I have purchased sony led tv, with extended warranty from bajaj allianz general insurance company and the period of warranty is from[protected] to[protected]. My tv is not working since 03 months. Inspite of repeated complaints the insurance company has not responded till date. My claim no. Is oc[protected], dt.[protected]. So far no action has been taken and i am regulary contacting the office but so far no action has been taken. I am suffering from august 2016. I have paid rs. 2969/- for extended warranty

    Sub: Pending Renewal of Health Guard Family Floater Policy in the name of Mohd. Akhlaq Khan & Family

    Please refer to the following details:-

    1) Policy Commencement: From 24.9.2014 to 23.9.2015, Pol. No. OG[protected]-00012001

    2) Renewal: From 24.9.2015 to 23.9.2016, Pol. No. OG[protected]-00002803

    As per previous Policy renewal scheme, the same should have been renewed from 24.9.2016 to 23.9.2017 but the same is still not done. On several telephonic conversation ( on No. [protected] on 21.9.16 and No. [protected] on 24.9.16 as example), I was assured from your side that there was grace period for renewal without any loss in the policy but grace period was not exposed and your Guide-Booklet even not clears the grace period and renewal at point No. 18 and 43 respectively.

    It is, therefore, requested to kindly clear the status of the next renewal of my policy and if all is OK, please renew the policy well in time by auto credit systems and confirm action on my e-mail without delay.

        I have purchased a led micromax tv 49" in pai international, under bajaj finserv, madinaguda, hyderabad. Took an extended warranty.
        Policy number : og[protected]-00181680
        Asset invoice number : madi-1109
        Asset invoice date : 20-oct-2014

        Now i have a small repair in the product and bajaj allianz has denied and cancelled my claim without any notice.
        On further inquiry i was informed that the claim cannot be processed without invoice.
        But we have a valid policy document with all the details of invoice included in the same.
        Further i was not convinced how a policy document cannot be authentic since a policy cannot be generated without an invoice in the first place.

        My claim is pending for almost a month now. And i need immediate attention to the claim.

          I had purchased a bajaj allianz extended warranty (Policy no og[protected] along with my 51" samsung plasma tv in 2014, worth rs 76500/-.
          Recently due to a problem with the display, i raised a claim (Claim no oc[protected] with bajaj allianz in mid-august.
          Their affiliate in mumbai, best electronics (Sher-e-punjab, andheri east) picked up the tv on 30th august 2016. Since then they have never contacted me for an update on the fix for the tv. I have constantly followed up on the status and they always gave me the same answer that the replacement panel is awaited from the company.

          It has been almost 2 months since they have picked up my tv and there has been no resolution yet. For the last 2 weeks, they have even stopped replying to my phone calls.

          This is not just frustrating but also very alarming as i am not sure whether they will every return my tv.
          I have sent numerous emails to bajaj allianz customer care ([protected]@bajajallianz.co.in) also but have not received any response from them.

          Please let me know whether this will ever be fixed and will i be able to get my tv back.

              Regarding insurance policy

                  Dear sir,
                  Complainants requested to opponents/ respondents for survey and complainants submitted all desired documents but due to opponents/ respondents negligence, nobody visited workshop for physical survey of complainants vehicle. Complainants took his vehicle back on 19-august-2016 after full payment against engine overhauling from workshop.
                  Thereafter complainants received a call from opponents/ respondents on 22-august-2016 for vehicle survey.
                  Complainants informed that she has paid full amount to workshop to take vehicle back due to opponents/ respondents deficiency in services.
                  Complainants again submitted all desired documents in person to opponents/ respondents executive on 25-august-2016 to claim paid amount, expenses incurred vehicle engine overhauling.
                  Complainants received a letter from opponents/ respondents on 26-august-2016 to submit documents. Complainants informed opponents/ respondents that she has already submitted all documents in person for an early reimbursement on expenses incurred by complainants for above mentioned damage of vehicle.
                  That what an utter shock to complainants that after rigorous follow up opponents/ respondents is not bothered to pay. This fact shows opponents/ respondents wrongful intention, dishonesty, fraud and default/ lack/ deficiency in service/ goods/ article.
                  Complainant have exhausted her life-savings and could not get the response and answer by opponents/ respondents.
                  That it seems that opponents/ respondents are not interested to reimburse the paid amount and opponents/ respondents want to make more profit unlawfully. Complainant paid the amount because complainants can’t live without vehicle for indefinite periods. Opponents/ respondents is not giving the priority to complainants, procrastinating complainants. Infect it is clearly blatant mistake and fault/ deficiency in service/goods as well as criminal offence committed by opponents/ respondents.

