Dear Concern, I am Sunil Kumar Mittal have applied for my PF Settlement amount(PF a/c no-PUPUN0034020/000/0077345) on behalf of my Employee code-45649 in Bajaj Allianz Life Ins Co Ltd in the month of July2014 at Sangrur.After that my claim id has generate both for Form19 and Form 10C (Claim ID -PUPUN[protected] with PUPUN[protected] on 21stAugust, 2014.I have received a message that my claim amount has been settled for (Claim ID -PUPUN[protected] with PUPUN[protected]and amount is sent to my bank account (A/C No.[protected]) on 22ndOct, 2014.But still I didn’t get any settlement amount in my saving account(A/C No.[protected])upto date.Plz do as my needful.     I bought car insurance from Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company in Oct Feb 2013 and recently my car met with an accident where my car's front door and rear left door got partially damaged. On 28nd Oct 2014, I gave my car in Toyota (infinium Toyota) shop in S.G.Hoghway, Ahmedabad for repair where the body shop engineer told me that both doors and another supporting body part will need to be replaced looking at the damage. I filled up the claim form as required and submitted all documents to them. I was told that the insurance surveyor will survey the car on 29th Oct. I didn’t receive any message from Bajaj Allianz about the claim No. On 30th, I called insurance surveyor (Khemchand) saying that they will be not accepting claim for one door (front) and said that the glass is not damage. He said to me door was repairable and as per companies professional mechanic (Toyota engineer) it’s not repairable. Then Mr.khemchand told me that let them try to repairs once it not repairable I will approve for replacement. Which feels like you are talking to some grocery shop for bargain. This is not first time I faced issue, its my 2nd time Ill face issue with the surveyor. I am not sure why such insurance company do this to their customer and would talk big while selling the insurance but would make hundreds excuses at the time of claim. I am extremely DISAPPOINTED and being HARRASED with such behavior of company representatives to use any mean to avoid paying their customers. Even while talking to surveyor, he said that "I DON’T HAVE TIME, CALL ME TOMORROW", I mean how the heck is this related to me? This is the first time I am taking insurance for my car in last 1 year and have to hear such examples???? At present I am getting a response that the surveyor is again visiting the garage and will again confirm to me about damage and approval amount. I feel they are doing all their efforts to fool their customers, make delays so that we feel helpless and then pay by our pockets for the repair. Strong actions should be taken against such companies by auditing their process and their behaviors towards their customers.

    Ya even i am facing the same problem now. They don't provide higher authority number to talk and get clarified.
    I too faced the same problem with Bajaj Allianz.They have a nexus with the service centre.My car Toyota corolla met with an accident. Immediately called the insurance company and gave all relevant papers. The surveyor just sat on it. He was trying to make a profit out of our misery.Even after 10 days no report was forthcoming from them. He never answered my calls nor replied to my message. Finally, I sold my car to a scrap dealer. Lesson learnt that NEVER GO TO BAJAJ ALLIANZ FOR ANY INSURANCE

      Hi, I am B.Nageswara Rao. I had the life insurance policy No. [protected]. This policy is issued at the time of housing loan processing from Syndicate bank. I paid 3 terms of Rs.25000 each. Total I paid Rs.75000. Now the bond value is Rs.112000. I repaid the loan of syndicate bank but the bank peopel is not issuing the Original bond to me.         Hi This is to get in your notice that the sales agency of the Bajaj Allianz company (Bharuch city – Gujarat) are doing fraud with customers . One day call received from him that during our lucky draw you are winner of our lucky draw. Please collect the prize with your family in one hotel during December 2009. After my duty time (17:25 hrs) I reached the hotel with my family. There were many family coming. His sales agent talking with us regarding insurance policy stating that this is a single premium policy and after 20 years, your policy will be completed. In between you can withdraw the fund after 3 years. After 1 year call received from Bajaj Allianz that your premium is due. I have told that we have purchased the policy with single premium. Once the policy was purchased from these agency they were not up to the word what they promised and that caused me a loss of 60000 and + the amount of buying all the policies that these agents had to offer of the policy number are as under: Policy Holder Policy Policy No. Date Amount Kanubhai Mavjibhai Dhorajiya Unit gain plus Gold [protected] 27/12/2009 25000 Minaxi Kanubhai Dhorajiya Unit gain plus Gold [protected] 27/12/2009 25000 Utkarsh Kanubhai Dhorajiya Unit gain [protected] 27/12/2009 10000 After 3 year, I requested to my refund but company not ready to pay my money. They were said that your policy having with regular premium policy and your policy is lapsed so we can't give any refund. I have also offer to him that I will pay all pending premium but they are not ready. It has caused me a mental harassment.           I would like to lodge a complaint regarding Bajaj allianz general insurance My Extended warranty policy plan, my policy no: is OG[protected]-00109270 and policy holder name is leena k mehta. iam writing this letter to inform you that sir i have lg 42 inch 3dsmart tv worth rupees 65000/-.and still in bajaj allianz warranty plan sir my tv having sound problem so i call up baja alliance customer care and they note my complain on 3rd off sep 2014 my complain no is 44118320 u can check it out and the technician came on 4th off sep 2014 he check my television everything is ok but sound was not there according to my complain, he open my tv he check the tv from inside he was soldering the parts from inside but still the same issued was there, again same thing he did second time, and then third time he was doing and he soldering to tv that time video was not cuming second issued started while he fadeup and he was fitting the scru that time because off his miscourage my tv screen Break. another day two guy came from baja alliance took my tv to there place... on 5th off sep 2014 today is 20oct 2014 still my tv is not came. i beside in mumbai i talk to bajaj allianz general insurance mumbai head vishal choube bt they are not responsing and not giving answer properly they are saying 1 week doing another 1 week etc. almost 2month gone but my television is not came. now iam fadeup from their employees... Since I have made a number of phone calls to various supervisors and my complaints have been ignored. How the company bajaj alliance irresponsibilty and making cheat to customer... please take some strict action against the bajaj allianz and help us to bring new tv or else my invoice amount ... your regards,

              Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter as to make a legitimate complaint against the BAJAJ ALLIANCE INSURANCE COMPANY to scam us and make an new policy on behalf of false commitments. I want to cancel this policy (New Policy :[protected]) with immediate effect and get a refund of my paid premium till date from the start of the policy. This policy was issued as a fraud by an agent name : Megha Sharma from Bajaj Alliance Head office, Pune. According to her scheme, she mention that by creating this new policy for INR 40, 000 ( as cancellation policy), the OLD policy (number :[protected] will be converted from agent code to company code which will be beneficial for us in future terms by adding the agent commission (which was accumulated for last 4 years of old policy) to us in form of cheque INR 80, 900. Later, she said that once the OLD policy is converted into company code, we will be receiving a Guarantee Fund Code, after which the new policy (number:[protected]) which was created just for the purpose of converting old policy from agent code to company code will be cancelled out and hence, we will get our premium amount INR 40, 000 back as a cheque. Steps as follows : 1. New Policy for $40, 200 cancellation policy 2. Then 2-3 days they will send us a Guarantee Fund Code 3. Later 3-4 months I will be getting a cheque of $80, 900 (commission for[protected] for the agent) 4. Once received the cheque my new policy will be cancelled out 5. After cancellation of new policy, they will deduct $150 rs and send us the cheque of $40, 050 / However, It been 6 months now and i have neither received any cheque or my new policy has been cancelled out. Hence, in search of help I actually went to Bajaj Alliance insurance office to make people aware of this fraud and get my premium money back. They suggested to make a complaint and submit it which I did but still there's no response from there side. I would request you guys to please help me out in cancellation of this new policy and make people aware of this scam. However, I do have her voice recording saved, if you need it as a proof. If you need any more information regarding this issue, please get back to me immediately on the below mention contact details .                     Dear Sir, I had applied for medi-claim from Bajaj Allianz in the month of June and I gave a cheque dated in the month of June and it got cleared on 9/7/14.the amount was Rs 6040/-.This was the advance payments of two instalments out of 12 instalments and I was told that the total amount for 3 yrs was Rs 36240/-.Later on I was told that the amount deducted is of 11th and 12th months respectively. And I will have to pay the instalment s from August onwards and I was given card by Mr Nawal in August.I got a phone call from the head office in the month of August and I was told that my policy has been cleared and the bond paper will reach to me within next 10 days. When I did not get the paper till 20th August, I wrote the matter to Grievances cell of Bajaj Allianz but even after writing to them 10-12 mails, Every time I was told that my complained is being looked into. And I got no reply till yesterday and today when I threatened to lodge the legal case, I was informed by Mr Nawal that my policy has been taken back by the company and this is because of CIBIL SCORE which is 543. I fail to understand that I have been given a card and no information in writing has been given by company. What should I do in this regard.Is it not a fit case of a fraudulent activity of the company and should it be not taken as a case of harassement and mental torture. If asked I can furnish all the evidences and I do have a card given by the company to my all the family members as well as myself. |

