Dear Sir, I have taken an insurance policy in 2012 from Bajaj Alliance General Insurance Co. of my Car. Regd.No. DL-4CAG-9117 - Policy No. OG[protected]-00092181. Sir, I made a request for a claim on 20th & 21st of June, 2015 as my above-mentioned Hyundai GETZ car was hit by a Tempo (Mini truck) of an unknown person, as informed me by some nearby people, while it was parked Near Naharpur Market, Sector -7, Rohini, Delhi on Saturday, 20th June, 2015 at around 7.15 pm to 7.30 pm. I made more than 50 calls & e-mails requesting them to come for a survey for the claim, but when I threaten to report to IRDA, the person from Bajaj Allianz came after almost 33 days (one month 2 day) as on 22nd July, 2015. But, till then, I get my Car repaired 75% from local service stations. The survey was just a formality, because I refused to go for service to the service station of their choice... HANS HYUNDAI SERVICE STATION, DELHI. I repeatedly, told them that I had a very bad previous experience with that service station. I showed them the letter of my complaint also and that I want to get my car repaired from local service station. But after a long 2 month struggle, they agreed to give me claim Rs. 3, 200/- for the parts, which was not damaged / or partly damaged. They ignored the major damage, deliberately. In-directly they continuesly mentally tortured me for more then 2 months. I doubt there may be a dealing between Insurance Companies and the car service centers. I repeatedly, informing them telephonically and by emails that I am completely disagree AND dissatisfied the way my case has been handled AND delayed. I was completely fed-up and Finally, decided, to discontinue my current insurance policy. I have been repeatedly requesting them to discontinue my insurance policy for rest of the period after 20th OF JUNE, 2015 and refund the rest of the amount of my above mentioned Insurance Policy. But I received no reply. AFTER ALMOST 20 / 25 DAYS, I received the attached reply from Leena Sawale - Grievance Redressal Unit, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd, Pune - 411006. Please see how BAJAJ ALLIANCE GENERAL INSURANCE treats with their customer and see the language used. The refund offer is just Rs. 915/- and I have to confirm my decision within 24 hours, otherwise the case will be closed. IS IT A JOKE...? Sir, they charge a high premium in one hand and other hand when customers claim, they delay the case and mentally harass them for months if they refuse to trap of the service centre of the Car Companies. Sir, I once again, humbly request to kindly look into the matter and HELP me in this matter. I shall be highly obliged. REGARDS Rajesh Bali

    Citi bank and bajaj allianz are openly cheating/fooling the innocent customers under the name of sarve shakti suvidha. (Policy # [protected])
    When i opened the suvidha salary bank account in citi bank in jul - 2010, i was offered for the investment plan as a policy (Policy # [protected]) (Which will have returns like recurring deposit) from the citi bank representatives, which will give me the guaranteed returns of at least 8 percent. Many of my colleagues opted to invest in the plan. The citi representatives told us that we can surrender the plan at any time with the premium paid + 8% interest.
    But at the time when we opted for the policy we were informed that it is 5 years policy and 3 years lock - in period. On maturity there will be about 8% return on your actual invested amount.
    So far i have completed 5 years and paid the 60 premium installments with rs. 3000 each with total invested amount as rs. 1, 80, 000/ - . Now my policy matured and i went to the bajaj allianz customer executive at yerwada office pune and submitted my original certificate to claim my maturity amount. I got the response that it will take 2 to 3 months and you will get only rs. 1, 35, 822/ - as a maturity amount against the 1, 80, 000/ - i paid so far.
    Every time when i call the citi bank and bajaj allianz customer care, i got different answers from every other representative, when i went to bajaj allianz office located at yerwada - pune, i found the person (Mr. Nilesh po) who was handling this account is transferred to the other department and no one having any information of these policy. Other office said that it is citi bank liability and citi bank said that it is bajaj allianz policy, so contact at bajaj allianz.
    This is misleading. I want my invested money back with compound interest of min. 8%.