                    I got an email confirmation from bajaj allianz team on 4th and also on 06th oct saying my email request has been registered for my request/ complaint & someone will call me regarding my concern but no one has till date. Even today i was supposed to get a call from one of your employees but dint get. I am chasing this issue since 3rd oct, have called up several times a day & also sent several emails everyday to get the below issues sorted, but every time my complaint gets noted but no solution or response to it. Please require your urgent attention and help on the same please.

                    Request you to :

                    Please can you correct/rectify the policy (Og[protected]-[protected] that you have issued to me on 1st oct 2016. I will pay the difference amount of the policy premium. Please create and share a link with me so that i can pay you.
                    I have got a ncb of 20 % because of the incorrect details (Previous policy details) updated by the bajaj allianz websales employee rohini bhosale (Emp id - bg22533) when she created the online quote (Abh[protected] for me on 30th sept (Screenshot already shared on emails sent to websales team & customer care). I had not given her any previous insurer policy details (She has added it on her own, saying she needed to add one to fill the new quote for me). I then made an online payment using the same quote as requested by rohini to me to buy this policy. I had raised this complaint via email & phone call on 3rd oct to customer service and websales team.
                    Fortunately i spoke with her (Rohini bhosale) on the phone (On this number [protected]) on 6th oct at 7 pm and she has agreed & accepted her mistake. Please listen to your recorded calls as per above date & time. She said that the ncb of 20 % was offered to me by mistake by her. Even ankush from her team spoke to me on this same call and recomended me to draft this email to the websales team and get my policy corrected. Which i have done many times since 3rd oct 2016. Please can the ncb showing on my current bajaj allianz policy be corrected (It should actually be zero) and the same rectified policy be issued to me at the earliest. As i am awaiting a claim settelement please give me the same policy number. I will pay the difference amount of the policy premium. Please create and share a link with me so that i can pay you.
                    Concern:
                    1. Incorrect details of previous insurer updated on my attached policy by web sales employee (Rohini bhosale, employee id - bg22533). Policy no: og[protected]-00094621.

                    2. Issues in claim settlement (Claim no: og[protected]-0000273)
                    Incorrect previous insurer details have been added/updated on my policy by the bajaj allianz web sales employee rohini bhosale. This is also causing inconvenience in my claim settlement as the surveyor is asking for the previous insurer's policy.

                    As the mistake/error was from bajaj allianz employee my policy details (Ncb correction) should be rectified and corrected policy to be shared with me at the earliest even if it has a claim.

                        Myself dr. lovekush chandra from meerut. i got my polo diesel car insured through bajaj allianz agent in month of february-2016.

                        Few days back, i got one claim registered of 8000/-rs against claim id-oc[protected]-00012968. but bajaj allianz did not approve the claim by stating that due to breach in ncb claimed in insurance.

                        I want to bring you in notice that when the ncb demand was raised after few days, the same had been deposit to bajaj allianz at the same time by agent itself and same is updated in your system.

                        Now, my claim is dis-approved from your end by unknowing reasons. it is your agent fault and he has completed all formalities to buy insurance.

                        Request you to either approve my claim rs-8000/- considering policy in force or if the policy is not in force then, refund complete premium against my policy no-og[protected]-00000025 ie:14000/-rs with ncb submitted later on.

