    I am having the above policy sinceJuly 2007 and invested Rs80000/ over 4years. Since the fund did not perform I stopped contribution and sought for refund now
    I received totally Rs105591 which did not work out SB interest in banks.To maka record straight the a/c stmt showed Rs 29369 as on 18/7/2015.Now when I wanted refund after a year, I received only Rs18591 after deducting 6859 as penalty. And I lost nearly 10000/ in a year for keeping in the fund. Probably Bajaj pays hefty salary to Fund Managers who do not perform and suck the blood of investors.
    While other MFs Perform why Bajaj is not? Unless Govt takes some action the investors will be taken for a ride.
    I want the fund to refund the penalty of Rs 6859

      I have purchased extended warranty for my AC from Bajaj Allianz (EWOC[protected] and made a complaint that my AC is not working via complaint number "OC[protected]" on 25th Aug.

      Since then I am chasing the customer care department for its resolution. I have been told continuously that complaint is still "in progress" and I will be provided with resolution.

      I have received call from service centre, the technician are coming to 27/8/16, but unfortunatley nobody come.
      Again 28/8/16 I got c call from technician (mobil no. [protected], [protected]) they will definitely come, but the whole day we were waiting for them, evening I calledup then say not coming today. Finaly one technician came for inspection, after 5 days they are not getting approval from bajaj. They already charge for Rs. 2100/- for extended warranty, but never given services to customers.
      We prefer to select Bajaj extended warranty, because its a reputed company we think services should get timely, but I never expect this kind of poor service from Bajaj Allianz.

      May I request you to please look into this matter and help me in getting this resolved ASAP.

        Dear Mr.Harshal Joshi ( Deputy Manager Motor claims),

        I have received first reminder latter from your office on 29/08/2016.

        As per discus with you at your office on 29/08/2016, My vehicle' wiring damages occurs by RAT BITING.

        On accidental date -07/08/2016, my car was not started so my car toeing by bajaj allianz toeing vehicle from my parking to down town Hyundai on 11/08/2016(4 day late process already describe in previous) .

        after inspection carried out by Hyundai surveyor, i come to know that my vehicle's wiring damaged but i don't know how to become damage of wiring.On 13/08/2016 bajaj allianz's surveyor Mr. Jaydeep Koshiya inspected my car. I have also inspected my car on 16/08/2016 & i shown that the wiring was damaged by Rat biting.

        For evidence of rat bite, you have sufficient photographs and all photographs prove that. For more evidence other spot inspection also carried out by Mr. Jaydeep Koshiya on 29/08/2016 at my parking place & near by place of car parking and take photographs for evidence. evidently rat biting is shown in photographs.

        Today you have enough evidence to prove that the damage was occurs by rat bite.

        If evidence as photograph are not sufficient to prove rat bite then you can prove that by other laboratory test or any other test by your knowledge by your cost. for more evidence your team will be again inspect my car in my present.

        After confirm that the damage occurs by rate bite,

        If any damages are occurs by any type of animal, birds, etc (By your knowledge). then it is say as accidental external means damage.

        As per Private car pakage policy of bajaj allianz, Page no. 13 of 24, Section-I:-loss or damage to the vehicle insure, clause no-vi ( 6):- by accidental external means, bajaj allianz must liable for my claim payment.

        Rat bit claims always payable in other company's policy and also in bajaj allianz's policy as knowledge of me .

          Hi,

          This is priyanka jha and i want to inform you that i had taken the policy no-o g[protected]-00001950. At the time of taking this policy, it was categorically informed that tuberculosis will be covered and considered under the same. But at the time of hospitalization when i checked with relevant authority, i was shocked to hear an outright decline. The person with whom i interacted i. E. Pooja executive, told me after checking her immediate superior (Voice was audible to me), suggested to pass this information to get admitted in the govt hospital as this disease is not covered under insurance.

          Request your immediate intervention in getting it thoroughly checked and share the precise information in this regard so that i can further proceed for legal actions based on the documents i have been provided with.

            I have purchased a Micro max TV and the same is under extended warranty under Bajaj alliance I have paid the premium In full. I have registered my claim as follows. On the basis the service team of Bajaj had taken the unit in the last week of August. I am being sent pillar to post for the past fifteen days . My repeated mails and call to service team has not yield any results. Service technician is reluctant to give information about Spare part to be changed, brand name of the spare, cost of the spare, etc. Insurance company is also not responding to may mail. Hereunder am reroduing the mail sent to them

            I need the serviced product today itself I cannot wait any more than 20 days . Worst service technician ever I have seen and not transparency in all your activity so far

            The problem is prolonging for the past two weeks. I need transparency in service. I spoke to your authorised person Mr. Felix @ [protected]. I have asked for estimate of the spare parts and also job sheet showing the Spare part replaced, cost of the same, brand name of the spare parts etc. He is particular about collecting 10% of the money and he said he will not give any invoice bill for the service under taken. He categorically denied. This is not proper on the part of Bajaj. I need all the information . I have paid insurance premium it is my privilege and right to ask the information to my satisfaction. I need transparency in each and every transactions.

            still my claim has not been settled I have contacted Mr Feliex [protected] and he said he is ready with spares and it is bajaj who have not accord sanction to my claim and hence the case is pending No response to my mails But your are giving mail ids. No human being available to speak at customer care. No body is there to chat also .