      I was having a unit linked policy no. [protected] issued on 22.03.2007 in the name of my son Mr Subh Khandelwal from Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance. I applied for its surrender on 25.05.15. As per the copy of statement taken from website http://www.bajajallianzlifeonline.co.in, my account balance was Rs 196533.17 at the time of processing of my request vide request id no.7514584. However, only Rs. 175531.00 were deposited in my account as claim settlement.I registered my complaint on online grievance portal of bajaj allianz however i did not get either response or acknowledgement. Then i sent a mail on 26.06.15 and then on 18.07.15 to Bajaj Allianz for either clarifying that why the Rs. 21000/- had been deducted from my surrender amount or deposit the balance amount to my account and along with mail, i sent a copy of statement taken from http://www.bajajallianzlifeonline.co.in, however they are even not responding to my mails.

        Request your kind assistance to resolve the below payment issue from Bajaj Allianze.

        I have been cheated by the Insurance company and have been liaising with them to return my rightful amount.

        But, they have kept on refusing to resolve the issue and still keep on dodging my requests

        Myself Dennis had taken Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Plan "Half Family Assure" Policy No.[protected] in 2008.
        The sales agent told me it is a single premium plan.I believed that as well.
        Now in 2015, when I called up this Aug 2015 to know the status of the policy and withdraw/surrender the money, I was informed by the customer care that the policy has been terminated.

        I have never withdrawn any money nor I was intimated before the closure from Bajaj . As first/second time agent had taken the money, they got their share and now I am in limbo.However the customer care number is always busy and could never connect to them unfortunately. I have asked for the details why it was foreclosed but I have not received the same on my e-mail id( already provided to them).

        how can my policy be sold or cancelled or terminated without intimating to me.

        If I had taken a home loan, will u auction my house without intimating me...That would be illegal.

        If I do not pay my home loan EMIs or even my mobile bills, does the company not chase the customer to the world's end for payments and sends reminders through emails, messages, calls and letters.

        In this case, I did not receive even one notification or any information about the cancellation or termination of my policy.

        This is completely illegal.

        Please help me to get my hard earned money with interest so far Thanking you in advance, Dennis

MANAGER PLCS TRIVANDRUM KERALA ..He force to resign us for no matter..we already mail several time to ASM For his fraud activities like Login without physical documents.we had also valid proof in handed...Now he was using abusing languages and commanded to get out from the office without compliting any resigination process or taking any investigation..SO Kindly need a immediate action..or requsting BASS TEAM to settle our salaries F&F SIR/MADAM

          Hopefully waiting for a sudden response and we are going to legally for this unhuman activity of MR MISHAL MANAF...without delaying anymore.

              I am Krunal Shah. I had bought Bajaj allianz Family Flotter Health Insurance on Jan 23, 2015, thinking that it will help me cover my medical expenses during the times of emergency and hospitalization. But I was totally wrong !! My wife was diagnosed with Vasovagul Syncope on July 11, 2015 and was admitted in hospital ICU for 4 days. I had claimed expenses for hospitalization on July 30 with all the required documents, bills and necessary doctors certificate. My Policy No: OG[protected]-00001250 Claim No: OC[protected]-00001315 Ever since I submitted my claim, I have been receiving some or the other deficiency letter. For over 3 months now, I kept complying to their requirements and kept providing all the additional documents and certificates. Almost felt like begging for my claim amount. And then on now Oct 12, I have received an SMS, not even a proper email, mentioning that my claim is inadmissible. There is no reason, no explanation provided for the rejection. I feel devastated, cheated and disgusted with a such a behavior of a company on whom we rely to help us during difficult times. can you guys please because customer care people and call centre are of no use, since they do go beyond standard responses. I highly grieved, please help..

