I bought my car insurance policy from Bajaj Allianz. I bought a second hand Ford Figo Titanium car and I took fresh policy for that. All parts photos were taken at the time of policy. But when I got an accident your surveyor denied my claim. My car's rear tyre was fell into pit on road and it got dis-balanced. For this i took my car to a mechanic and he told me for replacing rear tyre's connecting rod (defender) and he repaired the tyre temporary. I went to my Home in evening and called Bajaj customer care for claim. They told me that surveyor will come to me for survey but no one came and i took my car to Ford service station myself. After that the ford advisor took photos and sent photos to the Surveyor office. Now surveyor office people are saying that they will not give me claim because CAR is repaired out side. But the mechanic which repaired my car did only some screw tight near rear Tyre's suspension. The surveyor is saying that defender of car was repaired but the mechanic never touched that part. It may be repaired by the previous owner of CAR. I asked to send me all photographs which were taken at the time of insurance and match the defender photo to those photos. Is that my fault that i bought a second hand car. All photographs were taken at the time of policy so company should match them. I need my claim and you can not cheat me. I'll go to online forums and review websites and write there about the cheat of Bajaj.

    My family members have been using Bajaj Allianz Travel Insurance since 2004, the year I moved to New Zealand. In 11 years we made 1 claim in December 2014 only to realize that Bajaj Allianz insurance is absolutely useless. If I had read the reviews in this forum in the past I would never have let my family send lakhs on Bajaj Allianz. On 15th December 2015, my father-in-law was admitted to the Waikato Hospital in Hamilton, New Zealand for a day due to chest pain. It was not easy to contact Bajaj Allianz on the same day as their overseas emergency number was not working. Finally we managed to contact them via the insurance agent in India and lodged our claim. There was a delay in obtaining hospital reports but they provided us with a discharge summary with the diagnoses. Once we submitted the hospital summary, without asking for any further supporting document they rejected our claim. Finally when I complained through their Facebook portal, they re-opened the claim and asked for more hospital documents. The cat and mouse game of rejection and re-opening of the case happened 3 times. Finally when they managed to give me a nonsense reason for the assumption of pre-existing condition, I forwarded their email to the hospital and the doctor who treated my FIL said this reason is invalid and his admission was not due to any pre-existing condition. The doctor gave me a letter explaining the treatment and specifically mentioning that my FIL's chest pain is not due to any pre-existing condition. After obtaining the letter, they asked me to provide medical notes from the physician who initially assessed my FIL and referred him to the hospital admission. When we sent them the records along with a letter from the physician that his preliminary diagnoses does not look like it was a pre-existing condition. It has been 6 weeks since those documents were forwarded to Lakshmi (the case manager from Pune - hopeless and incompetent) and a total of 6 months since the hospital admission without resolution. All I hear back from them is that the documents have been forwarded to experts for assessment which I think is ! The hospital and doctor bill is only NZD $3500. But why should we let these companies bully us. Since last two weeks my emails to Lakshmi is bouncing back. Not sure if they are deliberately doing it but I have cc’ed in 5 other people from the same department so that someone gets my email. I think they are a FRAUD and not sure how many more people have been victimized by them. Next step from us will be spreading awareness on social media so that people stop using the phony Bajaj Allianz products. Bajaj Allianz Sucks big time. Absolutely hopeless and incompetent.

      I have been a victim of this insurance fraud as well. If only I had known about so many complaints I would have not asked my family to use this company. We have used Bajaj Allianz since 2004 and our first claim has turned into a nightmare. All those lakhs spent on insurance so far feels like a waste. After reading the complaints in this forum, I realized that it was all a delay tactics to make people sick and tired and finally give up. I think Bajaj Allianz is a FRAUD and not sure how many more people have been victimized by them. I have contacted a solicitor and have given him printouts of all the email correspondence close to 70 emails. If my case is not resolved within a week we will be sending a legal notice proving the case managers competency in handling the case. I will also make sure that message is forwarded to millions using social media. Bajaj Allianz, you suck! after being a loyal customer for 11 years all we get is crap service.

