I bought bajaj warranty extended warranty (Ewoc[protected] along with lg water filter a year and half back in sundar radios, nagercoil, kanyakumari dt, tamil nadu. Now my water purifier has water quality issue and the filter is covered by the extended warranty. I tried reaching them for a week and at last was able to raise a ticket no 45612115 on 29 apr 2016. But, so far no one has cared to attend the ticket although they themselves filled in the ticket as if some technician visited on 04th may 2016. Further, to the present, the only medium i was able to reach them is through twitter (My id @ratanrax) while the various numbers their call center provided either ignored the call or was busy, making me to wait in the queue for hours together. They are not even caring to resolve the issue even after 4 weeks now. I am really frustrated with such companies cheating customers and i want the company to either resolve the issue or else provide my warranty money back along with the cost incurred for fixing the current issue by an official lg technician.

Wrt new reference no BA - 1027 (& ticket id[protected], I received your call stating that Bajaj Allianz has nil coverage for the issue as the problem am facing with my water purifier may be due to filter issue.
1) It is deeply painful that although not even one technician cared to visit my home to inspect the product but you are sure of the issue and most importantly "NIL coverage" through some 3rd party who visited even before I logged the call on 29th Apr 2016, (the only thing he ever did was check water quality which even I could do)
2) after bearing more than 1 month delay and much pain trying to reach Bajaj Allianz by myself, you should atleast have the courtesy to send a technician to do the thorough inspection at my home which you are not interested at all,
3) very importantly, your warranty sellers are doing gross misselling (fooling customers) of 100% coverage for 2 years which happened to me at Sundar Radios, Nagercoil.
After I raised this issue in the forum, your response has been keen to close the case through ur "zero coverage" window without even actually trying to understand the gravity of the purifier issue or resolve it in a proper way.

Because of your heartless way to close the case, I would want no more to be insured with the Bajaj Allianz extended warranty and I want you to pay my warranty money back along with cost incurred for this issue. I would pay my own money to get extended warranty from LG or any other reliable warranty seller after resolution of the issue!

      I am having bajaj zero depth policy for my 01 year old hyundai verna car policy expiry date was 19th mar 2016, at the time of my car policy renewal i got a call from bajaj, hyundai dealer and bajaj authorized franchisee, out of three franchisee people offered me best quote and good idv value for my policy renewal, so i proceed with them one of the employee from franchisee collect the cheque from me (On 14th mar 2016) and said we will give you policy with in week, but after three-four days i received cover not via mail (Deal information on bajaj latter head) i also contact them for policy hard copy but they said for my case they are taking special approval from bajaj and will give you the policy as it is yearend so it will take time, you can drive the vehicle with referring to cover note till policy issued (My policy expired on 19th mar 2016), after taking multiple follow up and each time i received the same response we will issue the policy before 31st mar 2016, at last again i called them on 31st for asking the policy copy then they said we cannot give the policy as per commitment bajaj is not approving the same, then i asked why you give me wrong commitment then after lot of discussion they refuse to give the policy as committed, after that i contact bajaj local office they said you should talk to customer care they will help me, but after multiple follow up and mail communication till the time i did not get the policy, i am feeling cheated here and nobody is helping me.

        I am having bajaj insurance policy with policy number : OG[protected]-00072550
        I am having my car insured since last 7 years without any discontinuity.
        recently i met with a accident on road, in which front part of car got damaged.
        i sent my car to jkm motors, noida for repair which has tie up with bajaj allianz.
        i got call from jkm motors that surveyor is refusing to include front windshield in the claim. I called surveyor on phone he said that he has sent the documents forward and he cant do anything now.
        its my first claim in last 7 years, and company is harassing me like this ?

