I had joined the Bajaj Allianz Family Gain policy in 2008. I had paid the premiums till 2011. When I saw that even after 4 years my fund value is less than what was paid I stopped paying premiums. Today I checked my account and was horrified to find that after five years they owe me only 38000 Rs.And I paid 48000 Rs. What sort of a fund is this. This is daylight robbery. Please find attached my account statement for 5 yrs.I cannot believe that this company is still in businessafter looting so may peoples money. Please check the NAV. for a face value of i0.00 Rs it has risen to 19.00. So the fund is doing good. But where has my gone. In the first year they allocated shares for 3600.00 only even though I paid 12,000.00. And so many hidden charges also.
why nobody is taking action against these thieves. If at all they want to make money only there are more easier ways. This is our hard earned money. Being an NRI I don't have the time run after this. Still if there people like me who are cheated by these new age Shylock, come on let us form a group.

    U Can Claim This For Lifetime. Ii Includes Any Diseases, Accidents, illness, Two Wheeler Loans,etc. For Whole Family. You Have Only Today To Get This Opportunity .Its For An Company Advertisement. (A girl called again @ Again more than 7 times.)

    But When People Approach In Their Insurance Office which is located in Avadi. They become to know It’s All Lie. Just For An Advertisement Given Wrong Informations To Bring people Their Office. They take 2-3 Hours classes about insurance after they said its only for DEATH CLAIM.

    (Many Of Them Have Come From Vary Fare Distance In Hot Sunny Day With Their Kids, They Quarrelled & Returned).

        I bought a policy from Bajaj allianze life insurance. And i have been paying the premium of INR 70000 from last 3 years. However, I had gone the company office for the surrender of policy. And they told me if I surrender the same. The total deduction would be 50% of the total premium paid by me. At the time of purchasing this policy, the agent had misguide us. They told me that i[censored] pay the premium. You would get 16% of interdental each year and you can cancel the policy after 3 years. He had never told me regarding Surrender charges. As per understanding the surrender charges is only 4 % if I cancel the policy the after 3 premium. Request you to please do something regarding this matter. Please feel free to call me.         Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company — Capital Unit Gain Policy No.0039885904 dated 24.2.2007 Not refunded my Paid amount.

        Dear Sir,

        Paid Rs.25000 in Capital unit gain Policy in Bajaj allianz LIC on 24.2.2007. After that I have not paid the instalment locking period of 3 years. I asked after 3 years my amount does not refunded WHY? I do not know the insurance company but they will not give intimate or information or reply a bout my policy. Most of the policy holders joined and difficult to pay instalment amount. But last most of insurance company showed rules or norms not refunded the amount. Please take action about Bajaj alliancz LIC and intimate to me to get back my paid amount. Please send information to IRDA to change the norms, or rules any customer paid any amount that money refunded after maturity period with interest. I request you sir to take immediate steps to IRDA and Bajaj allianz LIC and immediate reply is awaited.

          .I am a retired woman from a private institution and I`m having a lot of medical treatment expenses, My husband and my only son are on a lifelong treatment also. Now I am in a critical stage. And I`m unable to pull this further again on future. I don`t have any pension also. The Agent told me that this is a single premium policies and I`m only aware of the rest of the premium amounts after 3 years when I`m not getting the money. Any way I`m willing to pay rest of my policy amounts and if that so I request you to give my policy amount without any lapse. So I kindly request you to look in to this matter. Thank you

            I bought a policy with policy no- (OG[protected]-[protected] for my car (toyota liva HR-26-BN-7868 )insurance from policy bazaar on 11 Nov. 2012.
            And that policy i purchased of Bajaj Allianz.

            Bajaj Surveyor Name & no- Manish [protected]

            On 30th of April i filed a claim complaint with Bajaj Allianz as some auto scratched my car from rear portion.Surveyer did the survey and gave estimate and my car got dented/painted in toyota paint sop in sector 18,gurgaon.
            I was supposed to pick my car yesterday from garage as work was done.But now your surveyer asked me my previous policy details(which i do not have now with me as it is 7 months back i purchased your policy) otherwise he will not sattle claim and will not hand over the car to me.
            Can you guys please tell me at this point of time when it is more than 6 months i purchased your policy - from where i can get previous policy details and what is the logic behind it.

