Hi Bajaj,

My name is Pamidimukkula Karthik, I purchased the vehicle @ Varun Motors Kondapur Hyderabad - 500084, Telangana of (D400 Model: 2021, Km’s reading: 13800 only) Date of Registration: 07/06/2021 Vehicle Registration No: TS07HS4726, Chasis No: MD2A67MX4M4MCM03643 and Engine No: JFXCMM10363.

From day one is facing frustrated with the issue with my vehicle and my main and only reason is (while running it is getting stops and getting worse in the engine and other parts) and continuously facing this issue, I was visiting the service center @Varun Motors Kondapur only so many times but there not solving it and stealing some parts while taking at the delivery time there not providing me Invoice as well and saying that include in warranty so the bill will be not issued. If I gave them a bike for resolving they take almost two to three weeks in the showroom only at the time of giving and I don’t have any satisfaction till now they make some damages to the bike like scratches with big marks and stealing some parts like bike rear seat luggage strap, medical kit and doubted and original engine parts which provided by the showroom. I doubt they provided me Demo Bike, starting at the time of my new delivery time with so many issues in it. The Bike is not getting started immediately taking some time to start it and stopping while running the bike I do have some invoices and bills as well they provided me. This is my life and death matter while riding and your manufacturing vehicle. These would be my final request from my end or I will be filing a case in consumer court and not giving the best satisfactory service. So am going to file a cheating case.

The service center manager wants proof while running and he had done some trials with it but at that time the problem not occurred they ride it one time only, of course, my vehicle is getting off sometimes only not all the time. But even though it's very dangerous to me while riding in it and at the main of the engine starting get Rust, I don’t know after using it only 13k Kilometers.

What are the changes done by the service center while in the warranty now, Head Light, Radiator, and engine parts can’t name it properly should check with them because they didn’t provide me with bills also, and still changing but I don’t trust them do they change it or not in originally?

What are the changes done by the service center on Paid Service: Clutch plates time till now has not much satisfactory, the clutch wires are three to four times plus, and still right now in First or second gear I can’t able to cross the above 55+kmps due to low RPM, Brake pads five times with not good maintenance and still it’s not working fine. While getting oil leak from the engine they had close with some gas kits or oil seal so many times or for every chain Lubrication and till now also I have to be changed all that with the waste of my money, efforts and time.

Starting from the Date 07/06/2021 to till now every month for two to three weeks my bike is in the showroom only and I do have some proof Like call logs and recordings of the bike stopping and not getting started. Please as per my request to the higher team of Bajaj rectify my problem.

I do face some nearby death accidents of sudden bike stops while riding and even informed the showroom but there not show me some

      While coming from miyapur we stopped near signal auto came and hitted our bike. When we say him he is talking on phone . We said stop talking on phone and drive he said my phone my auto I'll talk who are you to say. And used bad words. Please do take a action on him.

        While we are coming from miyapur. Auto driver is driving the auto very rashly and splitting the water on others . We stopped him and asking he said only water no why are you stopping me and talking bad words. His way of talking was very dirty. Please do take a action on him.

          My name is Palli Simhachalam.I have been taken PULSAR NS 200 bike for just two weeks.Now my bike sensor is gone.I want to showroom they were told bike sensor is gone. I am fully disappointing . They are telling repairing the bike will be taken for 15 days. Kindly replace the bike or solve immediately as soon as possible.

              My son purchased Dominor-400cc vehicle on Feb-2021.Recently he met an accident and some parts of the vehicle damaged.For repair we have given at Bajaj showroom at Karwar, Karnataka dated on 17/09/2022.Stilll today spare parts are not arrived from company to repair morethan 20 days over.Taking toomuch time for supplying spare parts from reputed company.Do needful as early as possible.Vehicle no:KA30-W-3362

                I have purchased Bajaj Avenger street 220 on 19 June 2018 with high expectation from Baja Auto
                As I am lokal from Aurangabad so want to support hometown company.

                    Sir,

                    It is to inform you that I am the owner of the Bajaj Dominor 250 bike (PB 23 Z 0495). I met with an accident on 24 August 2022, my bike was insured (Bajaj Allianz Insurance) so I submitted my bike to Dada Motor Enterprises LLP (13186) Khanna Punjab workshop for repair. on the date 25 August 2022.

                    On 30.09.2022, I received a call from Sh. Arshdeep Grewal, Manager Service (Mob: [protected]) Dada Motor Enterprises, informed me that the bike is now ready to deliver. So, I asked for the service amount bill for the insurance claim, then he WhatsApp me a Proforma Invoice (Copy Enclosed) amounting to Rs. 24428.28. I immediately forwarded this tax invoice to the insurance surveyor for my claim. But the surveyor denied the sanction of the full Rs. 24428.28 by citing reasons for higher labour charges. I requested both parties to discuss and resolve the matter of the service bill and claim amount. But no progress has been made in this regard.

                    I again called Sh. Arshdeep Ji for the final bill for the bike repair. But he refused to give me the final bill citing policy reasons. I complained to Bajaj Auto customer care via a toll-free number on date 03.10.2022 about the delay in my settlement of the bike. In response, I received a call from Sh. Arshdeep Ji but again no progress was made towards my bike claim settlement and delivery.

                    After various verbal communications from both parties, today (06.10.2022), the surveyor sent me the claim amount of Rs. 19665. I informed Sh. Arshdeep Ji through WhatsApp the claim amount of the surveyor for confirmation. Then Sh. Arshdeep Ji sent me a revised amount of service bill amounting to Rs. 23248. I called him and asked the reason for the differential between the claim and the service amount, then he said it's a depreciation price which you bear. I immediately respond and express denial of this statement.

