Hello sir, I am Shalini Patro..I am TCS employee in hyderabad (A.P.) and my salary account is in Standerd Chartered bank. Suddenly on june 2013 my 1000/- was deducted my account and again 1000/- was on july 2013 ..then i knew that SSS life insurance policy was started.so i went to standard chartered bank and submit application form then from the next month the money was not deducted from my account but i till now i didn't get my money back. Then I went to Bajaj office in khairtabad because i wanted to cancel the policy so i submitted cancelled check, id proof and 1 application.but my money was not refunded and they were saying that they will give only 60% that means only 1200/- bt my 2000rs was deducted. so please solve my problem as soon as possible.my details are Name-Shalini Patro Application no[protected] Policy no-[protected] Account no-[protected] Mobile no-[protected]

I did not get any update from Bajaj Allianz till this date.
Please resolve this issue since its already been a year

but they can only help within a month duration of policy taken
but its been more dan 10 months now.

    I raised a refund request for an extra deduction around 3 months back, every time I am calling the customer care they are saying the concerned finance dept is working on it. I have mailed them also, the reply was an apology for delay, concerned dept is working on it & fell free to contact us on... Will some-body tell me does it takes 3 months to send a cheque by courier. Bajaj Alliance is the worst private firm I have seen, even Govt. offices have a better system.

        I was suppose to receive my survival benefit against my Money back Policy # [protected] from Bajaj Allianz. I have done follow-up from 05-Mar-2014 onwards till date am not getting response from them properly. Whenever I call the customer care they do not have any details. I have sent mails and personally visited the branch once. I have spoke to person named Prakash more than 3 times he is from Pune head office who was having my cheque as claimed by him. I have sent couple of mails but no reply. I have mentioned some of queries raised to bajaj Allianz. I have sent mails to but no response.           Today I tried to reset the password of my online account. I am unable to reset and unable to login.their site giving some script error and not resetting the password. I tried calling the customer care[protected] when called u cannot select the language. When called through[protected] the call will get disconnected when connecting to customer care. Please attend the call and give me a solution. I want to cancel my policy and get the money back. My policy number is : [protected]

            sir i hav honda assure policy HBA 00134959 amaze car.. i am in army and at jhansi..sir there is no honda showroom here.. i got my car repaired thus at sundar sales hyundai which cost me Rs 26753.. surveyor Mr sudha ..no [protected] checked the veh..and spoke to me on phone accepting the repairs but once it was repaired he denied granting me my authorised amount saying that it is not a honda agency, , i have spoken to so many people confirming that i can get my veh repaired with other showrooms if there is no honda agency at jhansi.. also he just sanctoined Rs 16000.. the same amount has still not been recd by me since oct 2013.. ref no isRU56935129 IN OC[protected].. I AM IN TOUCH WITH MR ARVIND AT BAJAJ ALLIANZ.. on [protected] or arvind.[protected]@bajajallianz.co.in.i also spoke on [protected] mr deepak bajaj allianz...i also requestd prestige honda chandigarh that is lally automobiles they too did not help..i am stilll waiting for my claim of at least 16000/- .. i assure bajaj allianz that ill never buy ur policy again in my lifetime and suggest others too..

              Dear Sir,
              I am a policy holder [protected] under Product Unitlinked with Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance since December 2004. I had been paying the premium of Rs. 2500 on quarterly basis which was to mandatory for three years. I had checked with their Cochin office to know of the status of my claim when they tell me that I had paid Rs. 27500 and the same is discontinued now. I had been given a grace period of which I was unaware of. Now I cannot claim.
              Sir, request you to please help that I get back the amount of Rs. 27500 and nothing more.
              I had sent an email to IRDA but unfortunately the issue is not resolved.
              Sir, may I request you to please help. I have already given a request on the National Consumer Helpline Portal.

