Hi Guys,

Am one of the victim of Bajaj Allianz Sarve shakti policy which is tier with citi bank's suvidha salary account.
I paid 28 emi of 1500 i.e 1500*28=42000 Rs /-.
Customer service is pathetic they are playing games.i heard lot of negative reviews and planning to close the policy .
They are not even responding i mailed them cancel cheque leaf address proof and id proof and original insurance copy(which was said by there customer care guys) Now they are asking for confirmation written letter.
My Mobile number is [protected] which i updated in insurance portal too but they are reffering to my old mobile number and saying that they could not reach my number what a shame.? Bajaj i want my f**ing money back or else i will hire a lawyer ..Please don't invest in this scam company..

    GROUP CHEATING BY BAJAJ ALLIANZ INSURANCE COMPANY

    Based on how I was cheated, I wish to warn all the public not to deal or part your money to Bajaj Allianz. I am exposing the facts with real names and locations of all those involved.

    1. CHEATING GROUP FORMATION.

    a) Ms. Pooja Kumari Roy, Customer Service, Pune
    Prepares a killing insurance policy different from the scheme offered. After damage to Customers, bargain with customers on money share from the Total Premium paid (Usually 50-50 and possible less amount to customers). Justify their cheating, using the lethal clauses on the policy.
    b) Team Life Care Company of (India) Privae Limited, Srivasam, No 15, 1st Cross, Pampa Layout, Hebbal, Kempapura, , Bangalore. 560024 (Agents to canvass insurance for Bajaj Allianz) – Offer fictitious schemes like pay only 3 years Premium, and get 1 Lakh and more from 4th year onwards. Specialists in training their field workers on how to effectively cheat the customers and abscond.
    c) Mr.Dhakshinamoorty from Tirunelveli. (His contact is through his partner who introduced him to me. - Mr.Nelliappan, Bala Printers, Kokkirakulam, Tirunelveli. MOBILE : [protected]). Field worker. Canvass, attract, and cheat customers. Abscond after the first premium is paid.
    d) Messers Pawan Mahajan, Shyam Yadav, Venkata Ravi Chandra Jalagam. All from Customer service, Pune. Rokalla Shekar Customer Focus Unit, Jabeen shaikh (1st Level Escalation), Monalisha choudhury (2nd Level Escalation) – Bajaj Allianz team to justify their robbery, using the lethal clauses in the insurance policy.

    2. FIELD CHEATING METHOD.

    a) Mr.Dhakshinamoorty, approaches innocent rural house wives, poor workers, vegetable sellers etc.. and offer an attractive and fictitious insurance scheme from Bajaj Allianz . (See Attachment - BAJAJSCHEME.jpg).
    b) Prepare the necessary forms, collect the first premium and send it to Bajaj Allianz (Robber), through Team Life Care Company of (India) Private Limited (Field Robbing agent).
    c) Pooja Kumari Roy, Bajaj Allianz, Pune, prepares a killing policy in unreadable small fonts, to pay 25 years premium, instead of 3 years premium.
    d) Mr.Dhakshina moorty, forces this policy to the poor customers, as this is the policy as per the scheme offered. Gets the customer acceptance. Sends it to Bajaj Allianz (Robber), through Team Life Care Company of (India) Private Limited, Bangalore (Field Robbing agent).
    e) Mr.Dhakshina moorty then absconds. His mobile is always switched off or he does not pick up for you. If you trace his house, he is either hiding or gone out.

    3. AFTER THE ISSUE OF THE POLICY - JUSTIFICATION.

    a) The Robbery has taken place before issuing the policy.
    b) The policy is issued with many clauses to trap the customer from all corners.
    c) When you surrender the policy after paying 3 year premium, Pooja Kumari Roy bargains with customers on money share from the Total Premium paid (Usually 50-50 and possible less amount to customers). Justify their cheating, using the lethal clauses on the policy. In my case, I paid Rs 75, 000 (3 years X 25, 000), my life saving. She gave me only Rs 47, 616. The balance Rs (75,[protected] = Rs 27, 384 is stolen by the Bajaj Allianz's Public Cheating group. I also lost the interest on Rs 75, 000 for 3 years.
    d) Group justification of their robbery by Pawan Mahajan, Shyam Yadav, Venkata Ravi Chandra Jalagam. All from Customer service, Pune. Rokalla Shekar Customer Focus Unit, Jabeen shaikh (1st Level Escalation), Monalisha choudhury (2nd Level Escalation).
    e) Since the customer is trapped, they drive the customer out from their attention and direct them to contact an outsider, Insurance Ombudsman, scattered all over India.