                Hi, When I opened the Suvidha Salary Bank account in CITI Bank in Jul-2010, I was offered for the investment plan as a policy (which will have returns like recurring deposit) from the CITI bank representatives, which will give me the guaranteed returns of at least 8 percent. Many of my colleagues opted to invest in the plan. The CITI representatives told us that we can surrender the plan at any time with the premium paid + 8% interest. But at the time when we opted for the policy we were informed that it is 5 years policy and not informed about the terms and conditions (charges, validity, service tax on premium, lock in period etc.) which they are now imposing on us. So far I have complited 5 years and paid the 60 premium installments with Rs.3000 each with total invested amount as Rs.1, 80, 000/-. Now my policy mactured and I went to the Bajaj Allianz customer executive and submit my original ceritifcate to claim my maturity amount, I got the response that it will take 2 to 3 months and you will get only Rs.1, 35, 000/- as a maturity amount against the 1, 80, 000/- I paid so far. Every time when I call the CITI Bank and Bajaj Allianz customer care, I got different answers from every other representative. Even I got the false SMS of my nearest Bajaj Allianz branches after providing the pincode of my area. After visiting the two nearest addresses in SMS, I found the office does not exist or either the branches are closed. This is misleading.                   They are all Fraud .. The Bajaj Allianz lost all there credibility and brand value.. now my only job is to stop people from taking any kind of Bajaj Allianz Policy ...and to educate peoples to close the existing Bajaj Allianz policies...as I am just another victim of this non sense Bajaj Allianz Sarve shakti suraksha policy ...

                  Like u and others i am also one of the victim of this issue.want to submit this policy but i enquired through customer care that they replied they will detect 30% amount from my total paid amount.

                  i started this policy on jul2014 and it is really a bad one.

                      I Opened Citi Bank account in Nov 2013. I was offered with Bajaj allianz life insurance .It was 1500/- per month. i called up the customer care and said i want to surrender the Policy, as you are withdrawing before 4 years 5% will be deducted from your fund amount. The Customer care person asked me to continue with the policy for 4 year at least. If i complete 4 years then my amount will be 72000 but my fund value will be of 40000. What is the guarantee that i would get the amount i paid. I'am not expecting any extra amount which you they give. But Atleast you need to pay the amount i paid. As i got good opinion over Bajaj Allainz I have took up this policy. But after the call with the customer care i was shocked and it is completely fraud. We were said you will get assured returns But we are not getting what we paid also. This is a complete disappointment to the customer. Now i feel Bajaj Allainz is only to fraud people. I have asked my family people and Colleagues to never invest in Bajaj Allainz and who already have a policy I said them to withdraw that ASAP. all the people agree with it and felt like it would be the best way to educate the people. I suffered being part of the Bajaj Allainz policy.i will not let others be part of Bajaj Allainz Thanks, Amarendra Balla

                          I opened a Bajaj Allianz insurance policy on 4th Aug 2010 for 5 years with monthly premium of Rs. 1500. It was told while taking the policy that whole amount along with interest amount will be returned on maturity. For 5 years I paid total of Rs. 90, 000, and on maturity I received a sum of only Rs. 80678 which is very less than what I actually paid to the company. Following are the policy details: Master Policy Holder : CITI BANK N.A. Master Policy Number : [protected] Policy No : [protected] Member Name : Arjun Vinod Bajoria Application No : [protected] Product : SVS Premium Type : Monthly Sum assured : 720000 I was expecting atleast Rs. 90, 000 amount which I paid as premium to the company. Please look into the matter.

                            I have a motor insurance policy with Bajaj Allianz with policy number: OG[protected]. I did registered a claim on 21st of September regarding a damage to my vehicle. The inspection was done then and they have assured that it would cover under insurance. Later a surveyor names Swami called me from the phone No: [protected]. Firstly he has denied to pay-off the amount for the parts under insured policy and later the way he was communicating was very rude and irritating. I insisted him to provide manager number but denied to share the same and was very rude in his diction. I demanded a written letter with the reason for denial of my insurance claim but No response

                              Received a call from[protected], 2, 3, 4, 5 continuously to insist on low interest Loan (based on insurance ). Made me to pay Rs one lakh rupees few months before and informed me that I will be given Rs ten lakhs which will take an interest rate of 7%. If loan is not given, they committed by word that insurance will be cancelled and the insurance money Rs One lakh + 2% interest will be returned immediately. They have neither sanctioned loan nor returned the money with 2% interest. On calling these numbers multiple times in recent months, they are not picking up seeing my mobile number. These immoral activities are punishable. I need my hardly and truly earned money. Thanks Ram [protected]

                                Hi, I bought the VW Polo from Vidyut Motors Pune and they provided insurance from Bajaj Allianz Insurance company. My Insurance was getting expired in August. I had to travel out of India due to my organization work. The company did not even mailed/called a single time that my insurance is going to expire and i should renew it. When i was here, i came to know my insurance has expired and that too i saw that. Now as i am out of India and my insurance is expired, how should i renew it? Does company not hold even a bit responsibility to inform customer about policies. Also, i am following with them and they have just raised a ticket and no update from their side on followups as well. i am tired and fearing a loss of Car value and loss in renewing the Insurance again. Please help.

