I worked for 1 year as ISR in bangalore victoria road branch Operator through Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd. from OCT-2005 to Nov-2006. Now I want to initiate the PF transfer. So I found Establishment code not mentioned in my payslip. How to get that and initiate the transfer to new employment??? EPF NUMBER:- 41424 Emp No. 42903 Company Name.         My Policy number is [protected]. A customer care executive from Bajaj allianz called me and told there is a short term investment plan specially designed for me. I have to pay Rs.25000 for 3 years and at the end of 5th year I will get around Rs.1, 50, 000 as returns. I paid the first premium and after that I received the policy document. I was shocked to see that this is a regular premium paying policy, that too for 30 years. I immediately went to Chennai regional office and told them that I am going to cancel this policy in the free look period itself as I have been cheated. But they showed me some clauses and assured me that the amount at the end of 5 years will be as assured by the Customer care. They told that at the end of 5 years I will get the premium paid for 3 years plus guaranteed additions plus bonus vested by the company. I paid for three years and then waited for the 5th year end. Now I again went to the regional office and told them that I am going to surrender the policy. The estimate given by the representative was only Rs.14, 850 where as I have invested Rs.75000 on getting assurance for good returns from the company's representative himself working at regional office. This is 100% cheating. When I have contacted the regional office to cancel the document in the free look period, they brain washed me and assured me good returns. For sake of penny commissions these fellows are making us to invest huge amounts which will yield a bare minimum return. I have seen many complaints from all over the nation regarding this plan and all have been cheated in the same way. Pay 3 years and at the end of 5th year get double the money.This clearly shows that the master mind behind this mega cheat, is definitely the company itself. Bajaj allianz Life insurance shall take the sole responsibility for this mega cheat.

        Dear Sir,
        I have invested Rs.30000/- for 3years @rs.10000/- from 2007 to 2009. Initially your agent told me that after 5 years you will be getting Rs.50000/-and also insurance for Rs.100000/-.

        But after that, agent is not picking the phone and I do not know what to do and to whom to contact about the policy

        This is the reply I got from the grievance cell of Bajaj allianz. Its really pathetic. They are asking us to be genuine enough to prove those things. My sincere advice to all of you. Just record (in video format) the statement of the person who explains you regarding the policy and keep it safe with you. In my case the branch manager himself was not ready to accept the letter during free look period. Better be safe and avoid this insurance company.


        Dear Sir,
        With reference to the policy no. [protected]
        We have investigated the matter thoroughly and would like to share our observations as follows:
        1. Policy has been issued based on the proposal form duly filled and signed by the policyholder.
        2. Premium term as 30 years and benefit term as 30 years were mentioned respectively for the premium amount of Rs. 24750/-
        3. Policy document clearly mentioned the details of the policy as well as benefits payable under the plan.
        4. Policy document was received by you in well time.
        5. If you were dissatisfied with the policy then you would have approached us within 15 days after receipt of the policy document.
        6. You could not produce any evidence to prove your allegations as factual.
        Based on the facts as mentioned herein above, we regret to express our helplessness to consider your request for cancellation of policy and refund of premium at this stage.
        Hence based on the above facts we regret to inform you that your request cannot be considered. However we may review the complaint, incase if you can furnish an evidence to prove that the mentioned allegations in complaint are genuine.