            Please look into the matter ASAP otherwise i'll be authorised to file a court case against Bajaj Allianz as it is clear case of customer harrassment by the company.

            Bajaj Allianz — insurance claim of car

            I do own a car Honda Civic , last month an accident occured and my car rolled over the road side, iwas the only person in the car luckily did not had any injury. As i arranged to put the car for repair at the dealer ,after the surveyor had some words with the dealer he informed me that my claim could not be processed . Dealer had made an estimate of Rs 3.30 lacs, dealer informed that i should take my car if repair is not to be continued as damarage will be occured and that to after paying 11 thousnd rupee for estimation charges.i contacted the insurance agent that what is the issue , then said that no claim bonus was given to us during renewal of insurance. But we had never asked for any such bonus. please suggest what to do my vehicle is still in the same condition for more than one month.

              Myself Mr. Prithwiraj Adak, I had a mediclaim policy of Bajaj Allianz and policy no is [protected]. I submitted a accident claim to mecheda branch on 1st week of December 2012. After that I gone three times to the mentioned branch to know my claim status and here i want to show the three query no 34545217, 39540901 and 35980815 for your knowledge. In this regard, several time I called to customer care as well as mentioned branch to know my claim status but didn't got a positive resposnce from their end. After five month later, On the 3rd may 2013, only one communication I got through mail by their end and they want "Attested copy of Medico-legal certificate". In this commounication i think they doing the time pass with me, otherwise nothing.

              Sir please help me to get the claim amount.

              Bajaj Allianz MediClaim Policy — Premium Amount has increased

              I took the Medicalim policy in Baja Allianz last year(2009) and paid 6400/-. Now i want renewal that policy, when i am get in touch with Baja Allianz, they said you have to pay 7500.

              Normally in any medicalim policy the Premium amount will not change. i asked them, they said we dont know the reason bu you have to pay 7400. i really upset.

              Even they cannot give the explanation also. when they have prompted their product they have showcased well and told me every year you have to pay only 6400. suddenly they have changed. i dont know why these things haapend?

                My self Prajith T R. MY BADLUCK I had taken a bajaj Allianze life insurance policy through citibank .I wanted to surrender the policy (Policy no:[protected]) because of some financial problems and I had sent all the documents to their chennai office on 15th May 2013 .As per their call center executive,I should be getting the refund within 15 working days.But now it is over morethan 30 working days(Total48 days) and I had not get any acknowledgement or intimation from them.After a lot of my phone call they intemated with me(On[protected] with a info that my signature was missing in my application letter and they said they will refund me only 60% of the total premium ,that means I invested Rs.25500 and I will get only Rs.15300 so not only I won't get interest for these period for which I invested trusting them but also they are going to grab 40% of total amount of my money.They have taken my may month premium also(Rs.1500) which has happend only due to their irresponsibility in informing me earlier on pending reason(I had to wait 48 days).

                Kindly advice me to get all my money back.

                  after many phone calls we get the policy No. in the month of march-2013 by courier & till now we dont get the policy kit of the same policy No.

                  Sir it is almost 5 months delay for policy kit & the agent had ensure me at the time of filling form for policy that the policy kit will delivered to your home within 15 days.

                  Kindly take a urgent action in this regard & acknowledge the to me.

                    This is in reference to my policies [protected] & [protected], I would like to bring a issue to your notice experienced by me. I visited your noida branch this week in order to surrender my policy. I was then asked if am carrying all the documents or not. I was carrying all the documents that were required to surrender the policy as mentioned in terms and condition of the policy document. I was further told by Ms. Anuja to bring one rs revenue stamp else the request would not be processed. I tried to understand the need for a revenue and i was directed to Mr. Vijay Bhandari. Both of them first placed the argument that requirement is because of RBI.