                    My name is Navnit Bhaktwarti and resident of Gondia, Maharashtra. For Fortune Gain Bajaj Allianz policy, I have given documents and 1 lakhs rupees in cash to Abhay Nakhate (Gondia Bajaj Allizanz Sales Manager) around month ago. Till now I have not gotten the policy and even not get money back. The person is completely disappear; switch off the phone and unreachable. I raised a complaint to Gondia Bajaj Allizanz head Ajeet Singh but no positive response from them. I was asked to give money in cash for policy by Abhay Nakhate because the Fortune Gain policy going to be end from this year and cheque process will take time; and due to that I missed to get the policy. I think Bajaj Allianz employees trapped me and do not want to return money or policy. Please let me know what possible action I should take to get my money back.

                      Subject : Bajaj Allianz Insurance Company, Yerwada, Pune 411006 – Cheating the public with different policy nomenclatures. Joint Robbing Plans between the Field Marketing & Insurance Policy making team ——————————... I am a rural house wife. I was approached by the agents of Bajaj Allianz Insurance Company to get Invest Plus Premier policy. 1. The agent, s name is Mr.Dhakshina moorty from Tirunelveli. He can be contacted through his business partner Mr. B. Nelliappan, Bala Printers, Kokirakulam, Tirunelveli – 627007. Mobile :[protected] 2. He was from Team Life Care Company of (India) Privae Limited, Srivasam, No 15, 1st Cross, Pampa Layout, Hebbal, Kempapura, , Bangalore 560024 (Agents to canvass insurance for Bajaj Allianz). 3. He offered a policy called “Invest Plus Premier”. The premium to this policy is to be paid only for 3 years and then stop. The policy offers great fortune after 3 years, and it grows every year there after. 4. Believing this, I paid Rs 25, 000/= for 3 years (Total Rs 75, 000). My life saving. 5. My policy number is [protected] 6. The policy is made in unreadable small letters. It was told by Mr.Dhakshina moorty, that this is the “Invest Plus Premier” policy to pay premium for 3 years only. He seems to have forged my acceptance signature. 7. After 3 years, I asked the status and claim amount in 2013, 2014, 2015 etc…to Bajaj Allianz Insurance Company, Yerwada. 8. They said that I have to pay the premium for 25 years. The policy of their chaice was made by their Policy preparation team, without my knowledge. 9. This is the robbing agreement between the field agent Mr.Dhakshina moorty and Ms Pooja Kumari Roy of the policy preparation department. 10. I was shocked to hear this and surrendered the policy. 11. Bajaj Allianz has sent an amount of Rs 47, 616. 12. So I lost Rs 27, 384 (Rs 75, 000 – 47616) of my life saving. 13. Then the loss to me will be only the interest for 3 years on Rs 75, 000. At nominal 10% per annum, for 3 years it is Rs 7, 500 X 3 = 22, 500/= 14. Total due for me is Rs 27, 384 + 22, 500 = Rs 49, 884/= 15. So, I request Bajaj Allianz to send my lost amount of Rs 49, 884, immediately. 16. MD & CEO should be the brain behind such strategic public cheating !!! 17. These born and well trained robbing group in Bajaj Allianz, are writing all nonsense and taking me into endless circles, without returning the stolen money from me. Mr.Pawan Mahajan, Mr.Pushkal Jain, Mr.Rahul Kumar, Mr.Robin Vazhappilly, Mr. Shayam Yadav, Mr.Tapan Singhel, Mr.Venkatravichandra Jalagam, Pooja Kumari Roy. 18. They are directing me to Ombudsman – Insurance. The Ombudsman will see and decide within the policy terms and not explore what robbery and forgery took place before. The policy offers great fortune after 3 years, and it grows every year there after. 4. Believing this, I paid Rs 25, 000/= for 3 years (Total Rs 75, 000). My life saving. 5. My policy number is [protected] 6. The policy is made in unreadable small letters. It was told by Mr.Dhakshina moorty, that this is the "Invest Plus Premier" policy to pay premium for 3 years only. He seems to have forged my acceptance signature. 7. After 3 years, I asked the status and claim amount in 2013, 2014, 2015 etc...to Bajaj Allianz Insurance Company, Yerwada. 8. They said that I have to pay the premium for 25 years. The policy of their chaice was made by their Policy preparation team, without my knowledge. 9. This is the robbing agreement between the field agent Mr.Dhakshina moorty and Ms Pooja Kumari Roy of the policy preparation department. 10. I was shocked to hear this and surrendered the policy. 11. Bajaj Allianz has sent an amount of Rs 47, 616. 12. So I lost Rs 27, 384 (Rs 75, 000 – 47, 616) of my life saving. 13. Then the loss to me will be only the interest for 3 years on Rs 75, 000. At nominal 10% per annum, for 3 years it is Rs 7, 500 X 3 = 22, 500/= 14. Total due for me is Rs 27, 384 + 22, 500 = Rs 49, 884/= 15. So, I request Bajaj Allianz to send my lost amount of Rs 49, 884, immediately. 16. MD & CEO should be the brain behind such strategic public cheating !!! 17. These born and well trained robbing group in Bajaj Allianz, are writing all nonsense and taking me into endless circles, without returning the stolen money from me. Mr.Pawan Mahajan, Mr.Pushkal Jain, Mr.Rahul Kumar, Mr.Robin Vazhappilly, Mr. Shayam Yadav, Mr.Tapan Singhel, Mr.Venkatravichandra Jalagam, Pooja Kumari Roy. 18. They are directing me to Ombudsman – Insurance. The Ombudsman will see and decide within the policy terms and not explore what robbery and forgery took place before. The Robbery and Forgery is between the marketing department and the insurance policy making department.

