117 rs. charges deducted without permission.
This is totally fraud.
So many years ago, I have taken service of Bajaj Auto Finance, doesn't mean they have authority to deduct my money anytime.
Return the amount else will highlight to higher autories and lodge complaints.

    I had gone to GSM sales (13006) at Plot No 632, khandsa road, gurgaon, haryana on[protected] for servicing of my avenger 220CC bike having no. KA01 HL 5877. Job Card No. RJC[protected] and Invoice No. CINV[protected].
    Service advisor advised me to get AMC issued and as per the advice and benefits, I purchased the same for an amount of Rs. 1415/- and left the bike there for servicing. It is to be oted that there were no major repairing or part replacements in the vehicle and it was only a basic routine service which I usually get done.
    The next day I went to pick the bike and duly paid the invoice amounting to Rs. 1436/- and found that the complaints regarding the noise from the vehicle still the same. I escalated the thing to Mr. Kamal Baskhi but he couldnt help. Then I raised my concern to Mr. Atul (Quality Manager) regarding the isses. I told that I had specifically mentioned in the job card regarding the noises in the front and rear brakes, noises pertaining to chain beneath the seat and so on. but none of them was repaired at all by the serviceman, Mr. Bali. The supervisor, Mr. Rahul instructed him to repair the brakes and he did the same when I reached there to pick my bike upon escalation. There were irritating noises coming from the vehicle as if it was not at all repaired. The trust and loyalty was broken along with the monetary loss of Rs. 2800/-+ (servicing and AMC cost).

    When I reached, I called them and apprise them of the unsolved issued to which Mr. Atul had casually said me to come again and get it done at the service centre. I was very shocked to listed that careless and casual behaviour. Instead of apologising and getting it corrected, he asked me to go there and waste my time again. I had to leave the office now and get the same repaired again which is a total loss time, efforts, fuel, money, loyalty and customer service and eventually ended up being deficient in providing the basic service of being an authorised service centre of India's one of the biggest two wheeler manufacturer and industry leader. Now I want to cancel that AMC, get my bike properly repair and a reasonable compensation for the loss of time, energy and money.
    Even the basic two wheeler service could not be done properly by the authorised service centre and will escalate the concern to the everywhere possible level in the Company and even file the consumer complaint for being deficient in providing services.

            Talwandi regarding rc docs.mr.rahul demand me 12000 rs for rc charges.mr.rahul says down payment of this platina is pending from kaka ram.i given 8000 rs to mr. rahul owner of satguru motors talwandi last near about one year. But he is fraud with bank and me.because mr.rahul when down payment reciept given to bank then bank loan dispersed.
            I think bajaj company service is very good.plz solved this issue as soon as possible.i attached bill copy of motorcycle

              My self Probal Roy Chowdhury. I bought a brand new Bajaj pulsar NS 125 on 01/07/2022. i bought it on EMI from Bajaj Finance. downpayment total ammount -28, 470 rs. online transfer - 23, 400 rs. cash - 5, 070 rs. problems I'm facing now 1. after buying the bike I got some engine noise i tell them and directly visit to Barrackpore ms bajaj but they told me to contact Naihati MS bajaj, so I also visit there but they refused to accept the engine noise problem. 2. after few days I noticed some Mobil leakage from mobil filter chember. I said them to change my bike because I bought a new bike it has manufacturing default then why should I have to take this product but they refused to accept it. last month I paid my emi ammount of 3761rs. on next month again I have to pay 3761 on 3rd September 2022 but when I'm not be able to use this product then why should I have to pay for that? they are continuously maintally harrassing me. 3. they told me everything will be good after first servicing but nothing fixed and I drive this bike only 577 kms after buying. I don't want to get more harrassment please help me. so I told them i want my money back or else I have to complaint to the higher authority court but they didn't respond anything. I don't want this product anymore or don't want to pay the emi. why should I have to pay for it? i want my money back. i have videos and photos of this product problem.

They not given vehicle number and document and told me first you submit the Rto penalty charges 4, 800 and I am asking for showing the penalty notice to me . He told me I can't show you first you paid me fully penalty charge.

                        My complaint is regarding your service quality.
                        Almost 2 yrs back I had a problem with my Pulsar RS 200. I went on a 300km ride and as a I got back home, I felt that my gear pedal wasn't responding (Downshifting very well but not Upshifting). I took it to your PIECE OF ### that you call a "Service Centre". Those ### just changed a gear spring and after keeping my bike there for two days, I was charged Rs900. Two days later again I took the bike out for a short city ride, I hardly went 200 metres from home and found that my gear pedal broke like seen in the image (Please atleast have a look at my image, that has been uploaded for a reason). So my gear pedal broke (thankfully it was in 1st gear when it broke so atleast I could ride it to better service centre than your "AUTHORIZED PIECE OF ###") and then I got it repaired for less than Rs150 (I just purchased a new gear pedal set off your spare stock) and got it replaced from somewhere else which is ages better than your "AUTHORIZED PIECE OF ###". I got so furious that I wanted to FILE A CASE IN COURT each and everyone of you for case of FRAUD AGAINST CUSTOMER (Because off course I couldn't BURN DOWN your Service Centre to ASHES which I exactly felt like doing on that day). Like seriously, I'm buying your bike for Rs. 1 lakh 60 thousand (Off course that was a LOT OF MONEY back then and still is) and this is the kind of service I get from you. I'm making this complaint after 2 yrs bcoz just today I got a call from your side just TODDAY to get my bike serviced at your "AUTHORIZED PIECE OF ### THAT YOU CALL A SERVICE CENTRE"

                        CONCLUSION : GIVE ME THE NAME AND PERSONAL MOBILE NUMBER OF YOUR "SENIOR MOST PERSON" RUNNING THAT ### SERVICE CENTRE OF YOURS

                        ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION : SHUT DOWN YOUR SERVICE CENTRE AND OPEN A CHAI/PAN/BIDI SHOP BECAUSE THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT ALL YOU GUYS ARE CAPABLE OF.

