Dear Team

Hi,This complaint is in regards with PF transfer from Bajaj Allianz life.ins.co.ltd to Tata Aia Life ins.co.Ltd.
Presently I am working with Tata Aia Life ins.co.Ltd My P.F.No.is MH/BAN/45142/33576,I had joined this organization on 16/11/2011 and i am on notice period of one month till 20/09/13.
My last employer was Bajaj Allianz ins.company Ltd and i had worked their from 09/06/2011 to 04/11/2011 my PF no. was MH/34020/94100.
At the time of joining Tata Aia Life ins.co.Ltd i had submitted form -13 for transfer of PF from Bajaj Allianz ins.company Ltd to Tata Aia Life ins.co.Ltd.After some time Bajaj Allianz had shared me with a letter dated 11/05/2012 which was sent to Tata Aia, in which they had requested Tata Aia to submit the form -13 to their PF office(attached letter for your Reference) but till date the transfer of PF is not initiated even after more than one year.
I had contacted so many times telephonically and on mails (with CC to Pune And Bandra PF office)and but no results came out of it.
Bajaj is saying that they had transfered the funds to Tata Aia,and Tata is saying that we have not yet recievd the funds.I had once checked the same on the EPFO site 5-6 months back( attched screen shot from website)in which they had shown the fund has been transfered but still not recieved.
you are rquested to kindly intervene so that I could get my hard earned PF.

I submitted my pf withdrawl form to Mr Sidharth at bajaj allianz staffing solution chandigarh office in the month may2013.There is no response getting back from him. kindly comfirm my pf settelment. my pf is PU/PUN/300862/15972 . I am also attaching my salary slip with this email. i want to know my pf settelment when comes to in my bank account. kindly help me

      My name is Asmani Mallick.I complain previous also regarding Baja allianz.My policy no is [protected] and [protected]

      Bajaj allianz is reject to cancel my policy.They cheatingly sell me policy and now they are not ready to cancel the policy.Even they are not ready to face me that agent who sold me policy.Sir/mem please help me,they just try to eat my hard earned money.Their agent given me false commitment and now instead they Bajaj allianz is try to eat my money.

        The agent from bajaj allianz who sell me policy is given me wrong commitment.He told me it is single mode premium.
        You have to pay only once and after 40 days you can get back your money guaranteed with some intrest.Your agent name is
        Alok Srivastav.Contact no [protected].
        After two month I got document from your side.Document I received on 26 April 2013.When I read that document,there is written it is 15 yrs plan.I confirm from bajaj allianz call center,that lady told me that 15 days free look cancellation is count from that day when you get document on your hand.I put paper to cancel the policy but bajaj allianz ia rejectected.
        I am sorry to say I never expect from my nightmare also that bajaj allianz is cheating people.They trained their agent to cheat people such a way.Before some month ago I thinking to invest on short term policy to bajaj allianz but i am sorry to say I think I never trust bajaj allianz.
        Sir please check my matter and please return my hard earned money.Please dont try to eat my money.I still have hope that bajaj allianz is good finance company.you will do full justice with m

              Hi Have surrender my Bajaj allianz policy no#[protected] on June 24th,2013 on Chennai branch till now I have not received my policy amount. I called customer care many times they are saying that my policy is in lapsed condition and you have not surrender your policy. I have submitted all my policy papers in Chennai branch only thing which I have with me is letter received from the branch at the time of surrendering the policy.

              Letter has one query number ,after asking customer care about query no.42778809 they saying that we don't have any information regarding this query. Please visit the branch.

              I went to the branch again on 21st July and they told me there is some system issue and you will get the amount next week.till now I have not received any amount and today I Called customer care again , they informed me the same thing that visit the branch again.


              I am posting this so that everyone should aware about the customer service of BAJAJ Allianz, As I am not going to Invest any money in BAJAJ , Suggesting to everyone that do not invest any money in Company's like bajaj. Pls Invest in Post office Schemes they have better returns and customer service that BAJAJ have.