          I have recently purchased a HP laptop using Bajaj finance and also took 2 years extended warranty from Bajaj Allianz in Rs 6344
          Policy No OG[protected]-00133561
          I got policy document by mail but in policy document product serial number is wrong and product invoice number is also wrong
          I have sent multiple mails to [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in but no one want to listen and even I asked them by mail to cancel my laptop extended warranty but no response.
          I want all the details should be corrected in warranty document or they can cancel my laptop extended warranty.
          I have sent multiple mails with all the documents but no response.
          I am surprised if they are not listening now then waht policy cover they will provide if i face any issue with my laptop.
          Kindly help me on this

              Hi, i am pooja. I am an existing customer of bajaj finserv. I purchased lots of electronic stuff through bajaj. My payment track is perfect; there are no payment delays or any other charges. My first purchasing was hitachi ac in 2014 in summer. It worked good during the summer but when i used the same in 2015 it was not cooling when i complaint this in hitachi customer care i got to know that there is no gas in the ac. The two guys came at my place and do not know they pretend to fill or actually they filled as i dont have knowledge about this. Well this year when in march end i again used my ac i got to know that there is no gas in the ac. I called to bajaj customer care service on 5 april 2016 as i extended the warranty and also since the day i bought this item i am facing problem. I have been asked irritating questions with attitude from bajaj customer care executive although he lodged my complaint and ensure to get back me within 48 hours, but when i did not hear anything i recalled them and surprisingly i got to know that my complaint had not been forwarded. That executive again lodged my complaint and ensured me that within 48 hours they will send somebody at my place again no response. Then i called on 11 april and asked them to come but no positive response. I had to travel during that days i got call and i asked them to come on 1 may 2016 and based on request from the executive i allowed him to close the sr as he committed me to send some promptly on my new request after coming back to delhi. After numerous phone calls and complaint again i got call from[protected] to visit my place on 6 may evening or 7 may morning and still no one came.
              They gave me mobile number of mr bhuvnesh ([protected]) his number is continuous busy and he did not even bother to call back and ms pratibha there senior did not even bother to response (

              Ince 1 may i am continuosly calling bajaj finserv and getting calls from there technician but no one visited till date. There irresponsible and careless attitude so annoying. They do not have the value of customer. They treat them so casually. I have all the conversation recorded in my phone. I will take serious action against this.

              On 5 may 2016 again i got a call from another bajaj executive, after knowing that i paid outside he committed me to get my payment reimbursed for which he asked my bill after providing the bill he did not get me back and yesterday (21 may 216) i got call from bajaj saying that they wont reimburse my money as i did not get it done from hitachi and they do not considered outside.

              I have all the record of bajaj phone calls and message i want to take this issue on higher level as bajaj company is trying to fools public in the name of warranty extension its earning money, which shows the cheapness of this compan
              They cant leave their 1200 money and do not even think twice to spoil somebody's cibil report but for bajaj once they received the money they think customers are like dog let them bark and automatically will stop barking.

                Dear sir,

                This refers to the above mentioned subject, where in i have lodged a claim towards total loss (In accident) of my car # mp09cd9004. I am not getting any satisfactory reply so far from the insurance company.

                Please note, i met with an accident on 15th nov 2015, near agar (Dist. Agar in mp) and the car was subsequently ceased by police department at agar.

                The very next day on 16th nov 2015, i have informed bajaj allianze about the accident and the car being held by the police department at agar police station. Claim number allotted by bajaj allianze general insurance co is mentioned above in ref.

                Subsequently, the company has written us letters to submit claim documents on 3rd dec and 10th dec 2015. Since the car was not released by the court till that day, i have informed the insurance company verbally that immediately after release of the vehicle from court and police station, i will submit the claim documents. Once again i have received a letter on 21st dec 2015 from the insurance company given me 7 days time to submit the claim documents and threatening me to close the case if i failed to submit the claim documents. I was surprised and shocked to receive such a harsh and insensitive letter from the insurance company. I have replied to this letter to the insurance company via email on 22nd dec 2015 informing that the car is not yet released from the court and police station and informed that i will submit the claim documents once the car is released. After a couple of day on 28th dec 2015 i have recd a communication from the company that they have recd my reply dt. 22nd dec 2015 and are forwarding the same to their concerned department. On the same day during the court proceedings the court has issued orders to release my car. Since i am living in indore and the car has to be brought by toying or loading on a trailer, it took me 4-5 days time to arrange things and bring the car back to indore. The same day on 4th jan 2016 i got the car inspected by the company surveyor, mr. Jaipal at indore. Claim form was also issued to me. It took around 15 days for the dealer to give me the estimate of losses in the prescribed forms and on 21st jan 2016, i have submitted the claim documents via courier to bajaj allianz in indore. Courier receipt can be produced if required.In the mean time bajaj allianze has written a letter on 30th dec 2015 informing me that my claim procedure has stopped and the case is closed due to non-cooperation from my side. Since i was shocked to receive such a letter from the company, i have spoken to the them, they assure me that they will speak to their delhi office and reopen the case and settled the claim. Since then i was waiting to hear from the insurance company and following up almost daily with them for any progress in the case.