    4. AMBUTSMAN & CONSUMER COURT

    a) Ambutsman and Consumer court cannot handle the case of cheating by Bajaj Allianz, because the offence has taken place before the issue of the policy. Also the insurance policy has sufficient cruel clauses to reject the customer’s facts.
    b) The customer has to get a lawyer (expensive) and run after the court schedules, leaving their jobs and earnings.
    c) To prove their pre cheating, one has to produce the persons concerned, as witnesses. They will refuse to come and say an open lie that they do not know the customer and refuse all their cheating acts.

    5. CUSTOMERS ON DOLE DRUM & MANAGEMENT DO NOT SUPPORT

    a) Bajaj alliance is well aware of the helpless customers.
    b) They only support the clauses of the insurance policy.
    c) They support their paid employees for getting more income, by such cheating techniques.
    d) Hence, I warn all the public not to deal or part your money to Bajaj Allianz.

    a) Your reply is irrelevant and do not address the method of Robbery of the Bajaj Allianz.
    b) You are trying to protect the Cheating and Robbery of Bajaj allianz, from the contents of the Insurance policy document.
    c) So you are not competent or eligible to provide a theoretical justification.
    d) The cheating and Robbery of Bajaj Alliance has taken place between the Marketing and Policy Making. So you are playing the game of a Team Leader of a post robbery justification.

    3. He offered a policy called "Invest Plus Premier" of the Bajaj Allianz Insurance company. The premium to this policy is to be paid only for 3 years and then stop. The policy offers great fortune after 3 years, around a 1 Lakh, and it grows every year there after. (Attachment - BAJAJSCHEME.jpg)
    4. Believing this, I paid Rs 25, 000/= for 3 yeras (Total Rs 75, 000), My life saving.
    5. My policy number is [protected].
    6. The policy was made in unreadable small letters, by Pooja Kumari roy of Bajaj Alliaz. But she made it different from the scheme offered to cheat me and benefit Bajaj Allianz.
    7. I was told by Mr.Dhakshina moorty, that this policy [protected] is the "Invest Plus Premier" policy to pay premium for 3 years only. So, I accepted it.
    8. I surrendered the policy in February 2014 and I got only Rs 47, 616. The balance Rs (75,[protected] = Rs 27, 384 is stolen by the Bajaj Allianz's Public Cheating group.
    9. So, this is jointly planned cheating of a rural house wife by Bajaj Allianz team Poojakumariroy+Team Life Care Company of (India) Private Limited + Mr.Dhakshina moorthy from Tirunelveli.
    10. Now you are a cheater's paid employee to protect them by :a) Justifying the marketing and policy making cheating through the clauses of the policy. It is irrelevant and unwarranted.b) You are also a member of the Robbing group of Marketing an attactive proposal and Issuing a lethel Policy (The cheating and Robbinf method of Bajaj Allianz).
    11. Also how can you drive me to contact the Ambutsman, an outsider who cannot investigate your Marketing and Policy making cheating. Do not drive the customer to a third party, to protect and hide your internal robbery.
    If you believe in justice, Please help me and arrange to refund my balance money of Rs 27, 384 + lost interest on Rs 75, 000 for 3 years (Rs 7, 500 X 3) = Rs 22, 500 at nominal 10% per annum).

    e) So, There is Robber group in Bajaj Allianz between the Sales agents and the Insurance policy makers, which has resulted in aloss of Rs 49, 884 to me.
    f) The robbing takes place between the marketing outside and Policy preparation inside.
    g) The clauses in the policy cannot be applied to justify a cheating+robbing case before the policy preparation.

    a) Willful Mismanagement action (Your Agent’s attractive offer, and making an Insurance policy to financially kill the customer) for your business leadership.

    b) Large scale robbery of my money Rs 49, 884 (Rs {(75,[protected] = 27, 384 + Rs 22, 500 on Loss of interest at nominal 10% per annum on Rs 75, 000 for 3 years.Total Rs 49, 884}.

    c) This is an eye opener on the following vital points for the Safety and Security of the Indian population (particularly
    the rural and women)