Then I have not appeared in IRDA exam but now I want to join in SBI General. I am applying for cancel URN number to Bajaj Allianz life insurance on 26 Th September 2014 in divisional office in Salt Lake, Kolkata also I have sent many mail in Bajaj Allianz life insurance .Till now they have not cancelled the URN number.                           Hello sir, I am Shalini Patro..I am TCS employee in hyderabad (A.P.) and my salary account is in Standerd Chartered bank. Suddenly on june 2013 my 1000/- was deducted my account and again 1000/- was on july 2013 ..then i knew that SSS life insurance policy was started.so i went to standard chartered bank and submit application form then from the next month the money was not deducted from my account but i till now i didn't get my money back.                               Firstly, without opted bajaj allianze guys falsely opened the group Insurance policy along with my salary account with citi bank. However as I completed more than 4 years which is locking period for policy, when I called customer care to withdraw the policy they said to charge more than 30, 000 as an administration fee. I've paid more than 75, 000 in last 4+ years and clubbing with interest of 8.5% I must be getting 96, 000+ rs, but customer care executive told me that my maturity amount would be only 65, 000 rs after deducting administration charges. I've never seen such a fraud company like this, I cannot call this cheating I would like to them robbers. However I'm not gonna leave them like this. I am ready to sue them cheaters.                                   Hi, I have taken Bajaj Allianz SARVE SHAKTI SURAKSHA policy through CITIBANK and have been paying premium for the same @2000 per month for the past 14 months.(premium is deducted automatically from salary account) Now I want to surrender the policy. I called BAJAJ ALLIANZ customer care but they were unable to furnish any details regarding what amount exactly I will be paid. As mentioned already, I had paid a premium of 2000Rs for around 14 months. So it comes around 28, 000 Rs. Now, I was SHOCKED to hear that out of Rs. 28000- premiums paid by me, I will be getting around Rs. 12, 000Rs/- back only. Come on, I was like what are you talking about? This was not communicated to me at the time of applying for policy. While applying the representative with his sugar coated words said, this policy is for two yrs and i can withdraw from this policy whenever i want and that the principal amount will be returned without any deduction. He said this on the orientation talk conducted in Chennai karapakkam ilp centre on July 18th 2013. I took the policy on the same day. They are cheating on people! Also, if this was not enough, I called the citibank customer care people, to ask about this. The representative said, no one here can tell you and suggested me to drop a mail to "citi.[protected]@bajajallianz.co.in". I did the same, and its already 5 days, and no one has bothered to reply to me despite sending reminders. And why will they afterall, its about returning money. Seriously I never expected this in worst of my dreams. i expect some positive reply from u asap. [protected], misguded by the executive from bajaj allianz, when i am willing to surrender the policy and get rid of the hazzles. i am being charged 50% as deduction charges, . down right cheating. when i have paid 90000 for 3yrs the company wants me to pay 47000 only, where as the term promised by the official was 5yrs but stated as 10yrs in the policy and he is not reachable and none would like to resolve, since 5th of sept 2014 i had lodged a complaint. ridiculous response. Kindly request the higher management or any acting officer who handles consumer complaints to resolve a layman's concern. The bussiness card of the person who misguided is also being attached.                                     I am also facing same problem. The company and agent have cheated me too very badly. We discussed on 3 year policy but they gave me 15 year policy. When I have enquired why 15 years they said that you can withdraw after 3 years lock in period and giving assurance that I will get @ 15% return. Now when 3 years is over in 3 lacs investment they are telling I will get only 1.3 Lacs.

                                    I wonder how they are allowed to do such a fraud. I am planning to raise it consumer forum if they don't sort it out.

                                      I have had auto insurance with Bajaj for several years. Yesterday I renewed my auto insurance online on their website. Policy # OG[protected]-00004459. There was a question on the online form if I would like to get the hard copy of the insurance mailed to a different communication address (than the insured address). I provided another address since I have two homes. After making the payment online, they sent me a soft copy of the insurance on which I noticed that my insured address (which is in Chandigarh) was changed as well as the communication address. Since I did not authorize change of insured address and had only provided a different communication address, I emailed them to correct the error. Instead of correcting the error, they are now demanding a proof of address scanned and emailed to them. They offered no apology and did not acknowledge any problem with their online system. I think they should correct the error themselves and not make me responsible for fixing their problem. Their customer service is very unprofessional and I regret being with them for so many years. I would rather receive a refund and cancel my insurance instead of being harassed by Bajaj.

                                      I have received a message from customer care at Bajaj. Here is a message that I received:

                                      "In reference to your below appended email, your query has been registered with us.

                                      Kindly accept our sincere apology for delay in replying and inconvenience caused to you
                                      We request you to kindly provide us the documents as we cannot proceed further without documents."


                                      Clearly, without even understanding that there is a problem with your online renewal system and that the address was changed by your system in error, Bajaj does not want to acknowledge it, nor does Baja wants to investigate and fix a bug in their online system.

                                      With this kind of poor service and attitude, I don't think that I will renew with your service again. This is a typical case of one hand not knowing what the other hand is doing - thanks to Bajaj's disorganized structure.

I have got it re registered and got the registration date valid extended till 2019 ( normally life is only for 15 yrs).
