Dear sir/mam I am registering this complain regarding my mahindra scorpio insurane which was done on 16th july 2014. The bajaj insurance agent misrepresented the type of insurance to me and when this year i got some damages on my car then i came to know about the misrepresentation done to me . The mahindra company told me that it was a zero debt insurance and you wonn't be getting any claim for this. Consequently i was forced to pay 27000 in cash . Moreover i tried my best to reach the bank and get my problem solved . But the bajaj allianz is not responsing and aiding me in any way . First they consoled me by saying that i will be geting the money back but later they stoped responding. I am attaching the insurance paper . Please find the attachement below. I request you to help me out of this so that the amount which i paid would be refunded back to me. Thankyou

    My car zen estillo (Tn07ar9212) is insured by your company with policy ref no. Og[protected]-00000945. The vehicle had met with a minor accident on 06 march 2016 at chennai, wherin it scratched against a wall on the right side of the driver's seat while trying to avoid a motorist coming on the wrong side during a turn.


    Surveyor mr naveen kumar inspected the vehicle at abt motors garage, in ambattur chennai on 16 march 16 and spoke to me. He enquired about the accident and when i explained to him, how it happened, he appeared to be completely restless and rudely refused the claim under the pretext that one claim for replacement of windshiled had earler been preffered during chennai floods in december. He was arguing that the scratches which i am reporting this time had been found in the earlier photo when the vehicle was inspected in december.


    I tried to reason that there could have been some scratches in the past, but now the scratches which have occured as a result of the incident of 06 march, have completely destroyed the look on the bumper and also caused a dent on the right panel door. But the surveyor was adamant in his stand and refused to accept the claim. I tried to explain that it is not feasible to run to the garage or the insurer for every small scratch, and he may chose to repair only the fresh ones and ignore the old scratches if he wished so strongly about it. But he was in no mood to listen. He further argued that the matter has been reported late, which is not a fact. Very next day after the incident, on 07 march, the car was taken to abt motors which regularly services my vehicle. Since the garage was heavy committed, they requested me to get the vehilce two to three days later and i deposited the vehicle with the garage on 10 march.


    Even in december, when the previous claim was preferred, i followed the same method, and the garage undertook the responsibility of informing the insurance company after assessing the damage and cost of repair. Hence same was followed this time. However, the surveyor argued that it is not his lookout as to where i get the vehicle serviced, and i should have gone to some other garage in time and reported the accident. Not only was he rude in his language, but also discourteous to disconnect the line abruptly.


    Company may please clarify the following:-


    1. Whether as many scratches were present on the bumper at the time of accepting the insurance policy in april 2015? Pls check the photos to see that there were absolutely no scratches then.


    2. If these scratches were there, copy of the photo may please be produced.


    3. If the scratches appeared in the photos taken in december 15 when a claim was preferred for replacement of broken wind shield, why was the scartches not repaired along with the wind shield, since the surveyor claims that the scratches were visible even in december.


    4. What means does the surveyor have to differentiate the fresh scratches from the old ones, if they occur in the same area?


    5. Even if there were some scratches for which no claim was preferred in december 15, can the company refuse to accept the claim for repair of the bumper due to fresh scratches that have occured as a result of a fresh accident.


    Mindless of the rude and unfriendly attitude of the surveyor, the company has chosen to serve a notice dated 16 march 16 with an observation that the damages claimed is old, seeking explanation within seven days from me.


    It is once again clarified that the scratches have occurred afresh on 06 march 16. Attempts to avoid, accepting the claim on the pretext that the scratches pre-existed is not acceptable, speaks poorly of the company staff, and repulsive in customer relation behaviour.


    Hope i get a positive response.

      Dear Team,

      I have applied for refund of my fire policy.

      Policy no. OG[protected]-00000002, which cancelled on 24 feb in your system, but till date not getting any refund amount or refund in my account.

      Customer care exe. told us to communicate the same with Bajaj Finance.

      I have paid all my Loan Amount.

      Kindly do the needful and refund our amount at the earliest, as the same is pending from 1.5 months.

      Otherwise i have to escalate the matter to IRDA & Consumable court.

        Our scooty was fully damaged by chennai flood. And un-repairable. The surveyor already checked the vehicle and claim form along with all documents submitted to the surveyor two months ago. In spite of several phone calls no claim received so far.

                  Hi am karan vaza, in 2007 my dad invested in bajaj allianz new family gain... policy term is 15 years, regular premium is 11000, they said to pay 11000 for 3 yrs, my dad has already paid 3 premium by 2009,

                  death benefit is Rs 4, 07, 000 + fund value
                  maturity benefit after 15yrs : fund value
                  now i got a account termination letter with cheque amount Rs 10, 983
                  my complain is i paid total Rs 33, 000
                  and i am getting back only 10983 that too after 8 and half year from commencement
                  they dint give any advance notice before terminating the policy,
                  and even if they terminate the amount refunded is too low,
                  on contacting them, they said its on the market getting down,
                  thus the market get so much down?
                  and while taking the policy they dint inform about market ups and downs ... its a total loss policy for any policy holder,
                  can any one please tell me how can anyone benefit from these policy

                    I had taken a Bajaj Allianz unit gain plus gold policy
                    Policy No. [protected]
                    from Varanasi branch, on 17.02.2009. Yearly Premium was Rs 60000/- to be paid annually .I had paid 2 Premiums regularly totalling Rs 1, 20, 000/-, after which due to financial problems I could not pay the remaining premiums. On visiting Bajaj Allianz insurance office, I was told that the policy has been foreclosed on 30th April 2011, so nothing is payable to me. This was a rude shock to me. During the last few years, neither I received any letter to my postal address nor any email from them regarding the foreclosure of the policy. Frustrated I contacted their Grievance Officer, and the Officer too confirmed that nothing is payable to me. The authorities have been very rude to my complaint and I have not even received a reply to my complaint.