                          Dear all,

                          My car (Dl1rta-6090) met an accident and i sent it to the authorized maruti service centre named aaa maruti service centre, b-244, okhla industrial area, phase - i, new delhi, delhi 110020 for repair. I bought my car on april 2016 this means i have all valid papers and have valid bajaj allianz car insurance. After the survey of insurance person, company denied to pay the insurance amount (No claim) without having any strong reason. I have also called a senior person in bajaj allianz named gurpreet mobile number +91 [protected], he assured me that he will solve the issue however after one call he did not pick my phone. I have called him multiple time but he was not ready to answer the call. I have written email to multiple senior people named umesh kolekar (Grievance redressal unit), gurpreet singh, aneeta bhatt (Ho-direct marketing/general/bajaj allianz), rita franco (Ho-direct marketing/customer care/general) and customer care also. I have received one response from them that my query will solve within 24 hours but i am still waiting for their response. I have again sent reminder to them but there was again no response. I am requesting all of you that please don’t buy bajaj allianz insurance. This is not a good insurance company and people are also irresponsible.

                            I had sent the document required for surrendering the policy ([protected]).
                            by courier (First flight #F991B1400725).
                            The documents were received on 11th of July.
                            Yet there is no update on the status of the policy.
                            Instead I keep getting mails to request for OTP which I have received once.

                            Please close the policy and give me my invested amount back.

                              I purchased a Samsung Smart TV Model no. UA32f5500AR on 30/06/2014 from Samsung Plaza Chennai, financed by Bajaj Allianz.

                              I registered a complaint on 09/08/2016, complaint no.: OC [protected] on my Samsung Smart TV regarding disruptive picture, and automatic turn on and off of the TV by itself.

                              Below is a timeline of the complaint and the consequent actions.

                              09/08/2016: Complaint no.: OC [protected] registered.

                              26/08/2016: Mr. S.R. Jaganathan from the respective service center picked up the TV for service.

                              28/08/2016: The service center informed me that the front panel would need to be replaced, and promised to install a new panel for the TV, and that it was already ordered within an expected delivery of 7 days.

                              05/09/2016: The service manager, Mr. Felix conveyed to me that the front panel was replaced, and the TV must be kept in observation for two days in order to verify the functioning.

                              However, I did not receive the TV within the two days. Despite my calls to check on the status of the TV, the service center failed to deliver the repaired TV within the promised time.

                              15/09/2016: The "repaired" TV was delivered to my residence around 7 PM. During the time it was delivered, I found the TV was delivered with only 4 screws in the back cover, instead of 12 screws. I showed this immediately to the delivery person who said that they would bring the remaining screws as soon as possible, but still hasn't returned with the screws as of today, 09/30/2016. I was charged Rs. 13, 500 for the replaced panel under insurance. Additionally, I paid Rs. 1, 950 for deductible and transport charges.

                              16/09/2016: The next morning, I also discovered that the panel was in fact not replaced. I emailed Mr. Mallika Arjun of Bajaj Allianz regarding this false replacement. Mr. Mallika assured that he would sort out the issue but did not get back to me.

                              19/09/2016: The TV was completely dead, and did not even turn ON. Until today, the TV continues to remain non-functional. I immediately logged this complaint to Mr. Felix who then said that the motherboard had to be replaced.

                              24/09/2016: Mr. Felix along with his service technician inspected the TV at my residence, and agreed that the front panel was in fact not replaced, and the authorities at the service center agreed to provide me with a new TV.

                              Following the last correspondence with Mr. Felix at my residence, I have not received any information regarding the status of this registered complaint. We have photo proofs of the above listed, and can send them to you per request.

                              Please bear in mind that this is not the first instance of a falsification in the repair by the service center. I faced the similar situation in June 2015 for the same TV where the exact repairs were identified but the service center did not replace the front panel nor the motherboard. After being confronted, the service center replaced the TV with a new motherboard and front panel at my presence, and refunded my paid charges and the insurance cost of my complaint.

                              This situation has been deeply disappointing and agonizing as a consumer and customer, especially when we have been with Bajaj Allianz for over 15 years. We have been without a TV for over a month, and been accommodating to the repeated wait and service quality during this time.

                              Per your personnel advice, I also sent an email to Pratibha Lole but haven't heard from her either.

                              I kindly request you to take immediate action regarding this complaint, and would appreciate a quick resolution to this problem.