    A. IT IS DANGEROUS TO KEEP BAJAJ ALLIANZ IN LIFE INSURANCE BUSINESS BECAUSE,

    a. TRUST & FAITH – NOT EXIST IN BAJAJ ALLIANZ

    i. Llife insurance is always done through an agent. Faith and trust are the foundation for life insurance.
    ii. The agent offer a scheme and a policy should be made exactly as per the offer. Here Bajaj Allianz makes
    a different policy than what is offered by the agent.
    iii. The largest life insurance business is done by the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), through agents. They honour
    the above 2 points.
    iv. Bajaj Allianz violates these basic points.

    b. READING THE CLAUSES – THE KEY FACTOR IN BAJAJ ALLIANZ TO CHEAT.

    i. LIC issues crores of policies every year. They are direct through agents or salary saving premium payment for factory workers or Rural and domestic policies for house holds, peasants, house wives, small shop owners, postal insurance etc...
    ii. None of them read the clauses in the policy document, or even not educated enough to read and understand these clauses. Trust is inbuilt because of the enforced trust and faith between LIC and the people.
    iii. You have stolen my Rs 49, 884, and protecting Bajaj Allianz on a single point that “why you have not read the (made in unreadable small font) terms and conditions for 3 years” ? This is a highly punishable excuse, from the Bajaj Allianz.

    c. WELFARE AND HOPES OF THE PEOPLE – ABSENT IN THE VISION OF BAJAJ ALLIANZ.

    i. When a rural house wife invests in an Insurance policy, there are great faith, hopes and visions in her heart.
    ii. Bajaj Allianz is a rock minded insurer, keeping the targets for money, than the feelings in the heart of the poor insurance customer.
    iii. The clauses in the FAKE policy is superior to the hearts and feelings of the poor customers.

    d. DRIVE THE CUSTOMERS AWAY – MANAGEMENT GOAL OF BAJAJ ALLIANZ

    i. Agents (Individual or Corporate) are trained and provided with many fake schemes to attract the customers (Peasants,
    tailors, vegetable merchants, Burning ghat keepers – where dead bodies are cremated, cow holders and milk vendors, school teachers…..).
    ii. Create and issue policies with dangerous and hidden clauses in unreadable small fonts, violating the schemes offered by the agents.
    iii. When the customer brakes because of the lethal clauses in the policy, offer a meager sum from the premium paid, rob
    a large portion and drive them out to a third party “Ombudsman”.

    B. LIFE INSURANCE BUSINESS SHOULD BE ONLY WITH GOVERNMENT, BECAUSE,

    a. PROTECT THE SOCIAL HARMONY AND BALANCE OF MIND OF THE PEOPLE.

    i.Private insurance companies like Bajaj Allianz, rob and swindle the frugal savings of rural, women, house holds etc.. and shatter the balance of mind of the primary Indian citizens.
    ii.Peace and prosperity of the people are important for the progress and development of India.
    iii.People’s savings should be available for the government to invest in public welfare schemes, than reaching the hands
    (directly or through robbery) of Profit oriented private units like Bajaj
    Allianz.

    b. TRUST & FAITH – IMPORTANT IN INSURANCE BUSINESS

    i. Like LIC, sub units for insurance should be opened, primarily with emphasis on Trust and Faith.
    ii.It is against the fundamental rights of the Indian people to exploit their savingsfor the enjoyment of private companies
    like Bajaj Allianz and drive them mad to go to a third party like “Ombudsman”.

    Bajaj Allianz is adamant and drives me to go a third party "Ombudsman", who has no authority to investigate and punish the following crimes committed by them.
    1) Offer a scheme (Pay only 3 years premium and get large money returns) and issue a killing policy (Pay 25 years premium, with meagre returns)
    2) Introducing many trap / cheating clauses in the policy. Made them in small and unreadable fonts.
    3) When surrendered the policy, protecting their robbery by an unilateral approach - Why you have NOT read our terms and conditions in the policy for 3 years ?
    4) LIC issues crores of policies every year. They are direct through agents or salary saving premium payment for factory workers or Rural and domestic policies for house holds, peasants, house wives, small shop owners, postal insurance etc…..None of them have ever read the clauses in the policy document, or even not educated enough to read and understand these clauses. But they issue a policy exactly in line with what is offered by their agents. Because, Trust is inbuilt and they honour the trust and faith between LIC, their agents and the people.
    5) Bajaj Allianz offers a scheme through their agents and issues a contradictory policy to shatter the hopes and aspirations of the customer with poisonous clauses, and justifies their robbery by cornering them with 1 question "Why have you not read our clauses in the policy ?" and drives them to go to "Ombudsman".
    6) This is a highly punishable excuse, from the Bajaj Allianz. It isalso against the fundamental rights of the Indian people to exploit their savings for the enjoyment of private companies like Bajaj Allianz and drive them mad to go to a third party like "Ombudsman”.
    7) Hence, it is dangerous and unsafe for the people of India to keep Bajaj Allianz in Life insurance business.
    8) They have stolen my Rs 49, 884, and protecting them on a single point that “why you have not read the (made in unreadable small font) terms and conditions for 3 years” ?
    9) I appeal to the public and the Indian government authority (SEBI) to review and give justice to me.

      Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance is cheating the customer; Read the story of SCAM in full and share it with your friends Bajaj is misguiding the costumer with falsifying the claims thus mis-selling the policy. I am contesting this case of mis-selling the policy with wrong claim of protecting the regular investment with guaranteed return. That the TAG line “Regular saving is the best tool to protect ones family. We at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance realize the value of your saving and present a non-linked, participating regular premium endowment plan, which will help you to save regular amounts for a safer tomorrow. Also get extra benefits with Guaranteed Additions of 4%of sum assured at the end of each policy year. " in the policy document clearly stated that the policy holder would get extra benefits with Guaranteed Additions of 4% of sum assured at the end of each policy year. However, the policy document does not throw light on the manner the ‘sum assured’ is computed and suppresses the fact that ‘sum assured’ is net regular premium paid by adjusting all the charges towards insurance. The complaint is that Bajaj Allianz is denying the fact of protecting regular premium and forcing it to be deemed as Sum Assured. This is completely an organized mis-selling by hiding / twisting the facts. They are trying to sell the policies to customers with malafied claim, misrepresentation and mis-selling in organized way. This is SCAM of Bajaj Allianz. I request IRDA to that a strict action can be taken against Bajaj Allainz to cancel this plan as a whole and return money to all policy holders. Recently IRDA has issued a similar notice to another Insurance company for mis-selling the policy

        Hi All

        I have filed a case in CONSUMER COURT against Bajaj Allainz Super Saver Plan. Bajaj is misguiding the costumer with falsifying the claims thus mis-selling the policy.

        I need help from all the policy holders of BAJAJ ALLIANZE SUPER SAVER PLAN to support me in this case.

        I am contesting this case of mis-selling the policy with wrong claim of protecting the regular investment with guaranteed return. This is completely wrong. So please be careful if you are also trapped in this claim of BAJAJ ALLIANZ.

        I want to mobilize the support of as many policy holders to file the complain with IRDA ro that a strict action can be taken against Bajaj Allainz to cancel this plan as a whole and return money to all policy holders.


        Recently IRDA has issued a similar notice to another Insurance company for mis-selling the policy

          I am a rural house wife. I was approached by the agents of Bajaj Allianz Insurance Company to get Invest Plus Premier policy. They offered this scheme to pay only 3 years premium and then get great fortunes afterwards. But they prepared a suicidal policy to pay premium for 25 years and thrusted on me, as it is the 3 years premium policy.

          1. The agent's name is Mr.Dhakshina moorty from Tirunelveli. (His contact is through his partner who introduced him to me. - Mr.Nelliappan, Bala Printers, Kokkirakulam, Tirunelveli. MOBILE : [protected])
          2. Mr.Dhakshina moorty was an agent of "Team Life Care Company of (India) Private Limited", Srivasam, No 15, 1st Cross, Pampa Layout, Hebbal, Kempapura, Bangalore. 560024 (Agents to canvass insurance for Bajaj Allianz).
          3. He offered a policy called "Invest Plus Premier" of the Bajaj Allianz Insurance company. The
          premium to this policy is to be aid only for 3 years and then stop. The policy offers great fortune after 3 years, around a 1 Lakh, and it grows every year there after. (Attachment - BAJAJSCHEME.docx)
          4. Believing this, I paid Rs 25, 000/= for 3 yeras (Total Rs 75, 000), My life saving.
          5. My policy number is [protected]
          6. The policy was made in unreadable small letters, by Pooja Kumariroy of Bajaj Alliaz. But she made it different from the scheme offered to cheat me and benefit Bajaj Allianz.
          7. It was told by Mr.Dhakshina moorty, that this policy [protected] is the "Invest Plus Premier" policy to pay premium for 3 years only. So, I accepted it.
          8. I surrendered the policy in February 2014 and I got only Rs 47, 616. The balance Rs (75,[protected] = Rs 27, 384 is stolen by the Bajaj Allianz's Public Cheating group.
          9. So, this is jointly planned cheating of a rural house wife by Bajaj Allianz team Poojakumariroy+Team Life Care Company of (India) Privae Limited + Mr.Dhakshina moorthy from Tirunelveli.