                    As per the terms and conditions of the policy contract and as stipulated by the insurance regulatory and development Authority vide circular No.032/IRDA/Act/Dec-2005 21st December 2005, if the policy is not revived within the minimum revival period as mentioned in the policy contract, the policy will be terminated at the end of the revival period and surrender value if any will be payable at the end of the revival period or on completion of 3 policy years which ever is later.

                    Going by the above clause, they are bound to pay my money after deducting their administrative and other charges.

                    I would be grateful if you kindly look into it and help me get my money back at the earliest.

                          There are two concerns:
                          Firstly, the customercare is an utter waste. All that they do is raise a new complaint every time we make a call and then they don't take any action. It's been 2 and half months since the process for policy surrender has started. Till now the status of the request has not changed to closed as per their records. How can they have such an inefficient process. They are now again asking me to send the request letter saying that there is a signature missing on the letter. They say they won't accept even a digital copy. How many time can one keep sending couriers shelling out 120 bucks each time you send out a courier.

                          Secondly, the sarva shakti suraksha policy is the worst policy that doesn't provide good returns. Initially they trick you into taking the policy saying that instead of keeping the money idle in your bank, every month 1500 gets deducted towards the premium for this policy. After, 4 years you can withdraw without any penalty. Now i've invested 78000 INR for more than 4 years and when i submit a surrender request, the returns are a meagre 67000. The admin charges are crazy high. Worst policy!!! Don't take it.

                          I am going to raise a complaint against it in Consumer court by hiring a lawyer if this doesn't get resolved soon.
                          or may be all the consumers who feel cheated can get together to sue them

                              I have an insurance policy purchased from Bajaj Allianz. Since this is the time when we declare the IT savings to our department, I requested Bajaj Allianz to send me the IT certificate of 2015 16 from April to till date.
                              I received one attachment, which do not reflect the premium payment from July to October 2015, although, I have paid all premiums till date. That is why, the policy still alive otherwise, which would have lapsed. Now raising this issue, they simply respond saying, I have not paid the premium, instead of resolving it.
                              I am able to download a consolidated IT certificate, from my online profile. The certificate do not show receipt numbers, without which the certificate is of no use. My department do not accept it. I have told about this to customer care and grievance officer, but they say that they do not provide receipt number.

                                  Hi All,
                                  i have availed a general insurance policy from Bajaj Allianz company, in month of 12th Jan 2015 valid upto 11th Jan 2016. Policy No: OG[protected]-00001984, ID Card No:[protected]b. My wife was admitted in hospital ( Phonix hospital nr Kalewadi phata, pune ) on 2nd Dec 2015, and discharged on 6th Dec 2015, at the time of billing i have given all necessary documents of my insurance, hospital people have mailed to all the details to Bajaj Allianz but they didn't got any reply from them, after investigation i was informed that my policy has been expired which is totally fraud . but on 25th Jan'16, they have returned my policy premium Rs : six thousand and four hundred forty four rupees to my bank a/c after a year. So this is total cheating with customer . my total hospital bill was Rs 15.800 /- which actually should be paid by bajaj allianz, . I want this compliant be taken very seriously and want solution . And want to educate Indian crowd not avail any fake services from bajaj Allainz. Awaiting for a positive revert.

                                      Dear Team,
                                      This is with reference to the notice of without prejudice send by you at my home address for the claim of our stolen vehicle. As per the notice you stated that aforesaid violation of policy terms and conditions and ask for clarification as owner mr shiv kumar passed away eight months ago so as per policy the insurance policy has to be transferred to any legal heir with in three months but I would like to inform you that vehicle no. DL5CK5477 is on finance from HDFC BANK on EMIS on the name shiv kumar Chauhan. After death we have asked from bank to transfer the vehicle but they asked for full and final payment in order to issue NOC. AS per our financial conditions we are unable to do so . Bank refuse to transfer the vehicle and guided us to pay emi only .In this case how can we transfer the policy if vehicle is not transferred??.
                                      Another thing is our policy was expiring in October 2015 so as per your agent they ask for renewal by making a payment of 13892 INR which we made on time as you can check in your records. After making the payment you have renewed the policy successfully so if it is against the policy or violation of policy any concern person has to inform us but it doesn’t happen from your end. We have all the documents which already been submitted to you by us. We pay premium on time and expect at least some support from your end which is not seen yet so for further clarification you can contact to HDFC BANK as we need our claim other wise we have to go to consumer court for same with all details. I am sending the renewed policy as well with this so kindly check and do needful. Any help from your side will be highly appreciated.

                                      In view of our explanation kindly reply us on the same the claim status on the contact number or home address.