            No other go way to the customer who are being sent pillar to post

              Hi i am vinod kumar bhasyam am staying in london.my mother arrived here on march 3rd week to visit us.after 2 weeks she suddenly got the blood vomtings and we allowed to join in the nhs for paud services.nhs will not allow the direct online transactions with insurance company.so we thought we pay and then claim.we informed ti insurance company ehen my mom admitted in hospital.after getting the bills from hospitalwe started the claim process april.we still chasing the people for the claim.we havnt receved any money from them

              Atleast there shpuld be some response about the ststus but surptisingly not.we are calling the cudtomer care daily customer care, each and every time they are telling 7 days 7days.but i dint understood what is 7 days means.we escalated to next through mail.there is no reply from them.they are just ignoring our mail.it is really shame of them to do like this kind cheating.

              It is their rsponsibility to attend the customers.i can say bajaja allianz is very vety very bad bad and eorst insurance in the whole world. My mother in law coming vidit us on october but this time i will not do a mistake by choosing bajaj allianz.

                      I bought an Extended Warranty Policy from Bajaj, policy number: OG[protected]-00107429.
                      It is for my Sony Bravia LED TV.
                      Beginning of Aug-2016 my TV stopped working so I called Bajaj's customer care and I had to call them and request them several times then finally they sent a technician on 9th Aug 2016.
                      Bajaj Allianz sent this technician from some Best Electronic which is located to Plot No. 148, G/2 Ajit Building, Sher-A-Punjab Road, Near Tolani College, Andheri (East), Mumbai-93.
                      This technician detected a problem in motherboard and he took it with him. He told me, he has to take that nonworking motherboard to show as a sample to the company. I requested him to take a picture instead of taking physically but he refused my request.

                      Now it has passed already a 20 days but I have not received any single call or message from Bajaj or Best Electronic. Whenever I called Best Electronic, they always and only told me to call Bajaj's helpline number. Whenever I called Bajaj's helpline, they always told me "it will be done within 3-4 days". Also Bajaj helpline has always given me other numbers to ask for the same. Why do I try other numbers when I don't reach to those numbers and I don't get satisfied answer too.

                      Recently they both started relying me, it will be done when new motherboard will be available. Ultimately they started giving answer which is not acceptable.

                      Finally I requested to Best Electronic to return my nonworking motherboard back so I can get it repaired from my own pocket but they told me they can not give it back.
                      Also I requested Bajaj to refund my policy premium amount and they also don't want to give.

                      Will I be cheated by Bajaj Allianz? Because here my motherboard and policy premium amount, both things are gone.

                      I am very much requesting you all to please help me and get me out from this.

                        It’s been more 2 months and I’ve not received the Claim amount yet. I've not received any updates from the Customer care over email or the Bajaj guys. this is one of the Worst services I've have received and the Claim process is all manual and need to reach out to multiple people. Each time i need to reach out to a different person to get things going forward

                        I raised the request on : 16 of Aug and it’s been a month since I’ve done the payment and waiting for the Refund. Very Bad Experience and hectic refund process. Never i would suggest any of my Motor friends to go for this Company.

                          I have purchased extended warranty for my AC from Bajaj Allianz (EWOC[protected] and made a complaint that my AC is not working via complaint number "OC[protected]" on 30th July.

                          Since then I am chasing the customer care department for its resolution. I have been told continuously that complaint is still "in progress" and I will be provided with resolution.

                          I have been given numbers of various persons, Mr Harmeet([protected]), Mr Vishal([protected]), Mr Bhuivnesh (RM-[protected]), Mrs Rita Franco(email).

                          Since then I am trying to call all above concerned persons but their phones are always switched off.

                          I have also sent a written request to Mrs Rita and to customer care in this regards.

                          I called the technician department[protected] and I was quite shocked to learned that my complaint is already been closed on 4th August and seems like customer care people are making fool out of me by providing in-correct status every week.

                          After lots of chase, finally a technician visited my home on 13th August and told me that they require a fix on PCB board. He took the board and told me that the repair will be done in 2-3 days.

                          However since then, neither the repaired board came, nor technician is picking up the phone (Mr Hardeep).