          Please help me and arrange to refund my balance money of Rs 27, 384+ interest on Rs 75, 000 for 3 years.

          The Executive justifies the contents of the suicidal policy issued by Pujakumari Roy of Bajaj Allianz, for which he is paid a fat salary. But the cheating game is – The policy issued is not in lune with the scheme offered. Bajaj Allianz cheats the customers before issuing an Insurance policy. Scheme is to pay only 3 years premium and gain benefits in lakhs. But policy is to pay 25 years premium to benefit the Bajaj Allianz. The Executive has a surname “Jalagam”, which well fits into the Cheating Vision and mission of Bajaj Allianz. Jalagam means playing “Black Majic”, in Sanskrit. But he has played a black magic by giving a non-existing email, through his black magical talent, and put the policy holders in a mind boggling loop.

            Hello sir, I am Aditi Chourasiya..I am TCS employee in hyderabad (A.P.) and my salary account is in Standerd Chartered bank. Suddenly on june 2013 my 1000/- was deducted my account and again 1000/- was on july 2013 ..then i knew that SSS life insurance policy was started.so i went to standard chartered bank and submit application form then from the next month the money was not deducted from my account but i till now i didn't get my money back.               Hello Sir, This complains is regarding Bajaj Allianz, and with your help, would want to seek justice. I had taken Bajaj Allianz insurance (policy no: OG[protected]-[protected] for my car (registration no: GJ-23-H-9310), last year (2nd time). A month back, when I placed my car for repairing due to an accident, they did not pass my claim (claim no: OC[protected]-[protected] fully. Their surveyor started pressurizing me to file an FIR, only then he would proceed with passing my claim completely. I have been constantly telling them from DAY 1, that the damages that exist are due to the accident and I have not ingested them manually, which is so obvious when you see them, but they don't feel so but are not able to justify, why they don't feel so. As a customer, it is my right to know, how they can justify, if the damage is part of the accident or not, after mailing them constantly, and asking for their justification, they just keep telling what they feel about it. Verbally, their surveyor has very clearly stated, that if I file an FIR, only then he would proceed with processing the other half claim, but when I complained regarding this to their manager, he is denying it completely(which I can prove, in the below mentioned details). I would also like to bring t your notice that, 2 years back, when I had taken their insurance, which was a full insurance including third party(policy no: MB[protected]), I had again faced the same problem, at that time, Kiran Motors(Baroda) and Bajaj Allianz had conspired against me and pressurized me, to give them an assurance on a stamp duty paper that they will not be responsible for third party claims(claim no: oc[protected]-[protected] only then they would pass my rejected claim, and Kiran Motors was constantly calling me and telling me to make full payment, until my claim gets settled, or they would abandon my car or charge me with fine, for keeping my car in their garage since the day it arrived there(almost 3 months). At that time, I gave into the pressure, and got the stamp papers ready, which stated, that since they demanded this assurance, I am providing it and have their signatures on it as well. (I can provide the scanned copy of the same, if you require) Last year, I thought that they might have improved their customer service, and I would not have to face the same, displeasure and dissatisfaction again. But I was so wrong. I am very frustrated and unhappy, that every time, when I have applied for claim, for genuine reasons, they pressurize customers to file an FIR or give them an assurance on a stamp duty paper that they will not be responsible for third party claim, even if I am taking full insurance(which covers third party claim). If I could afford, such big amount, why would have I gone for buying an Insurance. It is nowhere stated, in any of their policies, that every time a car comes for claiming an assurance for some accident, they need to have an FIR filed and submit the same to the insurance company, only then they would properly respond to customers, or keep rejecting their claims partially or completely. I am very much looking forward, to getting justice, and would be very thankful and grateful to you, if you could help me with this in some way. I may not be the first customer, to face this, but I feel that it's high time, that someone brings them to their senses, for pressurizing and misleading customers in this manners.                       Sir, Wuith due respect I hereby inform yoy that my Car No. HR26BF4583 is insured through M/s Maruti vide Bajab Allianze Insurance Co., vide their policy No. OG[protected]-00018213 dt. 8.11.2013. On 4.2.2014 I have handed over my Car to M/s Pasco Automobiles, Gurgaon for cashless repair. But due to wrong information submitted by the officers of M/s Pasco Automobile in claim form. Due to which M/s Bajaj Allianze refused to pass our claim. I have sent numbers of emails to M/s Pasco Automobile, Gurgaon and M/s Bajaj Allianz Insurance company but all in vain.                         On[protected] Mr.Vedprakash Mahajan from Bheema shikayat Department ZE Block petampura New Dehli from mobile no[protected] told me that if you will deposit Rs 30, 000/- cash in the account of Mr.Amit Garg then you will get your policy amount i.e Rs 2, 86, 973/- within 24 hours.So I deposited Rs 30, 000/- in the ICICI account of Mr.Amit Garg whose account no is[protected]on[protected] which has been withdrawn by him immediately.On[protected] after sometime Mr.Vedprakash Mahajan has allotted me a code no i.e R- [protected] and till date I have not received the amount. On[protected] Mr.Vedprakash called me that you will get Rs3, 93, 973/- so you have to deposit Rs 30, 000/- as tax amount which will be returned to you. So Ideposited Rs 15000/- in the ICICI account of Mr.Amit Garg whose account no is[protected] on[protected]. On[protected] at 10.45 AM Bajaj Account Department called me from the no.[protected] he verified my name my account no. bank name and second person of account holder and said that if you will deposit the remaining tax amount i.e Rs 15, 000/- within 15 Minutes then you will get your amount till 04.00 PM. So I have deposited this remaining amount of Rs 15, 000/- in the same account of Mr.Amit Garg within 15 minutes and both this tax amount was withdrawn immediately.And till date I have not received any amount.I called on following numbers many times-[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected] they are not replying to my call and messages.So kindly look after my complaint.