              Bajaj Allianze life insurance policy — Firstly they cheated me and the person from whom I have taken policy and now delaying my cancellation.

              I have called Bajaj Allianze Sale Manager for my brother's policy and the person to whom I know and who recomend me for policy will going to get x% profit from this policy. But SM (sale manager) from Bajaj has put his family member name in policy and also gave us policy which has not been discussed when he had provided us details regarding policy.
              Secondly, when I ask to cancel this policy, the person in AIROLI (Navi Mumbai) branch kept my application with him for more than 3 days so that my Free locking period will expire. This has been told to him by his SM who has given me policy.
              In between they have asked me to do whatever I can.
              After this, I went to visit Mulund branch office (Divisional Head officer), he told me that he will take appropriate action and cancel the policy; but till date he has not taken any action and stopping my policy from cancellation. I should have get my money back within 15 days but he insisting on transffer of policy to other SM which I dont want.
              AIROLI branch SMs are daily calling us (the person who recomended and me) and forced to transffer the policy as soon as possible.

              Bajajallianz Insurance claim — insurance claim

              Sir,

              I have taken unit gain life insurance policy in bajajallianz on 4/7/2005. I have paid 3 instalments of Rs.15000/- and stopped.
              Because of financial crisis I could not continue the policy.

              Now I am requesting Bajajallianz to return back my money.
              But they are not accepting to give back my money and saying me to pay balance 3 instalments of Rs.15000/- along with interest.

              Now the policy status is Lapse.

              Kindly help me in this regard.

              I had purchased a life insurance policy from your company last year on August 27, 2008. It was fortune plus size one policy. Policy num [protected]. You will be glad to know that I have not received the policy till now. I could not find a single person who could helped me in this matter. I had a word with your toll free people, written to you people, spoken to the Sales Manager Gaurav Mahajan million times. Everybody is just passing the buck. Earlier they used to say just wait, then they said the policy was dispatched on 28 august, I Know that too. The best part nobody has the clue abt it and no one is taking the ownership.

                my mother C RAJESWARI of policy no:[protected] in bajaj life insurance(INVESTPLUS_PREMIER) . she payed 6 premium of 4010 per premium (2 premium per year). Agent told us this is a five years policy and u can stop it after 3 years and take the amount but after completing 3 years they are saying it is a 20 yrs policy u continue ur policy... i said that i closing the policy but they r saying 15,000 only given to u .. but i payed 24,060 . they r cheating.... i need atlest payed amount please help me..

                Life insurance — Insurance amount

                I would like to inform you that with out my knowledge you are deducting the insurance amount for my family thru my credit card. I have not taken any insurance from you, the best part is i am yet to get the documents or insurance card from you people. i am requesting you to return the deducted amount to me without fail with immediate effect. if possible can somebody call me and find out what is happening. expecting a call or mail from your end asap. i want to sort this out by end of today or tommorow.

                Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance — issue policy without my knowledge

                With out my knowledge this company had issued a life insurance policy and Rs 722.82 withdrawn from my credit card dt 03/04/2010. I am not intrested at all to do this . Another thing is that i have not yet received any policy package.This is the second complain to this company.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                My self Shamina Shaikh my Mom Sharifabi Shaikh purchased A policy from bajaj Allainz in the year 2008-09. we were paying Yearly Installment of Rs.11000/- and we had paid total Amount Of Rs.33000/-(3 Installment). at the time of purchasing policy the Marketing person did not disclose that in first year from our policy 30% allocation charges will be deducting. And they not inform us that this policy is based on Market rate. Now at the time of Matuarity Co. is telling that our Maturity Fund Value is Rs.21095/-. So Please Suggest how can we withdraw That much of Short amount.Please confirm my Complaint and do the Needful As soon as possible as we required the money for urgent basis.

                i contacted ur customer service already but they told that they contact me with in 48hrs about this issue but no responce from them after 72 hrs.. what r u saying about this..
                I wanted my full money back which paid from us. But u mailed as u will pay back only RS.15311.55.then where is our balance money of Rs.8748.45. for what u r charging this much amount...

