Hi Team, I know that this is too long email; however this is what I have suffered for the entire month of August and now the September. Request you to help and guide me what need to be done in this issue. I had approached Bajaj Allianz for a motor insurance policy in the month of August for my Alto LXI. I have received various quotes from them and then I requested them to quote on the basis of my previous policy with Bajaj Allianz in year[protected] which was called as Zero Dept. Policy. For which I received an attached PDF (Prospect Id[protected]Quote.). After a quote was agreed, they had sent an agent to take a photograph and collect the chq for a quoted amount on 28th of August. Where I came to know that the 25% NCB is considered in a quote, so inform the sales agent to give a quote without NCB as I have a claim on earlier policy, he done some calculations on the spot and inform the amount of Rs.7600/-. I gave him the chq dated 28th August 2013 and requested to send the revise quote. On same day I ask him about the excess (Owners contribution towards the risk) on the policy. He confirm that it’s raised form Rs 500/- to Rs.1000/- since this financial year by IRDA. I agreed to it. Till date have not received and quotation. I had called him and texted him on 31st August asking for the quote or the Policy, He called me back asking for the day to process a policy, as it was month end and he was busy. So had called him every day as follow up for my policy and same reason was provided to convince that he is processing the policy. After various follow-ups on call and through texts, on 13th September he informs that he need to take the photographs of the vehicle again and there is increase of Rs 400/- in the quoted amount as there was some miscalculations done by him earlier. He will send someone to take photograph and collect the extra amount. So the agent arrives on 17th of September and takes only the photographs, however I ask him if he will also take the balance Rs. 400/-, he denied as he is not the correct person to collect the amount. So I called the sales guy and he assures that he will issue the policy now, will come personally to collect the extra amount and will also handover the policy. However till date there was no quote or any document confirming the policy neither he came to collect any amount. I am still following him for this every day. On 26th September the chq dated 28th August was cleared form my account, so I called him and ask him; “At least now can you issue the policy”. He apologized and informs that he will get it process on same day. Hence I ask him and confirmed, since when the vehicle is covered and he informs that it will be form 19th September 2013. Again no information shared of any quote/policy was send to me. On 28th September I visited his office to raise this issue and tried to raise complaint against him. At the same time his so called supervisor assured that policy will be processed today and will be email to you. After such harassment the policy was email to me, however again it was not the correct as the excess with was promised to me that it will be Rs.1000/-, was doubled to Rs. 2000/-. This was again on email as soft copy of the policy, so I called him and his supervisor and highlighted this issue, however now they have come back to me stating that it cannot be change as this policy is issued now. If this need be done it will be done on prorate basis and I need to pay an extra amount of Rs. 1500/- approx. I have attached the initial quote and the latest policy. Request you to help me on this issue. I have all the quotes and documents, however not able to attach the PDF. please give an email id where I can email you the details. Thanks

Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co.ltd. — Accident Claim of my Vehicle claim No. OC-10-1302-00000635

Dear Sir,

I myself is Naresh Kumar Gupta(Address--97/3 , site No.1 , Kidwai Nagar Kanpur-208001) having a truck (Tata))which is insured through Bajaj Allianze , I have a accidental Claim against my vehicle but I am totally dis-satisfied about claim Amount ,

I have already write a letter to Bajaj Allianze on dated[protected] & they have been acknowledged the same but still I have not received any correspondance from their side nor they have informed about any possitive changes .

The points are.
1. Loss has not been assessed properly.
2. it was informed that Policy is cashless but toeing , Repair , Travelling Expenses etc. was spent by me
3. Insurance Company give me the cheque of Rs. 9925.00 only (amount aproved) against the amout of loss (Rs.198536.00) which is very very low .

In view of the facts foregoing , I would be obliged if you could re -examine my claim .

I have send all the details to the above email id and still no respond or answer, rather I had call the claims department to know the status of the policy and they have confirm that POL is cancel form the date of inseption, however I have not yet received any refund for this yet.

