Dear Sir/madam, I am ganesh kumar jha having Bajaj allianz policy since 2011. I am paying regrular premium.I used cash less facility earlier.In June 2015 i come to know that i have some heart disease.I came to Asian Hospital in faridabad.Doctor said that i have Rheumatic Heart Disease.I admited hospita on 30 june 2015.I submitted all document along policy no for mediclaim as cash less facility.they rejected thrice we follow the same on customer care but they said we cann't process the same as cash less by mentioning reason-Denial of cashless Facility-mentioned reason General Denial clause-3, liability of the insurer can not be ascertained at this juncture-claim as normal process not through cash less. claim no-hat/16/51082 policy no-azbj/00207621 kindly confirm the exact reason and why they cant process through cash less we are harassed by company and their customer care representative. and also provide me cash less facility.     I was offered this insurance policy on opening a salary account with citibank with the assurance that I will get a good return and the policy can be withdrawn anytime after 3 years without any loss or deductions. The premium gets deducted automatically from my account every month. The service is very poor. 1) I face a lot of trouble for getting the IT certificate. 2) while asking for the surrender value I have been provided an amount which is far less than the premium I have paid till date. While asking for the explanation I get a response that one of the representative will contact me shortly but no call yet. Followups all in vain.       This in regards to Bajaj Allianz policy No. OC[protected]-00001475 for Royal Enfield Classic 350. Which got stolen in month of November 2014 when i was on tour with my family to Thailand on Diwali vacations. I have provided all necessary documents which was required. Whenever i have call Bajaj Allianz for update on my claim i always get revert this document is missing. On my next Europe tour i lost my bag which contains My DSLR, Handy camera and House keys and bullet keys. Now these guys after long follow-up ask to submit 2 original keys of my vehicle. i informed than that one key was lost in Europe and I have provided them mails exchange which was done between lost and found department of Switzerland. But as per Bajaj Allianz my bullet was stolen from key which was stolen in Switzerland. They have communicated that directly or indirectly I have help thief to steal my own vehicle how ridiculous statement was this. I am chasing Bajaj Allianz from almost 7 months every time i follow-up my case is with some other manager. Again I have to start with old history. i am fed up with this company. I strongly believe Bajaj Allianz finds pleasure in customer harassment. After strong follow-up today i come to know that my claim won’t be passed due to this missing key. If I would have intentions to help thief to stole my vehicle or to any intentions to make money from insurance company. i would have issued duplicate key to thief and would have submitted 2 original keys to Bajaj or i would have purchase original lock from Royal Enfield and would have submitted you 2 keys to you. I strongly regret on buying Bajaj Allianz Policy.

      I am still awaiting for update on my claim status. it seems like i have not deal with reputed corporate company but I have deal with some Tadumal Jethamal type of small proprietorship company where everybody is leased bother about customer satisfaction. it more than ages now i am being following up for my claim.

        I have taken DRIVE ASSURE - ECONOMY Policy # OG[protected]-00024415 valid upto 2-8-2015 by paying Rs.11310 from Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited, Ahmedabad Branch for my Car i10 Magna, 1.2 IMM BS IV Car. Regn No. GJ01RC0925, Chasis No. MALAM51CLDM435977, Engine No.G4LADM062241 Date of Regn.[protected], Month & Year of Mfg. June 2013. The policy description as provided to me is as under: BAJAJ - Nil- Depreciation, Engine Protection, Road Side Assistance, Towing Facility, Fuel Assistance, Taxi Benefit, Flat Tyre Assistance, Breakdown Assistance, Battery Jump Start, Medical Co ordination, Damage to Gear Box due to Operator Fault etc. There was a break down on[protected], I have moved the Car for cleaning purpose by starting. After cleaning the car, after 30 minutes I tried to start, but there was trouble and could not start. Then I contacted your customer care and they have deputed a technician, who was come and checked the battery etc. and found okay and suggested, there is some fuel choke up problem and needs to be taken to Workshop. Then again I have contacted your customercare, who has arranged for towing and car sent to Sharma Hyundai, Naroda. Bajaj Allianz inspected the above vehicle on 30th June 2015 and informed that such fault is not covered under this policy AND REJECTED the estimate. It is clearly written 'ENGINE PROTECTION" which can be of any type.

