I purchased a Samsung Smart TV Model no. UA32f5500AR on 30/06/2014 from Samsung Plaza Chennai, financed by Bajaj Allianz.

I registered a complaint on 09/08/2016, complaint no.: OC [protected] on my Samsung Smart TV regarding disruptive picture, and automatic turn on and off of the TV by itself.

Below is a timeline of the complaint and the consequent actions.

09/08/2016: Complaint no.: OC [protected] registered.

26/08/2016: Mr. S.R. Jaganathan from the respective service center picked up the TV for service.

28/08/2016: The service center informed me that the front panel would need to be replaced, and promised to install a new panel for the TV, and that it was already ordered within an expected delivery of 7 days.

05/09/2016: The service manager, Mr. Felix conveyed to me that the front panel was replaced, and the TV must be kept in observation for two days in order to verify the functioning.

However, I did not receive the TV within the two days. Despite my calls to check on the status of the TV, the service center failed to deliver the repaired TV within the promised time.

15/09/2016: The "repaired" TV was delivered to my residence around 7 PM. During the time it was delivered, I found the TV was delivered with only 4 screws in the back cover, instead of 12 screws. I showed this immediately to the delivery person who said that they would bring the remaining screws as soon as possible, but still hasn't returned with the screws as of today, 09/30/2016. I was charged Rs. 13, 500 for the replaced panel under insurance. Additionally, I paid Rs. 1, 950 for deductible and transport charges.

16/09/2016: The next morning, I also discovered that the panel was in fact not replaced. I emailed Mr. Mallika Arjun of Bajaj Allianz regarding this false replacement. Mr. Mallika assured that he would sort out the issue but did not get back to me.

19/09/2016: The TV was completely dead, and did not even turn ON. Until today, the TV continues to remain non-functional. I immediately logged this complaint to Mr. Felix who then said that the motherboard had to be replaced.

24/09/2016: Mr. Felix along with his service technician inspected the TV at my residence, and agreed that the front panel was in fact not replaced, and the authorities at the service center agreed to provide me with a new TV.

Following the last correspondence with Mr. Felix at my residence, I have not received any information regarding the status of this registered complaint. We have photo proofs of the above listed, and can send them to you per request.

Please bear in mind that this is not the first instance of a falsification in the repair by the service center. I faced the similar situation in June 2015 for the same TV where the exact repairs were identified but the service center did not replace the front panel nor the motherboard. After being confronted, the service center replaced the TV with a new motherboard and front panel at my presence, and refunded my paid charges and the insurance cost of my complaint.

This situation has been deeply disappointing and agonizing as a consumer and customer, especially when we have been with Bajaj Allianz for over 15 years. We have been without a TV for over a month, and been accommodating to the repeated wait and service quality during this time.

Per your personnel advice, I also sent an email to Pratibha Lole but haven't heard from her either.

I kindly request you to take immediate action regarding this complaint, and would appreciate a quick resolution to this problem.

    I purchased the policy for my bike on 13thsept. I have done everything but I am not getting any response. Payment has been done but i didnt get any document or mail for the same. Even my policy no. not generated and told me to give details as they have some technical issues, i already provided details but no action has been taken. If i call customer care they just told wait for 24hrs your complaint has been raised and you willl get the response but till now nothing happens.
    Everyday i am calling customer care but no response till now. They just told me to wait for 24/48 hrs. No response yet. I even mailed them but no response.
    Priyanka.Gajbhiv who told me to give information and after providing the information no response from her. Below are the mention emailid which i have cc my situation but no one replied.

