Subject: Insurance Policy Group Policy No [protected] which made by forced by some representative from Bajaj Allianz without my any proposal (either written or verbal ).

I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that, I have purchased a Sony Television ON 09/01/2014 from Sony Center, Mysore, by taking a consumer loan from Bajaj Finance arranged by Sony Center Mysore. After some days, one of the representatives contacted me over my mobile no [protected] and she asked me some of my family details. I have given her all the information which she asked because of she had given all such true information of my loan. She was proposed me for a insurance policy but I was disagreed with her. The matter fully closed at that time, now on 03/02/2014, I am confused to getting this insurance policy bond which has been send by the company. Now, I am clearly informing you that, presently I have no need of insurance because I hve sufficient insurance policies so please cancel this policy, now a days, I am unable to pay the premium amount of Rs 7407 which they had charged. They did n't contact me about this, they simply issued the policy.They have also included some false nominee(Jayamma, I don't know who she is?).
I have signed all such documents of loan agreement but I have not signed in any insurance proposal at the time of hire purchase agreement. If you find any written insurance proposal please treat it as fraud.

    I bought group unit gain regular policy on Jan 2010 with 20k premium value and the sum assured was 1lack for 5 years period, by now I paid 4 dues worth 80k. But when I check my policy fund value online it shows only 75k and maturity date is about 42 years later. I shocked seeing the total tenures of 42 and immediatly called bajaj allianz help line, they say I agreed and opted for 42 years tenure and asking me to check the documents. When I bought the policy from standard chartered rep, he said it is 5 years tenure and I may get atleast 1lack sum assured + benefits of 30 to 40 k min at the end of 5th year. Meanwhile I got several calls from standard Chartered bank marketting peoPle saying tHat my policy Is performing very poor and may not get the promised amount, so surrender the policy and enroll for different life insurance with 15 years policy. But I was not ready to swtch to another policy because I am sure this time also they will cheat me with some policy. I scolded them really. Together standard chartered and bajaj allianz cheating people's money and making profit.
    I am worried weather will I get atleast 1lack after 5 years. :(
    I am a standard chartered employee but still got cheated by my people.

      Hello, This is regarding the policy I surrendered & am not able to get proper response. I Rajayya Chennuri surrendered my Policy [protected] with all necessary documents on 20th of Dec-13 at DN Road Fort Branch in Mumbai. I was told that the amount will be processed within 7 to 10 working days. Customer care people who are attending my calls are not courteous & they feel that they are doing a favor to me. I'm trying to get my hard earned money back & this policy has not fetched anything to me, I'm at complete loss. Just need a proper response & I'm sorry to say this, I'm not getting it. Definitely, I'll not suggest anybody to go with Bajaj Allianz in future & will surrender all other remaining policies as I do not see any value from them to the customer. This is not just a transactional issue, this is coming out of the frustration in reaching out to the people for many many days. So please do the needful.

        Bajaj allianz rejected my motor claim stating delay despite consumer forums holding that time limit for filing delay is directory and not mandatory in nature.Below are couple of Judgments relevant in the context along with its gist. 1. Vitthal Sahakari Sakhar Kharkhana v/s Group Janta Insurance, Jan 013, Mah State Con. Comm– Time limit for filing claim is directive in nature and not mandatory. “This commission has constantly held that giving intimation within specified period or within one month is not a’mandatory condition’, but it is’directory’ in nature and breach of this condition does not empower appellant insurance company to forfeit or foreclose the insurance claim required to be duly settled." 2. Sri Chand Mohan Saha v/s National Insurance Company Limited & Ors, Feb 010, Kolkata HC - “Therefore in such a case, a Writ would be maintainable even if it arises within a contractual obligation inasmuch as the Insurance Company being a State or an instrumentality of a State cannot be allowed to go scot free because one of its officers mechanically decided to come to a conclusion that merely because there was a delay of about 4 months, the Claim itself should be repudiated”. What is INCREDIBLE is that Bajaj Allianz not only rejected my claim but also rejected the No Claim Bonus. Today they proudly call and inform that this is their policy. Summarily Bajaj Allianz have formulated a policy of GREED and CORRUPTION! Consumers should be aware of such fraud and only go for Third Party insurance. Why pay the premium and then pay for the repairs too. IS THERE ANYTHING WORSE THAN THIS? It is well known that Insurers are loathsome to fulfill any claim. Today Bharti AXA is running Ads showing how common person is left high and dry during claim. But all Insurers are the same, FALSE PROMISES. It is high time consumers realize that nothing helps in times of need, consumers and citizens should have the means to endure any adversity themselves. RELYING ON INSURERS to bail you out of adversity is WISHFUL. I AM HAPPY THAT I NEVER WENT FOR ANY OTHER FORM OF INSURANCE neither life or other kinds. Motor Insurance is compulsory so we are stuck. However RICH or POOR it does not make any sense to have insurance as many times the claim is either rejected or the cover is a fraction of what was promised. WHY SHOULD WE SPONSOR SOMEONE ELSE’S SALARIES & BONUSES. Consumers quickly need to realize this foolishness involved in INSURANCE. Insurance is filled with countless cases of cheating and breach of trust. Still our innate human weaknesses compel us to trust the untrustworthy.