                            My insurance policy no is OG[protected]-00006059 which was taken at the time of purchasing the car Wagon R Engine Chasis No[protected] i.e on 29.04.2014 from the Maruti Insurance Broking Private Ltd whose service provider name is Bajaj Allianz as per the hard copy of insurance reciept and IRDA Reg No : 113 and Service Tax Reg No : AABCB5730G-ST-001. My car got wih accident on 10.04.2015 for which I claimed insurance on13.04.2015 and given the car at body shop of BATRA AUTO COMPANY, TIN NO-[protected] along with original registration certificate, original driving license and original insurance reciept but as per telephonically discussion with Mr.Murdhoj, service adviser; Mr. Kanan Mishra, surveyor of Bajaj Allianz rejected the claim without any written reason for want of something from me.
                            Further I told Mr Murdhoj to return my car with written reason. He told me the car will not returned with reason as surveyor has not given any written reason.
                            There was good credit of Bajaj Allianz in market for car insurance, so I preferred insurance from BAJAJ ALLIANZ through Maruti Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd. I preferred this insurance service provider for hasslefree claim settlement but I am facing a lot of problems for insurance claim.
                            I contacted several times through e-mail to Batra Auto Agency, Maruti and Bajaj Allianz fro this problem but problem is as it is. No one responsed me positive.

                                    I bought a new Honda Amaze in September 2014 and insured with Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. In April 2015 when I repaired my car and submitted claim with Patel Cars Pvt Ltd dealer - M/s. Peninsular Honda, Trivandrum deducted Rs.450/- as Painting depreciation. I also paid Rs.1000/- as claim fee. They informed me Insurance company will deduct 12.5% of painting charges. However the terms and conditions of insurance policy it is understood that only Rs.1000/- is to be paid as claim processing fee. It is understood that in the first year no deduction other than claim fee. Please clarify and do the needful

                                        Hello Team, I would like to inform you about the problem which I faced with Bajaj Allianz Motor Insurance during claim settlement. I had raised a claim OC[protected] for damage of my car (Rear Bumper and Diggy Door) after that I had given my car to Bajaj Allianz approved workshop for repair. After this the survey was conducted by the surveyor Sameer Sunil Raut Contact Number: [protected] in which he had called me and told that my claim has been approved. Also he had provided go ahead to the workshop for proceeding with the repair work. Next day I have got a call from surveyor that now my claim has got rejected because the damage which he can see on the diggy door was there when there was a previous claim made. Actually I had raised a claim for new damages which are occurred recently at the same location. Also there is a new damage on the back bumper of my car which can be seen clearly. Now my question is why your surveyor is informing me this after completion of the repair work whereas all these things has to be completed while doing the survey then I would have decided whether I can go ahead with the same or not. Now my car is standing in the Workshop since Bajaj Allianz is denying for the payment. I need update on questions: Why my claim was approved for the repair work when there was a doubt to the surveyor? Why Bajaj Allianz surveyor is asking me to pay the amount for the work which was approved by him without my knowledge?? Also when I had asked Sameer to provide his manager number then he told me he is the only responsible person for this. Also he told he is going to take a legal action against me. This guy is threatening me to hide his mistake and also he had given me options like to refit the old bumper and asked me to pay the amount for Diggy door repaint. Now I want you to take appropriate action on this issue. Please let me know in case you need any further information on this.