      I must say bajaj allianz should be banned in india as this company employs only crooked and dishonest agents/branch managers who misguide innocent customers specially the beginners with their false promises. I bought the invest plus policy from bajaj allianz manager nitin gawand in 2009 when i was just earning 8000 per month on the false promises that this is a sort of fixed deposit and you will get guaranteed returns - 7% to be fixed in financial year 2009-10 and the company will fix this guaranteed return %age at the start of every financial year. From august 2009 - sept 2016 i have paid a premium of 1 lakh each year amounting to 8 lacs total premium and the current accrued maturity value is 8, 35, 000... Where is the guaranteed returns... Bajaj allianz has looted me and my hard earned money by not disclosing the full facts at the time of selling this products and now if i want to surrender this policy they are charging very high penalty that the accrued maturity value is going into negative numbers... Please help me in fighting with these corrupt people who are liars and just to achieve their sales target making their innocent customers fool. Moreover if any representative of the company had informed me that the returns on this policy are not good i might not have invested a large chunk of my hard earned money and surrendered it way back without bearing much loss. Also he kept the policy term 25 years so that he and bajaj allianz can reap the benefits for a longer period... I am very dishearten and disappointed as i am on the verge of losing my hard earned money...

      Dear Team,

      I have spoken with the concerned person but I have a request if you can't increase the value of my Investments so the same way you can't deduct anything from my hard earned money, you people have already looted me a lot by putting so many hidden charges on my money . This policy has not given any returns so far(7% as promised in 2009-10), I don't have any problem with any specific person but yes I do have concerns with the Product and the company who are making and selling such products to customers and also there penalty charges are very high that if you have invested 8 Lacs in 8 Years you will get 7.5 Lacs ????What is this rubbish ??? During these 8 years you have already made so many deductions by putting lots of different charges now why are Bajaj allianz wants more money...I will make sure that other investors will not fall into your trap...

        Below are the details of the call:

        Call received from #: +91 [protected]
        Topic discussed: unclaimed dividend of rs.2, 89, 748/- on investments of hdfc equity linked fund (there is no such investment done for my policy fund)

        Mr. vinit agarwal (i'm sure the identity is incorrect) spoke to me saying that he is from bajaj allianz audit department and that i have a claim o[censored]npaid dividend of above mentioned amount which they will release if i had an insurance policy from hdfc.

        He then transferred the call to mr. abhimanyu khurana (again incorrect identity) for him to verify and confirm the credit of funds to my account directly.

        I got a doubt on them when they said they are calling from audit department of bajaj allianz from delhi and wanted to verify the same by calling customer care. they also gave a mobile # (+91 [protected]) to contact them after purchasing hdfc policy directly.

        I would like to bring this to your notice to take actions to curb such agencies / people who try to take advantage of innocent people. i am not sure how they got the details of my bajaj allianz policy to the update about the last premium amount i paid. when they disclosed the facts about my policy, i almost believed them to be true. but when i confirmed with the customer support about my details, i was comforted to know that there was no investment done in any of hdfc products for which i would have dividend due.

        Please escalate this to cybercrime and see that these thugs are taken good care of.

        Received similar call from[protected] Manish Sharma and then from[protected] Meenakshi Chopra.
        Received similar call from[protected] claiming to be from Max Life insurance, luring me to buy a policy from someone (other company like HDFC) to claim my own money back.

        How these people get our information, I'm not sure - likely exiting employees of insurance companies steal and sell such data.

          Policy no. Og[protected]-00341735. I have lg led tv which has a extended warranty with bajaj allianz. We have a white spots appreance on our tv and so i made a complaint on 21st of this month. Till date i have not received any call back from bajaj allianz. Complaint no. Oc[protected]. We have made calls to customer service everyday but they take new request of our complaint and then do nothing. Please resolve this issue.

            Date of purchase : 5th november-2015

            I met with an accident, on mysore - bangalore highway. where my body lining of car has been damaged. i have a feedback from the insurance company survey office (who is independent) did the survey and approved the partial amount of claim (considering the one incident damage was occurred in two times)

            Three motor cyclist was racing on mysore - bangalore highway and there have reached a possible speed in competing, one racer had hit my car on right hand side trail light and body lining, and another bike was involved scratch of body lining with a dent of left door which was stopped at the signal with the intention of chase and cross covering from the signal

            There was accidental damage occurred on body lining (both left and right) of car due to the hit and scratch off the bike in that speed. and /with there is no damage occurred to property /life, and there was no major / minor casualties occurred.
            We couldn't get hold of the motor cyclist in the responsive time that we have taken to understand the incident - motorcyclist has already left the accidental spot in the fraction.