                They are FRAUDS and in association with Citibank they are selling their policies making it sound like an investment. They give high commissions to Citibank officials to sell the policies by any means - Hook or Crook!!

                  I have taken SARVE SHAKTHI SURAKSHA policy through CITI Bank on Sep-2011 and surrendered the same on 01-Jul-2013. Customer Executive from Bajaj Allianz called me for Surrender confirmation call on 09th Jul 2013(Kalyani from Pune) and she has explained me about the Surrender penalty and Administration fee and all. I am not satisfied with that since I have been informed that For capgemini employee there is no Administration fee when surrendering the policy.

                  Again I got a call on 10th and 13th Jul from Chennai Bajaj Allianz and I have been informed that My policy got cancelled and I will be getting the amount on or before 17th Jul 2013.

                  Till date I haven’t received my amount and didn’t get any info regarding that. When I called customer executive today, I have been informed that my policy is still active.
                  Also I sent an email to 'citi.[protected]@bajajallianz.co.in' and '[protected]@bajajallianz.co.in', till now I didn’t get any reply from anyone.

                  Bajaj Allianz Life Insurence. — Non Payment of Surrendered Policy Amount

                  1. I surrendered my Unit Linked Life Insurence policy on 28 Mar 09. I was told that payment will be made on 02 Apr 09 positively.

                  2. On 02 Apr 09 I was told there is some problem in our system and payment will be made by 07 Apr 09 positively. Inspite of telling that it is very urgent requirement no official gave me satisfactory Answer and amount could not be deposited till 11 Apr 09 resulting my urgent requirement could not be made.

                  3. Because i could not finalize my deal i am stressed and harrased by company and feeling cheated.

                  Life insurance — Non-payment of the matured policy from bajaj allianz

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  With reference to your letter dated:[protected], i had visited your office situated in sector-8, chandigarh for the maturity benefit payout of my policy no. 3986932. There i met Mr. Rajiv Deol and Madam Ruchi, who actually told me to surrender orignal policy bond and fill down the discharge form only after maturity date of the policy i.e 23-Feb-2009 to get the full payout. Then i surrendered orignal policy bond and dicharge form and application form on 04-Mar-2009 at your office recieved by Madam Ruchi. After few days i recieved a letter from the pune office which states that my request cannot be processed because as per the policy condition after vesting date of the policy cannot be surrendered and i have to purchase annuity.
                  Few things i would like to ask:
                  i) Is bajaj allianz employees are unaware of the policy conditions or they are incapable to explain to the clients ?
                  ii) Why had they accepted the application request for the full payout after the vesting date ?

                  After waiting for the four months, i took a soft step to contact your customer care regarding the same. I recieved some calls from your pune office but nobody has actually come out with any solution. It is requested to make the full payout of the above policy or return my original policy(/documents) at my place.

                  First few questions : -

                  1. The policy which you have bought was a Pension Plan?

                  2. Did the policy has reached the period of Vesting?

                  Let me give you some of the answers : -

                  If the answer of the first question is yes, then ideally you have the option to withdraw 1/3 of the entire fund Tax free. Rest 2/3 of the funds have to be utilised for Annuity...

                  Any policy which reaches vesting period can, t be surrendered and can have the full surrender value.

                  This is the regulation/characteristic of a Pension Plan.

                  Yes I agree to your second question that if your policy has reached vesting date why they have agreed to take such request from you... This I can surely take as a mistake.

                    Hi,

                    I am well educated professional and today felt completely cheated with Bajaj Allianze Super Saver plan.

                    The policy return doesn't match with what is claimed in their brochure and explained by the Bajaj Allianze agents.