                I got super saver policy 3yrs back from the agent. agent confirmed me I need to pay only 3yrs each year 30k and end of the 5year can cancel the policy and get my returns. its been 3yrs now and i got letter from bajaj insurnace that i need to pay my yearly payment which is due. I called customer care and explained about the issue they don't care to me help instead telling agent is no more with us cant do anything. its ur fault you have to pay for 30years there is not cancellation for this policy please let me to resolve this issue, i just need my money back i don't need any extra from the company.                   Dear Sir.. I am Vipul Khakhkhar working as Associate Professor in GMERS Medical College, Patan (Gujarat). I have my own car No. GJ-3CE-4931 and I have obtained a car policy of Bajaj Allianz Company. On the day of 21st Jan 2014 when I am going to my work place, I met an accident which causes the major damage to my car. So, I put car to the nearest Maruti workshop (Dream Vehicle, Surendragar) and also informed to the Bajaj Allianz Company. The Dream vehicle has given the estimate (which was 1.99 lakh) for the repairing of car and after that the surveyor has survey the vehicle. As per the surveyor report the cost of repairing is 1.40 lakh in that I have to pay 38000 rs and remaining amount will be paid by the company. Second option is also given by the company to me was that company pay me 75000 rs and salvage. For the same I have argue with the company. As was proposed by me for the vehicle considering it as vehicle in total loss, I put up Rs.1.75 lakh to be paid to me without claiming salvage against the sum as summed up by the company to be Rs. 2.10 lakh which would be the actual cost of the vehicle as per its IDV. Company was at the benefit if it had accepted my proposal but surprisingly insisted on having it they select to repair by the authorized service station. Finally, on the 8th March 2014, it was decided that car will repair and I have to pay 38000 rs and remaining amount would pay by company as telephonic decided. As per the company’s statement car would be repair within 20 days. But it will take more than 2 months and finally car was deliver me on 10th may 2014 at 8.45 pm. (Still so many works was remaining as discuss with workshop manager). The car was release by the Dream vehicle by paying amount of 57000 rs (after bargaining it was settled on 50000 rs) and the remaining amount would pay by the company which was 109000 rs. I am wonder to know why company has given report like this that I have to pay 57000 instead of 38000 as was discussed. I have tried to argue with company person but they are not ready to listen me. I paid the amount and release my car from the dream vehicle. After running a 75 to 100 km, found a problem in car and that was informed to dream vehicle workshop manager and to insurance company manager. The problem was that gear box was broken. Now company person and workshop manager are not giving proper answer about this. Sir, after paying a Hugh amount still my car is not running. I am suffering a lot due to the lack of company’s laxity and inappropriate decision making policies. Kindly help for the same and guide me.. what can I do??? Truly, Vipul Khakhkhar Mob: [protected]

                  as per the above reference(Policy: OG[protected]-00016459 . reference no. "ORM011905), I have mailed to customer care of bajaj allianz and claim department of bajaj allianz.

                  I request to you to please solve the problem which i have facing ...
                  in the previous mail... i have pointed out 14 problem out of them only 6 were properly solve and rest are unsolved. For the same i have call Mr. Nilay Shah, Claim department and sought my problem and now he is also raised his hands. So, to whom i can i ask??

                  Major Problem are:
                  (1) Doors of left side are not fitted properly.. so whenever we are washing car .. the water is comes inside the car even window glass and doors are properly closed.

                  (2) whenever car is running in the reverse gear and first gear ... the silencer make more noise .. so it may be problem with silencer..

                  (3) Back mirror is broken (which was promised by the workshop manager .. that he will fitt a new one but till to date it is not done)

                  (4) seat belt of driver side is not working (which i have inform by sms to workshop manager)

                  (5) in & out flow (Blower) setup is not working...

                  (6) whenever we can take sharp turn .. at that time some noice comes from the below side of car ... may its lower arm noice..

                  Nilay Sir.. i have a query that out of above all the problems which one in include in the insurance part???? that i will solve my self.

                  I am wonder that even i have not sign the discharge voucher how can the claim department think that the work is satisfactory completed.

                  For the above problem i have telephonic talk with Mr. Nilay Shah for 2 times.

                  i request to the Company please pay a attention to the above problem and solve it as early as possible.

