I Renewed my car insurance with bajaj Alliance before i had Iffco Tokya, this was the First time i was renewing. Bajaj Sales Rep Ask me toi send all the documents on Whatsapp & he sent some one to my place to get the money. After that i recived the policy after a Month. I gave him all the documents Registration Copy, Old Policy Copy . he said first they will verify it with iffco Tokya & will send me the Policy bond . after couple of months i met with an accident which was 04th dec-2015. I took my car to Competent Mehruli where i was told they don't have cash Less option, i have to pay from my pocket & later money will be credited to my account from Bajaj. But after a month they said I have availed 20% No claim bonus . & on that bases my claim has been rejected.
They Should have verified before issuing Policy, & i didn't ask for NCB. So why should be penalized . I have sent many emails to GRO & Customer Services but they always stall & give excuses.

I hope Consumer Court Will guid me.

i have already contacted Ombudsman, There is lady name Harleen She has ask me to get me the copy of all emails & other documents . So i am going there tomorrow to hand it out. even if they fail to help i will surely go to Consumer court & look for legal help against bajaj.
its been almost 5 Days, i haven't heard from anyone from Bajaj . I am still waiting for them to get my claim settled. Reference No. ORM010902.

    I have placed the request for closure of Sarve Shakti Suraksha Policy numbered [protected] a month back on 27-31 Dec 2015.

    I was told by their representatives that I'll be receiving cheque within 15-20 working days.As per their system the cheque was dispatched on 5th of Jan 2016, but till now I haven't received it.Nor did those people provide me a tracking number.

    Few days back after several calls at their centre, I came to know that cheque is still not dispatched.They provided me wrong information for several days.

    I called them several times and everytime they arranged a callback..but they never called back.

    It's more than a month that I have closed their policy and they are not returning my amount.

    I have sent all the required documents to them.But still they are not returning my money.Even they are not returning my full amount, and explaining me silly policies.

        I got an minor accident on 24.12 while driving bike, a auto rickshaw dashed my bike and i felt down after getting up i saw that my handset which was in my pocket also got damage ( screen glass broken ) a little bit, where as some problem in speaker and touch also not working frequently. I had purchased sony experia c5 ultra on 07.11.2015 worth Rs 27000 ( twenty seven thoushand ), i raised a complaint( claim number - [protected] ) and other formalities on 25.12.2015 and also a copy with proper documents ( invoice copy, insurance paper, all risk policy claim form) courierd over first flight couriers ltd on 28.12.2015 and dispatched my phone on 06.01.2016 now my problem is that i am idle without a phone, i did not got any stand by hand set .Can u imagine the problem i am facing without a phone.
        Again on 25.01.2016 i got call from bajaj allianz Mr.Arun Srivastav number is ( [protected] ) he told that claim amount will be credit to me, he asked the details of my bank account which i had provided to him, now he is telling me that i have to maintain minimum balance rs 10000, as far regarding minimum balance it is not possible to me maintain it because i am a salaried person.
        So please look into the matter and resolve it.

          Is this a fraud scheme - I don't know. Service - Very poor. Feels like I have been cheated.

          Summary - While opening my citi salary account, a bajaj insurance guy meets me and tells me to invest in a very good policy

          From day 1 when the account was opened, my premium was deducted from my account. But I didn't received any documents - either COI or Username or OPin or any other goddamn information.

          Issue #1 - Had to go through lots of channel just to get my username and password. When I logged in, I found that it was a group policy not a unit policy, so options like partial withdrawal or downloading COI from my online account were not available to me. Surely, the insurance guy missed out to inform me this.

          Issue #2 - When asked about documents - they said that a post had been sent to your address but returned as there was no one to receive. I don't get it - the address I provided was of my home, even the postmaster/postman knows my name. I don't know what channel you used to send me the post.

          Issue #3 - As I could not download my COI softcopy from my online account, I asked my Citibank POC to raise a request for me to get the softcopy on my mail. He said the request has been raised and gave me the reference number with 1-2 days timeline. After patiently waiting 4 days, when I called the Bajaj Allianz office, they said no such request has been raised. Its like I am juggling between Citibank and Bajaj Allianz.

          I thought of continuing this insurance, but now I just want to close this account, but am afraid will I ever get even my principal amount back - forget the insurance premium.