                    I have supporting documents which explains how Bajaj Allianze is cheating the small investor with wrong propaganda of giving guaranteed return. In thier Policy document with the TAG line

                    "Regular saving is the best tool to protect ones family. We at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance realize the value of your saving and present a non-linked, participating regular premium endowment plan, which will help you to save regular amounts for a safer tomorrow. Also get extra benefits with Guaranteed Additions of 4%of sum assured at the end of each policy year. "

                    As per this there is "Extra benefits with Guaranteed Additions of 4% of sum assured at the end of each policy year" which should be above the regular premium paid till maturity.

                    I got confused about the policy after talking to one of the customer support personal. It doesn't match to what was explained to me by Agent of Bajaj Allianz by referring to the tag line of the policy document.

                    What he explained to me is that as maturity benefit you will get Sum Assured and Guaranteed Additions of 4% of sum assured at the end of each policy year and it is not above the regular premium paid.

                    I have the broacher and the sheet which was explained to me by the agent. As per the explanation there is the return of around 12% (Including regular premium paid) but it will turn out to be <1% if regular premium is not included.

                    Today also whenever any Bajaj Allianze agents calls for the same plan he claims that there is guarnteed return of > 12% on Bajaj Allaianze super save plan.

                    I would request you to take up this matter and Bajaj Allainze to clarify the facts clearly and avoid the agony to the customer in the false trap of policy documents and complicated language.

                    The policy is such that it is very costly to surrender it in between and customer are left at the mercy of Bajaj Allainze false claims

                    I request you to take up this matter with concerned authority including IRDA to redress my grievance.

                    So I would like to know if I will get 15L + Maturity benefit at the time of maturity or it will be just Maturity benefit

                    Your response is urgent for me to take a decision if I should continue the policy or surrender it.

                    I bought a new car on 6th June, and though Bajaj Allianz to ensure the same. An executive came and issued me the policy cover note (copy attached) and ensure will receive the bond in few days. As I recall, the policy came after 20 days of the cover note issuing date. Anyways, I though sooner or later it has reached us.

                    On reviewing the policy i observed the following:

                    Name was wrong/error; they had written 'MRS' instead of 'MS'.

                    'A' was missing from the registration no of the car; Actual - DL 2CAL 6174, written as - DL 2CL 6174.

                    Considering above I approached the customer care and requested for rectification via req no 571 3710. They asked for the RC copy which I said I have not yet received the RC. They said we will process your request.

                    Again after few days I called the customer care on 23rd July, 2010 and they said your request has not been forwarded as yet. Can I have the reason why ????????/

                    They issued me a new request no ‘5893084’ and said will be processed.

                    How come the insurance companies working in their own style without considering customers time.

                    You cheat customer. There is nexus between you, Your agents and your Customer Relationship.

                    All of you make false claim of giving > 12% of tax free return and lockin period of 5 Years.

                    While the TRUTH is the return is less then 1% and actual lockin period is 15 Years (TERM plan)

                    If you surrender before that you will get only 30% of total premium paid (Less other charges)

                    So be careful,
                    IF ANYBODY CALLS YOU FROM BAJAJ ALLIANZ TO SELL A POLICY, BEWARE, SHOW THEM DOOR. THEY CHEAT

                      Respected Sir,

                      I took Bajaj Allianz "Sarve Surakhsa Policy" 3 Years back. When I took this policy the agent told me that I can surrender this policy after 3 years
                      without any charges. Now after 3 years when I want to surrender my policy and they are deducting other additional charges. I have already paid approx 36 installments. Please help what should I do. Also I have read many other complaints for this "Sarve Surakhsa Policy" . Other customers are complaining the similar fraud. I took this policy from Citibank.

                      Till now I have paid approx Rs 54000 and now my fund value is 29000. they have deducted almost 25000 which is big loss for me.
                      There are many other people who have similar complains about this policy,.
                      Please help me in getting my money back.

                      Bajaj Allianz — Policy Problem

                      This is to inform you that for Public awareness, I've taken a policy in Bajaji Allainz life insurance, initally the the agent from is concern has assured that the policy has covered under the Medical Terms. Once I received the policy document I came to know that policy is not under cover any medical terms as per the legall Govt Policy.