                      I, Mr.Sujit Kumar Chatterjee, the owner of car-Maruti Ritz WB-02 AB 2825 have suffered a case of Car Vandalism while I visited my brother's house at Belgharia, Kolkata -700056 on the wee hours of 02 May 2014 by some local hooligan.They broke my Wind -screen, made damages, scratches everywhere on the body of the car even made holes in the left rear quarter panel.Next day early morning Belgharia P.S was informed and based on our clue Police was able to arrest the culprit and he admitted to this crime.Later we took our broken and damaged car to the workshop of Bhandari Automobiles, Maheshtala Kolkata-700143.I submitted filled the claim form as my car is covered by Maruti Insurance Bazaz Allianz General Insurance vide policy No.OG[protected]-00026648 dated 09 Sep 2014 along with the details of my complaint to Police and FIR No.Police have charged the required Section under IPC for the damage.But in spite of producing all the necessary documents the Insurance Company Surveyors are accepting the claim partially and without any valid reason partly they are attributing on me.Police is asking the Insurance representative to visit the PS to verify the things but they are neither accepting any plea rather passing the buck on customer's head though I had Bumper to Bumper which means I have paid much extra bucks and I have no record of any previous claim of any nature.I seek justice at your end.

                        My company decided to shift our salary accounts to citibank and along them came these frauds, claiming high returns on so called Suvidha Secure policy with rs.1500/- pm. I continued it for 5 months from Sep. 2013 to Jan 2014. Then one day, i looked at all the complaints from users online and made my mind to close the account. So i asked customer operator about closure procedure. He informs me that i've to send documents to delhi, which i did. 10 Days past, after no response from Bajaj Allianz, i called again. This time i came to know that they DIDN'T RECEIVE the courier. and I'll have to send the documents again to Chennai's Address. I was pissed off at that time and wrote a mail to their manager that i'm moving to consumer court. And guess what, next day i get informed that they have my documents and account is closed and they will send the check. They even asked my mailing address and informed me that check would reach me within 10 days. Anyways, 17 days past...till date, i haven't received my check . So i called again and operator tells me that check has been delivered to Citibank..???? What the Hell's wrong with Bajaj Allianz?? No communication is done with consumer at all. Their operators always register a complaint and it takes them 20 days to figure that out.. Fraudulers [censored]heads... This whole process is going on from 27th feb 2014 till date 7th may 2014. My policy documents states that if I surrender within 1st year, 7% deduction will be made (No special charges mentioned). But 37% deduction is being made...will definitely sue these guys for this once i get the check. policy no [protected] date: Sep 2013 till Jan 2014 Amount submitted: 7500/- (1500 per month) Amount refunded: approx 4600 Status: haven't received the final settlement check yet. Just stay away from Bajaj Allianz people!!! Good thing that i came to realize at early stage. Will never ever trust these guys again. And Bajaj Allianz guys, i[censored] have a little bit shame, don't comment here to drop a mail for your support team. I have already done that hundreds of time till date.

                          Hi, I am Nishant Hedaoo having CITI bank account. no. [protected]. I had opted for Citi suvidha secure plan with monthly premium of 2000 during opening salary account with Citi bank on 12 march 2014, I also got a confirmation call regarding same but didnt get any mail specifying policy number. I want to cancel the policy because I wont be able to save enough to pay policy premium as I have to take a home loan in near future also I dont want the premium to be deducted from my salary.                           This is Mahaveer Jain,

                          I too am facing the same issue but in my case I do not want to close the plan but want the details of my plan such as the policy number and details. I pay 3000 every month but no details mailed or couriered to me. I want to apply for tax exemption.

                                    From last two year i am having bajaj allianze two wheeler policy on website and during time of procuring the polciy they told they provide cashless claim as i never require the claim but this time due to an accident when i require to claim the customer service person & even ther employ told me that they dont provide any cshless claim on twoo wheeler but on website still they had mentioned get twoo wheeler cashless claim & when i spoke to senior person they told they ar ein process but du eto some issue they cant take cashless claim so i told them than you on your website you had mentioned that you provide cashless claim to two wheeler they we will provid ein future but not now adn was talking in such as rude manner i told i will approach consumer forum they told do what ever you want.

                                      I tried to renewal my policy before policy end date. Still i cant, due to online renewal error. I tell them to customer care. they told to once tri, else go to near office. I cant go due to my busy of work. I am not claim also last policy year in this company. Before that also not claim any company.Now my policy expired on 11 april 2014. Still the error come in online. Why the cant provide solution to customer atleset policy renewal ? I want to know can i get online renewal for my problem or i need to go other company.
