    I am Moses Trichy 620020 purchased Bajaj Pulsar 125 CC vehicle (TN45CB8482, Chassis No: MD2B64BX3NWF06898 and Engine No: DHXWNF96626 ) from Krishnaa Autos (Authorised dealer of Bajaj Auto Limited), No 3/1 Dindigul road, Near Central Bus stand, Trichy) showroom on 19.11.2022 with full payment paid Rs. 111000 (Advance payment Rs. 10000 paid on 27.10.2022 and balance amount Rs. 101000 paid on 10.11.2022).

    On 23.11.2022 the vehicle was running with 50 KM speed on Trichy bypass road and suddenly the engine turned off. I tried to start but could not. So I complained about the vehicle problem with Krishnaa Autos. Then the Krishnaaa Autos service centre technician told “you don’t have a proper driving knowledge so that the engine is getting into off mode’’, then The technician also driven the vehicle for 3 KM again, the engine was getting off two to three times again, he said its looks likes a carburettor problem we will rectify the problem, here after the same problem will not occur again.

    Due to my job relocation I moved to Chennai along with the bike through parcel service in safely. On 02.12.2022 I went shopping and on return, I tried to start the bike and again I faced the same problem. I could not start the bike, at the same time some lot of white smoke was coming from the engine. Got panicked and terribly frustrated by this. My hard earned money gone waste and purpose of buying the bike gone ruined.After that we have complaint the vehicle condition to Bajaj auto customer service through e-mail on 07.12.2022, after that they send technician on 13.12.2022 from Sri Malini Motos (Authorised dealer of Bajaj Auto Limited), #1765 I block, 6th Avenue, Anna Nagar, Chennai – 600040, they checked the vehicle condition and try to start the vehicle but the technician also unable to start the vehicle so they tow the vehicle from my relatives house at Aminjiarai. On 17.12.2022 Sri Malini Motos service in charge informed we have changed the carburettor but it’s not clear, also we find some fuel (Petrol) leak into the vehicle engine, we need to rework the engine. We called up to Sri Malini Motos technician in charge regarding the vehicle job card (Work quotation) but he denied giving any acknowledgement. On 19.12.2022 I went to Sri Malini Motos and informed them, don’t do any work with out my knowledge.

    Then We have inform the situation to Krishnaa Autos On 19.12.2022, and ask about the suggestion for the situation and ask to replace the vehicle, they inform me we could not replace the vehicle, but we suggest we can resale the vehicle with Rs. 30, 000 to 35, 000 detect the vehicle amount and we can provide new vehicle. Such an irresponsible behaviour and response we got it for buying this reputed brand.

      I have purchased Avenger 160 today evening. Dealer delivered a damaged display vehicle to me. Even after I pointed out the damage they just ignored and try to deliver the vehicle. I dint took delivery of the vehicle and require a solution for this.

          Multiple times fault in New Bajaj Ns 160 Bike which is purchased 31/03/2021
          every time temporary solution provided by Bajaj Service center and charge very high amount. I could not gen permanent solution.

            I have Bajaj Avenger 160, purchased on 13/07/2022. I don't know that I have purchase a Pain or Bike, From the First weak itself bike started giving us problem in self start, the showroom person took that.. kept it for 2 days and returned the same bike to us saying that it was a software problem, again the same scenario after 15 days later, I was in my local area due to my work and bike is not taking the self, called showroom people they came and take away the battery and returned the same by evening... the same thing is going on from the first weak of bike purchase, informed several time to the dealer also to replace the battery, but not able to understand. what is issue going on with the dealer or Bajaj why u guys are not replacing the battery, I am not able to understand. Now the situation has been come to the stage where before going to office i need to go to a garage.. they will charge the ### battery for i hour and refix the same on bike then I can go anywhere... means I have not purchase the ### bike.. i have been purchased a ### hard pain, which i have to bear in any scenario. So in this regards, Let me very clear to you guys that if you guys have problem to change the ### battery in these situations also... then I am also bound to go to Consumer Court. Because I have got the arrangements of near about 15 People who have the same ### model which is near about only 4 to 5 month Old and they all are facing the situations where neither Bajaj is ready to listen nor the ### Dealers.

