My no. is registered in DNC [protected] Some Calls Receive Bajaj Allianze side as per Irda rule not authority call on Dnd no. manager talking of the way very cheep and Bajaj guys call not to customer support only for call sale purpose. this feedback ill also update Facebook and twitter and mouth chat this is a wrong way u call to customer for Dnd no and wrong way to talk your mangers. first time ill search to medical policy what i am no satisfied bajaj services and ill also complaint to IRDA. fukhhhhhhhhhhhhh services

    Dear Sir, On 19 the May, 2015, I met with an accident and Hyundai EON car which is insured with Bajaj Allianz (Policy Number) needed a repair. Upon informing the Hyundai Customer care, I was directed to Baltic Hyundai Faridabad. The supervisor at Baltic got all the detail filled by me. He did not file a claim in Bajaj til 20th May and when asked on 21st May for how long is it going for them to repair and return back, he said he has already informed insurance agency. In a week time, upon calling the workshop, I got to know that the claim have been approved and I was to send them an undertaking which I did immediately on 26th may. Now even after one month, work shop was not in condition to get the necessary work done. I had been calling them every alternate day. First f some Mr. Hemant was looking my case, then he left the job and Mr. Raj Kumar started taking care of the same who had no clue what to tell me. These people were just bying days and weeks and due to unavailability of vehicle I lost my respectable Job. I informed even this to them and pleaded them to give my vehicle fast. then they told me that insurance company has sent my case for "Investigation" and they cant do the work until they have a go ahead from insurance company. It took further one month to get so called investigation completed from insurance company. My question is this how come the case was approved, was again sent for investigation? Was it not a intentional act not to pass the claim and disburse. Why had insurance company not done full proof investigation when the claim was filed? Why another investigation after a month? Baltic hyundai turned out to be the worst work shop that may exist in any customer's dream. they did not have any clue of whats happening. When giving them a call, I used to listen reply" Sir hum kya kar sakte hain? Sir, Hum kaise bata sakte hain ki kitne din me milega? Then for one month it was always Friday when the promised to give me my vehicle. So I was promised 4 times and then was handed over after 2.5 months of agony. All miscellaneous articles lying in the car is missing and people responsible there have no clues. I was working on a senior position in SSIPL Retail Ltd and expect either of the party to pay me 1 year salary as a compensation of mental harassment as well as losing the job. I want Baltic Hyundai to refund the entire cost of repairing as their service was a night mare for me. My Car is not working properly but I still dread to give them for repair.     Hi,

    I received a call from [protected] by Mr Bhattacharya, Bajaj Allianz as they want to settle the case and they are transferring my entire amount in to my bank account. They asked me to give them a call when I reach ATM, but when I reached ATM, I found the number switched off.

    I seriously do not know what they are trying to do or is it the culture to harass the customer.

      Till today I have not received my full salary which is hold by company it gives me only one part of my salary I resigned on 30th August so how long it takes to release salary. .