          Dear Concern, As being out of town I was unable to renew my car insurance on time, though it got expired. I did contact Bajaj Lucknow Regional Office to get it renewed, they requested for new survey for the car, now they say that my car has been rejected due to dents on my car. I am attaching my car's current pics. please let me know that from which angle my car is dented and can't be insured.             Firstly I have applied on line for a personal Loan to Bajaj. After few days Local Bajaj Allianz Agent (Contact No-[protected]) called me that You are eligible for a Personal Loan of 2.5 Lakhs & the process is that firstly you have to Pay 10% of loan amount by draft to Bajaj Alianz Life Insurance Company Limited. This will be Register as Life Insurance then it will configure as a Loan account . After submitting the draft there were few verification completed, during the verification the Agent have told me that never asked the verification officer about Loan, actually it will be converted Insurance to Loan after all the verification . The agent have told me you will received two bond paper one is for your and the others will collect from your home . when I received the first bond paper on 21st Aug, I checked that it was all about Bajaj Life Insurance Bond Paper Details there were nothing about Loan details, immediately I have called to the agent but his number was switch off, then I called to the customer care that day just for a confirmation that is there any process Bajaj Allianz Life insurance to Loan conversion the representative didn’t clarified me at all. After two days I called the Agent and told him about the bond paper and he told that there are some error on the bond paper and it will collected and rectified . The very next day it was collected from my home. Then the Agent was continuously saying that all your documents & loan will clear after 6th Sep .             Hi all,
            My self Amit Sadafal, I have revived a call from Rahul Sawant & he told me that he is a representative of Bajaj Finance. He told me that you are eligible for a loan of Rs 3 Lacks & for that you have to deposit a money of Rs 30, 000 (10% of a loan amount, for 10 years of repayment schedule). I was in a need of a money so that I blindly trusted him and paid the amount by the name of "Destimoney Securities Pvt Ltd Mumbai" by RTGS.
            I was asked to take up a policy of bharti axa life insurance since i was in need of personal loan.I was told that i'll get loan against the policy from bajaj finance.the bajaj finance guy's name was Rahul Sawant, he told me that dont say that u need any loan against this policy when u will get call from Destimoney Securities for verification.
            After a week I again revived a call by the name of Ms. Krutika and she told me that Your file is in process but for that you have to pay a GST amount @ 18% (54, 000/-) but we can manage this amount to Rs 15, 000/- and then your loan amount will be sanctioned within a week. I refused to pay a Rs 15, 000/- unless and until they provide me a legal documents regarding the policy but they refused to provide a documents. Further I tried to get some Information about the scheme and found that it's a scam...!!!
            I need my money back, so please take some legal action against them, kindly take some needful action so that they will not able to scam more people.

            I have got call from Bajaj Finance loan against Policy. someone call me for loan, he said take a policy from Bharti Axa Insurance Company, 15 days after issuing policy, we will give loan 10 time of 1st year policy premium.
            please suggest me in this regard,
            that process is done by Bajaj Finance, they will done policy from Bharti Axa Insurance & Loan given by Bajaj Finance on basis of policy premium, no any extra payment except premium amount.

            We are all ready pay kotak Mahendra bank favor of bajaj fin.then he told him we could not provide you loan policy could not generate. So he want more 17500 .tomorrow morning he call me.for deposit

              Sir, I Jasraj Singh Bhullar my policy no is OG[protected]-00037078 and my claim number is Oc[protected]-[protected]-2401 dated[protected] i am your customer from last four years and your services were excellent. But recently i am facing lot of problems with your services. My car Fiat Lenia was met with very massive collision and unfortunately key of my car was lost on the spot, second day my car was sent to Fiat Authorised service station and your claim officer is very slow to take decisions he is saying that my policy doesn't cover keys.               year older and we were never upset from your service that's a reason we

              we will happily continue our relation in future.

                I was forced to take the policy at the time of opening corporate account. I was told that you will yield 8.5% pa interest and there is no lock in period and you may pull out the amount any time after 1 years without any charges. Also they ifnormed you have 9.6 lakh of coverage. No policy documents were given to me by citibank and bajaj. I tried surrenduring the same after one year but i was told it will bear charges of almost 40%. I asked bajaj team to come and discuss and they came down to discuss and told me that it was something wrong from the citibank team but now the only option is to carry on this policy for 4 years so that there is no surrender charges. I have been continously asking for complete policy but it has not been shared till now. Now after completing 4 years when i am trying to surrender the policy i am being told that you will have to bear the administrative charges and also the life insurance premium!!! where the hell life insurance premium came into picture ??? I am still fighting with bajaj team to help me out and atleast pay me the total 1 lakh premium which i have paid and forget about the interest. please help