                    After all, at noon of 06.10.2022, I received an email subjecting Non Reporting... PB23Z0495 from Sh. Arshdeep Ji regarding the visit to the workshop for complaint and bike delivery (Copy Enclosed). So, I visited the Khanna Workshop in the evening to discuss the matter. I made a conference call with the surveyor and Arshdeep Ji to reach the final resolution. The surveyor asked Sh. Arshdeep Ji to provide the detailed scheduled bill of each part to provide a full claim of labour charges. But Sh. Arshdeep Ji refused to provide the detailed scheduled bill to the surveyor citing policy reasons. So, I asked Sh. Arshdeep Ji to provide a revised service bill and job card. He provides me Tax Invoice bill dated 06.10.2022 amounting Rs. 23248.24 (Copy Enclosed) and Job card (Copy Enclosed). But I noticed that the Job Card does not contain my signature and the leaf of Vehicle Acknowledgement is properly attached to this job card. I already have a Vehicle Acknowledgement leaf which was provided to me from the workshop as a receipt of the submitted bike on the date 25.08.2022 (Copy Enclosed). So, how can he again reproduce the Job Card which has a Vehicle Acknowledgement leaf that does not contain a signature?

                    Reviewing the above-highlighted point, it clearly shows the intention of Sh. Arshdeep Ji is not clear. He knowingly misinformed me and produced false statements for me. For nearly 40 days my bike has been stranded in the workshop. It's clearly a moral and economic harassment of mine. This delay affects my daily schedule and work culture. So, I requested you to kindly intervene in this matter and resolved my case as soon as possible.

                      Bajaj Auto Ltd
                      My excitement turns into dissapointment.Within 2-3 days my bike started making troubles. getting shutdown, making jerks while travelling.Showroom and Customer support didn't helped in a proper manner. Really pathetic service
                      Looks like I have got a defective bike. Don't know what QA team of BAJAJ is doing. They are supplying defective bikes to the customer.

                      I have attached the screenshot where i have already contacted bajaj support team and showroom and they are saying it can only be repaired they have already tried to update ECU and took two of my days still i am facing the same issues and when i asked for replacement it they told me that it cannot be replaced even after spending my money i am getting these services.

                        There are severap points to complain.
                        1. The first and foremost point is the misbehave of Service Manager with the customer.
                        2. Visited several times to the service center but issue still not resloved.

                        Issue: Having issue with the rear breaking of my Bajaj Pulsar 125( 2020 model)

                        I have visited several times to the service center but they just reply that the issue will continue we can't do anything with it.

                          I purchased Bajaj platina 100cc bike fron Sai services wakadewadi, Shivaji Nagar, pune on 11 July 2022 it seems I got fualty bike no average & pickup, i already done 1st service but no average & pickup problem solve, i am getting only 56 km, no average many time complaint but no resolve, I be told that you will get in city 70 to 80km but i am getting only 56 km,

                              I'm purchase new 150cc pulser from 21st January 2021, i am completed 2 free bike service. Today I am going to process 3rd free service from Popular Bajaj- Guduvanchery.
                              But he say sir u already completed 3 free service from Kanchipuram susee Bajaj auto from March '2022.
                              So now not possible to free service.
                              But I am not process to 3rd service.
                              I don't know y update wrongly.
                              And that showroom cheating with Bajaj corporation.
                              So pls investigate the problem and solve.

                                My bike had a real bad noise and i took it to adhitya Bajaj service centre which is located in nava India, coimbatore. I never had such a worst experience. I have three Bajaj bikes and i regularly service it from this place. The service advisor, Anthony Daniel to whom i spoke very clearly about the bike denied to take the bike and he told me that they are having man power issues and it'll take three days to check the bike. After three days i called him to the number which was provided in the job card but he never responded and sometimes he denied my calls. Later he lied to me that they checked the bike and the sound was coming from engine and i have to pay some amount and only then they'll check it. I then talked to the technician about the bike and told him about its problem. There was no response. Then i again went to showroom to confirm if they're really working on the bike but they did not even check it. This service advisor Anthony Daniel was insisting me to pay 2000 and only then they would dissemble the engine and check the issue. I felt very bad . I'm really frustrated how these guys avoid me as it is a big work to dissemble the engine of RS200. He told me that there's some issue with the engine and it has to dissemble and reworked.I did a full engine service from this particular service centre for around 30000INR three years ago at 67000kms approx. Not it's 92000 kms and he's telling me that the engine has to be checked and for that i have to pay 2000. Now this is really bad. They are even talking to me in a bad tone. Please consider this complaint and do as required.

                                  This is Dharmendra Shelke from Kamothe .Today I was travelling to home from Khandeshwar station and was denied fare by auto with number MH46C2205 saying some other reasons.
                                  This Auto Walla was do arrogant, was trying to dodge me go there and here .
                                  Can't understand this behaviour whether we live in India Mumbai or some princely state owned by some Dubai Shaikh.
                                  Democracy is being murdered all the way .

                                  I also tried calling local police station but no response as nobody was available to attend my case due to shortage of police personnel as per on duty staff on call.
                                  I need immediate response on why this is happening with common man who is ready to pay fare as per government regulations and why do this autowallas do dadagiri
                                  This is completely unacceptable in a developed town like Kamothe Navi Mumbai where a normal flat cost is more than 50 Lakh and rent is more than 10 k