            I am very dissatisfy with service of Bajaj Alliance Life insurance company.My Policy no is [protected] in the name of KIRTIBHAI MANILAL BHATT Which was purchased in the year of 2007 and paid premium upto 2012 amounted 60000/- paid 12000/- every year. I am started paying Premium 12000/-every year.There was no letter or communication received from the company upto 2015 regarding value of my policy.I have paid the premium Upto 2012, Want to know value of policy, I have not received any response from the branch regarding same even if repetitive Visits.The agent has never come after selling the policy.Now Matter is that the person who sold policy is not a agent of Bajaj Alliance Life insurance Company. I surprised when I see the Policy Value Amount which Remains 21000/- only Through online Creation of my ID from the site.When I ask About Surrender of Policy the company said that Surrender value Will be given to u is 15200/-Rupees. What Will I Understand From this Value ?Even Bank FD which is Most Secured Will Also give Double return after 6-7 years.In this case I am Receiving 25% of Value.From This What Will I Understand?It is of Whose fault?I Lost My money Like everything To whom Will I tell that I have Lost Near about 1 Lacs Rupees because of Investment in Bajaj.I am Salaried Class Person have earned the money With Hard Work which is Now Nothing Like Value For me... Please Look into the Matter and give me practical solution in this matter and receive my money back with Interest and some action that the company like this Will not Fool Others People Like Me...               Hi There!! I am one of your customer's & have been Very Regular in making my premium Payments But Unfortunately don't get Receipts, in spite of Repeated follow up's. Not even a single Service call Received from you all. Being such a big Organization how could the Service be so worst. Suggest you to work on improving the quality of service to have your Equity in the market. I am sure every individual customer is important for you in this Competitive market & yours is not the only option available for us & Regret to say if i doesn't get a service call from your end in next 24 hours or immediate action not initiated in this regard would like to withdraw my Policy with immediate effect.                 Dear sir, I Mr. TAPAN DAS, I purchased a policy from Bajaj Allianz life insurance company. Policy no... [protected] . suddenly I known thought JHARGRAM Bajaj Allianz life insurance company, s BRANCH that my policy was lapsed and a cheque of an amount of RS. 12, 905 sent to my address.But I did not received any cheque from Bajaj Allianz life insurance company then I go to JHARGRAM Bajaj Allianz life insurance company, s BRANCH. Branch manager told me issued cheque already cleared by bank. But I told him I can, t received any cheque and he given me cheque details . But main thing is The issued cheque clear from other person from other district and SAME NAME PERSON . How it possible ? I asked manager, and he told me I will inform company from more than 1 month .                   I opened a Citi bank salary account in June-2011.When I was offered for the BajajAllianz insurance policy linked with Citi bank suvidha account. They guaranteed 8-9% returns and 2 years lock period and also misguided me by referring the same as Recurring deposit . I am paying 1500/month and paid (50*1500=75, 000/-) till date. However as I completed more than 4 years which is locking period for policy, when I called customer care to withdraw the policy they said to charge more than 30, 000 as an administration fee. I've paid more than 75, 000 in last 4+ years and clubbing with interest of 8.5% I must be getting 96, 000+ rs, but customer care executive told me that my maturity amount would be only 65, 000 rs after deducting administration charges. I want to get rid of the insurance policy. I am seeing lot of complaints about this, but none of them say the problem is resolved. I've never seen such a fraud company like this, literally they are robbers. BEWARE of CITIBANK AND BAJAJ ALLIANZ CROOKS. Please find required details below.                     I received a call from Delhi for overdraft facility against Insurance, They offer me 2 insurance from Bajaj and another from religare. As per the process explained to me i have to opt for a insurance so I opt for bajaj and submit my documents with cheque amount of Rs 65k for insurance from bajaj. after which I will got call from ICICI about the approval of my overdraft of rs 11.25lac and on confirmation they process my cheque of Rs 65k and I received by Life policy from Bajaj with in 20- 25 days. Then after my story begin after receiving of my policy doc when I CALL to executive(Akansha Sharma) to update her about the receivable of my policy doc she confirm me by max 20 days I will receive my Overdraft Kit. After which I got call from ICICI finance dept abt the confirmation of my overdraft facility and they confirmed me that my Kit is getting print in Mumbai and from there they will dispatch the same Now its being 4 month still I am waiting for my kits but strange thing is still they are contacting me and update me the status. I not getting whether this is a fraud or genuine delay in process.                     I received the call with an offer for Over Draft facility for the people who hold a salry account in ICICI. As i was in need of money, I quickly accepted this offer and did the needful by taking the insurance policy of 50000 per annum.

                    They asked me to courier the documents which includes paysli, bank statement, 50000/- check in favour of Bajaj allianz life innsurance, photograph address and id proof including ICICI credit application and and Bajaj allianz insurance form whcih they sent in the email. couriered (POD number: DTDC- h[protected] to the same address what mentioned above (2162/25 guru arjun nagar opp ranjit nagar metro pillar no229 delhi 110008).

                    Its been 2months now i paid the amount and till now i didn't received neither the over draft nor the Bajaj Insurance policy documents.

                    I dont know what to do, but already i was in a bad need of money and now with this fraud am totally in debts.

                    I dont understand how come these girls who sound really good and innocent, they do such kind of things. am trying to reach them since last 15 days and their numbers are all switched off.

