From the 2nd day of purchase pulsar N250 ABS not working after taking speed 40km/h. I told many times at service center which is located at B L Saha road they working on it but till the problem not resolved.I have shown this problem to the service center three times and I have to take leave from office when I go to the service center, this is very problematic for me. My office is on the Highway and this kind of problem is very risky for me.

    My name is omprakash I bought bike from Bajaj agency located in sonbarasa bihar pin code 802158 agent name is ravidra by all cash payments in April 22 but until now I didn't get my rc book from them because they didn't submit my document to rto office and every day they just telling me new dates I'm totally not satisfied with there services kindly please help me get my rc book .

      I have purchased a bike year ago, in my bike there is a issue raised, i complained about the staffs are not responding whenever I go to the service they are saying we order the product but the product not yet to deliverd, it's have been 6 months, i facing a problem long ago, please solve the problem immediately as soon as possible, I hope you will solve the problem.         I bought a new dominor 400 worth 2.70 lakhs from Suryoday Bajaj on 15th April 2022 and not completed 6 months and having an issue of battery firstly then that issue i managed by my own and i got tucked in the middle of the highway and the shwroom persons were so rude not having a good after sales service.
        2 point today i.e 5th nov 2022 faced an issue of fuel injection were the fuel was not passing called the shorwroom persons they told u have to manage the transport by own i mean What the hell bike is under warranty not even has passed more than 7 months still they cant make a tow service very shamefull of them and the service center persons were not picking the calls form 5.30 tried 3 different numbers still not picking even the showroom manager calls were also not answered in the office hours then why they are working if you people cant make a proper service then close the door and dont sell the bikes we are middle class people saved the money from past 6 years to purchase these bike and these is what i deserved???

          Hello sir/madam
          I have purchased a byjus product (LKG-3) grade for my kid Dhanishka Shri on 20-feb-2022. We have paid some dues for the product, we didn't get proper response from mentor side and also due to my child health issue we can't able to continue the subscription.

          We requested to cancel the product and got cancelled in August month after so many problems, but still now my ECS process is not yet stopped. From September to till now my ECS process is active. I have reported about this to mentor but they didn't solve my problem. Financial team also calling and torturing to pay due after cancellation.Due to this I'm facing many
          mental problem and financial problems too. Already I have mailed and gave call back request for my problem. I didn't get any help. I want to get my ECS process to stop otherwise I will file case on you

                I bought avenger 160cc on 24July 2022 from TCS Bajaj(Faridabad) and battery(Exide) stopped working by Oct 2022. Visited service centre Guru Nanak Bajaj in Okhla, New Delhi and they want to keep the bike with them for 4-10 days to get the battery repaired/replaced. My concern is why should I leave a new bike with service centre for these many days that too just for battery issue and who will bear my transport cost for these many days as I work in market and have only this bike as mode of commute.

                    Just wondering what steps do Bajaj Auto goes through while hiring staffs and a so called ‘MANAGER’.

                    The service centre people do not have enough knowledge to deal with modern bikes and was shocked to hear their response about ‘ABS’.

                    Never expected something like this from ‘Bajaj’. They need to train their employees as some of them seriously need training !

                    The manger says, ‘ABS’ in a bike will only work when you are above 90 kmph and not while riding in slower speeds.

                    My issue still stands unresolved and I don’t think this service centre can fix this as none of them has any basic concept of ‘ABS’. It’s really an irony as BAJAJ was one of the first Indian manufacturers to bring ‘ABS’ after TVS.

                    Very disappointed with Bajaj and will also be raising this in ‘consumer complaints’ as these people just don’t care !

                      I purchased pulsar rs200 in 2017. 45days ago I got an issue with the magneto coil and I reached to SMP Bajaj Amalapuram for the spare part (DT351006). They are not even addressing the issue properly. they are telling that the part is not available now and they are also not sure how long it will take to get the product and even they are not taking the booking for it. instead they shared the list of dealers where the product is available and asking me to get that product.

                      Because of this my daily commute is very much disturbed and I have to be dependent on someone else to do my job. My bike is sitting at my home and catching dust since a month.

                          Hello Team,

                          I hope to write this email under better circumstances.