          I Opened Citi Bank account in Nov 2011. I was offered with Bajaj allianz life insurance for 2 Years lock period and guaranteed with 8.5% returns.It was 1500/- per month. As i completed 2 years i called up the customer care and said i want to surrender the Policy, I was said that the amount you paid so far is 39000 but your fund value is 29000 and as you are withdrawing before 4 years 5% will be deducted from your fund amount. The Customer care person asked me to continue with the policy for 4 year at least. If i complete 4 years then my amount will be 72000 but my fund value will be of 40000. What is the guarantee that i would get the amount i paid. I'am not expecting any extra amount which you they give. But Atleast you need to pay the amount i paid. As i got good opinion over Bajaj Allainz I have took up this policy. But after the call with the customer care i was shocked and it is completely fraud. We were said you will get assured returns But we are not getting what we paid also. This is a complete disappointment to the customer. Now i feel Bajaj Allainz is only to fraud people. I have asked my family people and Colleagues to never invest in Bajaj Allainz and who already have a policy I said them to withdraw that ASAP. I have wrote up an article in facebook describing about Bajaj Allainz fraud for which i got a good response and all the people agree with it and felt like it would be the best way to educate the people. I suffered being part of the Bajaj Allainz policy.i will not let others be part of Bajaj Allainz Thanks, Amarendra Balla

          Firstly, without opted bajaj allianze guys falsely opened the group Insurance policy along with my salary account with citi bank. However as I completed more than 4 years which is locking period for policy, when I called customer care to withdraw the policy they said to charge more than 30, 000 as an administration fee. I've paid more than 75, 000 in last 4+ years and clubbing with interest of 8.5% I must be getting 96, 000+ rs, but customer care executive told me that my maturity amount would be only 65, 000 rs after deducting administration charges.

          I've never seen such a fraud company like this, I cannot call this cheating I would like to them robbers.
          However I'm not gonna leave them like this. I am ready to sue them cheaters.

          Please never ever take this Suvidha life insurance from Bajaj Allianz. Also I recommend not to take any insurance from Bajaj Allianz.

          For Rs: 1500 monthly installments, only Rs: 943 will go into your savings. Rest of the amount will be deducted from the amount paid monthly.

          Please be aware of this and Bajaj Allianz is totally fraud. In the certificate documents, its said only administration fee will be deducted but there are more deductions.

          Today, i got the same feedback from customer care. if it is so, then it is frustrating & i will never believe in any such policy rather i will go for income TAX deduction which is fair & clear deal for employee like us.
          Even I have fallen for this trap. When I contacted Citibank to freeze the policy, I am told that they are only mediators and I need to contact Bajaj Allianz for the same. At least Citibank does not even freeze the monthly deductions being made for this policy. It is real lengthy process to send some policy surrender letter to Chennai address to surrender the policy. If the same customer needs any new policy, I am sure that insurance sales personnel would arrive at any given place within minutes. Clearly I want to take this forward and sue Bajaj Allianz.

          Bajaj Allianz — policy not delivered

          I was told to stay relaxed and that the policy will reach at my door step, but to the worst of all not only I didn't get my policy but also they dont ever pick my phone call. agent name : arjun Agent number : [protected]
          Even I also put Bajaj Alliance life insurance policy. I also contact customer care same feedback only they given. It fully cheated both citi bank also. Please aware don't put any insurance policy along with salary account.
          This really seems like a scam. After continuing with this policy for over 4 years i had to close it due to negataive returns. They do not provide any year-on-year statement and also the policy details are not available online. After closing the policy, i still have my ECS getting deducted. This is absolutely nonsense. On contacting Citi Bank they say ECS closure will be handled by BajajAllianz. On contacting Bajaj Allianz customercare i got below stupid response from them.