                    I raised my concern with respect to the requirement and told them that no company is asking for such requirement , not even the largest insurance player .i.e. LIC. I also enquired with 3 private insurance companies over phone where my friends are working and all of them denied the need of this requirement. Even after hearing my argument the answer of both the executives remain the same, however this time they changed the reason to internal guidelines after I challenged their reasoning and requested for that specific guideline. I was further directed to talk to call centre and that too was not of much help . They also repeated the same argument.

                    I had no other choice but to get their requirement done in such a highly bureaucratic environment. I was wondering whether I had taken the right decision of buying policy with BAJAJ ALLIANZ, however I was definitely not regretting the decision of surrendering my policies as I was saving my family from undue hassle any time later.

                    I would also like to share details of your process of surrendering the policy. As I was surrendering the policy I was asked to look at web camera so that they can click my pictures. Ironically they made me do it twice because I was surrendering 2 policies and it was not feasible for them to use the same pic due to technical constraint. I was already upset with your requirement and this was adding to the disappointment.

                    After finishing this I went to Kotak life insurance with same list of requirements to avoid any further hassle and I met a lady there at there Noida branch who took five minutes to explain me the surrender process. To my surprise that person was extremely humble and absolutely not interested in clicking my pictures and with no requirement of revenue stamp.

                    I am sure this entire incident is good enough to explain you how your unnecessary requirements are creating hassle for your customer . Bajaj Allianz could be one of the leading insurance company in terms of new business however you are worst when it comes to customer service. Ms. Ahuja asked my not to challenge the process and it seems by not doing this that have to been able to identify what all unnecessary elements can be eliminated while doing any process.

                    May I ask you under which guidelines you are asking for revenue stamp whereas no other company is and also who has authorised you to click the picture of customer. If you are trying to save yourself from some fraud than I would request you to give some task to you risk team to evaluate how these additional requirement impacts your customer satisfaction or you can live with some amount of risk as it is within your risk appetite to serve your customer effectively. I am request you to educate your employee not to redirect your customer from one channel of communication to other. There was absolutely no need for redirecting me to call centre and also you call centre asked for a written complaint despite of having their customer over recorded line.

                    Dear IRDA, Regulator

                    I urge you to audit the process of Bajaj Allianz company and I am sure you will find many more areas wherein they need to have standard approach like wise the industry and stop hassling their customer. As an educated and informed customer I will make sure that I use the social media to share my experiences so that people can take decision accordingly.

                      I purchased a motor insurance policy from Bajaj Allianz through customer care. They did sent me online copy of the same but unfortunately few najor details such as car reg. number, address was wrong. I asked them to rectify the same and the soft as well as hard copy of the policy.
                      But it has been more than 1 week and my old policy has already expired still no body has bothered to contact or at least reply to my query.
                      I have dropped many emails to them (mail chain is appended below) called customer care a lot times but no one picks up the call. I have tried waiting for 20-30 mins on call but no one picks the call. So now I have paid them money but they are not issuing me my policy nor they are contacting me.
                      Please let me know what should be my next course of action or should I approach district consumer court?

                      It is like a one way communication with you guys. I just keep mailing and no one reverts back!!!
                      I tried your customer service toll free numbers but looks like it takes ages to talk to any executive. When it was about making me your customer, you guys were impressive but seems you don't understand value of existing customer. I have been waiting for my rectified document since 16th of April but to no results.
                      Not sure if your escalation matrix is even valid as none from different matrix level such as Jabeen, Makarand or Rita are pro-actively following the same. Are these escalation ids just a wrapper around customercare id???
                      Anyways I have attached my vehicle RC copy as well, I will wait for some miracle till Monday and then check out further course of action.