                May i request you to kindly intervene and instruct the insurance company to open the file and settle the claim. Also please note that since jan 2016 i have been traveling in taxi. Being in medical profession (Doctor), i have to travel to various places on day to day basis. I had no choice but to travel by taxi. On all this travels i have spent atleast rs.1, 00, 000/- in last 4 months (From jan 16 to april 16). Apart from these, the garage owner, where the car is kept is charging me 400/- per day as parking charges. I am bearing huge mental, physical and financial losses due to this insensitive and illogical decision from the insurance company.

                I once again request you to kindly intervene and instruct the insurance provider to settle my claim and reimburse the travel charges, parking charges and a compensation of rs.10, 00, 000/- towards mental harassment i am going through from last 4-5 months.

                  Claim: oc[protected].
                  I am not happy with car insurance claim process.
                  I have registered claim on 18-apr. I am still waiting for claim amount.

                  As per policy its cash less but they told me it will require 8-10 days (After car repairing complete) so they asked me to pay complete amount to service center and bajaj alliance told they will refund amount in my account directly, so i paid complete amount. Now bajaj alliance is telling they paid amount directly to service center instead of my account.

                  So as customer how many days i should wait for my claim amount?

                  I would like to raise complaint for below points:
                  1. From starting i need to take follow with bajaj alliance for claim.
                  2. For each step (Registering the claim, to do the serve, to review the estimation, to approve the claim,) they have taken more time. Very very slow.
                  3. I am still waiting for claim amount.

                    This is anil kumar singh from ghaziabad, u. P. I took a policy for my car insurance in 2015 from bajaj allianz general insurance. That time they deceived me by saying that this policy will cover all the damages and harms caused to your vehicle. But in february 2016 when my car up14ch1122 meet with an accident and got some damages, then i took my car to the mahindra.. But they told me that the insurance done by the bhatia axa is not a zero debt insurance and i obliged to pay the bill amount in cash, ie 26, 688. Then i contacted bhartia axa for the misrepresentation done to me, that time they indicated me to pay the bill insuring full cashback will be given to me. But afterwards when i reached them for the claim they delayed me for the first 2 or 3 weeks saying we will pay, we will defintely pay but after a month they stoped coperating. Now they are denying to pay me back. I request you to help me out with this.. I as a consumer took a insurance for the safeguards purpose of my car hoping i will be saved from any kind of future expenses i[censored]nfortunately any damage is caused to my car, but when my turn came for the claim i came to know about the fraud done to me.. I am attaching the bill which i paid and the insurance detail for your reference so that you can help me out in geting the money back.

                    This is anil kumar singh from ghaziabad. I am lodging this complain regarding my vehicle insurance up14ch1122.. The bhartia axa agent did the insurance misrepresenting me as zero debt insurance which will cover all the damages of the car... But some month before when my car meet with an accident i took my car to the mahindra showroom and over there, thay told me that i need to pay the damage amount in cash for the repair.. Afterward i contacted bhartia axa. Then they indicated me to pay the amount for a while assuring me the full refund which i paid to mahindra... But later when i am done with all this and approached bhartia axa for the money which i paid for my car damage, for the first 2 or 3 weeks they delayed me sayng that we will pay, we will pay and after a month they stoped coperating. But now i am totaly vexed and i also want to remind you that i registered a complain 2 months ago but no action were taken... The amount paid is 26, 688 and i am attaching the orignal bill below. This is my worse experience with bhartia axa... I will never advice anyone to have any kind of relation with bhartia axa... As a consumer i did a insurance in a hope that i will be saved from all the future expenses, i[censored]nfortunately anything happens to my car. But when my turn came to claim, then i came to know about the fraud done to me. I will request you to help me in getting the claim and the correction of my insurance papers. I am attaching insurance herewith for your reference. Although the agent misrepresnted me but there is vicarious liabilty on the company too so i request you to help me out.