            Dear Sir/Madam Date: 26/June/2015 With due regard & humble submission I (Abid Nabi Lone) would Like to bring into your kind notice that I am, running Mobile Distribution for Bandipora Sopore & Baramulla under name M/s A-Zone located at opposite Karippa Park near SBI Bank Baramulla J&K, but on 04 Jan 2015 the said Office cum Godown was gutted due to fire. That after the unfortunate incident, F.I.R was reported to the nearest police station and every other formality was properly done That with regard to said business bank account was properly maintained by me with Cash Credit Facility of Amount Thirty Lakh Only under Account no [protected] with Jammu & Kashmir bank branch K.B Adda and the same account was insured by the Jammu & Kashmir bank branch K.B Adda to Bajaj Allianz That claim was made to insurance company and later survey was made by the surveyor in the process but till date nothing has come up. My Reputation and business is on stake, i have faced many problems due to the delay caused by Bajaj allianz. I am regularly following this case from past six months but till date there is no genuine settlement. Above all bank is debiting regular interest from my Account and have paid huge amount of interest since then and J&k Bank is pressuring me to settle this claim as per there wish. I have submitted all the relevant records to the surveyor and the concerned authorities dealing with the same. I am regular tax payer and have paid all sales tax against my Purchase and sale of goods. It is humble request to look into this matter and intervene and readdress my grievances as I am not satisfied with the process.               General insurance policy number -[protected]. Annual premium 1700, due date for this year 28 march 2015..But paid delayed on May 2015(Receipt No. [protected]), , but received a laps intimation latter on 25th June 2015 mean before around 30 days before policy laps.Then why policy laps without any intimation if premium already paid?..Please renew my policy and reply ASAP

                  I have taken Bajaj Allianz SARVE SHAKTI SURAKSHA policy through CITIBANK and have been paying premium for the same @1500 pm for the past 59 months. To be my surprise, I get to know from your customer support that I paid for 53 months only. How it is possible? Till now I have paid 88, 500/- INR and they are telling my account value as 76, 000/- INR. Bajaj Allianz is a example of fraud company. These people are sucking blood of freshers by producing false information at policy commencement. Please help me to get my actual amount, I am not asking for the interest.

                      Dear Sir/Madam, I have renewed my BajajAllianz Motor Policy by issuing a check for an amount of RS/18000. BajajAllianz have deducted the amount on May-23-2015. When i ask them for policy cover note after my money have been deducted, their representative asked me for extra amount to be paid as the person who contacted me has put NCB ( I already mentioned that i have made a claim last year). Also, the representative who contacted me has left the company. Could you please help me resolve this and let me know how can i get my policy. Also, i'm not able to use my car because i don't have insurance and if a cop catches it would be a problem to me. Kindly suggest on how can i get my policy immediately Complaint No:[protected].                           Hello, - My car renewal policy OG[protected]-00001561 was due on 30th May 2015. - I had a email exchange with one of the Bajaj agent named Kalpana regarding quote. - She shared a new quote to me over email, I requested her to send the link to make the payment online. - I have done the payment on 29th May. She sent the payment receipt - But, after that she is neither sending the cover letter nor the policy, soft copy I have been writing email after email to her id, customer care but nobody responds or send the policy.

                            My policy number is [protected], taken on June 2011 and paid 3 premiums already. Mr. Shawaiz (shawaiz.[protected]@balic.in) had come to meet me after some marketing calls from Bajaj claiming 15% returns in 5 years. 1) Mr. Shawaiz, when visited was having the Bajaj Allianz Id card 2) He offered gold coins / cash back/ Honda Activa against the first premium claiming that it is given by Bajaj. I opted for cash back, though later he transferred it from his account. When inquired he said, the process is getting delayed and hence it is transferred through his account, as it is much faster. 3) He explained a logic, which used the premium payment amount and arrived at around 15% returns at the end of 5 years. He said there are not surrender charges after 5 years. 4) When asked about the policy document sample copy, he said it will be available ony when the policy is issued. 5) The policy registration was delayed by two weeks, even though I had signed the document and given the cheque. 6) At last when the policy arrived, I couldn't check it as I was busy and later when I checked realized that, the surrender value was much lesser after 5th year. 7) Then when I checked with Shawaiz, he gave me another calculation including SSV factor and assured that the SSV factor will be 1.21 from the fifth year and it will not change throughout the tenure. He had even sent a mail from official id, confirming the same. 8) Now when I try to contact Bajaj Allianz, they are not disclosing the SSV factor, and when I check online, it is around 0.4 or 0.3. I created support tickets for the same, but not enough response from Bajaj Allianz. Now I can see that Mr. Shawaiz has been dismissed this March 2015 from Bajaj Allianz for mal-practices. At the end of the day Bajaj Allianz made money and the agents too made money. But we, the customers are suffering from these kind of cheating and mal-practices. I can't still believe that the company like Bajaj Allianz can treat their customers like this. I would like to surrender the policy without any loss, if not I'm open in going to consumer court as well. I've all the necessary documents to submit. Please beware of these cheats!