                      Bajaj Allianz General Insurance — Not Recieved my Car Insurance

                      I am siddhartha , i have applied for car insurance on 22nd of oct,2007.But i have not recieved the insurance copy and My insurance has expired on 8th of dec,2007.I have called the insurance company and they told me that i will recieve it in 2 days but i have not recieved.and no body is now recieving my call and tell me contact Customer Care.Today i was checked by the traffic CO and he left me because of Coverletter which i have.But coverletter is also for a month time and it has also expired.

                      Sub:Claim for burned & damaged motor bike

                      Respected Sir,

                      This is to bring to your notice that my claim number is OC[protected]-00000439 and policy number is OG[protected]-00013963.I had purchased a mototr bike on 19-10-07 for my brother.The motor cycle was burnt due to reasons unkown on 9-5-08in the night .The neighbours woke up my brother to inform him of the fire.In the mean time the neighbours did try to control the fire by throwing some water with the help of the buckets and fortunatelly they were able to controle the fire.The PCR was informed and we got a DD entry from the IO MR.P.K.Sharma and submitted all the documents required by the surveyor MR.Rajat Dhingra.The bike has been destryoed due to the fire but MR.Dhingra has been compelling me to get the destroyed bike repaired.But I am not in favour of getting the bike repaired which has been completely destroyed (only the front tire has been saved from the fire), therefore, I requested MR.Dhingra to consider the bike under total loss.Keeping in mind any kind of accident or mishappening which might take place because o[censored]sing the damaged but repaired bike But, MR.Dhingra still persited on getting the bike repaired as accoding to him its a caluse in the policy.He asked us to meet his superior MR.Anil Rathi who was extremly rude in conversation and said that the destroyed bike dosen't fall in the category of total loss and he very rudly told us to get the claim from anywhwere(consumer court), as he refused to cooperate with us.

                      The bike is with gautam Motors since 10-5-08 and we are being charged Rs50/- per day as parking charge.I have recived a letter from MR.Anil Rathi which states that I must agree to get the bike repaired within an estimate of 22000/- within 7days else the company will cancel the claim for the destroyed bike.

                      I am a working woman with 6yrs old kid.My husband is also working and its really, difficult to go and meet the superiors of the company and the surveyor every second day.Its not possibble for me & my husband to avail leave from office to deal with the situation.I have already been harrased enough by MR.Dhingra and his superior MR.Anil Rathi who have not been cooperative at all.This incident has shaken my faith in the company.I had already invested 3lakhs in an insurance policy with BajaJ Allianze, but now I have little hope of getting any retrial benefits after 11yrsbecause I had to go through a situation within an year of puchasing this bike where the result has been zilch.

                      I would request you to kindly understand the gravity of the situation and consider the bike under total loss so that we can get proper benefit under the insaurance claim policy.

                      Our vehicle (TN 20 U 4727)Qualis met with an accident in NH 5 on 5 may 2009, vehicle was damaged in both left hand side and as well as in front side, Surveyeor Mr.Chandrasekar gave the approval for front side only, after arguing a lot he accepted for the left side, and than he is not accepting for paying the 100% labour charges, as per legal terms insurance company has to pay, after arguing with Mr.chandra sekar and with Mr.gokul they do not accepted, after than they are not giving a any favorable reply from there side.
                      Many times we called in customer care centre in[protected]/[protected](req no1:34254508, req no2:34253075, req no3:[protected], req no4:[protected] but we did not got any reply from anybody.

                      I renewed my old policy with Bajaj Allianz Limited, but they have not renewed my policy nor do they provide any status. Its been more than a month and the company is very irresponsible. Most of my phone bills are of Bajaj Insurance company. Its very pathetic to see that the company before renewal keeps following up with the customer and after it gets the money they misbehave with the customer by not answering the phones nor respond on time or cut the phones.