            There are couple of issues with my insurance vendor bajaj alliance

            I tried reaching on bajaj alliance customer care which i could not able to reach customer cars from toll free,
            I reached a customer care by paid number and i raised a claim request and customer care promised me, my car will undergo for survey in 24 hours and i have update with in 24 hours.
            It took 48 hours and my chase up to get the survey done.
            After 72 hours i received a first approval for few of my damaged items (replace right side tail lamp. replace rear bumper. repair & paint right side quarter panel. repair & paint left side front door.5. repair & paint left side running board.)
            When i raised a concern about the left hand side body lining - survey officer denied and they completely to took out left side body panel.

            Additionally : survey officer informed me that his the other dent would have occurred with some other reason. even after clear explanation over phone and repeated chase up i don't have any response from the claim officer.

            I called 3 times - my calls are ignored. on 4th time claim officer denied to update about the claim stating office hours closure.

            I would request you to kindly take this as complaint. i had left my car in vinayak skoda and its already been 4 days and continuing, due to this i am facing lot of hassles in transport delays and mental stress in chasing for these things apart from my work. please find the below communication took place. i want this to sorted as soon as possible as i do not have alternate transport option to my office work.

            I have not paid partial amount to insure my car and life to accept the partial claim - then what would be need of insuring car?

            I will be sending you all the email copies / photos of damages occurred / screenshot of call history / receipt of vinayak car garage to below address

            First three is already approved.

            Fourth & fifth one is not related to the cause of accident (its not a two wheeler hit)
            Six one can be approve on the benefit of doubt.
            Above approval is the final.
            Just in case if you know, bike also has mud guard, handle, foot rest, and also brake peddle on right hand side (which is left hand to my car) - if some one touches over a certain speed scratches will occur. and the door dent and lower body rail dent occurred bike leg gaurd, break peddle and foot rest (depending on the angle of slang of bike)

            I cannot accept your final approval, i can only accept for complete damage not for partial. i am going to copy irda from my email and i dont have chase being a victim.

            Please refer my complete email declaration, and also i have given the written statement on the policy claim paper submitted with a clear indication what was happened - and the same i have given clear explanation over call as well and i hope you have already taken snap of it.
            We are not doing any charity here - i am asking my right to claim with the incident occurred and i pay insurance only to secure my complete vehicle and life - neither i have paid a partial amount to insure partial service.

              I purchased travel insurance on 8-july-2016 with start date of 13-july-2016. i asked them to provide the list of participating doctors where i am travelling and they could not provide that list even after two days. so i decided to cancel as i was not feeling confident enough with this service. i went to local office and submitted the requested documents in person for cancellation on the 12-july-2016. they said money would be refunded in 15 days but it's been close to 3 months and there is no update from the company. there is no response from the customer service via email or phone.

                  My car Volkswagen Polo HR20Z6318 got minor accident in Sector 46 gurgaon market speed breaker. Due to this mobile oil of car got leaked. I immediately used bajaj alianz road side assistance toying service and sent car to service center. After inspection Volkswagen body shop concluded car engine got seized, as per them if mobile oil gets leaked car engine gets seized within 30 seconds.

                  Volkswagen body-shop come up with estimate of 4, 26, 000 to replace engine however car IDV is 4, 06, 000 so the case was going towards total loss. Volkswagen bodyshop also suggested engine short block part replacement which may cost around 2, 75, 000.

                  All these things were discussed with Bajaj Alianz surveyor, manager and Volkswagen bodyshop AGM in a conference call. Bajaj Alianz wanted to go with engine repair prospect but Volkswagen AGM clearly said Volkswagen senior technician does not recommend repair as there are lining on piston and engine will broke down again in future. Still unfortunately Bajaj Alianz come up with repair approved estimate and with 1 month repair warranty. If after repair engine gets broke down again car is of no use and it may also risk someone's life. Engine current run is only 56k.

                  I hereby request you to please help me in getting justice either by engine part short block replacement or if estimates are high I am ok with total loss with complete IDV settlement. I have attached Volkswagen bodyshop initial estimate 4, 26, 000, approved estimate by bajaj alianz and toying receipts.

