With respect to the above policy numbers, it is almost a year that we have requested for the cancellation of my parents overseas medical policy and we have still not received refund for the same.

Following is the gist the trail of events for your reference:

- Policy No OG[protected]-00028269 & OG[protected]-00028270 issued on 27th Feb 2015 for travel period between 27th May 2015 to 24th August 2015.

- 12th May 2015 - Letter to terminate both the policy submitted with Bajaj Allianz - we have acknowledgment. We were also informed by agent that since we have requested for termination prior to our travel we are eligible for full refund as per the policy terms

- Several reminders, call and follow up with Mr Rahul Nemade for refund

- 3rd August 2015 - Second Reminder letter for refund. Also, submiited the entire copy of passport along with the new overseas travel insurance policy

- December 2015 - As required by Bajaj, we submitted our bank account details with cross cheque for processing refund amount

- January 2016 - Resent the copies of May 12th 2015 and August 3rd 2015 papers for verification by Bajaj personnels

- February / March 2016 - Continuous follow up with Mr Kamlendu Sinha by Dhabalia Wealth Management

- April 2016 - Email reminders requesting for processing the refund.

Despite of our rigourous follow up and submission of all the required papers as when asked by Bajaj office personnel, we have not received any refund from them. We have even not received any written communication explaning what is the status of our refund and why is so much delay in processing the same.

Such an unprofessional manner. I am seriously wondering what would happen if god forbid we had to make a claim of any mishap.

    I purchased sony led with bajaj allianz extended warranty, now my tv got repaired and i called bajaj allianz, they said they will send executive within 48 hrs, i have given complaint on 16thapril2016 but till now(25thapril2016) no action was taken, i called several times to several phone numbers but no use.

      Agent name siddhart ( mobile no: [protected]) called me and offer ne interest free loan against policy . He said that ' you will receive a loan in just 20 days.
      And also said that please dont let verification team came to know that purpose of this policy is to get loan against it.

      So i applied for the policy number of the policy is [protected] under the name s k dagar

      Now its almost four month i haven't received any loan but that guy has transferred to me some loan department where they are asking me to give rs 90, 000 to get the loan id generated name of that guy is sanjay sharma (Mobile no [protected] having there office in noida

      Can you please help me redeem my policy amount and take some actions against these fraudsters .

      They are fooling many people

        I had purchased a ac from whirpool. My policy number is og[protected]-00026615 and my claim number is[protected]. I made a complaint on 6 april 2016. They have not resolved my problem yet, i make call every time company customer care but they didn't respond properly and put me on hold for 25 minutes every time, there are lot of problem has been causing to me and my family because of ac. I have not got a single reply from their side.
        Very pathetic service.

          I recently renewed my Car Insurance of Bajaj Allianz online. After online payment and successful generation of policy, now they are asking for more money.
          Bajaj Allianz sent me a mail in which they said that I will have to pay more money otherwise they will cancel my policy.
          This is completely illegal. After renewing the policy online, you cannot blackmail the consumer.
          IRDA should look into this and cancel the license of this fraud company.

              My car maruti ciaz vdi+ (Rj19 cf 4101) is insured by your company with policy ref no. Og[protected]-[protected]Zero depreciation policy), this is regarding claim no:oc[protected]First claim with the company) .

              My vehicle had met with a minor accident on 2nd april 2016 at jodhpur rajasthan, wherein it got hit by a suv in back and got scratched against two wheeler from front.

              Surveyor inspected the vehicle at krishna moters in jodhpur, rajasthan on 4 april 16 and spoke to me. He inquired about the accident and when i explained to him, how it happened, he appeared to be completely restless and rudely refused the claim of front scratches and only accepted claim for back side bumper.
              Also he (From garage by his instruction) made me to sign the blank customer satisfaction form as well as claim settlement form as he said otherwise the workshop won’t start the work on car.

              I requested surveyor many time to include that front side paint job but he was replying rudely and was in no mood to listen.

              I explained him how the front scratches got there because of hit from backside but he was adamant in his stand and refused to accept the claim for front side scratched, then i asked him for mobile number of his manager and he gave me mobile number mr. Vipin tyagi, i called mr. Tyagi and explained him situation, he said we don’t cover small scratches in insurance then i told him that those are not minor scratches and it is much visible and lots of paint is removed but he was adamant on it, then i asked him that what is defined size for small scratches which you do not cover, to which he replied that there is no such defined size but as we say its small then it means it is small, so such scratches are not covered, he said you can go to court if you want, we will not cover that in claim. I tried to explain him properly but he was in no mood to listen.
              I have never faced such rudeness from any other company in my whole life, i don’t know whether these guys are trained to do so or they have pressure to do so, but he was making me feel like hell.