                        When my father told me & after investigation i found it was a fake call to decisive us once again. Can you tell me from there they came to know about our invetment in BA & our contact number . it is clear that your company is indulge in leaking of your investors' information.                                 It is to inform that, I KISHOR JOTWANI the existing customer of Bajaj Allianz my Policy no. [protected], Policy date: 10/03/2007. From last 4 months I am trying to surrender my policy, I went 3 times to Bajaj Allianz office, Nagpur in December 2012, but due to server problem they have not accepted my surrender form. Also it is to inform you that I am working and staying at village Tirora District Gondia, and always I am not able to take leave and go for surrender of policy. Therefore again I sent my brother 2 times for surrendering policy on my behalf, still they have not accepted and given authorization form to my brother to submit with my signature.
                                Then on 09/3/2013, I went to Bajaj Allianz office in Gondia (Maharashtra), they told that, today on Saturday they are not accepting the surrender policy, Then again i went on Monday, again on Monday they told that they are not accepting surrender after 3:00pm. Then again i have submitted the policy for surrender on 13th March 2013 to Mr. Yusuf Pathan, he called me back on same day & told that more than Rs.10000.00 will be deducted from the amount as policy locking period is of 20 Years, even though I told that whatever deduction you are making I have no issue and I told him to submit the policy. After 20 days when the amount was not remitted into my account I called him back that what happen about my policy, he is telling that I have not given any confirmation to submit and my policy is still pending, and due to march closing they will submit on 8th April and again I have to go there for signatures. Again on 8th April I went there by taking leave from my company, there server was not working, after that I have taken back my policy and now doing the complaint.
                                Now due to this, more than Rs 10000 is deducted from my salary because of so many leaves. Still my policy is not surrendered. After 7 years also they are deducting more than Rs 10000 as a surrender charges, which was not earlier told by their executive. Before starting the policy their executive calling me more than 10 times a day for taking the policy, and after 7 years nobody is responding correctly, now they are telling that everything is written in my policy. Now tell me who is having time to read all their details in the 100 pages manual.
                                My complaint is regarding the services they are providing for their customers, If this type of service they are giving then, Why so much charges they are deducting?
                                My next complaint is whether they will pay me my lost salary as their server was not working.
                                My next complaint is whether they will pay me my amount with the interest of 5 months from Dec’12 to April’13.
                                My next complaint is, tell me, how I can surrender my policy as now I will not be able to take more leaves from my company. Whether they will send their executive in Tirora Village for surrendering the policy.
                                Requesting the concerned authority to do the needful at the earliest, as I am having so much financial problems, due to which I am surrendering the policy.

                                life insurance corp of india — not accepting for the surrender of my policy

                                i had a four policy in lic corp of india in teynampet branch(chennai),i told them that i want to surrender my three policy(visited on 30.3.2011),but they told me that they cannot accept my surrender till 8th of april stating the reason as month end.(11 days is a month end closing, i had no time to laugh)
                                my argument is that sensex is diping from today,so i will loose my hard earned money if they accept to surrrender on 8th of april,
                                why should i loose my hard earned money for their unimaginable month end reason of 11 days(they had stopped suurending from 28th of march)
                                my question is that if they can log in a new policy why can't they log out(surrender) my policy.(i had confirmed this by asking that if i want to take a new policy)

                                  Dear sir

                                  my policy no [protected] - with bajaj allianz & i switch my fund on 02.04.13 but uptill wrong fund & fund show in my fund list

                                  & when i call custmore care 03.04.13 say over system will work from 07.04.13 But work work 09.04.13

                                  between 02.04.13 to 08.04.13 market down 500 point my related to market so i am in loss & my fund uptill show my preivous status

                                  please help....

                                    Hi,

                                    I have taken Bajaj Allianz SARVE SHAKTI SURAKSHA policy through CITIBANK and have been paying premium for the same @1500 pm for the past 33 months.(premium is deducted automatically from salary account)
                                    Now I want to surrender the policy. I called BAJAJ ALLIANZ customer care but they were unable to furnish any details regarding what amount exactly I will be paid.

                                    So since on phone nothing worked...

                                    Dear Sir
                                    I would like to inform you all about the unfair practices of BAJAJ ALLAINZ for Claim settlement. BAJAJ ALLIANZ is deliberately misinterpreting the special condition to disallow the claim Amount Rs. 69330.