                      After check with the Bajaj Allainz one of the staff Ms. Mythili was attend the call give us the assurance that we'll cover the policy under the medical term for Rs.100000/- at special consideration from the customer request still it is not done by the Bajai Insurance company.

                      They agents are giving the wrong commitments to the public. Moreover the agents are not direct staff from the Bajaji Allianz they are from the third patry concern. The agent who approach me is from M/s. Danna Die, Annangar branch.

                      The agent name is Muthu, his mobile number is [protected]. Right now that person is also not picking the mobile for not to attend my quires.

                        Proposed Insurance bumper to bumper not cover me

                        As our telephonic conversation I have explained below the fact how to occoured.

                        Dated 15/06/2013 I was returning from Kharagpur , near Nandakumar
                        (NH-41)at about 17:45 hrs. Suddenly I saw an old man cross the road ,
                        no chance to bypass him, I breaked my car and stop the car but a
                        tata magic (chota hati ) failed or disbalanced his break behind me
                        and hit behind of the car. After this fact I saw that my car's diki
                        and bottom of the diki is fully damaged and could not open and at the
                        bottom there is a hole. It was necessary to open out some imortant
                        things from my car's diki. So I went to road side car mistry for open
                        the diki and he did the temporary job on the car at durgachalk,
                        Haldia .

                        I have taken the car from Jayashree Ford ,(Jamshedpur), Tata so I
                        contacted to Kaikan Ford and told all matter.

                        17/06/2013 I went to Kaikan Ford and met to Sandip Ganguly and then
                        went to Kaikan Ford's workshop , it was ture, workshop was unknown
                        place to me, so I reached late. After some conversation I told to
                        Pradip babu I will return tomorrow early evening.

                        My driver Krishna bahadur Rana drived the car, near Dulaghar,Hawrah
                        again another accident occoured at that night at about 20:45 hrs, when I return to Haldia.
                        a bus over take and came into my truck from left to right , my driver
                        moved to right more and hit the divider and breaked , at the sametime
                        an unknown car disbalanced and hit my back side of the car . After
                        that I saw, my car was damaged front side, back side and side door
                        also.

                        Dated 18/06/2013 I reached Kaikan Ford workshop and explained
                        everthing and fill up the form for claim my insurance . Kindly look
                        into this matter to get my full coverage and oblidge .

                          I had taken bajaj allianz insurance policy with policy no [protected] on september 2011. Till now i have paid all the premiums .But do to some reason i want to surrender it. As per the policy the surrender charges for 0-23 months is 7% but they are charging 35% of the amount i have paid that is approximate to Rs.10000. Whereas nothing is mentioned in the policy and nothing was mentioned when i purchased it . Inspite of regular calls to call center and the representative they are not responding .

                          Please help me get my money back.

                          I have surrendered my policy with policy no [protected] .i have paid Rs.31500 for 1 year 9 months but they have just returned me Rs.20000. Approximately 25 % of the amount has been deducted as surrender charges . whereas it should be just 6-7 %.When asked they are stating that its administration fee.

                            I opened a Citi bank salary account in Sept-2010 when I was offered for the BajajAllianz insurance policy linked with Citi bank suvidha account. They guaranteed 8% returns and 2 years lock period. They can I can come out of the policy anytime after 2 years. I opted for when they say I will receive the bond along with terms & conditions in few days after the enrollment and I can take back off it within a month if I am not OK with T&C and no penalty for that. But I received the Bond only after 2 months and that too after so many follow-ups. the bond is just 2 page doc with hardly 5 or 6 point under T&C. I am paying 2000/month and paid (33*2000=66,000/-) till date. After 2 years completion, I wanted to cancel the policy and called customer care. They say the lock period is 4 years now. If I still want to surrender, i will lose 40% of the amount I paid as premium. That is ridiculous. If I call Citi bank, they say they have no info to give and asked me to write to citi.[protected]@bajajallianz.co.in. I wrote a mail with all my detials. It has been 15 days and I am still waiting for their reply. I have not got any acknowledgement mail either. I kept on sending mails without any luck.