                                  I purchahsed used car on 1st Aug2015 and RC name transferred on 4th Aug2015.Accident happened on 14th Aug2015 (before Insurance name trasfer but within 14 days of RTO0.but still claim got rejected.Earlier supreme court verdicts and consumer forum cases says it is ok to register for insurance name transfer with in 14 days of RTO transfer.

                                    My no. is registered in DNC [protected] Some Calls Receive Bajaj Allianze side as per Irda rule not authority call on Dnd no. manager talking of the way very cheep and Bajaj guys call not to customer support only for call sale purpose. this feedback ill also update Facebook and twitter and mouth chat this is a wrong way u call to customer for Dnd no and wrong way to talk your mangers. first time ill search to medical policy what i am no satisfied bajaj services and ill also complaint to IRDA. fukhhhhhhhhhhhhh services

                                    Very bad Experience from Bajjaj Allianz . Very bad language way to talking very cheep i never trust on bajjaj calls very irreted and continue to call the customer my no. also in dnd but they dont give time to talk he continue talk with abuse words

                                      Dear Sir, On 19 the May, 2015, I met with an accident and Hyundai EON car which is insured with Bajaj Allianz (Policy Number) needed a repair. Upon informing the Hyundai Customer care, I was directed to Baltic Hyundai Faridabad. The supervisor at Baltic got all the detail filled by me. He did not file a claim in Bajaj til 20th May and when asked on 21st May for how long is it going for them to repair and return back, he said he has already informed insurance agency. In a week time, upon calling the workshop, I got to know that the claim have been approved and I was to send them an undertaking which I did immediately on 26th may. Now even after one month, work shop was not in condition to get the necessary work done. I had been calling them every alternate day. First f some Mr. Hemant was looking my case, then he left the job and Mr. Raj Kumar started taking care of the same who had no clue what to tell me. These people were just bying days and weeks and due to unavailability of vehicle I lost my respectable Job. I informed even this to them and pleaded them to give my vehicle fast. then they told me that insurance company has sent my case for "Investigation" and they cant do the work until they have a go ahead from insurance company. It took further one month to get so called investigation completed from insurance company. My question is this how come the case was approved, was again sent for investigation? Was it not a intentional act not to pass the claim and disburse. Why had insurance company not done full proof investigation when the claim was filed? Why another investigation after a month? Baltic hyundai turned out to be the worst work shop that may exist in any customer's dream. they did not have any clue of whats happening. When giving them a call, I used to listen reply" Sir hum kya kar sakte hain? Sir, Hum kaise bata sakte hain ki kitne din me milega? Then for one month it was always Friday when the promised to give me my vehicle. So I was promised 4 times and then was handed over after 2.5 months of agony. All miscellaneous articles lying in the car is missing and people responsible there have no clues. I was working on a senior position in SSIPL Retail Ltd and expect either of the party to pay me 1 year salary as a compensation of mental harassment as well as losing the job. I want Baltic Hyundai to refund the entire cost of repairing as their service was a night mare for me. My Car is not working properly but I still dread to give them for repair.                                       Hi,

                                      I received a call from [protected] by Mr Bhattacharya, Bajaj Allianz as they want to settle the case and they are transferring my entire amount in to my bank account. They asked me to give them a call when I reach ATM, but when I reached ATM, I found the number switched off.

                                      I seriously do not know what they are trying to do or is it the culture to harass the customer.

                                        I'm suresh Kumar sales manager at Bajaj Allianz life insurance Branch -jalore ( rajasthan ) and I had join from 2 July 2015 from that date I haven't not received my salary and BM not give me satisfied answer he mentally pressurise me. Plzz help me

                                        Till today I have not received my full salary which is hold by company it gives me only one part of my salary I resigned on 30th August so how long it takes to release salary. .