                      Hi,

                      I have taken bajaj allianz sarva shakthi suraksha policy through citibank in the year 2013 and have opted to pay the monthly premium of 1500 rs. While the representatives explained about the policy, they said for a monthly premium of 1500 rs, the sum insured is 720000. Also they said at the end of 10 years, there will be good returns.

                      When asked what if i need to surrender this policy in the middle, they advised that if you surrender this policy within 4 years, then there will be some penalty deducted from the total principal amount you paid and the rest will be credited to you. He no where mentioned about the administration charges.

                      As i was ok with the policy, i went ahead and signed for this policy, which turned out to be a big mistake.

                      Now coming to give complete details about the policy, there are some hidden charges which they call it as scheme administration fee. For first year they will be deducting 25% of the total principal you pay as scheme administration fee. Then in subsequent years 6% of the net premium paid will be deducted. I was damn shocked to see this. Actually they have provided all this details in the insurance certificate which we will be getting via post after signing up for this policy. If i had seen this immediately upon receiving the insurance certificate i could have saved my money. My bad!

                      As i paid for more that 3 years, and not wanting to waste my money anymore, i immediately contacted the customer care and asked about the surrender value i will be getting upon surrendering the policy. As expected, i lost 4500+1080+1080 for first, second and third year respectively. The total surrender value i got is 5900 rs less than what i paid in total. Thanks to some returns through which i got some mere 800 rupees.

                      I couldn't argue much with the customer care representative as it turned out to be completely my mistake for not reading the insurance certificate and to trust the representatives. I immediately asked the process to surrender this policy and came to know that a penalty of rs 540 (3% of first year net premium) will be deducted as 4 years was not completed. Forgetting about the 540 rs, i produced all the necessary documents in the bajaj allianz office and successfully surrendered the policy with the loss of 5900 rs.

                      This will be the case for everyone who has undertaken this policy. Worst thing is when i asked the customer care whether the surrender value will be more than the total paid amount if i continue to pay for 10 years, the answer was, "it may be more or it may be equal or it may be less". This is the statement which should have been communicated while taking the policy. But alas, no. This was not at all communicated to anyone.

                      So guys, save your money as soon as possible.
                      Note: the penalty charges for surrendering the policy is high in first year and gradually decreases in four years.

                          Hello Bajaj Allianz,

                          I appreciate the acknowledgement of my grievance against Claim#OC[protected]-00002735 and related issue# 62728097 raised.

                          Respecting the Rights to Privacy and dignity of all the parties concerned, I am masking all personal and private information, including but not limited to the names, contact details, addresses etc, here in this post and I am only narrating my ordeal. Likewise I expect Bajaj Allianz also do the same if and when they chose respond to this post on this any other public forums, and not share any personal/private information. Share only the Claim# or Issue#.

                          I would like to put on record, in writing (sorry, I have the least faith in the verbal communications and commitments in India) as to what this grievance is all about and also take this opportunity to provide Bajaj Allianz as many details as I possibly can, for the benefit of claim process/escalations as required to from this day on.

                          While I appreciate your quick response from your end to my grievance, the assigned SURVEYOR1 was willing to approve a small partial claim based on what he was, very adamantly, choosing to believe to be true from my repeated narrative of accident and, finally he stopped short of calling me a liar. Apparently, with his great vision, he had already seen and decided what was true or not true before even calling/speaking to me, the insured, and or any other parties. And, that is truly hilarious part of my strory. He DID NOT even bother to call me or question me prior to making his final assessment. So, I took the onus upon myself to repeatedly follow-up with MARUTI INSURANCE REP, got the surveyor contact# and only then that the SURVEYOR1 felt like asking questions about the accident, perhaps only to ensure that he could check that little “Talked to the Insured” check-box on his work/time sheet and continue to milk Bajaj Allianz.

