    I have bought Travel insurance for both my parents travelling to Australia. My mom has hypertension which was mentioned at the time of policy purchase and the consultant Ishwar Ujigare advised that I dont have to upgrade the cover as this will not pose any harm in case of processing claims. Unfortunately on the new year eve my mom suffered TIA and got admitted to local emergency department. I have informed Bajaj claims teams duly and supplied all the details to them. Lakshmi Manduri from Bajaj Allianz is my contact thru out the process. Their moto from the very first moment was to how to get away from reimbursing the amount. It's been utter disgust that I had and been humiliated by the way our claim has been rejected ignoring the facts. We when spoke over the phone agreed on few things but on email she always mentions the different as if we havent discussed any. Now they are rejecting my moms claim citing Hypertension as the cause but the attending goverment doctor here clearly certified that it is not because of hypertension but is due to high cholesterol and high sugar level. I am escalated this to Greivience teams and waiting for their response. To any people out there who are thinking about purchasing Travel insurance with Bajaj, my advise, you are better of buying local insurance cover than Bajaj. Hand on my heart, they will not there to help you for sure. Best regards Ravi

Since it has been two years that I didn't get any policy bond from Bajaj. while asking with insurance executive he always states that bond will come through courier. But no bond received so far...after regular follow ups now it has come to harrashment Please look into the matter and deliever bond to my address.         Dear sir, this complaint is regarding the irresponsible behaviour of your motor car insurance staff. They are not at all interested to maintain their customers. I called so many times to renew my car insurance policy on urgent basis but it seems your agents and office staff are not at all interested in earning money for the company. Even i talked to branch manager Mr. Ryaz Ahmad, and told him about this but he himself is so relaxed. My car customer Id is OG[protected]-00021031 Please ask your agent to take the matter on urgent basis. If possible please take due action against your irresponsible staff and please pay them for every policy they cover so that may motivate them to work for the company and make clients. For past 2 years I am facing same problems in renewal of my car and health insurance policy. I really think there is something wrong with the attitude of your staff towards work and it is spoiling company's image indeed. Hope you will take appropriate action and will get my work done.             Sir, I financed my led television from bajaj at vijay sales gb road thane on 27th feb 2015, which they did, to my surprise i was issued an insurance for Rs 1 lac which i was not aware and niether wanted any, i contacted finance they instructed me to bajaj allianz insurance, inurance people are again asking me to contact finance. i am fed up of this follow up and want to complain about this malpractice by a reputed company like bajaj. my name arun j walia, insurance membership no is [protected].

              Dear Sir, I had a policy no. 59889200 under CAPITAL UNIT GAIN SIZE ONE commenced from 13th Aug 2, 2007 with yearly premium of Rs 25, 000/= for which I got the subsequent yearly premiums submitted through the Bajaj Allianz agent on dates 12th Sept 2008 and 4th Sept 2009 respectively through cheques. Recently when I surrendered the policy, the total amount I received was subjected to lapsed policy restoration charges / penalty of about Rs.11, 000/= each for the two successive premium years. This was shocking for me as I had never before got any information (such as in the premium receipts) nor intimation by postal or any other recognized means, regarding lapse (or restoration) of my policy due to delay in creditng premium. What is more shocking is that the company has done this deduction arbitrarily as in some policy-holders' cases it has condoned delay of 26 days and made no such cuts.It is therefore brought to your notice with the request that the penalty arbitrarily charged from my maturity amount be returned to me at the earliest. :Rashmi Bhatt

                I also purchased this policy in Nov 2012, Bajaj Allianz executive contacted me they did few of promises like (Policy Number is [protected]) 1) I will get 14 or 15% fixed return on my investment 3) I will be able to withdraw my invested amount after 5 years etc I am trying to contact but no success now he is not picking up my calls or not replying to my email(Mr. Shawaiz Baig - shawaiz.[protected]@balic.in). When I contacted the customer care to clarify few of the doubts, I asked how much amount I will receive if I will surrender the policy after 5 years(as communicated by policy agent), they gave me one formula to calculate the return amount(mentioned below). I was shocked after calculating the amount, after investing 450000 for 3 years my return amount is only around 1 Lac, there is no exit in this policy, you need to make payment till last year of your policy term. If you will exit in between from this policy, they will deduct 70% of your invested amount as charges. Surrender Value "GSV = 30% * (Total premiums paid till date less premiums paid in the first year less any extra premiums and additional rider benefit premiums, if any)" Now I am really feeling cheated by Bajaj Allianz Insurance company and their policy agent Shawaiz Baig. Requesting everybody not to go for Bajaj Allianz for any kind of insurance. If Bajaj is good intentioned company, They should put Shawaiz behind bars. Venkatesh