                          Upon calling the claims department, for almost 15 minutes I am hearing "All are technicians are busy, please hold the line" and then someone picks up the phone and immediately disconnects.

                          I have also made a written complaint on www.core.nic.in (Government addressable system) with complaint ID - 247195.3.2016

                          May I request you to please look into this matter and help me in getting this resolved ASAP.

                            I wish to bring to your kind notice the most unethical, arrogant, and insensitive behavior on part of agent and local nagpur branch personnel.
                            Initially when the policies were made, i had very strongly resisted to the to reduce the amount of the premiums to 30-50, 000 so that we could continue the policies for safer period of time. he never listened to us and disrespected our feeling and forcibly handed over the policies. since i had to leave to foreign countries, i had no time to persue the matter. hence the second premium was paid with great difficulties through the loan i took from maxlife insurance co. another policy was remained unpaid. i have now no money to pay and in addition the loan to pay. i am now retired from service. i approached several times to the branch office nagpur but i got no response, i now feel that all my money i earned so far (to the tune of 480, 000 rs is duped. the agent is largely to be blamed for his arrogance who never tried to help me. he was only interested to take his huge chunk of commission. i donot know what to do now. i feel that i am being cheated. i have to money to meet both the end. hence i request you to intervene in the matter and help out of this impass.

                              This is to inform you that. I have a sony bravia, model no klv-32r412c1n5, (It was under 2 years extended warrenty) on date of 26 jul. I found there was a thin line over there. Then i contact to bajaj allinz claim division policy no og[protected]-00178351, then after two days some your personnel was visit and tells me that its panel was defected it must be replaced. My claim no was oc[protected]-00001234 they take out my television at 07/08/2016 after that today is 20 aug, no follow up from their side, what is the commitment date of delivery, uncertainty can you tell me how much time it will take for that, every time i contact with them and they tells me two more days it will take, i am also working honda at customer care division and bajaj allianz also a big division is this the proper way for customer handling, i shall be highly obliged if you kindly take the necessary step for rectify my problem and immediately return back my television with rectify the problem, waiting for your reply.

                                We have taken policy from the bajaj allianz life insurance company on year 2008. But both the policies admin charges has charged by the company wrongly.

                                For policy no [protected], premium 10000

                                As per company policy administration charge will be charged only for first five policy years at the rate as follows:

                                If single premium is less than rs.25, 000, then policy administration charge is rs. 300 p. A. Inflating at 5% p. A.
                                If single premium is greater than or equal to rs.25, 000, then policy administration charge is rs. 600 p. A. Inflating at 5% p. A.


                                According to above scenario my annual premium is less than rs 25000 then they are you deduct the policy admin charges more than rs 300 per annum.

                                Policy administration charge will be charged only for first five policy years but still these deductions are continued after the first five years.

                                That’s why my fund value didn’t increase after the 8 years of policy issuance.

                                We have taken policy from the Bajaj Allianz life insurance company on year 2008. But both the policies admin charges has charged by the company wrongly.

                                Policy number - [protected], Premium - 25000

                                As per company policy administration charge will be charged only for first five policy years at the rate as follows:

                                If single premium is less than rs.25, 000, then policy administration charge is rs. 300 p. A. Inflating at 5% p. A.
                                If single premium is greater than or equal to rs.25, 000, then policy administration charge is rs. 600 p. A. Inflating at 5% p. A.

                                Policy Administration Charge will be charged only for first five policy years but as we seen the detail fund statement and found that deduction of policy admin charges still continue after the first five years.

                                Also check the policy admin charges as the deduction is more than 600 Rs per annum. Policy issued on Feb’08 and the policy admin charges start for deduct ion on the same month as we check Feb’08 to Nov’08 policy admin charges had deducted 50 Rs/ month but Dec’08 and Jan’09 deduction charges more than 50 Rs.

                                Service Tax on Policy Admin Charge: As the same is start for deduction on 19th Dec'08 however policy has been issued on 20th Fed'08. Why these charges are applied after 10 months of policy issuance?

                                Please look into this as the my fund value is less against the paid premium in 8th years running policy.

                                  My car insurance was due for renewal on july 25, 2016. I issued the cheque a week before july 25, 2016 and the amount was debited on july 25, 2016. However, i still have not received cover note or a policy till date.

                                  When i reached out to the agent, he put me to one mr. Manjunath at the office of bajaj allianz, rajajinagar, bangalore. He assured to call back and never called. He has now started disconnecting my calls.

                                  I am not able to take my car out as i do not have the policy.

                                  This is utter negligence on part of the people at bajaj allianze and if this is the kind of service expected from bajaj, better go to other companies for insurance.

                                  I have been constantly calling the office and i do not get any response. I have no clue on what could be the issue.

                                  I have attempted many a times to discuss the issue, but no response.

                                  I may have to file a police complaint against the company for misusing the funds.
