Dear sir,
Bajal Allianz's downline team are trying to establish technically that they are giving call/ allert to me for the due premium, but practically there is no call, reminder from Baja allianz I had received in last four year.
I think it is basic responsibility of the co. to give call to its customer as before opening a insurance their executives are very expert in polishing its customer, but after purchasing they forget its customer, results I failed to pay premium ontime.
On policy, it may be written about the due date, but no one is sitting with the policy, all the time. I use to get regular call from other insurance co, but no call I received from bajaj. Is it co.'s silent policy to put the customer's hard money to discontinue fund?
On yesterday, for the 1st time in last four year after my letter, I received a call from its team leader ms Jabeen Shaikh, I am dissatisfied with her service attitude and arrogant voice tone. She is totally unfit to satisfy customer, sher requires behavior training.
Again, I want to tell that in the last 04 year, I never received any call or alert for premium or any happy call from the co., results I missed the last due premium on time, so, I wanted to pay premium on line since Feb'15, but failed as web site not accepting that.
As I do not have time to visit your branch, co. may please send person to collect it, or may open the online payment option for this policy.
I will not recomend bajaj allianz to anyone. Already, I raised complaint to co.'s customer care as follows.

Complaint marked as Resolved they had sent company's representative to my home finally to resolve the issue. The company is active after the complaint at consumer forum here, so thank to consumer forum and bajaj also for resolving the issue as it was desired. Thank you all.
