It is to inform that, I KISHOR JOTWANI the existing customer of Bajaj Allianz my Policy no. [protected], Policy date: 10/03/2007. From last 4 months I am trying to surrender my policy, I went 3 times to Bajaj Allianz office, Nagpur in December 2012, but due to server problem they have not accepted my surrender form. Also it is to inform you that I am working and staying at village Tirora District Gondia, and always I am not able to take leave and go for surrender of policy. Therefore again I sent my brother 2 times for surrendering policy on my behalf, still they have not accepted and given authorization form to my brother to submit with my signature.
Then on 09/3/2013, I went to Bajaj Allianz office in Gondia (Maharashtra), they told that, today on Saturday they are not accepting the surrender policy, Then again i went on Monday, again on Monday they told that they are not accepting surrender after 3:00pm. Then again i have submitted the policy for surrender on 13th March 2013 to Mr. Yusuf Pathan, he called me back on same day & told that more than Rs.10000.00 will be deducted from the amount as policy locking period is of 20 Years, even though I told that whatever deduction you are making I have no issue and I told him to submit the policy. After 20 days when the amount was not remitted into my account I called him back that what happen about my policy, he is telling that I have not given any confirmation to submit and my policy is still pending, and due to march closing they will submit on 8th April and again I have to go there for signatures. Again on 8th April I went there by taking leave from my company, there server was not working, after that I have taken back my policy and now doing the complaint.
Now due to this, more than Rs 10000 is deducted from my salary because of so many leaves. Still my policy is not surrendered. After 7 years also they are deducting more than Rs 10000 as a surrender charges, which was not earlier told by their executive. Before starting the policy their executive calling me more than 10 times a day for taking the policy, and after 7 years nobody is responding correctly, now they are telling that everything is written in my policy. Now tell me who is having time to read all their details in the 100 pages manual.
My complaint is regarding the services they are providing for their customers, If this type of service they are giving then, Why so much charges they are deducting?
My next complaint is whether they will pay me my lost salary as their server was not working.
My next complaint is whether they will pay me my amount with the interest of 5 months from Dec’12 to April’13.
My next complaint is, tell me, how I can surrender my policy as now I will not be able to take more leaves from my company. Whether they will send their executive in Tirora Village for surrendering the policy.
Requesting the concerned authority to do the needful at the earliest, as I am having so much financial problems, due to which I am surrendering the policy.