                        I m Neeraj Tiwari,
                        I own my pulsar ns125 on 10th May 2022There is so little time, the bike is new, already it has so many problems.like gears will acting very tight on it nd handle nd race is also tight . A problem occur in the clutch or fuel indicator system is shows wrong nd meter light sometimes doesn’t shows on. A weird sound comes from the bike. I m facing a lot a issue may in it even bike haven’t a complete a year.

                            Hi, I gave my bike for servicing on 29th Nov and got a commitment that will get the vehicle on 30th Nov. On 30th Nov, when I went to receive my bike, they suggested that my Battery is dead and I have to submit the warranty card to claim a new battery. I provided the warranty card as per their requirements. Post that they asked me to wait for 2-3 days for the new battery replacement. It's been 8 days. Still, they are not providing the bike and asking me to wait for another week. Every time I am calling them, they are quoting a new date. Today when I went to the service center and asked them that, please repair as soon as possible, bcoz I can't wait for a half month just to replace the battery. Then the way the service center in charge behaved was pathetic. They asked me to take the bike and said we can't repair it. Either you have to wait for another week or do whatever you want to do. That time I simply walk away from the service center, because I don't want drama over there.

                            Please help me to get my vehicle. I tried everywhere. But didn't get a single response. Also complaint against the dealer 3 days back over the bajaj customer service number. But no response. My last option is the legal way.. If I won't get any solution by EOD. Will take legal action against Bajaj Auto

                              Avenger 160 street frequently starting trouble and gets off issue

                              I bought my bike on Feb 14 2022 still one year not completed i have very bad experienced with my new Avenger 160 street bike.very sad to say two times bike completely off when I on my way to office.this time night 9:30 pm my bike when I put first gear bike get off.i cannot move my bike in single step.service center telling censor issue and setting issue i cannot understand these problem.i fed up with this bike.no confidence to go with family...

So after 2years that bike silancer was broken then i went to ur nadigam bajaj showroom and order the silencer 4months back. Still i haven't the silencer. I'm asked meny times your nandigama showroom spearparts team they told coming coming told many times but still i haven't silencer so please solve my problems my Name Avula Pullarao

                                I have visited the workshop many times but still the issue is not resolved, Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest. I am now fed up. It is disgusting and really disappointing.

                                  This complaint is for arresting the thief hampering the Bajaj Motorcycle Model: Avenger 220 DTSI ES purchased in year 2013.
                                  Thousands of kilometer is being driven by someone after stealing the model in a hidden way so such thief should be immediately arrested by police

                                    I am M.Rajesh([protected]). I took a vehicle finance loan by agreeing that EMI will be directed automatically from my bank account. But unfortunately EMI is not deducted from my bank account. By this I want to the showroom and raised the issue saying that the EMI is not detected. They said to visit vehicle finance office relating to this issue so I went to the vehicle finance office and raised an issue about my EMI. Later, then the person called me saying that you have to pay EMI. I said I have enough balance in my bank account, but the EMI’s not Deducted.So he said pay by cash or cheque payment .Then immediately I issued a cheque of 20, 000/- in the name of Varun FINANCE . But now some other person called me and threatened me saying that you are not paying EMI. You have to pay EMI by cash but I remained him the agreement during the purchase that EMI will be deducted from Bank account .But he is not at all listening to me and using bad and informal language .When I ask about the cheque they is not reply from him and saying no cheque is give and double crossed the promise he made earlier.

                                      I bought Avenger 160 CC in June 2022. From then 3 times, bike failure happened.
                                      Details:
                                      Bike Name: Avenger 160 CC
                                      Date of Incident: 3 times after buying, Recently on 24th Nov 2022
                                      Nearest Service center: Garve Bajaj, Wakad, Pune
                                      Description: Service center told me that a Technical failure is happening due to the wrong fuse. They have changed it twice. Still today, another time bike did not start. It is a new bike and happening, again and again, making the situation worse for me.
                                      Can you please take it on priority?