                    I request ICICI and the Bajaj authorities to please look into this and kindly do the needful.

                      They are the worst company I have ever seen ... same case with me but none of their customer care gives solution

                      I will be withdrawing the policy only one reason as not good customer support.

                        Hello, I have a policy which premium is 6039 and due date was on 16/07/2015, i have done the payment through HDFC credit card payment gateway and amount is deducted, but i did not receive kind of information/alert from the Bajaj regarding payment. I have received only the alert SMS from bank that amount has been deducted, Bajaj Allianz please look into the matter and let me know.

                            Hello I have purchased general health insurance of Bajaj Allianz in May month. They told me that in case of due to any illness if i will be admitted to hospital at least for 24 hrs..they will reimburse all charges of hospital..including fees, medicines, Dr fees..n all.. On 25th of july, 2015 i have got a pain in my lower abdomen..which was unbearable.i was in office so they took me to the neelkanth hospital which is located in Gurgaon..there dr gave me injection for the pain and he suggested me to investigate this test...then i couldn't get time for that due to some issues On Tuesday 28th july again i got pain so i have taken some pain killers..then on Wednesday i went to BLK hospital in karol bagh, new delhi..in emergency due to that pain only..and i was suffering from 100° fever as well..there they dint give any first aid for the pain and fever..and they took me on wheel chair and left me at 1st floor..i have waited for half an hour over ther only but i dint have any idea that what is the process now..so i have asked myself to some receptionists that what should i do Then she has registered me for the OPD with 750 rs.and sent me to urology and renal department there i met to Dr.aaditya pradhan...still i was having with pain along with fever and was crying with that pain..and he also sent me for the test CT scan which was cost 7670/- it took around 2 hrs..still nobody cared for the pain and fever..and even they asked me to drink a lot of water to get some pressure o[censored]rine..that tym it was lyk i want to die with the pain now it is along with urine pressure which pain cant be described..then in ct scan there was nothing ..i went to the hospital at 10.30 am and around 4'o clock i got the tset and reports and all of ct scan...still i dint get any first aid for pain..then dr.pradhan referred me to gastrologist..there i have again paid 700/- for the registration then i met to dr.sanjay khanna...then he examined and couldn't get though the reason of pain so after looking about the unbearable pain he asked me to get admitted..then got through admissions procedures...where i have been asked to take the estimation according to mediclaim sum insured..then they said that approval will come within 4-5 hrs..so i have deposited 15000 as security amount..and got admitted..there i was pain killers, other medicines during admission...till 3 days they were continuously taking test...ultrasound, blood test, urine test, x ray and all... Ultrasound i have given 3-4 times But they still dint get through the reason of pain(isn't it strange??) On third day they took my pelvis part x ray which was my last test on saturday 1st august.. On the same day Dr.Pradhan came to me and his behaviour was a bit strange..and he asked me to get discharge..then i asked wat about pain he said take some medicines wich i wil suggest...i asked wat about fever..he said take crocin...i asked daily?? He said yes if you have fever then take medicines I was shocked at that moment..then i asked about x ray..he said he wil send the orthopaedics specialist Then he came to me in the evening he also said that there is nothing which shows the pain...he dint even refer to the x ray...so i asked myself that pls atleast once go through the x ray...then in x ray he got some clues of pain..that i have so much lack of vitamin D, calcium and Greece of bones Due to these reasons i am having continuously pain in my pelvis part and back side...and fever also..which has been started at very early in my body..then i got discharge order by the d.pradhan And the insurance company was waiting for the discharge summary because they said that they will give the approval on discharged only So at the end they denied to approve the claim Reason:- i was admitted to the hospital by myself just to get the investigation of the pain.. While in real i got admitted by the dr after looking at the pain because with that pain they couldn't sent me to the home.. Now please tell me that if i have any illness and i go to the dr.or hospital then after giving first aid won't they examine the reason of continuous illness?? They said the reason of admitting to the hospital was invalid I could stay at home by that pain and come again and again to get examined the reason of that.. Is it ryt or wrong?? Here as per my concerns both are reasons of my complaint Hospital and Insurance company as well But hospital people at least in the end gave me some relief But because of insurance company my heart was crying a lotttt...so kindly help me to get justice If they are saying that they wil give claim incase of admissions in hospital for 24 hrs Then they should stay with there words..they are just sucking blood from the throat of people

