My car was fully submerged in the flood. I registered the claim for the same. The Claim no is "OC[protected]-00015377". The process for claim was completed and finally the manager decided to pay the 80-90% of money from the VID value. My VID value of insurance is : 7, 15, 000. I taken bumper to bumper insurance, then why they decided to given 80-90% of money. I need upto 95-98% of money from the VID value. Kindly take this mail in high priority and take the necessary steps to provide the money upto 95-98% of money from the VID value.

    Hello, I'm a policy holder from Bajaj Allianz SARVE SHAKTI SURAKSHA policy through CITIBANK and paid 49 months till this date. When I took this policy, I was informed that after 4 years I can withdraw amount without any deductions. I called Bajaj Allianz about this policy details and they said that I've 61K balance where it should be 73500/- I was shocked to know my account balance. I request someone please help me about getting my total amount atleast.

My Name: Krishna Prasad Nair, Mob: [protected] I Have Bajaj Allianz Family Medical Insurance which is provided from my Employer Weatherford. My Wife who is admitted in hospital for delivery on Oct-30-2015, the new born baby was premature and have low birthweight so for Doctor kept the child in ICU for 8 days, Total 10 days we spend in Hospital after we got discharge on 9th Nov 2015. Because this hospital is not in Bajaj allianz Network hospital i have to submit all discharge bills, Pharmacy bill etc for reimbursement. When i initially submitted all documents to Bajaj Allianz representative they accept all documents and forwarded to his main branch office which is in Pune. They have several remarks & comments on submitted bills. However i had completed all required formalities as mentioned by Insurance company. After so many E-mail conversation they partially settled my claim amount. Total Claim Amount: 27805 INR & settled amount was: 24813 INR, Total Amount Deducted: 2992/- INR. For 2992 INR amount they said we can't pay for plastic sheet-40 rupees, 300 Rs for Baby Diaper, 20 rupees for gloves, 12 Rs for carry bag, 50 rupees for green gown & 70 rupees for some bed sheet. Total Rs. 492. This understable and do not need it. But remaining amount i.e 2992-492= 2500 INR which was deducted against Electricity charge & Housekeeping Charge. which is mentioned in Hospital Discharge bill. The hospital have their own procedure of issuing bill that is thay make parts of total room rent bill. i.e. if 1000 rupees is room rent, they take charge 250 INR for electricity & 250 INR for Housekeeping and 500 INR for other charges. Now Insurance Company saying they can't pay for Electricity & Housekeeping Charge as they mentioned in bill. I just want say that without Electricity and Housekeeping how can any person can spend 10 days in hospital with newborn child. They saying because of wording of Electricity and Housekeeping they can't pay.         Till Now, after 12 working days their is no Positive action taken by Bajaj Allianz Team. Just one phone call came to confirm the problem that i raised.
        I had gone through the E-mail. There is no New comments in mail. same things said

          I purchased Travel Insurance for my mother, she came before due expiration for her policy, as per Bajaj Allianz they cannot refund, hence they even email me saying they cannot refund, further to my enquirers they have subsequently provided me below update. Above 50% of Policy Period 100% of premium Above 40% to 50% of Policy Period 80% of premium Above 30 % to 40 % of Policy period 75% of premium Above 20 % to 30% of Policy Period 60% of premium Policy inception -20% of Policy period 50% of premium Now, this is clear if any passenger arrives before their travel policy is about to expire they will receive depending on their number of days when it`s about to lapse above that some slab these folks charge.When am asking this they, i.e. Bajaj Allianz is not bothering to reply to my question, hence I have been taken for a ride with these dupe people for travel insurance. They are not even customer centric don`t know what they are speaking, when ask for refund before policy expires they give such ambiguous statements which is not relevant. Not happy with Bajaj Allianz

          I recommend customers not to go to Bajaj Allianz, instead do some home work before opting for any Travel Insurance, let it be Bajaj, ICICI, etc.