Please help :(.

Hi Team,

I had approached Bajaj Allianz for a motor insurance policy in the month of August for my Alto LXI. I have received various quotes from them and then I requested them to quote on the basis of my previous policy with Bajaj Allianz in year[protected] which was called as Zero Dept. Policy. Where I came to know that the 25% NCB is considered in a quote, so inform the sales agent to give a quote without NCB as I have a claim on earlier policy, he done some calculations on the spot and inform the amount of Rs.7600/-. However till date there was no quote or any document confirming the policy neither he came to collect any amount. I am still following him for this every day.

On 26th September the chq dated 28th August was cleared form my account, so I called him and ask him; “At least now can you issue the policy”. He apologized and informs that he will get it process on same day. Hence I ask him and confirmed, since when the vehicle is covered and he informs that it will be form 19th September 2013.

Again no information shared of any quote/policy was send to me. On 28th September I visited his office to raise this issue and tried to raise complaint against him. At the same time Rahul Giakwad assured that policy will be processed today and will be email to you.

After this the policy was email to me, however again it was not the correct as the excess with was promised to me that it will be Rs.1000/-, was doubled to Rs. 2000/-.

So I called him and Rahul and highlighted this issue, however now they have come back to me stating that it cannot be change as this policy is issued now. If this need be done it will be done on prorate basis and I need to pay an extra amount of Rs. 1500/- approx.

I have attached the initial quote and the latest policy. Request you to help me on this issue.

I have recently received and email form then that your existing policy is cancel and new policy will be issued, till date no policy issued (email attached).

    sir I mrs Vishal Daitkar opened a mutual fund account with Bajaj Allianz, depositing Rs 10000/- for three years but I had deposited Rs 10000/- only once thereafter no subscription has to be deposited by me. Now I want to withdraw my amount Rs 10000/-, further I want to know the procedure to get my deposited amount back.
    Bajaj Allianz customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Hello, I take a policy from Bajaj Alliance with Unit Gain Plus plan in semi annual payment frequency and first premium paid Rs100000/-(One lac Only) on 29/08/2006(cheque no:1164816/south malabar gramin bank/dated on 29/08/2006), but unfortunately not paid from 2nd premium due to my financial condition not well, after three years i go to your Bajaj Alliance branch at pattambi (palakkad, kerala) for paid balance premium amount Rs 500000/-(Five Lac Only), but they informed to me, not able to pay balance premium and terminated my policy, after few months received a cheque for Rs2798/-(two thousand seven hundred and ninety eight only) dated on 09/09/2010, this is cheating for me, deposited Rs one lac and after 3 years return Rs 2798/-(two thousand seven hundred and ninety eight only)so please help to return at least my first premium amount.         On[protected], I have tried to renew my two wheeler insurance through Bajaj Allianz Website. I have followed all the steps and amount of Rs. 804/= was debited from my credit card towards the renewal premium. However the policy was not generated and I got a message that "due to technical reasons the policy is not generated and my Reference number is 3753309. The trace number provided is 291411. Further I have spoken to your customer service personnel on the number [protected] on[protected] at around 11.00 AM and they have assured me that policy will be generated within "1 hour" and sent to my E. Mail Address. However nothing has happened ... On[protected], I have again spoken to your customer care with interaction ID 45042195. But nothing has happened till now...           I had opened a Citibank Suvidha Salary account in March 2012, and I was offered a Bajaj Allianz insurance policy linked with it. The agent guaranteed that I could surrender the policy even after 2 years and that at least 8 % interest was guaranteed. So I took a policy for 1500 per month with total 15 years duration. Only now through various online portals and other persons did I realize that they were trying to cheat customers asking for hidden cancellation charges. So Now when I contacted the customer care they are telling me that I am set to loose almost 45% of my investment if I opt for cancellation. I can see a 7% surrender penalty clause (which I can accept). But where is the rest 38 % coming up from. Need clarification. I would like to cancel my policy as I no longer wish to invest my money in such cheating companies, as there is no guarantee that even after the maturity period I will be given my due amount as they will invent new "hidden charges" even then.