                  Below is brief-up:

                  1. Accident date - 7th of July ~5:30 PM near Sector 46 market Gurgaon
                  2. Toying to Sector 52 volkswagen service center from sector 46 - 7th of July ~6:30 PM

                  I called on number[protected] mentioned in Avnish signature. Avnish was not available and spoke to Virender. Got to know from Virender, engine has not been dismantle yet and he is expecting to get it done by workshop in next 30 mins. Post that, Avnish will be doing further inspection by today.

                  Spoke with Harish AGM workshop and he confirmed the same.

                  Can I expect status on daily basis in email? When can i expect claim settlement, any tentative date?

                  Could you please advice how did you conclude engine repair is the best option instead of Engine part replacement (Short Block)?

                  I have been told by Harish earlier that Volkswagen technician is Not suggesting for Engine repair by looking at the engine condition as it may broke down again in future. This was the reason Engine part replacement (Short Block) was suggested.

                  If you are confident engine repair would not cause any issue related to engine in near future at-least for next 1 year considering just 56k engine run as of and most importantly there would not be any compromise with human safety, please go ahead with repair.

                  If you are going with repair as a temporary solution just to settle down claim please do not proceed.

                  Please note Volkswagen would be liable for any issue related to engine in near future.

                          The bajaj allianz team has approached me regarding renewal of car insurance, they proposed me we will pay higher IDV for car as a welcome benefit so shift from icici lombard. For the same they sent me a price quote for my car insurance which is expiring on september 2016. On the month of septmeber they received a cheque from me for the same and told they will clear it in two or three days. After 10 days i received a policy having very low IDV value of the car compared to the quote. For the same they told me the amount he told was only for month of august not for september, which was not mentioned anywhere in the quote. Finally another thing they failed to deposit the cheque in the stipulated time and so on my cheque got returned, The reason given by them is since we had inspection in our office we did not do any work for 1 week so we didnot send you cheque for clearance. Now i have sent a mail to them not to go forward with the policy and i have renewed my old policy itself. Because of irresponsible business executives in Chennai i have been put to hardship of cheque return and improper insurance value. The worst in insurance companies, i would recommend everyone to continue with your original policy provider instead of going with new ones.

                            Bajaj Allianz Extended Warranty for my LG G4 mobile

                            My LG G4 phone has extended warranty for 36 months. I have claimed my extended warranty on 12-Aug-2016. On regular followups one of the persons from bajaj took my phone on 17-Aug-2016. They said it will be solved in 3 working days. Today is 14-sep-2016. Its been one month, still there is no proper response from the people and no update where my LG G4 mobile is.

                            I have contacted customer care many times. A complaint is also registered against the case. The Issue no is: 63971485. And they said the concerned people will call in 3 days. No call from them till now.

                            Everytime when I call them, they said "Phone will be ready in 1 day", "It is on the way", "It is coming from delhi".

                            Now I'm fed up with these followups and their responses.

                              I have taken bajaj allianz policy (Policy no. [protected]) on[protected] with monthly premium of rs 1500/-, through citi bank. I have submitted the surrender request on vadodara branch on[protected]. The branch person told me that i will receive approx. Rs 69000/-with in 15 days also he gave me the surrender receipt.

                              After 15 days when i called customer care that i didn't receive my policy surrender amount. They gave me surprise that your policy is still active. Since you have taken this policy through citi bank and if you want to surrender this policy you have to submit this documents to "mr. K suresh, tata consultancy services, insurance operation, tek tower, 7th floor, 11 rajiv gandhi salai old mahabalipuram road, okkiam thoraipakkam, chennai -600097

                              I went to branch on[protected] and explain them what customer care person told me and we have couriered policy document to above said address on same day through maruti air courier (Doc. No. :[protected] and from baroda courier was reach to maruti courier chennai branch on[protected]. From chennai maruti have offload the task to st courier service (Doc no.: [protected]). The document was delivered to destination on[protected].

                              But no confirmation is given to me by chennai branch of from bajaj allianz customer care office that your documents are received. Also customer care person told me that after your documents will reach to chennai they will approve your surrender and sent the documents to bajaj office. And after receipt of documents from tata office. We will do our procedure this whole procedure will take 30 days.