                          I am a proud owner of Dominar 2020 model – Vehicle number KA04KD4901. Since May 2021 till date, I had been nightmare with your service center & to get my vehicle permanent fixed.
                          Issue 1st reported on May to Bangalore (Indiranagar Service center moved to Kasturba Nagar since June),

                          Issue:
                          I have just one issue (Every time I ride an error comes “High coolant temperature). It appears from nowhere & with no fixed pattern from highway to city traffic anywhere & RPM locks engine gets so heated that headlights become complete foggy. Unable to spread light on road & ride longer with that condition.

                          Resolution:
                          Till date, service had changed 60% of my engine components starting from Head to timing change to coolant system…etc

                          Time taken:
                          More or else exception of 10days, the vehicle had been submitted 8times during May till Sep end
                          Escalated to Sampath Kumar (Bangalore head) in August with a promise to get permanent resolution on 11th Aug
                          Spent nearly 10K on service center & at least 8-9K in petrol just for testing throughout the service duration

                          Concerns:
                          1. Issue is still not resolved; a coolant error issue took 60% of engine part replacement including twice head assembly changes
                          2. Upfront payment… in May itself before my 1st service the Manager “Gururaj” asked me to make 9K payment in form of security
                          3. Mishandling each time on average keeping the bike 2- 3 weeks, it was returned empty tank with a promise of issue is resolved (Odo in 1st service 5K – last returned from Service center 5.9K), nearly 800KM it was tested for 4 months
                          4. Nonstop calls & messages. Guru ensures to nonstop communicate & give sideway explanation of keeping the bike so long with reoccurring issue
                          5. Begged to have my bike back from service centers during Aug for my family rides & missed all festive seasons
                          6. Harassment for time visiting & missing own vehicle in Bangalore commute

                          Company unable to fix a defect should take the vehicle back or replace with a new engine, I have all the communication & proof which shared during escalation to Bangalore head.

                            There is no Trackability of this bond.
                            How do we redeem it at maturity? Where we approach for redemption?...

                            I purchased Dominor 400 on october 6th 2022.I purchased the bike from Visakhapatnam Siripuram branch, Andhra Pradesh and I drove 100 km on 1st day to reach my hometown Narsipatnam.
                            It started giving trouble from the next day i.e.s 7th October 2022. I took it to the Narsipatnam showroom on 8th October, they updated some software and returned me the bike without fixing the issue.
                            I again returned the bike to Narsipatnam Showroom on 10th October as 9th Sunday was a holiday. They cleaned some sensor and returned me the bike without fixing the issue.
                            As I am not in the town my friend picked the bike from showroom and kept it at my home.
                            I checked the bike on 22nd October as soon as I came back and still the issue is present.
                            I took it to the Narsipatnam service center, they asked me to wait till they receive the sensor. Now I noticed black smoke coming out from my bike which happens only for old vehicles.
                            I drove only 140km's till now, that to 100 km on the first day.

                            I purchased the highest model of the Bajaj bikes, Dominor 400 and within 1 day it started giving me issue. I want you to replace this bike with proper bike which doesn't have any issue's or return me my money back.

                            I want immediate action to be taken or else I will go legal on the Bajaj Showroom for selling me some default/broken vehicle.

                              My name is Manoj Mandal bike number WB54Y6147. I was purchased my Bajaj pulsar 1250cc bike on 2020.Unfortunately I was fooled by buying the bike and every time I go to your Suri, Birbhum, West Bengal showroom to get the bike serviced, I face a lot of problems at the servicing center. Last yesterday I went to get my bike serviced, despite sitting for three hours, my bike was not serviced. They put their own acquaintances first.

                              Very bad experience. Please look into this matter.

                                2021 मैं प्लैटिना बाइक खरीदी की थी इंदौर शोरूम से परंतु उसके बाद से चलते चलते बंद हो जाती है इसकी कंप्लेंट में शो रूम पर भी कर चुका हूं उस सर्विस कराने के बाद भी कोई सुधार नहीं हुआ है पिछले 1 साल से मैं परेशान हो रहा हूं मेरी कहीं सुनवाई हो नहीं रही है मैं गुना मध्य प्रदेश का रहने वाला हूं मैंने गुना शोरूम को भी बताया था परंतु फिर भी कोई सुनवाई नहीं की है?

                                    I have purchased a NS160 on 17/06/2022. From the day i purchased it troubling me with the problem front disc brake was struck and accelerator keep on raising automatically and gear shifting was not good and it's touring off automatically 10 to 15 times per day .i have reported the complaints to the dealer (Akash Bajaj hosur Tamilnadu)they didn't even cares about the customer .