                                I purchased the policy for my bike on 13thsept. I have done everything but I am not getting any response. Payment has been done but i didnt get any document or mail for the same. Even my policy no. not generated and told me to give details as they have some technical issues, i already provided details but no action has been taken. If i call customer care they just told wait for 24hrs your complaint has been raised and you willl get the response but till now nothing happens.
                                Everyday i am calling customer care but no response till now. They just told me to wait for 24/48 hrs. No response yet. I even mailed them but no response.

                                  I must say bajaj allianz should be banned in india as this company employs only crooked and dishonest agents/branch managers who misguide innocent customers specially the beginners with their false promises. I bought the invest plus policy from bajaj allianz manager nitin gawand in 2009 when i was just earning 8000 per month on the false promises that this is a sort of fixed deposit and you will get guaranteed returns - 7% to be fixed in financial year 2009-10 and the company will fix this guaranteed return %age at the start of every financial year. From august 2009 - sept 2016 i have paid a premium of 1 lakh each year amounting to 8 lacs total premium and the current accrued maturity value is 8, 35, 000... Where is the guaranteed returns... Bajaj allianz has looted me and my hard earned money by not disclosing the full facts at the time of selling this products and now if i want to surrender this policy they are charging very high penalty that the accrued maturity value is going into negative numbers... Please help me in fighting with these corrupt people who are liars and just to achieve their sales target making their innocent customers fool. Moreover if any representative of the company had informed me that the returns on this policy are not good i might not have invested a large chunk of my hard earned money and surrendered it way back without bearing much loss. Also he kept the policy term 25 years so that he and bajaj allianz can reap the benefits for a longer period... I am very dishearten and disappointed as i am on the verge of losing my hard earned money...

                                  I have spoken with the concerned person but I have a request if you can't increase the value of my Investments so the same way you can't deduct anything from my hard earned money, you people have already looted me a lot by putting so many hidden charges on my money . This policy has not given any returns so far(7% as promised in 2009-10), I don't have any problem with any specific person but yes I do have concerns with the Product and the company who are making and selling such products to customers and also there penalty charges are very high that if you have invested 8 Lacs in 8 Years you will get 7.5 Lacs ????What is this rubbish ??? During these 8 years you have already made so many deductions by putting lots of different charges now why are Bajaj allianz wants more money...I will make sure that other investors will not fall into your trap...

                                    Topic discussed: unclaimed dividend of rs.2, 89, 748/- on investments of hdfc equity linked fund (there is no such investment done for my policy fund)

                                    Mr. vinit agarwal (i'm sure the identity is incorrect) spoke to me saying that he is from bajaj allianz audit department and that i have a claim o[censored]npaid dividend of above mentioned amount which they will release if i had an insurance policy from hdfc.

                                    He then transferred the call to mr. abhimanyu khurana (again incorrect identity) for him to verify and confirm the credit of funds to my account directly.

                                    I got a doubt on them when they said they are calling from audit department of bajaj allianz from delhi and wanted to verify the same by calling customer care. they also gave a mobile # (+91 [protected]) to contact them after purchasing hdfc policy directly.

                                    I would like to bring this to your notice to take actions to curb such agencies / people who try to take advantage of innocent people. i am not sure how they got the details of my bajaj allianz policy to the update about the last premium amount i paid. when they disclosed the facts about my policy, i almost believed them to be true. but when i confirmed with the customer support about my details, i was comforted to know that there was no investment done in any of hdfc products for which i would have dividend due.

                                    Please escalate this to cybercrime and see that these thugs are taken good care of.

                                    Received similar call from[protected] Manish Sharma and then from[protected] Meenakshi Chopra.
                                    Received similar call from[protected] claiming to be from Max Life insurance, luring me to buy a policy from someone (other company like HDFC) to claim my own money back.

                                    How these people get our information, I'm not sure - likely exiting employees of insurance companies steal and sell such data.

We have a white spots appreance on our tv and so i made a complaint on 21st of this month. Till date i have not received any call back from bajaj allianz. Complaint no. Oc[protected]. We have made calls to customer service everyday but they take new request of our complaint and then do nothing. Please resolve this issue.