                                    It refers to my Policy no. OG[protected]-[protected]Silver Health -Senior Citizen); my father (ASHOK SAKURE) and mother are covered for Rs. 3 Lacs each. I have purchased this policy in Dec 2010, and renewed every year before due date.
                                    Medical test of my father and mother was also carried out by BAJAJ ALLIANZ in 2010 before issuing the policy documents.

                                    During Feb 2013, my father observed breathing problem for 5-6 days, so he consulted doctor. After examination and required tests, doctor advised him to undergo Angioplasty (Heart related Surgery) without wasting time. So he has undergone Angioplasty on next day, in the hospital which is not in the network of BAJAJ ALLIANZ for cashless hospitalization.

                                    We have submitted the claim (claim no is OC[protected]-[protected] for reimbursement of Amt Rs.235330/-
                                    Bajaj Allianz has Approved Amt Rs.132000/- & Disallowed Amt Rs.103300/- ( Clarification by BAJAJ ALLIANZ as below)
                                    1. Rs.100/- Registration charges not payable
                                    2. Rs.900/- Bills not available hence deducted Rs.900/-
                                    3. Rs.33000/- 20 % of co-payment Admission in Non Network Hospital
                                    4. Rs.69330/- Maximum limit of indemnity is 50% of the sum insured)

                                    We don't agree to point no. 4 ; deduction of Rs. 69330, under the special condition as motioned below.
                                    This special condition is not applicable, because my father is not DIABETIC and the concern diseased in the claim (HEART related) was also not existing on or before commencement date of Policy - Medical check up was done by BAJAJ ALLIANZ before issuing policy document.

                                    This Special condition is as below in the Policy Document -
                                    Special Condition, If any : THIS POLICY EXCLUDES FOR ASHOK SAKURE ANY CLAIMS IN RESPECT OF ANY DISORDER, INJURY, DISEASE, DISABILITY OR TREATMENT WHETHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY CAUSED BY, OR ATTRIBUTABLE TO DIABETES/ALL LOCAL & SYSTEMIC COMPLICATIONS RELATED TO DIABETES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INFECTIONS, METABOLIC, VASCULAR ETC. DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY AND RELATED AILMENTS /ANY OTHER AILMENT EXISTING ON OR BEFORE THE COMMENCEMENT DATE. THIS EXCLUSIONSTANDS DELETED W.E.F 07-DEC-2011. IF THE POLICY IS CONTINUOUSLY RENEWED WITH US FOR THE NEXT YEAR .FROM SECOND YEAR ONWARDS THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY FOR THE ABOVE MENTIONED ALIMENT ITS COMPLICATIONS / DIS- ORDERS WOULD BE 50% OF LIMIT OF INDEMNITY PER POLICY PERIOD. (IN CASE OF BREAK IN THE RENEWAL THE BREAK IN CLAUSE WOULD BE STILL APPLICABLE)

                                    BAJAJ ALLIANZ is deliberately misinterpreting the special condition to disallow the claim Amount Rs. 69330.

                                    BAJAJ ALLIANZ GENERAL INSURANCE — complain against claim remburshment

                                    Respected Sir,
                                    I Shailesh R Patel, I am citizen of india and staining in bharuch and i am doing a business of tranportation and i am having 5 trucks for transporatation,I Purchased new truck on the date of 30/11/2009 model number TATA 1613 that insurance i had taken from bajaj allainz general insurance co. ltd. and my policy number is OG[protected]-00000259 ,On the date of 10/07/2010 my turck accident and i did informed to bajaj allianz general insurance co. ltd. in claim department and my calim number is OC[protected]-00000018,then after bajaj team surveiour surveyed at spport and informed me that you can put your truck for repaired at tata showroom, recentally in showroom my truck is ready but bajaj allainz general insurance co. told me that your policy is not match as per our criateria and you must have to purchase new policy from us so how it is possible that when i was purchsed that policy that time company representative not told me when calim time this type issue they given to me.