                  I bought this Super Saver plan where i should pay 50000 per year. Executive by name Mr. Shawiz from bangalore called me and said if i pay yearly 50000 for 3 years (in Total 1, 50, 000), including bonus if i surrender after i will get 2, 25, 000 and if i pay 50000 for 5 years will be eligible with annual bonus 475000 if i surrender the policy in the 5th year. He showed me some printouts who already got. I took the policy and 3 years i paid amount, now to check when i called customer care they said i dont get what the executive said and i am eligible for lesser value than i paid. Now all the phones who called to take policy from Bajaj are switched off. Bajaj has good name in the market couldn't understand why they are cheating customers with false promises and false executives. Can anyone from Bajaj please help me and sort out this asap...                     I have surrendered my Bajaj Allianz Life insurance policy in June 2014 but am yet to get the amount. The Master Policy Holder is CITI bank again. I have submitted all the documents. Every time when I call to CITI bank customer care I get different answers. My monthly premium amount was Rs.1500 and policy was started in Sept 2010. Group policy number is [protected] and individual policy number is [protected]. Its been several days now I assured of the return money but still I have not got. Yesterady suddenly I got a call from Mr.Vijay Sehgal who is supposed be manager sitting in Bajaj Allianz Andheri branch. He suddenly said your fund amount is now Rs.1, 35, 300 and your policy is linked with Agon Religare. This was shocking for me. Now he is telling me buy new policy with that so that they will customer id and then they will be able to repay my surrender amount within next 15 days. I am totally screwed up.

                      I too faced the same problem with Bajaj Allianz .My car Toyota corolla met with an accident. Immediately called the insurance company and gave all relevant papers. The surveyor just sat on it. He was trying to make a profit out of our misery.Even after 10 days no report was forthcoming. I had to pay a hefty fee to the service centre as parking fee to release my vehicle. I decided to NEVER GO TO BAJAJ ALLIANZ FOR ANY INSURANCE

                        This is Amit Kumar Singh/Husband of Sabita Singh, this is regarding my policy with Bajaj Allianz Policy which i have taken on in the M/o Nov'18, Wherein they failed to deliver me the policy bond and paper.With frequent requisitions they failed to fulfill for same myself want to cancelled the policy till date we don't have any paper like Bond and money receipts, I had taken life long gain policy for 15 years.wherein i lost faith on Bajaj Allainz, how can i trust them for 20 years long. 

                        Regarding this when i discuss with Sales Manager-Moti Bagh branch New Delhi, he told wait for some time and till date we don't have any paper proof or doc's of Bajaj Allianz, and told to me if you are going to cancel policy wait and we have to hold your request, and told don't bury we are standing every time with you, and after one week again when i call to him they are firing on me without and reason and now they are not ready to pick my call, one more twist is came earlier they are told to deduct an amount of 10000 to 12000 /. How can i allow them to deduct. Due to there pathetic service and irresponsible nature i suffered a lot of inconvenience.

                        I have not received any single information here on till date from any of the persons from Bajaj Allianz as well as Agent during the time of taking policy regarding the charges and also not mentioned in Book let which i received.

                        I met some of the Managers in Bajaj Allianz in Victoria road branch, they assured me of helping me out, but no one had turned up till now. If i try to call them up they don't respond.

                        Please guide how can i get my money without allowing any deductions.

                          Policy no :[protected] Had written to Bajaj Allianz on the 6th of Oct 2014, trying to find out about my existing policy details with them. Since then i am writing to them and each time they ask for a different information thus delaying the process. I gave all the information by the 24th Oct and they sent me a complaint no. I received a reply on that complaint after 3 weeks again asking me for the form no of the policy. If i have provided the policy no[protected], why are they asking for the form no. This is only done to delay the process. At the time of investing they do not mention that they will harass you so much only to get basic information about your own hardearned money.

                                I bought car insurance from Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company in Oct Feb 2013 and recently my car met with an accident where my car's front door and rear left door got partially damaged. On 28nd Oct 2014, I gave my car in Toyota (infinium Toyota) shop in S.G.Hoghway, Ahmedabad for repair where the body shop engineer told me that both doors and another supporting body part will need to be replaced looking at the damage. I filled up the claim form as required and submitted all documents to them. I was told that the insurance surveyor will survey the car on 29th Oct. I didn’t receive any message from Bajaj Allianz about the claim No. On 30th, I called insurance surveyor (Khemchand) saying that they will be not accepting claim for one door (front) and said that the glass is not damage. He said to me door was repairable and as per companies professional mechanic (Toyota engineer) it’s not repairable. Then Mr.khemchand told me that let them try to repairs once it not repairable I will approve for replacement. Which feels like you are talking to some grocery shop for bargain. This is not first time I faced issue, its my 2nd time Ill face issue with the surveyor. I am not sure why such insurance company do this to their customer and would talk big while selling the insurance but would make hundreds excuses at the time of claim. I am extremely DISAPPOINTED and being HARRASED with such behavior of company representatives to use any mean to avoid paying their customers. Even while talking to surveyor, he said that "I DON’T HAVE TIME, CALL ME TOMORROW", I mean how the heck is this related to me? This is the first time I am taking insurance for my car in last 1 year and have to hear such examples???? At present I am getting a response that the surveyor is again visiting the garage and will again confirm to me about damage and approval amount. I feel they are doing all their efforts to fool their customers, make delays so that we feel helpless and then pay by our pockets for the repair. Strong actions should be taken against such companies by auditing their process and their behaviors towards their customers.

