct 2016 and my claim number is OC[protected]-00001897 from then I have been given only and only wrong information by your customer service representatives.

                      I have bought an LED TV in 2014 and being aware of insurance importance I have taken a Bajaj Extended warranty policy, (here I chose Bajaj over TATA being associated to Bajaj through ) however my decision is not turning out to be good!

                      Whenever I called up call center they have failed to give me TAT, they have failed to escalate calls to supervisor as they being busy either in meetings / not available on floor (which I am sure not the truth, no Inbound contact center operates without shift in-charge / TLs/ QCs etc). however this is an example of how your executive provides wrong info to save on their AHT or they are worried about their KPI/ KRA/ SLAs but that is making your brand smaller and local than actual.

                      I had technical person visited my home on 24th and declared that my LED TV has issues with display panel which needs to be replaced, and BAJAJ will arrange for TV to be taken to repair work from my house. Since this day I am chasing BAJAJ to arrange repair work for me. On 25th Oct afternoon I have been fooled by your representative saying they have arranged for required transport and TV will be taken from my home today to get the work done while I asked contact number for transport person I was informed that he is on bike and can not answer calls hence he could not share numbers with me ! however he is on his way to my home….to my surprise no one reached my home.

                      I am really regretting my decisions of buying Panasonic TV (which gives such a major issues within 2 years), taking a consumer durable finance from Bajaj, and taking extended warranty from Bajaj over TATA.

                      However I am writing this with an expectation of someone in Bajaj will have ethics to answer customers and to take their claims to settlement level. Also this can be used as another evidence to customer court / ombudsman / IRDA if my issues doesn’t get resolve.

                      I also expect your contact center has Quality team and they would listen to these calls and take necessary actions.

                      Hope early reply and resolution to my complaint and settlement of my claim.

                        i renewed my policy 20 days before the expiration of it the broker came to my home inspected my car and give me a receipt of his office and collected the cheque car till last date that is yesterday
                        he have not even given me a receipt of my car policy i called him he answered rudely and sid to me i will give tomorrow i waited till next day then he have not updated me any thing so today he mailed me my policy which i have mentioned the number above and changed my address to south saket i have show him all required document also given him pictures of all required documents through whatsaap he still have not given me any reply and now he is not even responding to my calls i asked him yesterday i also want to renew my two more cars insurance if you will treat me like this i wont get it renew from you he said yes you can go anywhere i do not care hope you can help me OR with all documents, call recordings and whtasaap data i have to go further waiting IF YOU WANT I CAN ENCLOSE SCREENSHOT OF THEM.

                          My name is Md Ashif Ansari, I have policy in in your insurance co, plan name Bharti Axa Life Flexi Save, policy no[protected], having sum assured of Rs 3, 32, 918 and premium amout is Rs 41, 236.10, I paid the the first installment by credit card for full year through my policy agent, he pressurize me for full premium at one time . so I did like that he didn't share me the full term condition of this policy,
                          He did policy and just went walk away, I try to contact him but his phone is switch off. I am not able to pay this big amount premium in every year and I am not able to survive my first payment as loss.
                          so please refund my amount, I don't want to harass anymore, otherwise I have to go with legally way as through consumer court or IRDAI authority .

Also while contacted to insrance official/ customer care officer he has informed that dr. Siremdra pd, b. Sc, mbbs (Am) is not qualified doctor as per your norms. Where as in 2015 my daughter had taken treatment from same hospital / same doctor too vide claim no. Oc[protected]-00003348 dtd. 04.06.2015 all ready pay but this time bajajallianz not pay.

                            What patient authority verified doctor's certificate. Not a my fault mediclaim released bajaj allianz last 2015 than my family treatment same hospital /doctor., 2016. My claim amount rs.26349.00 + rs 13275.00. Sir, all ready i pay amount of the july 2106, sir i mentally disturbed and crises of the money due to bajajallianz not pay.

                            This is with reference to your request in IRDAI Token no.[protected] regarding claim details, your issue no. 64381129.

                            We wish to inform you that as below :

                            Your claim no. OC[protected]-[protected] GMC-[protected]-2002078C) and OC[protected]-[protected] GMC-[protected]-2002078A) has been repudiate due below reasons:

                            1. OC[protected]-[protected] GMC-[protected]-2002078C) : Verification of claim documents reveals aforesaid claimant was hospitalized for treatment of Acute Pain Abdomen under care of Dr.Dr. Surendra Prasad . On scrutiny f the claim it has been verified that the treating doctor's qualification is MBBS(A.M- alternative medicine ).Also his registration number is not found in MCI register and any state medical council register.

                            2. OC[protected]-[protected] GMC-[protected]-2002078A) : Verification of claim documents reveals aforesaid claimant was hospitalized for treatment of Pain in Lower Abdomen with Bleeding Per Vaginum under care of Dr. Surendra Prasad who does not hold a recognized qualification. We regret to inform you the claim stands repudiated as the policy does not extend benefit for any hospitalization undergone for treatment on advice a doctor not holding a valid and subsisting license, granted by the appropriate licensing authority, and not acting within the scope of his license.

                            Said issue has been resolved from our end hence we are closing IRDAI Token no.[protected] from our end.

Rs. 40, 000), Sir i claim same hospital and same doctor 2015 release all amounts bajaj allianz .your internal quality team was sleeping 2015.your team not warned me 2015 this doctor registration number is not found in MCI register.you not treatment this hospitals and Doctors in the further bajaj allianz not pay your claim. that was your responsibility, not a patient. Not a my fault please release my amount and next time i not taken & my family treatment same hospital /doctor. Sir i mentally disturbed and crises of the money.

                                    I have purchased a led micromax tv 49" in pai international, under bajaj finserv, madinaguda, hyderabad. Took an extended warranty.
                                    Policy number : og[protected]-00181680
                                    Asset invoice number : madi-1109
                                    Asset invoice date : 20-oct-2014

                                    Now i have a small repair in the product and bajaj allianz has denied and cancelled my claim without any notice.
                                    On further inquiry i was informed that the claim cannot be processed without invoice.
                                    But we have a valid policy document with all the details of invoice included in the same.
                                    Further i was not convinced how a policy document cannot be authentic since a policy cannot be generated without an invoice in the first place.

                                    My claim is pending for almost a month now. And i need immediate attention to the claim.

                                      I had purchased a bajaj allianz extended warranty (Policy no og[protected] along with my 51" samsung plasma tv in 2014, worth rs 76500/-.
                                      Recently due to a problem with the display, i raised a claim (Claim no oc[protected] with bajaj allianz in mid-august.
                                      Their affiliate in mumbai, best electronics (Sher-e-punjab, andheri east) picked up the tv on 30th august 2016. Since then they have never contacted me for an update on the fix for the tv. I have constantly followed up on the status and they always gave me the same answer that the replacement panel is awaited from the company.

                                      It has been almost 2 months since they have picked up my tv and there has been no resolution yet. For the last 2 weeks, they have even stopped replying to my phone calls.

                                      This is not just frustrating but also very alarming as i am not sure whether they will every return my tv.
                                      I have sent numerous emails to bajaj allianz customer care ([protected]@bajajallianz.co.in) also but have not received any response from them.

                                      Please let me know whether this will ever be fixed and will i be able to get my tv back.