                            I decided to close my Citi bank also now. I want to get rid of the bank account and the insurance policy. I am seeing lot of complaints about this, but none of them say the problem is resolved.

                            Bajaj Allianz people will never help! This is their stereotype message which you will always find on all complaints "We would be happy to blah blah blah..." and they will do nothing but give you the same information "40% deduction will happen"

                            BEWARE of CITIBANK AND BAJAJ ALLIANZ CROOKS.

                            I have posted many complaints and sent them over 100 emails and have no resolution till now.
                            Same with me also. Bajaj alliance is not good I called so many times to withdraw my amount but they are telling we will deducted the amount.
                            Its Really bad man, , , i am also going to surrender it ASAP.
                            Still im waiting for the documents from one year .. called up many times and when i call the bajaj allianze people they said they dont have the details god knows were my money went
                            Lot of Deduction charges has been taken by Bajaj Allianz if we want to surrender the account we are keeping our money to save tax but bajaj alllianz will deduct more amount than tax its better to pay the tax instead of having policy with bajaj allianz.
                            Has this issue been resolved for anyone. I have continued the policy for 4 years with a total premium payment of 73500 ...Now when i asked about the surrender value, they said they will deduct almost 11000 Rs for admin charges and mortality rate. This was not mentioned to me when I opened the account. Has anyone lodged a complaint in the consumer court for this.We cannot let such tricksters and fraudulent policy makers roam free. They need to answer for this scam.

                                I, Sharmistha Bhattacharya, Relationship Officer, an employee of Bajaj Allianz Staffinf Solutions and working in Bajaj Finserv office at Infinity Benchmark, Salt Lake, kolkata had applied for resignation on 17 April 2013 from my company email id, without giving a notice period to my Manager Mr Himanshu Dave due to his indecent behaviour and verbal abuses which forced me to do so. As per contract it is clearly mentioned that "either party can terminate the contract with or without prior notice period of one month by paying to the other an amount equivalent to the salary of one month in lieu of notice". On May 1st week, I went to office for my resignation forwarding process, but my manager Mr Himanshu Dave refused to listen to me citing his busy office work and coming to office without prior appointment. Many a times I had called him up and each & every time he said that he had forwarded my resignation to HR and waiting for the confirmation. I had called up HR and discussed with her and she said that my manager has cited some legal issues against me for which my application is lying with legal cell in our company. More than 02 months have passed and still my resignation is lying pending at their end. For this I am unable to join in any other organisation and facing a critical financial crisis. As my husband is retired I am the only earning member of my family. I am totally mentally frustrated and don't know what to do next. I have not even received my monthly salary from April 2013 onwards. Please intervene and guide me at the earliest.

                                I have resigned the job. 8th May for my personal and big family issue, And my notice period shown 60days .

                                I have mail to my boss .. for I am not able to serve 60days notice, I have serve 30days notice and what would the remaining days I will pay the recovery amount.

                                  However my claim (claim no. OC[protected]-[protected] due to my accident on 3rd June 2013 was not passed in full because the company did not pay for the dent occurred in the same accident as well as for the loss of my wheel covers.
                                  I'm completely disappointed by the way my case has been handled by Mr. Mahendra Jangam where in he showed complete disrespect and negligence towards a serving officer of the Indian Air Force and harassed me mentally for 15 days for the same.

                                  BAJAJ ALLIANZ GENERAL INSURANCE — Claim

                                  Sir,

                                  In reference to my Claim Number: OC[protected]-[protected]Honda Activa), where in bifercation of Labour and Spare Parts were Rs.1700 and Rs.1588 respectively. Comapny executive himself have reduced the amount and sent the Labour Charges of Rs.1300/-, which now company is not able to justify. Executive did not click the photographs of Denting Painting, now when i have shown him the photographs which i had, he has sent the request to the company for the the mistake done.