          HI,

          When I opened a suvidha account in Citi Bank their agents told me that they have a ULIP type of scheme.
          I had purchased this policy in January2014. The premium amount of Rs 1500/- of which was getting deducted from my CITIBANK salaried account on monthly basis.
          I have paid premium for 23months (Rs 34000/-) and I got a cancellation refund amount of Rs 26000/-. Where is the rest of the money that I have paid?
          I can see a 7% surrender penalty clause . But here the deduction is more than that.
          It was a huge mistake on my part that I trusted this fraud company Bajaj Allianz, even though my friends asked me not to invest in it.

            Dear Sir, I made with an accident in my parking area on sat evening at 6.30 PM, my car got brush with parking pillar and got three dents on the left hand side door and paint has came out, I took my car to the showroom on sunday morning and submitted the form for claims with the car showroom guys and called the baja allianz people, they responded that they can`t come for inspection as it is sunday, they ask me to submitt all the relavent document with the showroom reperesentative and told me that their exectutive will come on monday for inspection, their reperentative came and had a look at my car damage and responded saying that we can`t approve the claim as it was pre repaired and can`t be approved, I try to explain them If i wanted to do some reparing I will first repair the dents and then do the painting but didn`t agreed on this they refuse the claim, please help me to get this resloved as they are blunt in taking with the customer and cheating the customer like this.               Hi, I took young care insurance policy( almost 5 years back) from Bajaj Allianz Insuance company and my Policy no is [protected]. I have paid Rs. 21,000/- first premium after that unfortunately I was not able to pay money due to my financial problems.I asked to customer care people they told my policy was lapsed due to non payment.But without intimation how they are lapsed my policy.I have sent many emails to customer care bu they ate not responding on this. I need money what ever I paid Rs 21,000/- . Please deposit my money as soon as possible. Money to be refunded from the Bajaj Allianz Insurance Company. Policy no: [protected] . Sum assured: 2.1 lakhs . Product you had opted for: young care . Frequency of payment: yearly .               Still now i didn't get any call from Bajaj Allianz Insurance company. But in feedback they have mentioned like we will working on this issue.

              How many days take to resolve this issue from Bajaj Allianz. When can I get the money back from Bajaj Allianz, I am eagerly waiting for my money refund. Please take strong action on Bajaj Allianz Insurance company. Money to be refunded from Bajaj Allianz Insurance company.

                  Dear Sir, With reference to above subject this vento Registration No.RJ06CC1011 was sent for accidental work on 21 August 2013: (RR winshield glass broken FRLH and RH tyre burst and alloy wheels bend, FR carrier and retainer damage) first surveyor surveyed the vehicle and this is different type damage so he waiting for bajaj approval but on 24 August surveyor Mr.Atul Ji Didwaniya telephonically approved RR glass one tyre and one wheel rim, And thus our company got installed all the approved parts in the car and completed the car as per the instructions by the surveyor (Representative of the BAJAJ Allianz General Insurance Company), but on 26 August he refused the claim and passes only RR glass and thus again we had to suffer for an hour and had to again get removed the alloy rim and the tyre. According to surveyor bajaj company not approved all this so he refused all this. After all the above incident we M/S Khushboo Marbles Pvt. Ltd. had got all the damages repaired at the Rajesh Motor Cars workshop Udaipur. And made the payment vide the bill nos. amounting Rs. & Rs. Respectively. After all the above incident we M/S Khushboo Marbles Pvt. Ltd. refuses to take claim and are hereby withdrawing the claim and are hereby taking this matter to consumer court for all the harassment done to us by your company. We are hereby attatching the dealer’s letter regarding all the incident held so as to verify all the incident. As well as all the bills of the parts installed in the car and the labour for the same.                     Bajaj Allianz – SARVE SHAKTI SURAKSHA I had taken this policy through Citibank at the time of opening my Salary Account (May 2012) and got this Policy as an add-on but later got to know that it was this policy only that I was paying for. When I took the policy the terms and conditions (charges, validity, service tax on premium, etc) were not disclosed – It was only mentioned that 5 years will be the locking period and after 1 year I can withdraw the amount but wont get the additional premium of 8-9% for the time the money was put into the policy, however, my whole amount paid will be refunded. The premium was being deducted automatically from my salary account, and they are deducting charges (which they call “service tax”) from the premium amount, and is not being shown in any of the documents. After taking the policy there has been no communication about the policy, and premium statements from either Citibank or Bajaj Allianz, I have not received a single document from them. I logged in on the Customer Portal to see the cancellation process and see that they have added a surrender value of 17148.00 – THIS WAS NOT CONVEYED!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, the locking is changed to 10 years. Hence, with so many discrepancies, I no longer wish to be associated with this policy. Kindly advice the actions that should be taken to get the full amount (premium paid so far) refunded from Bajaj Allianz. Policy Number – [protected]