            Hi my Car was totally damaged during flood time. I hold a car insurance with Bajaj Allianz its almost 1 Month after registering the claim and in spite of calling the insurance examiner several times there is no proper response from the insurance side for being a loyal customer for 5 Years i didn't expect these kind of Service from Bajaj Allianz all other insurance companies are reacting soon and helping the client in repairing the vehicles.I would say its a pathetic customer service from Bajaj Allianz i hope Bajaj Allianz should know the meaning of insurance and react to the client need ASAP.                 I took the policy online from Bajaj through Policy bazaar 08/11/2015 My application number is [protected] . i made the payment but till this date neither i got any acknowledgement nor any receipt of payment. noone called me from Bajaj to confirm if i received the policy documents or not. i followed up with Policy bazaar for this issue and since they are only sending mails to me that bajaj has sent and re sending the soft copy to my registered mail id but am not receiving it. Despite of so many emails, i haven't received any call from Bajaj neither they are sending a copy of my policy documents to Policy bazaar so that they can forward it to me.

                  While opening my citi salary account, a bajaj insurance guy meets me and tells me to invest in a very good policy.

                  He explained
                  - this life insurance cum health insurance policy is the best in market
                  - i will have to pay a chosen amount & after 4 year i can close it and i will get an assured 7-9% return on my principal amount.

                  After 1 year, when i needed my investments declaration, i asked for my policy certificate as i didn't get any monthly update. Such a fraud company.

                  After i have been left disgusted with the service, i wanted to close this policy, i got to know that i paid 52000 and they said i will get 42000.

                  Now when i asked them as to how i am not getting my principal amount & where have they invested my money, they have been putting off my mails and not replying to me. This is the worst company i have ever seen.

                  Following to be noted from my experience
                  1. Bajaj guys, stop fooling people if you can't get customer base based on your services.

                  2. Bajaj guys are worst among all policies i have!!

                  3. Poor customer care representative

                  4. Bajaj should be banned in india

                    Like every one here, I also had the same experience, While opening citi salary account this guy from BAJAJ pops up from no where and told me if I am looking for policy, and I needed some monthly investment so I asked him all about the policy, whatever he said if atleast 50% happenes I would still be happy. Here are the events. 1) He explained this is life insurance cum Health insurance policy so even for accidents or health issues I can seek claim. 2) I will have to pay only 1500 pm and after 3 year I can close and I will get 7-9% return (He did some math calculations :) probably to fool me) 3) If I dont like the policy term and condition I can surrender within first 7 days. (I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED MY BOND AFTER MANY FOLLOWUP WITH THAT GUY AND CUSTOMER CARE. AND THE ANSWER I RECEIVED WAS "WHY DONT YOU FOLLOWUP WITH COURIER", "WHY YOU ARE ASKING FOR BOND AFTER 3 YEAR"). I was speechless with such answers. 4) Since I didnt receive bond I dont know what was mentioned on term and conditions and I went by what that executive said. ok, I said whatever I will surrender since its 3 year and atleast some part of what he said would be true, now they wont give me my full amount, leave the returns, my own money is not coming to me. I paid 54000 and they Said I will get 45000. BAJAJ GUYS, STOP FOOLING PEOPLE IF YOU CAN'T GET CUSTOMER BASE BASED ON YOUR SERVICES. citi is good bank hence i bought this policy. I was wondering if I am alone who faced this but I WAS wrong. BAJAJ GUYS ARE WROST AMONG ALL POLICIES I HAVE!! another similar thing that happend to all o[censored]s is POOR customer care representative, I wont bother for money if they talk softly. fullfil what they say. Its been 5 days they said they will send me address of branches in Hyd but I have not received anything, they said they will call back, heard back nothing. PLEASE DO ATLEAST 1 GOOD THING FOR CUSTOMERS. I REQUEST AUTHORITIES TO PLEASE LOOK INTO AND PUT PANELTY ON BAJAJ SUREKSHA POLICY BUSINESS. Thanks Devender Singh [protected] Policy no - [protected]

                    Well, since there was no reply and I visited your branch in Kukatpally and the way your representative treats customer over phone its the same with face to face visit, they are rude, ignorant, pathatic and not at all professionals, The branch numbers never work. else I would have called to ask about surrender. I personally had to visit and upon reaching there they said they cant do anything, I will have to send the documents to Chennai and didnt even provide me surrender forms. told me to collect from another branch 20k m far from that branch. DO I LOOK FOOL ???

                    Well enough with me, I must get some solution and I have raised a complaint with IRDA.. lets see if you guys respond to regulators or want me to contact your most superier guy.