                          I was expecting a “Surveyor”, as the role is generally defined, would be sufficiently knowledgeable, especially in this case, perhaps a automotive crash/accidents expert and, skilled enough to drill into details, questions all the parties concerned (not just the insured) with his/her expertise in the area, investigates, goes to the site of accident if necessary, insists the insured to come along or ask for more details if required, insists the insured to provide more evidence, witness or an alibi etc. and then, and only then that he/she can be sure of providing an assessment with a greater degree of confidence upon which our “Jiyo befiqar” trust depends heavily. Hence, I now have no faith in this particular assessor that he would provide a best assessment to my trusted insurer, the Bajaj Alliance. It is highly unlikely that I would want to talk to again or settle/unsettle any claim/no-claim with this individual anymore. This individual lacks common decency and courtesy, did not even care about checking if anyone got hurt in the accident, nor did he show any empathy/compassion to the customer concerns and pretty much chose to ignore most valued customer voice with an awkwardly assumed authority of approval sort of figure. Skills and qualifications to execute the job? I guess Bajaj Allianz could seriously look into it. I shall gladly provide much more of my feedback accordingly if I am approached for one by Bajaj Allianz customer experience units. That said I have no grudges against this individual. In fact, in all fairness to the Insured-and-Insurer-trust we operate on, perhaps that trust itself deserves an apology from the SURVEYOR1. As an Insurer I do not need any apology from this individual. Neither I am claiming to be perfect myself nor claiming people are not doing their jobs right – I am also learning know-hows risks-assessments-mitigations business here. As an Insured, I just want to be assured of a transparent, diligent and honest assessment of my claim and shown in writing where and how I am not being truthful.

                          That said, I would need Bajaj Allianz to assign a different surveyor to this claim before if there is ever any need to escalate my claim/complaint further with Bajaj Allianz and/or IRDA ombudsman, litigation etc. as required by due process. I would rather forego any/entire claim amount than to be labeled as liar and settle for a partial amount. As for me, accepting a partial settlement here is nothing short of accepting SURVEYOR1’s unspoken claim that I am a liar. This is my first interaction with a Bajaj Allianz representative and, I must say, I am quite disappointed with the professionalism shown by so far. I believe, Mr. Surveyor2 is that new surveyor and he is up to the task and would sincerely and diligently executes the same. Customer Care has responded well to my grievance request on Bajaj Allianz website. Nonetheless, I choose to spend sometime and articulate my ordeal and learnings here hoping to learn more from any short-comings in the roles/function we all play to sustain and better the trusted and accountable environment.

                          Now - because it is only fair to the due process of claims to have trail and track of happenings in the court of law, I hereby state and record, respectfully in writing, the narrative of factual events to help process the claim accurately. Admittedly there was only a little space is the claim form and I could not furnish all the details there, nor could I provide these details even on my Bajaj Allianz customer portal (My evidence that I have provided these details in writing was just a email I had sent to Customer Care).

                          So, here it goes my ordeal --

                          On DD-MON-YYYY morning approximately TT:MM AM, as I was driving my CAR-MODEL-YEAR, with my wife and our two kids, within my city Bangalore limits, on ABC_EXPRESSWAY at roughly 65-70 Km/hr, somewhere after passing ROAD2 (we were going from ROAD1 entry for ABC_EXPRESSWAY to ROAD2 exit for ABC_EXPRESSWAY), I heard car making loud and repeated sounds which I thought tire had a puncture, perhaps. As I immediately slowed down and tried to bring the car to the shoulder of the expressway the sounds of the car became more louder and louder and violent towards the end. I could bring the car to halt gradually in about 10 seconds and noticed something fell off the car and it was thrown 15 ft away from the car, on to left most lane of the expressway. When finally stopped the car on the shoulder I looked around and ensured no one in my family is not hurt in anyway. Then I got down to notice what happened to the car. Here are my observations –