                    I have tried to reach your team directly but it has been of no use at all. No body has called to even know the exact situation. I got an email saying within 48 hours, I will have a resolution but nothing yet!!!                       Hi,This complaint is in regards with PF transfer from Bajaj Allianz life.ins.co.ltd to Tata Aia Life ins.co.Ltd.
                      Presently I am working with Tata Aia Life ins.co.Ltd My P.F.No.is MH/BAN/45142/33576,I had joined this organization on 16/11/2011 and i am on notice period of one month till 20/09/13.
                      My last employer was Bajaj Allianz ins.company Ltd and i had worked their from 09/06/2011 to 04/11/2011 my PF no. was MH/34020/94100.
                      At the time of joining Tata Aia Life ins.co.Ltd i had submitted form -13 for transfer of PF from Bajaj Allianz ins.company Ltd to Tata Aia Life ins.co.Ltd.After some time Bajaj Allianz had shared me with a letter dated 11/05/2012 which was sent to Tata Aia, in which they had requested Tata Aia to submit the form -13 to their PF office(attached letter for your Reference) but till date the transfer of PF is not initiated even after more than one year.
                      I had contacted so many times telephonically and on mails (with CC to Pune And Bandra PF office)and but no results came out of it.
                      Bajaj is saying that they had transfered the funds to Tata Aia,and Tata is saying that we have not yet recievd the funds.I had once checked the same on the EPFO site 5-6 months back( attched screen shot from website)in which they had shown the fund has been transfered but still not recieved.
                      you are rquested to kindly intervene so that I could get my hard earned PF.

                                  Hi Have surrender my Bajaj allianz policy no#[protected] on June 24th,2013 on Chennai branch till now I have not received my policy amount. I called customer care many times they are saying that my policy is in lapsed condition and you have not surrender your policy. I have submitted all my policy papers in Chennai branch only thing which I have with me is letter received from the branch at the time of surrendering the policy.

                                  Letter has one query number ,after asking customer care about query no.42778809 they saying that we don't have any information regarding this query. Please visit the branch.

                                  I went to the branch again on 21st July and they told me there is some system issue and you will get the amount next week.till now I have not received any amount and today I Called customer care again , they informed me the same thing that visit the branch again.


                                  I am posting this so that everyone should aware about the customer service of BAJAJ Allianz, As I am not going to Invest any money in BAJAJ , Suggesting to everyone that do not invest any money in Company's like bajaj. Pls Invest in Post office Schemes they have better returns and customer service that BAJAJ have.

                                  Bajaj Allianze life insurance policy — Firstly they cheated me and the person from whom I have taken policy and now delaying my cancellation.

