About the refund of an extra premium transaction deduction

I raised a refund request for an extra deduction around 3 months back, every time I am calling the customer care they are saying the concerned finance dept is working on it. I have mailed them also, the reply was an apology for delay, concerned dept is working on it & fell free to contact us on... Will some-body tell me does it takes 3 months to send a cheque by courier. Bajaj Alliance is the worst private firm I have seen, even Govt....

Unable to Reach customer care

Am one of the victim of Bajaj Allianz Sarve shakti policy which is tier with citi bank's suvidha salary account.
I paid 28 emi of 1500 i.e 1500*28=42000 Rs /-.
Customer service is pathetic they are playing games.i heard lot of negative reviews and planning to close the policy .
They are not even responding i mailed them cancel cheque leaf address proof and id proof and original insurance...