                          Policy Number: OG[protected]-00007436 Claim Number: OC[protected]-00002281 It took more than three months and several emails, calls and efforts to get my vehicle repaired though it was taken by company's recovery van to the workshop of their choice. Although my car was in a cashless workshop (as advertised by the company) they asked me to deposit money in their account before they can start work on my car which I did immediately considering it will be reversed after the settlement. Now after three months I get an email that I have to pay around 66, 000/- for the repair of the vehicle from my pocket and it will not be covered from the insurance. 66, 000/- is not a small amount and I refuse to accept this adjustment. I will also claim for not repairing my vehicle for more than three months. Please reply me asap.

                            My self paid the bajaj life insurance premium for 03 years continuously. RS.20000 paid as premium per year. Totally Rs.60, 000 paid for 03 years. Recently I saw a message that shows only rs 48000/ is available fund under my policy, i really got shock .
                            now I need the full amount of fund for my emergency what I have paid (Rs.60000) as premium.
                            Any way then i enquired with bajaj insurance executive, he told some thing else and not understandable. Also note that the executive who started my bajaj insurance told at the time that, it is a flexible insurance and we can with draw any time on its period with full amount.
                            Now i have realized that people like me are cheated by the insurance company. We request the government or concern bodies to acquire the amount and return to us. These kind of cheating should be protected and people who are in middle class are only affected by this companies directly.

                              I purchased a policy [protected] capital gain 7 years back and the agent did not tell me about the surrender charges. I repeatedly asked her and she confirmed that there will be no charges after 3 years . She even said that I will only make positive returns. She did not state any disadvantages or risk with the policy. When I try to close this policy in 2014 Bajaj is saying that I was completely aware of the T&C and that they will return me lesser than what I have paid. All this while I was thinking it is the agent who tried to cheat me, but after emailing the Bajaj guys am sure it is the company who has 0 ethics. They are blaming it on me that i did not read the T&C, but not on themselves for mismanaging my funds to make it negative returns and for selling me products the disadvantages and hidden charges are never informed to me. These guys are terrible and talking to them makes your life even more terrible. They are snatching / deducting 12K from me on surrender charges and shameless even stating that they will give me -5% returns.I thought they would be concerned about their unethical sales practices and would consider my request by at least returning me what i paid for 0% (which is a big loss for me because if i had invested this in bank deposit i would have got 8% return) but am in grave need of money, so at least return me what i paid for. But they are just blaming it on me and finding all loop holes to snatch away12K from me..I am seriously concerned and will advice everyone not to buy from them, its not just their agents, its they who are aiding these unethical practices. ||