              Worst experience with bajaj allianz, you guys really need to learn how to behave with customers.

              I don't want to get things done for free, if it is not included in insurance but if the accidental scratches are included then please get the work done.

              I have got the paint job done by myself, but now after repairing of car they have not added rear parking sensor which came with car model on purchase.

              While giving car i have mentioned this that, this car is with parking sensor so take care of that but now after getting it repaired they have given me without parking sensor saying that there was no parking sensor in bumper.

              Please resolve the issue as soon as possible, as it is very difficult for me to drive car without parking sensors.

              I hope i will get positive response from your team and get my car's parking sensors claimed.

                This is to inform you i hold a bajaj platinum - cash-gain platinum. I really feel cheated by the false promises my one pof your insurance agents iffat begum. She was with standard chartered bank at the time of selling this policy. To give you more details about the case.In the the year 2012 i was sold this policy on by the mentioned agent, on the below statements.

                1) i will have to pay 28000+ every year.
                2) after 3 years making the payment promtly, i will receiving an amount in excess of 90000 at the time of surrender after 3 years.

                Now after the 3 years are finished, i recently visited a bajaj allianz centre and they have told me that i would get notheing more than 9000/- only.

                I really feel cheated and i need you people to act accordingly. I was guided by an associate at your office to drop an email.

                  Dear sir,

                  I have invested in new family gain policy in bajajallianz.Co.In in 2008.

                  I have continuously paid 3 instalment of 10, 000/- per year without any fail. So total amount paid is rs. 30000/-.

                  After 2011, due to some family situation i am not able to continue the policy.

                  In 2013, i have gone for partial withdrawal of rs. 12, 500/-.

                  In 2016, february the company has foreclosed my policy without any prior intimation and sent the cheque amount of rs. 10, 044/-

                  So, because of this i was totally upset and not able to digest the loss of rs. 7500/-

                  Now they are saying it is the policy of the company. If they said me at the time of partial withdrawal i would have foreclose myself and gone, lost only rs. 5, 000/-

                  In the meantime, the fund value has reached rs. 16000 to rs. 17, 000 after my partial withdrawal if they had intimated me at that time, i would have foreclosed it at that time.

                  Nothing they have intimated but all of a sudden they sent the cheque without any intimation.

                    I had purchased my LED in December 2014 from Kohinoor Electronics, Andheri West Mumbai and I had opted for a 2 year extended warranty through Bajaj Allianz and I had paid the installment of Rs 6552 (viaBajaj Finserv). The policy was supposed to be valid till 28th December 2016

                    However because of the mistake from their policy issued was for 1 year which expired in December 2015, however as per the document I had received at the time of signing up clearly mentions its a 24 month policy, document attached.

                    Since there is an error form YOUR end that the policy was activated selected for just one year when I have clearly opted for 2 years and also paid for the same.

                    When i wrote to them about the same they are telling me that the since the policy has already expired they cannot do anything about the same.

                      Dear sir/mam I am registering this complain regarding my mahindra scorpio insurane which was done on 16th july 2014. The bajaj insurance agent misrepresented the type of insurance to me and when this year i got some damages on my car then i came to know about the misrepresentation done to me . The mahindra company told me that it was a zero debt insurance and you wonn't be getting any claim for this. Consequently i was forced to pay 27000 in cash . Moreover i tried my best to reach the bank and get my problem solved . But the bajaj allianz is not responsing and aiding me in any way . First they consoled me by saying that i will be geting the money back but later they stoped responding. I am attaching the insurance paper . Please find the attachement below. I request you to help me out of this so that the amount which i paid would be refunded back to me. Thankyou

                        My car zen estillo (Tn07ar9212) is insured by your company with policy ref no. Og[protected]-00000945. The vehicle had met with a minor accident on 06 march 2016 at chennai, wherin it scratched against a wall on the right side of the driver's seat while trying to avoid a motorist coming on the wrong side during a turn.


                        Surveyor mr naveen kumar inspected the vehicle at abt motors garage, in ambattur chennai on 16 march 16 and spoke to me. He enquired about the accident and when i explained to him, how it happened, he appeared to be completely restless and rudely refused the claim under the pretext that one claim for replacement of windshiled had earler been preffered during chennai floods in december. He was arguing that the scratches which i am reporting this time had been found in the earlier photo when the vehicle was inspected in december.