          I have taken suvidha insurance before 7 years. Till now I didnt receive insurance document.
          Whom should i contact?
          How is this issue resolved? I am still affected by this scam from a Bajaj and Citi collaboration. The bank says that the Bajaj team will help you and the Bajaj team points to the bank.
          I was offered 8.5% YOY returns with a 4 year maturity period but in reality, the policy bond states that it is a 20 year maturity period with negative returns. It's a complete scam.

          The policy is a mess if you stay doing it for 10 years you may be near to get the premium you paid there is no proper visibility it's just a super bad product and only people who will make money is bajaj allianz

              Hello, This is regarding the policy I surrendered & am not able to get proper response. I surrendered my Policy (not sure, if I need to share the details here) with all necessary documents on 30-Nov-13 at Basavanagudi Branch in Bangalore. I was told that the amount will be processed with in 7 to 10 working days. Also I was given a contact to get in touch in Malleshwaram Branch (Bangalore). I've been trying to reach that person from last few days, but was not able to, also the people who are attending my calls are not courteous & they feel that they are doing a favor to me. He had payed the first premium of Rs.25000 accordingly against this policy.                 Dear Concern, Kindly Update me with Epf Claim status as it was submitted to local HR on 9th of October where as my relieving date was 30th of June 2013. as spoken to local HR he told me that he has processed the same on 22nd November and sent to HO Pune for further processing, and I will be receiving an intimation when the EPF claim is submitted to EPF office, from then it would be taking 45-60 days of time. this is a request if the local HR's start holding the claims for more than month with them then how could be it processed in time. now this is heights. kindly intervene in the same and provide me my claim details or claim amount ASAP.                     Fraud - Thrusting suicidal policies on rural house wife

                    Bajaj Allianz plays fraud. Thrusts policies against the schemes shown to the customers. Swindles large amounts of money. But, keeps an email address at <help.[protected]@bajajallianz.co.in> to justify their frauds and swindle the premium paid.                     I have renewed my policy online few days back and the time of confirmation there web page showed that as a loyal customer I will be getting Drive Assure Protect also along with my original policy. But the document/attachment I got doesn't contain any such thing. I have complained many times to them about the issue but they didn't responding to my queries. The cover letter was signed by Aseem Goel who is VP of customer care but they even didn't cared about that also. Please don't trust BajajAllianz, they are cheats. They have no coordination between their teams.

                    Customer care department has different policy document then those with Sales department, sales team shown 10Lacs sum insured (as a loyal customer) but customer care team shown sum insured as IDV value.

Let me introduce myself as a hapless policy holder of BAJAJ Allianz, who have gullibly invested hard earned money into ULIP policies of your company in 2005, thanks to your army o[censored]nscrupulous Agents / Advisors who don’t hesitate to go to great lengths for . The details of the policies are as follows: 1 Bajaj Allianz Policy No. - 25, 000 p.a Start date: 9.12.2005 2 Bajaj Allianz Policy No. - 25, 000 p.a Start Date: 14.11.2005 Nearly 1.5 lakhs of my invested money( total premium paid over a period of 3 years) has disappeared into thin air and the Fund value today is close to zero. All the while, it comes as a great surprise to me, that NOT EVEN ONCE during these 8 long years, have I been intimated about the dismal status of my account. This is in stark contrast to the time when Baja Allianz advisors and agents were hounding me to invest in ULIP policies, and grossly misguided me with attractive returns, just at the time when I was in a dilemma whether to go for it or not. My complete trust in Bajaj Allianz has disintegrated when I recently looked at the fund value of my accounts. I was also told that my policies are in “lapsed condition”. I wonder why Bajaj Allianz have chosen to punish CUSTOMERS like this! Rgds Ravi

                          my dad and mom were called in jammu office and they were sold a policy saying that they have to give only Rs 5000/- for three years and at the end of three years they will get 50, 000 in cash and insurance(risk cover) for Rs 1 lakh. after paying all EMIs in time and lapse of nine year. i havefound that they were sold with ULIP having present value only at 4500/-. The orignal form has ben forged and after obatining thier signature, later data and other key paarmeters related to premium and tenure were changed and thier initials were forged. plz help with next proceduee .the details are

                            Bajaj Allianz Sucks big time...your response time to an email query is more than a month and you ask for the most ridiculous questions to your customer. I hve already provided the policy no and the bank statement print from where you deduct the policy amount, , , on top of that you ask for the form no...I mean !!! OMG...if i have provided the policy number why are you asking for the form no...????
                            As a business you should have a system that picks up the information from the policy no and not harass a customer with stupid questions...that too when the email was sent on 24th Oct and you are replying on 17th Nov...