                              I have already raised this issue with Bajaj Allianz and have been
                              trying to explain my case to Mr Pawan. My policy details -[protected]
                              Guess what Bajaj Allianz is structurely cheating me. They try to contact my parents who does not even understand this issue and try to persuade them to take this loss. I have repeatedly told them to contact me on the complaint that I had raised. either they do not understand English or they act dumb during customer complaints and play only the benefit cards during sales. Not even a word about penalty or surrender charges and even promised me positive returns. Now they are snatching 12K from my premiums because i want to close the damn policy. Not only is it giving me negative returns but also giving me serious mental agony. They are scheming to cheat customers by not divullging information, and leave it to customer to read through the small fonted 20 page document which no ordinary customer will understand. and when we try to close, they bring back and quote the small fonted terms &amp; conditions their agent lies during the sale. I am so sad they actually lie - is is not even like they forgot telling us - because they actually told me that there wont be any penalty and that i will get my full premiums back.


                              Can you please let me know the process to approach the Ombudsman or any higher authority? I think this is a scam where they do this deliberately on customer. It looks like they are well prepared and know what they should say if a customer complains about this. Looks like this has been ongoing for quite a while and they even used to send me standard email responses initially.

                                Sir, I have handed over my accidental car HR26BF4583 at Pasco Automobile, Gurgaon for cashless repair. But due to wrongly filled up claim form by M/s Pasco Automobile, they are not clearing our claim. Major mistake by the Pasco Automobile is that they have not attached the Driving license of Driver Mr. Varun Adlakha as the at the time of accident Mr. Varun Adlakha was driving the Car. Instead of Mr. Varun Adlakha they have shown my license as a driver. Iwhich was handed over to them for owner identity. In spite of my number of mails to Pasco Automobile and M/a Bajaj Allianze Insurance Company no body is taking interest to solve my problem.                                     The case : Jointly planned cheating - Summary I am a rural house wife. I was approached by the agents of Bajaj Allianz Insurance Company to get Invest Plus Premier policy. 1. The agent's name is Mr.Dhakshina moorty from Tirunelveli.(His contact is through his partner Mr.Nelliappan, Bala Printers, Kokkirakulam, Tirunelveli. MOBILE : [protected]) 2. He was from "Team Life Care Company of (India) Privae Limited", Srivasam, No 15, 1st Cross, Pampa Layout, Hebbal, Kempapura, Bangalore 560024 (Agents to canvass insurance for Bajaj Allianz). 3. He offered a policy called "Invest Plus Premier". The premium to this policy is to be aid only for 3 years and then stop. The policy offers great fortune after 3 years, around a 1 Lakh, and it grows every year there after. (Attachment - BAJAJSCHEME.docx) 4. Believing this, I paid Rs 25, 000/= for 3 yeras (Total Rs 75, 000). My life saving. 5. My policy number is [protected] 6. The policy is made in unreadable small letters, by Pooja Kumariroy. But she made it different from the scheme offered to cheat me and benefit Bajaj Allianz. 7. It was told by Mr.Dhakshina moorty, that this policy [protected] is the "Invest Plus Premier" policy to pay premium for 3 years only. 8. I surrendered the policy in February 2014 and I got only Rs 47, 616. The balance Rs (75, 000 – 47616) = Rs 27, 384 is stolen by the Bajaj Allianz.s Public Cheating group. 8. So, this is jointly planned cheating of a rural house by Bajaj Allianz + Poojakumariroy+Team Life Care Company of (India) Privae Limited + Mr.Dhakshina moorty from Tirunelveli Please help me and arrange to refund my balance money of Rs 27, 384 immediately.                                     I have already surrenderd my above policy, and you paid Rs 47, 616 on 10th February 2014. The policy is no more alive. But I received an Inland letter card from you on, yesterday the 17th March 2014 with a "Special Revival campaign" to pay the premium and save Rs 0 (Zero).

                                    I am already fighting to get Rs 27, 384 back as I have already paid Rs 75, 000 for 3 years and you issued a cheating policy not as per the scheme offered.

                                    Bajaj Allianz is foolish and has foolish people to send foolish campaigns.

                                    1) How can you ask to pay a premium for closed policy ?
                                    2) How dare you can offer an incentive of Rs Zero ?

                                    Please send my due of Rs 27, 384 immediately and stop sending foolish campaigns for my policy