                              I bought my car insurance policy from Bajaj Allianz. I bought a second hand Ford Figo Titanium car and I took fresh policy for that. All parts photos were taken at the time of policy. But when I got an accident your surveyor denied my claim. My car's rear tyre was fell into pit on road and it got dis-balanced. For this i took my car to a mechanic and he told me for replacing rear tyre's connecting rod (defender) and he repaired the tyre temporary. I went to my Home in evening and called Bajaj customer care for claim. They told me that surveyor will come to me for survey but no one came and i took my car to Ford service station myself. After that the ford advisor took photos and sent photos to the Surveyor office. Now surveyor office people are saying that they will not give me claim because CAR is repaired out side. But the mechanic which repaired my car did only some screw tight near rear Tyre's suspension. The surveyor is saying that defender of car was repaired but the mechanic never touched that part. It may be repaired by the previous owner of CAR. I asked to send me all photographs which were taken at the time of insurance and match the defender photo to those photos. Is that my fault that i bought a second hand car. All photographs were taken at the time of policy so company should match them. I need my claim and you can not cheat me. I'll go to online forums and review websites and write there about the cheat of Bajaj.

                                My family members have been using Bajaj Allianz Travel Insurance since 2004, the year I moved to New Zealand. In 11 years we made 1 claim in December 2014 only to realize that Bajaj Allianz insurance is absolutely useless. If I had read the reviews in this forum in the past I would never have let my family send lakhs on Bajaj Allianz. On 15th December 2015, my father-in-law was admitted to the Waikato Hospital in Hamilton, New Zealand for a day due to chest pain. It was not easy to contact Bajaj Allianz on the same day as their overseas emergency number was not working. Finally we managed to contact them via the insurance agent in India and lodged our claim. There was a delay in obtaining hospital reports but they provided us with a discharge summary with the diagnoses. Once we submitted the hospital summary, without asking for any further supporting document they rejected our claim. Finally when I complained through their Facebook portal, they re-opened the claim and asked for more hospital documents. The cat and mouse game of rejection and re-opening of the case happened 3 times. Finally when they managed to give me a nonsense reason for the assumption of pre-existing condition, I forwarded their email to the hospital and the doctor who treated my FIL said this reason is invalid and his admission was not due to any pre-existing condition. The doctor gave me a letter explaining the treatment and specifically mentioning that my FIL's chest pain is not due to any pre-existing condition. After obtaining the letter, they asked me to provide medical notes from the physician who initially assessed my FIL and referred him to the hospital admission. When we sent them the records along with a letter from the physician that his preliminary diagnoses does not look like it was a pre-existing condition. It has been 6 weeks since those documents were forwarded to Lakshmi (the case manager from Pune - hopeless and incompetent) and a total of 6 months since the hospital admission without resolution. All I hear back from them is that the documents have been forwarded to experts for assessment which I think is ! The hospital and doctor bill is only NZD $3500. But why should we let these companies bully us. Since last two weeks my emails to Lakshmi is bouncing back. Not sure if they are deliberately doing it but I have cc’ed in 5 other people from the same department so that someone gets my email. I think they are a FRAUD and not sure how many more people have been victimized by them. Next step from us will be spreading awareness on social media so that people stop using the phony Bajaj Allianz products. Bajaj Allianz Sucks big time. Absolutely hopeless and incompetent.

                                  I have been a victim of this insurance fraud as well. If only I had known about so many complaints I would have not asked my family to use this company. We have used Bajaj Allianz since 2004 and our first claim has turned into a nightmare. All those lakhs spent on insurance so far feels like a waste. After reading the complaints in this forum, I realized that it was all a delay tactics to make people sick and tired and finally give up. I think Bajaj Allianz is a FRAUD and not sure how many more people have been victimized by them. I have contacted a solicitor and have given him printouts of all the email correspondence close to 70 emails. If my case is not resolved within a week we will be sending a legal notice proving the case managers competency in handling the case. I will also make sure that message is forwarded to millions using social media. Bajaj Allianz, you suck! after being a loyal customer for 11 years all we get is crap service.