          Please if this complaint reaches the right channel - I just want to withdraw my policy. I had it. Never again I am having any business with this company or suggesting anyone else.

            My car insurance was expiring on 23rd Jan 2016 so i was looking out for a new policy. my car service center suggested to go with bajaj allianz. The prices i compared with my current insurance company, there was a difference of whopping Rs.8000/-. So i told the Baja allianz online executive ishwar that its very high and asked if i can get some discount. He gave me an initial discount of Rs.3000/- but later when i still said no he gave me a discount of another 3000 by confirming the same with the back end team. Still the Bajaj allianz car policy was expensive than the quotes i received from other car insurance competitors. But i still went ahead and mailed this guy on 22nd Jan 2106 that i am OK with the policy value and dont mind spending more if the product i am getting is premium. There was no reply. Later after a repetitive calls and mails i get to know that the later discount given to me was not applicable as i had previous claims in my policy which i had already mentioned to them. I got really irritated and asked them to give me the policy at same value that was given in mail as i had proof for the same. they finally agreed and gave it to me at same price what was quoted earlier by the agent ishwar.
            I wanted to make the payment in cash but they insisted to make an online payment to avoid any delay in issuance of policy as my previous insurance was expiring. So i managed all the payment related work for online payment in 15 minutes and did the payment on 22nd Jan 2016. They said you will receive the copy of policy in 24 hours which contradicted their statement made previously that you will receive the policy in 5 mins. I called again on 23rd Jan 2016 as it was my last day of previous insurance. they gave me reason as systems are down and committed that they will send it by the same evening. i didn't receive it on 23rd Jan 2016. I called on 24th Jan 2016 but nobody answered the calls. i couldn't take my car out as my insurance had expired and had no new insurance copy which is mandatory document for car. i called them on 25th Jan 2016 and asked for the copy again and also asked them to reimburse me for the car that i hired for the day i.e. 24th Jan 2016 and also asked them to send me the policy on urgent basis. they denied for reimbursement and said they will send the copy immediately. i waited an hour and called again for the same and got the same reply. but this time i got the policy via mail. i asked them for reimbursement again but they denied. i requested them to transfer the call to manager but they said manager will call you in 20 mins but till i have not received a single call till date. I have all the conversation in mail for the supporting case.
            i would like to file a case against them for all the trouble i been through even after paying a higher price for so called premium brand.

              I have a Bajaj Avenger 220 DTSI which got damaged/inundated in Chennai Floods. I have registered a claim on 12 Dec 15. (Claim No.: OC[protected] and my customer ID is 58087626.
              A surveyor was supposed to conduct a survey and collect the documents from me but however nobody turned up even after calling for a couple of times to the customer care. I was given with a contact No.s[protected] of Arumbakkam office. I tried calling many times but my call was always transferred from one desk to another and would gradually end without answer. Finally after prolonged attempts I was told to personally come and submit the documents at the Arumbakkam office for the process to be initiated. I had submitted all the required documents to Mr. Satish[protected] and was assured that the surveyor will be arranged. Still waited for quite some time and nobody turned up. Then once again I had contacted the customer care and requested to speak to some senior person. After registering the complaint it took another few days for the surveyor (Mr. Ramasaamy, Mob No. [protected]) to come and complete the formalities.

              After the repair work I called the surveyor to come and collect the documents/bills for the claim process on 5 Jan 16. The surveyor kept on saying tomorrow and finally had asked me to submit directly to Mr. Satish in Arumbakkam Office. The bills were submitted to Mr. Satish on 12 Jan 16 for the claim process for further settlement.

              Now the surveyor is asking me that Why did I submitted the documents at Arumbakkam Office. He is not able to receive any document from Mr. Satish. Mr. Satish is unable to understand and claims that all documents are with the surveyor.
              I have a strong doubt that the documents are misplaced by the company or may be its reluctancy in settling my claim.

              This is not just what I have faced. I have visited the Arumbakkam office thrice thereby hampering the busy schedule of mine. No matter how many times I call to the Arumbakkam office i don't get a proper response as i cannot speak Tamil. People in Arumbakkam office will entertain if and only if one speaks in Tamil or else the call will be transferred from one desk to another.
              I have recently complained regarding the entire episode at the customer care ( Request No.[protected] and has followed up on the same a few times. Today i have been told by the customer care that the status of my case shows as closed. (Today, 25 Jan 16.)