                          I AHSANUL HOQUE, my father gave money to bajaj life insurance company about six years ago now my father want to withdraw this money. But the company say that there are different spelling in the name in bank account and Madhyamik certificate. But at the time of depositing same documents were given then they did not say anything. For this reason they asked to my father to give a court affidavit about three months ago. Now my father has gone there with this court affidavit but they say my father to bring DM certificate. But a general man how manage this in this critical situation of money. So please check this matter.

                              I had send my CAR RC and few photo for a Car Insurance last Saturday 12.12.2015, but didn’t get any invoice to pay amount, I have bin asking 100 times to send me online links to pay, but he is dragging with all bull sit resin. As he promise to do so on same day . I hope my all data is safe and it will not misused by any illegal activities, If so Bajaj Allianze and Sagar Sawant will be response for it., If so Bajaj Allianze and Sagar Sawant will be response for it. Now and Sagar Sawant is telling he cannot generate a Invoice, because there is 1000 excuse, I am not sure he is involve with any Illegal activity ? As he had taken my car RC copy and few car photo, and if he misused those with any illegal activities Bajaj Allianz with be responsible for it ? I suspect he joint hands with ISI/ Terrorist group activity ? I have no hope for the insurance, could you plz let me know what next I need to do.

                                My name is Vikram, I have a bajaj allianz life insurance policy from citi bank. I sent my documents to chennai address for surrendering my policy in September 17th 2015, but till now I did not receive my money and I don't hear anything back from them. When ever I call customer care, they say it is under process and they can't do anything. They say that they will arrange a call back from their resolution department, but I never get the call.

                                  I tried to renew my two wheeler insurance policy which is first party but i want to convert it to third party from now on, so i ask them but they said that bajaj alliance doesnt give third party insurance and tgey told me to go to another insurance company, also in another company they told me to go to bajaj again and they said that bajaj give third party insurance, what actions should i take?

                                    When I opened a suvidha account in Citi Bank their agents told me that they have a ULIP type of scheme. I had purchased this policy in January2014. The premium amount of Rs 1500/- of which was getting deducted from my CITIBANK salaried account on monthly basis. I have paid premium for 23months (Rs 34000/-) and I got a cancellation refund amount of Rs 26000/-. Where is the rest of the money that I have paid? I can see a 7% surrender penalty clause (which I can accept). It was a huge mistake on my part that I trusted this fraud company Bajaj Allianz, even though my friends asked me not to invest in it.

                                      My policy number is [protected] paid 3 premiums already. Mr. Shawaiz (shawaiz.[protected]@balic.in) had come to meet me after some marketing calls from Bajaj claiming 15% returns in 3 years. 1) Mr. Shawaiz, when visited was having the Bajaj Allianz Id card 2) He offered gold coins / cash back/ Honda Activa against the first premium claiming that it is given by Bajaj. I opted for cash back, though later he transferred it from his account. When inquired he said, the process is getting delayed and hence it is transferred through his account, as it is much faster. 3) He explained a logic, which used the premium payment amount and arrived at around 15% returns at the end of 3 years. He said there are not surrender charges 4) When asked about the policy document sample copy, he said it will be available ony when the policy is issued. 5) The policy registration was delayed by two weeks, even though I had signed the document and given the cheque. 6) At last when the policy arrived, I couldn't check it as I was busy and later when I checked realized that, the surrender value was much lesser after 5th year. 7) Then when I checked with Shawaiz, he gave me another calculation including SSV factor and assured that the SSV factor will be 1.21 and it will not change throughout the tenure. He had even sent a mail from official id, confirming the same. 8) Now when I try to contact Bajaj Allianz, they are not disclosing the SSV factor, and when I check online, it is around 0.4 or 0.3. I created support tickets for the same, but not enough response from Bajaj Allianz. Now I can see that Mr. Shawaiz has been dismissed this March 2015 from Bajaj Allianz for mal-practices. At the end of the day Bajaj Allianz made money and the agents too made money. But we, the customers are suffering from these kind of cheating and mal-practices. I can't still believe that the company like Bajaj Allianz can treat their customers like this. I would like to surrender the policy without any loss, if not I'm open in going to consumer court as well. I've all the necessary documents to submit. Please beware of these cheats!

                                      Bajaj allianz 's grievance team resolved the issue in a months time by cancelling my policies from inception.I got the money that i have paid in 3 years.