                              Dear Sir, I have availed a Life Insurance Policy through my bank ( Citibank, M G Road, Bangalore) from the above mentioned Life Insurance Company in the month of December 2011. Below are the details of the policy: Name of the Plan: SARVE SHAKTI SURAKSHA Date of Inception of Policy: 24-Dec-2011 Policy No: [protected] Policy Holder Name: Sonia Bem Haomom Master Policy Holder: Citi Bank ( Processed through my salary account) I decided to surrender my policy in the first week of July, 2015. I got in touch with the customer care of the insurers and asked them about the relevant documents required to surrender my policy along with a cancelled cheque to directly credit the surrender amount into my citi bank account. I arranged all the documents and send it across to them to their Chennai office. Below are the details of the consignment: POD No: B23626101 Courier Name: DTDC Date of Dispatch: 13-July-2015 Address of the Recipient:Ms Bhanumati tata consultancy service (insurance operations) TEK towers 7th floor, #11 Rajiv Gandhi Salai old mahabalipuram road okkiam thoraipakkam chennai 600097 I tracked the consignment and it was received on 15-July-2015 by the concerned office. I was told that within 16 working days of the receipt of the documents, my account would be credited. We got a call from the pune office of the concerned company on 22-July-15 stating that since the cheque is not personalized ( it did not have my name embossed on it), they can not credit my account and alternatively, they would be sending a cheque in my name. I told them that my address has changed in the interim and hence requested them to send the cheque at my new address. I was told that they cant do that and instead send the cheque to the master policy holder which is citibank. I agreed for this as well and was told that i would be getting the cheque through citi bank shortly. I called the citibank phone banking services to inquire about the status of my cheque. I was told to provide the POD details from Bajaj Allianz. Subsequently, I called bajaj allianz at their customer care number, on 31-July-15 to find out the dispatch details. I was told that they do not have the POD details and they would take 48 hours to give me the details. This, they promised, would be done by arranging a call back. I was given a complaint number:59556730. I have been made to run from pillar to post since then but to no avail. Whenever i called them, i was told that it would take 48 working hours and each day has only 8 working hours. While I called them today ( 05-Aug-15), I am again told the same thing. I have following questions to your esteemed office: i) When Bajaj Allianz can debit the account for monthly premium payment, why cant the same account be credited for the surrender amount? ii) In case the insures wanted to confirm the veracity of my account, they could have checked with citi bank since they are not only my bankers but master polivy holder as well iii) Why the cheque has to come through citi bank when i am the insurer? iv) How many days does it take for the concerned company to provide me with the dispatch details?                                 I opened a Citi bank salary account in June-2011.When I was offered for the BajajAllianz insurance policy linked with Citi bank suvidha account. They guaranteed 8-9% returns and 2 years lock period and also misguided me by referring the same as Recurring deposit . I am paying 1500/month and paid (50*1500=75, 000/-) till date. However as I completed more than 4 years which is locking period for policy, when I called customer care to withdraw the policy they said to charge more than 30, 000 as an administration fee. I've paid more than 75, 000 in last 4+ years and clubbing with interest of 8.5% I must be getting 96, 000+ rs, but customer care executive told me that my maturity amount would be only 65, 000 rs after deducting administration charges. I want to get rid of the insurance policy. I am seeing lot of complaints about this, but none of them say the problem is resolved. I've never seen such a fraud company like this, literally they are robbers. BEWARE of CITIBANK AND BAJAJ ALLIANZ CROOKS. However I'm not gonna leave them like this. I am ready to sue them cheaters.

                                  I have been contacting the Bajaj Allianz Insurance company in chennai to renew my car insurance which is about to expiry on Aug 05 2015, but still i haven't received a quote or courtesy call to inform me on any updates. I have contacted them both on email and called to chennai headoffice neither the customer service nor insurance agent have replied with steps to renew my insurance. I am not sure whether I can renew the motor insurance or should look for better insurance company. Thank You, Nirmal