                          1. I went to pick up what was thrown off the car. It turned out, it was a headlight kind of part and I wasn’t sure which side of car it came off. I picked up couple of small broken pieces along with it and came to the car.
                          2. I noticed most of my left front of car around the wheel looked damaged. Front bumper screw came off and was hanging down but not touching the ground and still holding.
                          3. I noticed a big hole right above the hanging side of bumper which I could make out due to the fact that headlight was broken and thrown off.
                          4. I looked at the tyre. It had a long piece of rubber hanging out of it and after a closer look I realized tyre was not just punctured but it got damaged real badly, perhaps due to a bust or blowout. I noticed that hanging long piece along the circumference of the tyre is most of the tire grip half inch think and was of length roughly one third of circumference of the tyre.
                          5. Then I looked at fender which had black marks on it which I thought due to tire flapped it around violently in those 10 seconds I was trying to bring the car to a gradual stop. I didn’t realize the mudguard was entirely missing entirely at that time. I only noticed fender got damaged around the wheel area.
                          6. Fortunately I always carried spare wheel (with air pressured tyre. While my family was in bit shock and looking at me with many questions as to what happened, are we stuck questions and wondered what to do next, I dot down to change the wheel myself as I had done once in the past.
                          7. I changed switched the wheel to spare wheel carefully moved the broken tyre into back of the car.
                          8. Then I small hook rope that I had in my car to tie the bumper to the car so it wasn’t hanging and touching the wheel.
                          9. My hands were black and dirty so washed my hands but black things were not going anyway even with paper tissues so I thought of cleaning at a mechanic place once I get there.
                          10. I got back in the car, drove slowly back on the ABC_EXPRESSWAY, took exit at ROAD2 exit for ABC_EXPRESSWAY and stopped car at a small tyre puncture repair booth right next to PPP PETRO BUNK station at COMPLETE LOCATION ADDRESS OF PPP PETRO BUNK.
                          11. Tyre puncture person Mr. PUNCTUR_MECHANIC, Ph#[protected], helped with fixing bumper back with a screw. He also helped with fixing the headlight back in it’s place with a steel wire. Then I checked lights and the headlights were working fine but not the indicator and/or parking lights in that side of the car. All other electrical and lights seemed intact and functioning just fine. I left the broken tyre with Mr. PUNCTUR_MECHANIC.
                          12. The entire episode of tyre bust might have had consumed roughly 60-70 mins and I felt good with the car back on track and functioning like before barring few scars, bends and broken headlight glass. But then I noticed the front license plate was broken as well. I got a new license plate N days later at a shop ADDRESS_OF_LICENSEPLATE_SHOP continued to use the car sparingly before my service regular service visit.
                          13. Having gone through this episode, I decided to change my tyres to tubeless and have placed order for new set of 4 tubeless tyres and was planning on changing the headlights during my regular maintenance with MSC (Maruti Service Center) as don’t drive in the night anyways and was planning on using my bike instead.
                          14. Unfortunately, I had never thought damages like these (unlike fire, theft etc) would qualify for claim until I took the car to my service center MSC, on DD-MON-YYYY, where I was suggested to make insurance claim by my Maruti Insurance agents.
                          15. There was an old (one month old due to bruising with a pillar at parking lot at my residence) scratch on back-left door panel which I had chosen get it fixed myself. Because it was a cosmetic I chose to delay it and never had any clue that I could claim such things from insurance. Maruti Insurance rep at MSC, Mr. MARUTI INSURANCE REP, advised to claim the old one as well as it was recent enough to be claimed in a single claim. Was I ill advised? Honestly, I do not know. Perhaps Bajaj Allianz knows and guide the Insured better than the MARUTI INSURANCE REP and needs me to separate claims.
                          16. On the day I took the car to MSC, DD-MON-YYYY was Saturday, I was advised to bring the car back, along with the damaged tyre as evidence, on following Monday, DD-MON-YYYY. On the same day I went back to the mechanic Mr. PUNCTUR_MECHANIC and picked up broken tyre on the same day.
                          17. I went back to MSC on DD-MON-YYYY filled-up the claim application as guided by Mr. MARUTI INSURANCE REP and signed claim application, handed over my original DL and RC etc, to process the claim. I was told to wait for couple of days to hear back after survey was done.
                          18. On DD-MON-YYYY, because I did not hear back from Mr. MARUTI INSURANCE REP /Bajaj Allianz, I called up Mr. MARUTI INSURANCE REP to check the claim status. After couple of follow-ups with Mr. MARUTI INSURANCE REP, late in the day I was told survey was done and only the left fender was approved by the surveyor, Mr. SURVEYOR1.
                          19. Surveyor having already known of everything that happened at the accident and having already made his decision was not convinced how the headlight could come off with tyre burst was adamantly denying my narrative hence this written factual write-up to help process the claim accurately.
                          20. While I am not an automobile/insurance expert to explain how and why certain things happen and don’t happen in an accident, I trust in stating facts and hope the process and people work sincerely to address consumers concerns and/or claims, instead of labeling customers as liars outright, just because a handful of insured customers chose to go that way. I expect the surveyor to know or at least make best guesses of the anatomy of any type of accident and then best assessment possible to protect the trust Insurer and Insured depend and thrive on. Surveyors understanding is – I, sitting in the car and trying to bring the family and the car to safely should be able to see with God Shiva’s third eye and I better know what was going on outside the car in those panic 10-15 seconds. I should be able capable enough to explain how can a tyre damage cause headlight thrown off the car. I am sorry but, I am no God, nor an auto accidents expert to say the least. Just an novice insured car owner with NN yrs of driving experience with no record of accidents, barring a couple of parking tickets.
                          21. I have advised the Surveyor to rather reject entire claim as he chose to believe I was a liar, and was quite adamant about it.


