My name is Vikram, I have a bajaj allianz life insurance policy from citi bank. I sent my documents to chennai address for surrendering my policy in September 17th 2015, but till now I did not receive my money and I don't hear anything back from them. When ever I call customer care, they say it is under process and they can't do anything. They say that they will arrange a call back from their resolution department, but I never get the call....

I tried to renew my two wheeler insurance policy which is first party but i want to convert it to third party from now on, so i ask them but they said that bajaj alliance doesnt give third party insurance and tgey told me to go to another insurance company, also in another company they told me to go to bajaj again and they said that bajaj give third party insurance, what actions should i take?...

When I opened a suvidha account in Citi Bank their agents told me that they have a ULIP type of scheme. I had purchased this policy in January2014. The premium amount of Rs 1500/- of which was getting deducted from my CITIBANK salaried account on monthly basis. I have paid premium for 23months (Rs 34000/-) and I got a cancellation refund amount of Rs 26000/-. Where is the rest of the money that I have paid? I can see a 7% surrender penalty...

We will do they are not giving any investigation report because we want to know how the fraud is happened and who is culprit but base conservation with Bajaj Allianz they are giving me properly reply even we have tried to email Mr. Shyam Yadav (Head Grievance) but Shayam Yadav is not replying & on conservation I am thinking they know the culprit that's why they are trying to save that culprit and any they are trying to cancel the policy anywho....

I bought a Life Insurance Policy for my son, on[protected] i decided to surrender the policy, i submit all the neccessary documents .