                  Dear sir, Bajal Allianz's downline team are trying to establish technically that they are giving call/ allert to me for the due premium, but practically there is no call, reminder from Baja allianz I had received in last four year. I think it is basic responsibility of the co. to give call to its customer as before opening a insurance their executives are very expert in polishing its customer, but after purchasing they forget its customer, results I failed to pay premium ontime. On policy, it may be written about the due date, but no one is sitting with the policy, all the time. I use to get regular call from other insurance co, but no call I received from bajaj. Is it co.'s silent policy to put the customer's hard money to discontinue fund? On yesterday, for the 1st time in last four year after my letter, I received a call from its team leader ms Jabeen Shaikh, I am dissatisfied with her service attitude and arrogant voice tone. She is totally unfit to satisfy customer, sher requires behavior training. Again, I want to tell that in the last 04 year, I never received any call or alert for premium or any happy call from the co., results I missed the last due premium on time, so, I wanted to pay premium on line since Feb'15, but failed as web site not accepting that. As I do not have time to visit your branch, co. may please send person to collect it, or may open the online payment option for this policy. I will not recomend bajaj allianz to anyone.                         Dear sir, The above policy purchased on 16.11.2004 sum assured 80000/- as per your policy guidelines 1 st survival benefit 10% of sum assured i.e Rs.8000/- after 3 yrs 2 nd survival benefit 15% of sum assured i.e Rs.12000/- after 6 yrs 3 rd survival benefit 25% of sum assured i.e Rs.20000/- after 9 yrs 1 st & 2 nd survival benefits u have given on 20.11.2013 by NEFT ( total 20000/- ) after repeated requests 3 rd benefit due on 16/11/2014 but so far i have not recd 20000/- from you then i visited visakhapatnam br i was informed by your office that i will get this amount in the month of january, 2015.                             BAJAJ ALLIANZ Travel Insurance is running a global level FRAUD in many countries. They are declining claims without looking at anything. the guy name LAKSHMI is running this fake and fraud practise and he thinks ALL CLAIMS falls under PRE EXISTING condition. I have been contacting USA investigation agencies to analyse bigger scope of BAJAJ ALLIANZ Travel Insurance fraud practises operated by LAKSHMI and his fake doctor's medical team. All pre-existing condition deniels claims will be researched and investigated under this.

                              I have a consumer durable loan taken from bajaj finance Ltd loan no.-4100CD01257364 Rs.2372 per month with mediclaim master policy but no any insurance certificate sent by company to me till date.Last EMI date-2/2/2015 but I want to refund my mediclaim master policy AMT Rs.4200 & oblige.My mobile no.[protected] and mediclaim master policy no.[protected].

                                Hi, I bought Bajaj Alliance policy when my company gave new Citibank Suvidha salary account in Bangalore. The policy number is [protected]. I paid premium of 2000 rupees for 1 year. Total amount, i have paid till today is 24000. I wanted to surrendered the policy as i saw lot of complaints with bajaja alliaz and found it fake. I was also in need of money. So i called their customer care and told to tell me the process of surrendering the policy. I was asked to send address proof, policy bond, request to cancel the policy and cancelled check. Today i received a call from Bajaja alliaz and they told me that if i surrender the policy now, they will charge 35% of penalty. I will get around 15k back when i have paid 24k. When i bought this policy, their executive told that, i can withdraw the policy anytime and i will get the interest+premium amount paid till the date. Bajaj Alliaz has cheated me and should pay the full amount. I have read the policy doc as well. They can charge with penalty if i haven't paid their premium. Where are the penalty charges came from? Why they didn't tell me before signing the policy doc? if they would told mea before, i never had sign the policy. I want register complaint against bajaj alliaz for this fraud and really want to take legal action on this.

                                      I have taken a policy on FEB 2014 with premium of Rs.859/-. Which consist of Own damage premium of 291( IDV 16091, Year of make 2006), Third Party coverage of 422, PA Cover 50, Service Tax 92, Edu Cess 3, Rounding of 859. When planned to renew my policy for this year premium amount was said as 905/- Which consist of Own damage premium of 291( IDV 16091, Year of make 2006), Third Party coverage of 464, PA Cover 50, Service Tax 100, Rounding of 905 When enquired about why my own damage premium not varied since vehicle value should get depreciated as well as i dont have any claim made on my vehicle hence there should be some discounts for my premium. No answer to explain my clarification asked. Then got some idea from customer care that if you renewed from customer portal you may have option to change the IDV value hence you can change premium. After getting registered with customer portal no able to add the policy for my id when check for the same customer care says to renew online other way as show 903 when is diffrent from the one shown in renewal notice. Even thought there is small margin amount it will get huge when collected over no of peoples blood.