                          Having narrated the incident and follow-ups on my claim thus far, now I am hoping to get my car gets ready soon and Bajaj Allianz helps me along the way, rather than calling the customers liars going by mere guesses/suspicions/assumptions. As of today, DD-MON-YYYY, even after my repeated follow-ups through Mr. MARUTI INSURANCE REP during last couple of days, I heard absolutely NOTHING from the SURVEYOR1 on what his assessment was in writing. I was hoping to tag his assessment to my write-up here but, I am being denied even that opportunity.

                          Having said all that, I also intend to take my claim through escalations channels until I get satisfactory resolution to my claim. I hope to see that there is never going to be such a necessity as I am still hopeful in the due process and Bajaj Allianz.

                          I expect a written, and only written response/guidance/follow-up, to this request from here on from Bajaj Allianz.

                          It's been a week since I have escalated my claim #OC[protected]-00002735 and, there is no one from Bajaj Allianz to listen from. Perhaps I can try the CEO on his twitter account. Bajaj Allianz need to step up to protect it's reputation by responding in as quickly as we see the standard polite response ..."We are sorry to hear this.                             I writing this email on behalf of my paraents. knowing about the value of bajaj allianz life insurance, i forced my mom to register a general insurance with bajaj allianz. in 2014 she was. contacted by "seeirra solutions with bajaj allianz life insurance" and they asked her to pay 30000 cash. which was paid and got the cash reciept. now it is 2016, still application is not regiatered and the phone numbers were switched off. they were the employees of bajaj allianz. here i update all possible information and i would ask bajaj allianz to take necessar action against these fraudulents which have huge impact on bajaj allianz values

                                I purchased health policy for my family in 2014. Renewed in 2015 & 2016. Bajaj allianz denied the primary objective of policy. The company have hired the best insurance legal brains for finding best legal reason for issuance of denial letter. The company have nothing to deal with genuine case.
                                Never buy policy from bajaj allianz nor recommend the company.
                                Delivery is far far away from commitment.

                                    After Ms Sharmishta sent me the link for the online payment of my car insurance, I paid immediately the said amount of 8072 on the 6th of may. I have received a mail too that the payment was successful with
                                    Reference number 55699873. My customer ID is 38803563.


                                    Till date even after contacting the customer care repeatedly I have not received the soft copy of the Insurance policy. My existing insurance expires today 8th May. The customer service executives keeps telling nothing is there in their control and that they will raise a complaint.

                                    I dont understand that if I get caught on the 9th while driving should I say that Bajaj Allianze is yet to issue me the insurance policy even after payment???.. Never seen this sort of a service. I own another car with ICICI Lombard which issued the copy the next minute of my payment.

                                    I would like to know the procedure for discontinuing with Bajaj Insurance and also request a refund please.

                                    Very disappointed with the service and also the lack of coordination in the department.

                                      The survival benefit, due on 28.03.2016 not yet received. The Chennai, Adyar Branch, which is servicing the policy is totally useless. On making online complaint, No: 62643390, directly to the Company, not even an acknowledgement is received.
                                      I have great fear about the reputation and credibility of Bajaj Allianz.