                                  I have called Bajaj Allianze Sale Manager for my brother's policy and the person to whom I know and who recomend me for policy will going to get x% profit from this policy. But SM (sale manager) from Bajaj has put his family member name in policy and also gave us policy which has not been discussed when he had provided us details regarding policy.
                                  Secondly, when I ask to cancel this policy, the person in AIROLI (Navi Mumbai) branch kept my application with him for more than 3 days so that my Free locking period will expire. This has been told to him by his SM who has given me policy.
                                  In between they have asked me to do whatever I can.
                                  After this, I went to visit Mulund branch office (Divisional Head officer), he told me that he will take appropriate action and cancel the policy; but till date he has not taken any action and stopping my policy from cancellation. I should have get my money back within 15 days but he insisting on transffer of policy to other SM which I dont want.
                                  AIROLI branch SMs are daily calling us (the person who recomended and me) and forced to transffer the policy as soon as possible.

                                  Sir,

                                  I have taken unit gain life insurance policy in bajajallianz on 4/7/2005. I have paid 3 instalments of Rs.15000/- and stopped.
                                  Because of financial crisis I could not continue the policy.

                                  Now I am requesting Bajajallianz to return back my money.
                                  But they are not accepting to give back my money and saying me to pay balance 3 instalments of Rs.15000/- along with interest.

                                  Now the policy status is Lapse.

                                  Bajaj Allianze life insurance policy — Policy not received

                                  Hi,

                                  I had purchased a life insurance policy from your company last year on August 27, 2008. It was fortune plus size one policy. Policy num [protected]. You will be glad to know that I have not received the policy till now. I could not find a single person who could helped me in this matter. I had a word with your toll free people, written to you people, spoken to the Sales Manager Gaurav Mahajan million times. Everybody is just passing the buck. Earlier they used to say just wait, then they said the policy was dispatched on 28 august, I Know that too. The best part nobody has the clue abt it and no one is taking the ownership.

                                  NOBODY EVER GETS IN TOUCH FROM BAJAJ ALLIANZ WHO KNOWS HOW TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. ALL THEIR EXECUTIVES WILL SEND AN EMAIL SAYING "WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU IN 4-5 DAYS" AND WHEN THE PERIOD IS ABOUT TO BE OVER, THEY WILL SEND YOU THE SAME EMAIL AGAIN!!!

                                  They are FRAUDS and in association with Citibank they are selling their policies. They give high commissions to Citibank officials to sell the policies by any means - Hook or Crook!!

                                  DONT FALL IN THE TRAP.

                                    my mother C RAJESWARI of policy no:[protected] in bajaj life insurance(INVESTPLUS_PREMIER) . she payed 6 premium of 4010 per premium (2 premium per year). Agent told us this is a five years policy and u can stop it after 3 years and take the amount but after completing 3 years they are saying it is a 20 yrs policy u continue ur policy... i said that i closing the policy but they r saying 15,000 only given to u .. but i payed 24,060 . they r cheating.... i need atlest payed amount please help me..

                                    I would like to inform you that with out my knowledge you are deducting the insurance amount for my family thru my credit card. I have not taken any insurance from you, the best part is i am yet to get the documents or insurance card from you people. i am requesting you to return the deducted amount to me without fail with immediate effect. if possible can somebody call me and find out what is happening. expecting a call or mail from your end asap. i want to sort this out by end of today or tommorow.

                                    With out my knowledge this company had issued a life insurance policy and Rs 722.82 withdrawn from my credit card dt 03/04/2010. I am not intrested at all to do this . Another thing is that i have not yet received any policy package.This is the second complain to this company.

                                    Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance — Maturity Amt is Very Low then Investment Amt

                                    My self Shamina Shaikh my Mom Sharifabi Shaikh purchased A policy from bajaj Allainz in the year 2008-09. we were paying Yearly Installment of Rs.11000/- and we had paid total Amount Of Rs.33000/-(3 Installment). at the time of purchasing policy the Marketing person did not disclose that in first year from our policy 30% allocation charges will be deducting. And they not inform us that this policy is based on Market rate. Now at the time of Matuarity Co. is telling that our Maturity Fund Value is Rs.21095/-. So Please Suggest how can we withdraw That much of Short amount.Please confirm my Complaint and do the Needful As soon as possible as we required the money for urgent basis.