                                Ya even i am facing the same problem now. They don't provide higher authority number to talk and get clarified.
                                I too faced the same problem with Bajaj Allianz.They have a nexus with the service centre.My car Toyota corolla met with an accident. Immediately called the insurance company and gave all relevant papers. The surveyor just sat on it. He was trying to make a profit out of our misery.Even after 10 days no report was forthcoming from them. He never answered my calls nor replied to my message. Finally, I sold my car to a scrap dealer. Lesson learnt that NEVER GO TO BAJAJ ALLIANZ FOR ANY INSURANCE

I paid 3 terms of Rs.25000 each. Total I paid Rs.75000. Now the bond value is Rs.112000. I repaid the loan of syndicate bank but the bank peopel is not issuing the Original bond to me.                                     Hi This is to get in your notice that the sales agency of the Bajaj Allianz company (Bharuch city – Gujarat) are doing fraud with customers . One day call received from him that during our lucky draw you are winner of our lucky draw. Please collect the prize with your family in one hotel during December 2009. After my duty time (17:25 hrs) I reached the hotel with my family. There were many family coming. His sales agent talking with us regarding insurance policy stating that this is a single premium policy and after 20 years, your policy will be completed. In between you can withdraw the fund after 3 years. After 1 year call received from Bajaj Allianz that your premium is due. I have told that we have purchased the policy with single premium. Once the policy was purchased from these agency they were not up to the word what they promised and that caused me a loss of 60000 and + the amount of buying all the policies that these agents had to offer of the policy number are as under: Policy Holder Policy Policy No. Date Amount Kanubhai Mavjibhai Dhorajiya Unit gain plus Gold [protected] 27/12/2009 25000 Minaxi Kanubhai Dhorajiya Unit gain plus Gold [protected] 27/12/2009 25000 Utkarsh Kanubhai Dhorajiya Unit gain [protected] 27/12/2009 10000 After 3 year, I requested to my refund but company not ready to pay my money. They were said that your policy having with regular premium policy and your policy is lapsed so we can't give any refund. I have also offer to him that I will pay all pending premium but they are not ready. It has caused me a mental harassment.                                       I would like to lodge a complaint regarding Bajaj allianz general insurance My Extended warranty policy plan, my policy no: is OG[protected]-00109270 and policy holder name is leena k mehta. iam writing this letter to inform you that sir i have lg 42 inch 3dsmart tv worth rupees 65000/-.and still in bajaj allianz warranty plan sir my tv having sound problem so i call up baja alliance customer care and they note my complain on 3rd off sep 2014 my complain no is 44118320 u can check it out and the technician came on 4th off sep 2014 he check my television everything is ok but sound was not there according to my complain, he open my tv he check the tv from inside he was soldering the parts from inside but still the same issued was there, again same thing he did second time, and then third time he was doing and he soldering to tv that time video was not cuming second issued started while he fadeup and he was fitting the scru that time because off his miscourage my tv screen Break. another day two guy came from baja alliance took my tv to there place... on 5th off sep 2014 today is 20oct 2014 still my tv is not came. i beside in mumbai i talk to bajaj allianz general insurance mumbai head vishal choube bt they are not responsing and not giving answer properly they are saying 1 week doing another 1 week etc. almost 2month gone but my television is not came. now iam fadeup from their employees... Since I have made a number of phone calls to various supervisors and my complaints have been ignored. How the company bajaj alliance irresponsibilty and making cheat to customer... please take some strict action against the bajaj allianz and help us to bring new tv or else my invoice amount ... your regards,