                                  Bajaj Allianj is refusing to consider the mistake and is not ready to increase the Claim amount.

                                  Company has released a Cheque of Rs.1600/- approx for all the claims. Is Insurance company not liable to consider the facts. Their executive is saying if the work would have been done through Honda Showroom, Bajaj Allianj would have consider the claim at exactly and reimburse the amount. Isn't comapny executives liable to tell about all this before the claim gets submitted, so that we can go to the Showroom and get our vehicle repaired.

                                  I am annoyed by such a behaviour of Bajaj Allianj Gerneral Insurance.

                                    Let me bring to your notice that I have been cheated by Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company to such an extent that I have been loosing all my faith over humanity. I took a life Insurance policy in the year 2009 with policy Number: [protected]. I was supposed to pay a premium of Rs 138000 per year. The third premium which I paid in the year 2012 was used for a fresh policy on some one else life keeping me in a perception that my policy is in force however my policy went in a Lapse mode because of non payment of premium. The Premium was paid via Demand Draft number 029329 payable at Bank of India Gaya Branch dated 18/08/2012.
                                    The story doesn't ends here I paid another premium of Rs 400000 via cheque Number 415529 (HDFC Bank) as a renewal premium for policy number [protected] on 28/03/2012 which again was used for a new policy on some one else life with different Address and false documents. The second policy too went into lapse mode. More over since the future premium was not submitted hence the policy was foreclosed and an amount of 55000 was returned by the company this May. Please note I took this policy for some profit however this has incurred me heavy loss because of this unprofessional act.I have already submitted my complains to the Bajaj Allianz people but no such action has been so far taken.
                                    I strongly demand an inquiry in this case and strong action to be taken against the culprit. The Demand Draft and the cheques were collected by the Branch Manager Madhukar ji Madhu and Sales Manager Ajay Kumar Mishra. Both of them belong to Gaya Branch. I have suffered both Mentally and Financially and demand compensation along with the Principle amount Cheated.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    My dad Mr. S.K. Parthipan was having his Salary account in Axis Bank. A/c no: [protected] expired on May 17th 2008 due to Road Accident. As per procedure we were informed from Bank that Bajaj Alliance will be settling the claim for 2 Lakhs as accidental claim, since they are detecting yealy charges for all the customers. As a follow up, we sent the details legal heir certificate and all the other proofs for claim processing.

                                    But the claim has been rejected from BAJAJ ALLIANCE mentioning there is a need for the account holder to maintain 2500 as quartely balance to cover under insurance coverage.

                                    But he was having salary account and there is no neccesity for maintaining balance. If the insurance is covered only for the savings account, then why have you detected the fees for insurance in salary account.??? If I enquire in bank, they are telling that there is no need to maintain quartely balance and the claim is genuine. But still now they have not taken any action on this.

                                    Kindly help me as we are in high distress and suffering a lot. This would be really helpful for us. Or should i do any legal formalities or need to get approval from Human rights or any other sources. I am ready to get the things done for getting this claim.

On 17th july 2009. he was died as per nomination i am nominy of this policy. As per policy the sum assured is 1,15,000 Rs. + bonus for same years. but company pass my claim only Rs. 51,390 Rs.

                                    so, sir pls help me to get my exact claim amount from company. even when my husband call to customer care in january 2009 for surrender policy the customer care person told him that dont surrendar your policy. If you dont pay policy premium as you have paid for more than 3 years your

                                        I have taken a policy after bajaj allianz executive came pleading to me for taking the policy prior one month they gave me all the wrong information . This agents just want the money and their commissions they are just money bounded they are in the market just for money and nothing else. Especialy this Bajaj allianz agents firstly they call us harrass us for taking up the policy gives attactive offers and then they turn up saying u have signed the form so we can not offer u the claims benefits .