                              I don't understand i have taken policy from bajaj and not from tata or citi bank, then why they are involving them into this procedure and 30 days is very long time and how to count this 30 days. Also in master policy no where this surrender time period and procedure was mentioned. They only said that policy can be surrender at any branch.

                              The procedure was not written anywhere in master policy. And not explained to me by any person of citi bank or bajaj

                              I am totally frustrated now almost one month i am trying to get my hard earned money, and still they are saying 30 more days. Also no confirmation regarding documents receipt status was given. This is pure bluff.

                              Today[protected] when i called bajaj allianz customer care they still says policy is active

                              Please give me my money back. I don't wont your policy any more.

                                With reference to my complaint ref.no.62631150 dt.04/05/2016, i wish to refer to you that mr.k.suresh babu, sales manager, bajaj allianz, tirupati branch has received rs.2.00 lakhs an year and half before, from my savings bank account to his savings bank account ( record exists ) but did not raise the policies thereafter and bluffed for some that he had done it and it is only that he hasn't communicated to me...but when i enquired in online, i found only earlier policies and the fresh ones for which i gave 2 lacs...all the coversations have been recorded (voice recording) in my phone...all sms in pursuing this matter (which reveals that he is guilty) are saved and kept ready for verification.

                                you may kindly initiate disciplinary action and i shall give the copy of all the proof or /and if you initiate disciplinary action against mr.suresh under intimation to me, even then i can stand to produce all the proof against mr.suresh..all that i need i want to recover the deceived amount completely from mr.suresh with your help;

                                  Also you should logically think that i have given complaint on refund and it can be given at first premium itself and why should i pay three premiums and give a refund request.

                                  Am totally unhappy with the service and response for the mail.I have given the request for the refund of my policy money and cancelling the said policy.

                                  I will not agree with your statement in the mail mentioned as information's & declarations made by the policy holder.

                                  Do you think that each and every policy holder read your declarations and information's printed in your policy.also the sales person not explained drawbacks of the taken policy.

                                  Policy holder like me has taken policy thinking that you were a reputed insurance company only, but seeing your response regarding my refund status, makes me to feel about your very poor and pathetic service. Its a kind of professional way of cheating the customers.

                                  However am not going to close my call or the request, will take this to the other kind of level to get my money back.

                                  In what way you can keep my money with you when am not able to continue the policy or interested in your service. I need a explanation for the same.

                                  I haven't given you for donation or at free of cost to hold my money with you.

                                  Else i would move legally to get back my money.

                                  Once again reconsider my refund request and get back to me with the positive reply at the earliest.

                                    Myself Arun Kumar from Trichy, am a one of the old customer of Bajaj Fin Serv. I bought an LED LG TV on November 2014 with an extended warranty of our Bajaj Allianz general insurance.
                                    My details are Customer ID: 62513699, Policy number: OG[protected]-00000022.
                                    July 4th I registered a compliant on my TV through customer care number, they given an
                                    claim number: OC[protected].
                                    But my problem is not resolved yet. Only technicians were visited. In this regard, I registered a compliant on 06.08.2016 also for this issue but no response from company side. My complaint number is [protected].
                                    I called your Hariyana service provider that is[protected] on 31st August they put conference call with RM, Mr. Lakshman and Mr. Umapathi that time Mr Lakshman told everything is approved Saturday(03.09.2016) the problem will be solved.
                                    But not solved again and I called again Hariyana office. They connected my call to Mr. Andrews he said, my problem considered as a total loss and he send some documents for claim through mail and said please send the docket number through mail after sending the documents.
                                    I tried lot(more times) to send the docket number to that mail id [protected]@allianz.com but can't.

                                    I want to know when my problem will be resolved and when will i get the settlement. I have to buy a new TV.

Claim form duly filled in alongwith requisite documents, cancelled cheque, and bill dated 22/8/2016 for rs.23714/- was sent to m/s bajaj allianz by m/s unique motors for settlement of claim but so far the insurance claim in respect of aforesaid has not been credited to my account at sbi sector 10 dwarka new delhi so far as i was told by m/s unique motors who received the full payment against the said bill that the amount of claim will be credited within 15 days.