                                    i contacted ur customer service already but they told that they contact me with in 48hrs about this issue but no responce from them after 72 hrs.. what r u saying about this..
                                    I wanted my full money back which paid from us. But u mailed as u will pay back only RS.15311.55.then where is our balance money of Rs.8748.45. for what u r charging this much amount...

                                      I have taken SARVE SHAKTHI SURAKSHA policy through CITI Bank on Sep-2011 and surrendered the same on 01-Jul-2013. Customer Executive from Bajaj Allianz called me for Surrender confirmation call on 09th Jul 2013(Kalyani from Pune) and she has explained me about the Surrender penalty and Administration fee and all. I am not satisfied with that since I have been informed that For capgemini employee there is no Administration fee when surrendering the policy.

                                      Again I got a call on 10th and 13th Jul from Chennai Bajaj Allianz and I have been informed that My policy got cancelled and I will be getting the amount on or before 17th Jul 2013.

                                      Till date I haven’t received my amount and didn’t get any info regarding that. When I called customer executive today, I have been informed that my policy is still active.
                                      Also I sent an email to 'citi.[protected]@bajajallianz.co.in' and '[protected]@bajajallianz.co.in', till now I didn’t get any reply from anyone.

                                      Bajaj Allianz Life Insurence. — Non Payment of Surrendered Policy Amount

                                      1. I surrendered my Unit Linked Life Insurence policy on 28 Mar 09. I was told that payment will be made on 02 Apr 09 positively.

                                      2. On 02 Apr 09 I was told there is some problem in our system and payment will be made by 07 Apr 09 positively. Inspite of telling that it is very urgent requirement no official gave me satisfactory Answer and amount could not be deposited till 11 Apr 09 resulting my urgent requirement could not be made.

                                      3. Because i could not finalize my deal i am stressed and harrased by company and feeling cheated.

                                      Life insurance — Non-payment of the matured policy from bajaj allianz

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      With reference to your letter dated:[protected], i had visited your office situated in sector-8, chandigarh for the maturity benefit payout of my policy no. 3986932. There i met Mr. Rajiv Deol and Madam Ruchi, who actually told me to surrender orignal policy bond and fill down the discharge form only after maturity date of the policy i.e 23-Feb-2009 to get the full payout. Then i surrendered orignal policy bond and dicharge form and application form on 04-Mar-2009 at your office recieved by Madam Ruchi. After few days i recieved a letter from the pune office which states that my request cannot be processed because as per the policy condition after vesting date of the policy cannot be surrendered and i have to purchase annuity.
                                      Few things i would like to ask:
                                      i) Is bajaj allianz employees are unaware of the policy conditions or they are incapable to explain to the clients ?
                                      ii) Why had they accepted the application request for the full payout after the vesting date ?

                                      After waiting for the four months, i took a soft step to contact your customer care regarding the same. I recieved some calls from your pune office but nobody has actually come out with any solution. It is requested to make the full payout of the above policy or return my original policy(/documents) at my place.

                                      First few questions : -

                                      1. The policy which you have bought was a Pension Plan?

                                      2. Did the policy has reached the period of Vesting?

                                      Let me give you some of the answers : -

                                      If the answer of the first question is yes, then ideally you have the option to withdraw 1/3 of the entire fund Tax free. Rest 2/3 of the funds have to be utilised for Annuity...

                                      Any policy which reaches vesting period can, t be surrendered and can have the full surrender value.

                                      This is the regulation/characteristic of a Pension Plan.

                                      Yes I agree to your second question that if your policy has reached vesting date why they have agreed to take such request from you... This I can surely take as a mistake.