                        I tried to reason that there could have been some scratches in the past, but now the scratches which have occured as a result of the incident of 06 march, have completely destroyed the look on the bumper and also caused a dent on the right panel door. But the surveyor was adamant in his stand and refused to accept the claim. I tried to explain that it is not feasible to run to the garage or the insurer for every small scratch, and he may chose to repair only the fresh ones and ignore the old scratches if he wished so strongly about it. But he was in no mood to listen. He further argued that the matter has been reported late, which is not a fact. Very next day after the incident, on 07 march, the car was taken to abt motors which regularly services my vehicle. Since the garage was heavy committed, they requested me to get the vehilce two to three days later and i deposited the vehicle with the garage on 10 march.


                        Even in december, when the previous claim was preferred, i followed the same method, and the garage undertook the responsibility of informing the insurance company after assessing the damage and cost of repair. Hence same was followed this time. However, the surveyor argued that it is not his lookout as to where i get the vehicle serviced, and i should have gone to some other garage in time and reported the accident. Not only was he rude in his language, but also discourteous to disconnect the line abruptly.


                        Company may please clarify the following:-


                        1. Whether as many scratches were present on the bumper at the time of accepting the insurance policy in april 2015? Pls check the photos to see that there were absolutely no scratches then.


                        2. If these scratches were there, copy of the photo may please be produced.


                        3. If the scratches appeared in the photos taken in december 15 when a claim was preferred for replacement of broken wind shield, why was the scartches not repaired along with the wind shield, since the surveyor claims that the scratches were visible even in december.


                        4. What means does the surveyor have to differentiate the fresh scratches from the old ones, if they occur in the same area?


                        5. Even if there were some scratches for which no claim was preferred in december 15, can the company refuse to accept the claim for repair of the bumper due to fresh scratches that have occured as a result of a fresh accident.


                        Mindless of the rude and unfriendly attitude of the surveyor, the company has chosen to serve a notice dated 16 march 16 with an observation that the damages claimed is old, seeking explanation within seven days from me.


                        It is once again clarified that the scratches have occurred afresh on 06 march 16. Attempts to avoid, accepting the claim on the pretext that the scratches pre-existed is not acceptable, speaks poorly of the company staff, and repulsive in customer relation behaviour.


                        Hope i get a positive response.

                          Dear Team,

                          I have applied for refund of my fire policy.

                          Policy no. OG[protected]-00000002, which cancelled on 24 feb in your system, but till date not getting any refund amount or refund in my account.

                          Customer care exe. told us to communicate the same with Bajaj Finance.

                          I have paid all my Loan Amount.

                          Kindly do the needful and refund our amount at the earliest, as the same is pending from 1.5 months.

                          Otherwise i have to escalate the matter to IRDA & Consumable court.

                                      and even if they terminate the amount refunded is too low,
                                      on contacting them, they said its on the market getting down,
                                      thus the market get so much down?
                                      and while taking the policy they dint inform about market ups and downs ... its a total loss policy for any policy holder,

                                        I had taken a Bajaj Allianz unit gain plus gold policy
                                        Policy No. [protected]
                                        from Varanasi branch, on 17.02.2009. Yearly Premium was Rs 60000/- to be paid annually .I had paid 2 Premiums regularly totalling Rs 1, 20, 000/-, after which due to financial problems I could not pay the remaining premiums. On visiting Bajaj Allianz insurance office, I was told that the policy has been foreclosed on 30th April 2011, so nothing is payable to me. This was a rude shock to me. During the last few years, neither I received any letter to my postal address nor any email from them regarding the foreclosure of the policy. Frustrated I contacted their Grievance Officer, and the Officer too confirmed that nothing is payable to me. The authorities have been very rude to my complaint and I have not even received a reply to my complaint.

                                        As per the terms and conditions of the policy contract and as stipulated by the insurance regulatory and development Authority vide circular No.032/IRDA/Act/Dec-2005 21st December 2005, if the policy is not revived within the minimum revival period as mentioned in the policy contract, the policy will be terminated at the end of the revival period and surrender value if any will be payable at the end of the revival period or on completion of 3 policy years which ever is later.

                                        Going by the above clause, they are bound to pay my money after deducting their administrative and other charges.

                                        I would be grateful if you kindly look into it and help me get my money back at the earliest.