              Dear Bajaj Allianz,
              We all are already very much affected because of the natural calamity that has occoured and are slowly trying to recover. If this is how you treat your customers and value them then it will be like an addon to our trauma and sufferings there by harassing us mentally. I had a lot of high hopes from your organization but you have shattered it.
              Please do not come up with an excuse that you are having too many cases due to floods and that is why it is taking time. I have many colleagues having insurance from other companies who received a poles apart treatment and service to what your are giving me and their claims are settled long back. The most annoying part is your lack of communication, disrespect towards customer, unprofessional attitude in dealing and too many fake commitments along with self pity of having huge workload.

                The insurance has presently expired and i have still not obtained the soft copy or the hard copy or any confirmation of the policy being renewed.
                I have provided a cheque of Rs.25557/- dt 18/01/2016 favouring Bajaj Allianze which was debited to my account on 20.01.2016.
                The earlier policy was with ICICI with no.3001/98985129/00/000 . The policy has already expired ON 22.01.2016.

                      Dear, Kindly request you to close my claim as i have to make necessary changes in my policy. By mistake i have taken 25 % ncb but in my previous policy ncb is 20%. I have to make the 5 % short ncb payment first for my claims. So i request to close my claim asap and send me the payment link where i can make 5% ncb payment for policy endosment.                         Today i got call from bajaj allianz Mr.Arun Srivastav number is ( [protected] ) he told that claim amount will be credit to me, he asked the details of my bank account which i had provided to him, now he is telling me that i have to maintain minimum balance rs 10000, as far regarding minimum balance it is not possible to me maintain it because i am a salaried person.
                        So please look into the matter and resolve it.

                            Hi,

                            I called Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance customer service yesterday around 7PM to get my monthly premium receipts for the running financial year 2015-16 since my mode of payment is monthly. They raised a request on this and they told it will delivered within 24 hours to my email id.

                            Again i called them since i didn't receive it. They again gave me reference number : 61476382 to follow this. I received the statement within 2mins. Unfortunately it is consolidated one. Again i called customer service and explained that this consolidated statement is available in my individual login, i need monthly premium receipts. They told that they are not processing this type of requests and they cannot provide monthly premium receipts. I told to escalate the call to their supervisors but they are not ready to address this.

                            Facility to generate the monthly premium receipts in individual login is not available, else i would have downloaded it from there and would have not gone to customer service. Even am not getting the monthly premium receipts in my email once premium is debited from my account.

                            Am not sure how to handle this. Please help on this.

                              Hi my Car was totally damaged during the recent flood in chennai. I hold a car insurance with Bajaj Allianz, Its almost 40 days now after registering a complaint and survey done on the vehicle and vehicle accounted for total loss. But insurance company is yet to conclude on the settlement part, I didn't expect these kind of Service from Bajaj Allianz while all other insurance companies are reacting fast and helping their client in repairing the vehicle.I would say its a pathetic customer service rendered by them and i hope Bajaj Allianz should know the meaning of Insurance and react to the client need ASAP.                                 I received call from Allianz told 100 % concession on opd consultation. They also forwarded an email to confirm it, however now company isvproviding only 50 % concession.I sked for cancellation on next day of receiving the kit. As it was said 30 days as look up period, however Allianz saying that 49.5 %:cancellation charges will be applicable.

                                      Due to recent floods in CHennai, I have given my 2wheeler to the nearest authorized service center. I have raised Claim with Bajaj and it is now more than 10 days, Surveyor has not survived the vehicle. I have been following up with Bajaj Chennai office and there were no response. EIther, they transfer the call and no one is picking in the motor department or, the SPOC given for the Chennai Flood issue, is not picking the numbers. It is very disappointing to have Bajaj Insurance. I am not getting any response from CHennai or All india Baja insurance customer care dept. my claim no[protected]. I have been trying the following number [protected] & 43979065 who are the SPOC for flood related work in chennai. Till date, they haven't picked the phone. CHennai customer care is not addressing the issue, give wrong promise.