                            Please sort this for me asap or else I will have to go to Consumer Court.

                              I had taken loan from Bajaj finance for purchase Sony TV from croma at Thane GB road, at the time of fillup loan form and taken sign from me, the person didn't told any policy related to Bajaj Allianz. But after one week phone call from Bajaj Allianz regarding policy installment and details. I refuse policy but they still process further, and start diducted installment. It is forcefully assignment of policy without any permission from us. The people at bajaj finance are not guide us clearly or Bajaj Allianz sell us policy because they are unable to make busincess from market, So they push us policy.                                 My husband had taken Personal Loan Rs.60000/=from Bajaj Finserv and was paying the EMIs regularly. Group Insurance premium Rs.1502/= (for Rs.150000 sum assured) was deducted in the loan amount itself. He met an accident and died within the insurance cover period. They also offered free personal accident insurance of Rs.100000/=. While claiming the insurance of both, they gave only the amount after deducting the loan balance from Rs.150000/= for which premium was deducted. They did not give the Free Personal Accident Insurance as they offered. I have submitted the documents to Bajaj Finserv and I have been asked to contact Bajaj Allianz. When asked in Bajaj Allianz, they again persue the matter with Bajaj Finserv. . I got the following reply from Bajaj Finserv: >With reference to your query regarding claim we wish to confirm that we have received the documents and have forwarded the request to concerned team we would like to inform you that your service request is currently under process. We request you to allow us 90 days to resolve your query. Moreover, the documents were sent to the following address: >Attention - Pradeep Rajput/Sachin Jamsudkar >Bajaj Finance Limited >c/o Tata Consultancy Services >Electronic Sadan No. 3, Bhosari MIDC >Near Philips, Near Bhosari Police station >Pune Nasik Phata, >Pune 411026, But till now, no response from them and I have been again asked to contact Bajaj Allianz putting me in loop.                                   I am Amit Kadam on 11th Oct 2013 i have purchased ne LG washing Machine through Bajaj Finance from Top Ten Dealers Vashi, at that time they didnt told me about any insurance policy or paper work, on ned day i received call from Bajaj Finance regarding insurance policy the executive told me about Bajaj finance is offering you Health policy of Rs -1, 00, 000/- till 5 years to me and my nominee for 11 kind of diseases which listed in Health policy of Bajaj Allianz, just you have to Rs 350/- per month till 8 months and they also told me that i can get cash back of Hospitalization Charges also but i didnt signed any document or paperwork for it. So i said yes i want to take these health policy.

                                  On 17 th oct 2013 i received message from bajaj finance of my bajajservlending customer portal account no and password, i just checked my loan details and i was shocked when i saw that the Bajaj Finance cheated me they have given me BALIC (Bajaj allianz life insurance cover) instead of Health Policy which is offered me on phone.

                                  After that on 18th OCT 2013 i got call from Bajaj Finance Pune Office regarding the awareness of My insurance policy and my Loan account. They Explained me about the policy features and benefits like they given me Bajaj Allianz Life insurance cover which is Rs 1, 00, 000/- for 4 years and i have to pay Rs 349/- per month for 8 months and only policy holder will get the benefit if policy holder dies then the nominee will get Rs 1, 00, 000/-.Also 11 major diseases are covered in it only for starting stage no hospitalization or premedical charges will given in these policy.

                                  So i asked your executive you are giving me another information about policy which is Life insurance cover and your other executive given me wrong information about the policy which is not Health Policy so she misguided me on that note that pune executive said yes sir it is not a health policy it is a life insurance cover.

                                  So thats all the story these Bajaj Allianz life insurance cover is none of my use and i dont want to take these policy, so please reply me as soon as policy and stop these policy processioning i dont want to continue these policy anymore.