                        After this complaint, the people from both BANERJEE BAJAJ SHOWROOM and BANERJEE BAJAJ SERVICE CENTRE have started calling me, for what reason I don't know. They call me anytime during my work hours, but I still pickup their call and the guy on call doesn't say anything, so I disconnect the call. This has been happening repeatedly so now I have BLOCKED all those numbers and also REPORTED SPAM against all of them. If anyone faces similar problem from these spammers, I'm noting down the numbers along with their TrueCaller IDs. The numbers are as follows :-

                        [protected] Servce. Servicng (Serviceing Booking)

                        First of all, Banerjee Bajaj should understand that they are present to serve us, help us, not to bloody harass us. So calling me won't help now. I'll keep on BLOCKING and REPORTING any further calls from any new numbers I receive. Anyone having same problem can spam these numbers too, because of course, they only know how to HARASS people. And another thing, don't any of you ### dare call me during my work hours or any damn hours, I do actually work at my office unlike you STUPID and LAZY bunch of ### who don't even even know how to type on KEYBOARD.

                        Just for an example of how attentively they work, take a look at the last number and the name written for it.
                        They have written the word "SERVICE" three times but not one spelling is correct. This is the ### we get in the name of "SERVICE".

                        Only one advice to you BANERJEE BAJAJ
                        GO TO HELL.

                            I have submitted my Bajaj NS 125 Pulsar Orange on 8th August 2022 this the third time in month I have submitted the Bike for service for Jerking problem in Bike. Since 15 days the bike is at service centre. Everyday i call them and ask them an update for my Bike and daily there is same revert from them the Test Drive is pending and the problem is not getting solved from them after changing the parts too. Last week Rs 500 petrol was in bike and it got nilled by them after testing the bike and deliver to me as problem solved and again was submitted with same problem. AGAIN RS 500 PERTOL WAS FILLED AS THEY SAID THEY NEED THE PETROL.IN BIKE.FOR TESTING AND SINCE 15 DAYS THE BIKE IS DAILY TESTED AND USED BY SERVICE CENTRE.
                            IN MONTH OF FEBRUARY I HAVE PURCHASED THIS BIKE AND IN MARCH AFTER 1ST FREE SERVICE DONE THE PROBLEM WAS STARTED IN BIKE JERKING ISSUE. THREE MONTHS I RAN THE BIKE WITH PROBLEM AND SINCE JULY ENDING I AM JUST RUNNING SERVICE CENTRE TO SOLVE MY BIKE ISSUE .
                            TILL DATE MY BIKE IS NOT RETURNED TO ME AND STILL IN PROCESS OF CHECKING. I NEED THE SOLUTION FOR MY ISSUE OR ASK COMPANY TO CHANGE THE BIKE IF ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED BY THEM AFTER CHANGING OF PARTS AND TEST DRIVES FROM SO MANY LONG DAYS

                              I have purchased Platina 100, from Susee Bajaj, Tiruvnelveli.

                              The actual price of the vehicle is as per online web it is around Rs.70000/-, but they charged Rs.79800/-. Now there is a facility for the road side assistance and I have called when my vehicle got punctured, they came and picked up the vehicle.

                              Now they are saying the vehicle got some marks of dust, forkoil leakage, i have fell down so they can claim insurance and the vehicle got to be repaired on the fork oil leakage is the major complaint.

                              I have not fell down, there is the muddy dust in few parts of the vehicle as I have driven while it was raining .

                              Only just 4 months gone after purchase of vehicle this company is saying forkoil leakage, so they have not delivered the quality vehicle that too after charging around Rs.10000 more money from me.

                              Now My vehicle is with them only, Please looki into this matter and solve this issue,

                                  I bought NS 200 in March 2022. In the very first service, my bike was in good condition after that I have engine noise and vibration problems also. On the second service, I complained about the issues with the bajaj repair person they said it's an engine sound only, and I am not satisfied with these answers, so again also I told the repair person to see the issues they aren't even responding to me. Most of the NS bikes have an engine noise like my bike. In July also visited the bajaj showroom to see the issue. They checked my bike at that time also they said it was an engine sound only. I knew there is some problem with the engine. How many times I had visited the showroom I didn't even get the solution for that complaint. Yesterday I went to the showroom for the third service at that time also I said them to see that issues they aren't even responding to me. The worst workers I have ever seen. I need a solution to this complaint. Now I hear an engine noise louder than before.

                                    I had bought this app for 45k for which I had paid initialamountvof 5k and rest 40k I had agreed to pay in 12 EMIof Rs.3333/- but I didnot like that app and applied for cancellation within 15days and that time there executives offered me a discount and informed me to pay only 28k. But as the EMI was fixed for Rs.3333/- they told me that after 9 months of payment they shall refund the excess amount of 1997 to me back ( 3333 * 9 = Rs. 29997/-) .

                                    My 9 months of EMI ended on Feb 2021 but in March also they tried to deduct amount and as I had not kept enough cash in that account the cheque bounced. So from theirfinance team executives called me. I showed the communication I recd from byjus but they were not accepting it. Due to their internal mismanagement their data were not updated and some of their executives were so harsh to me that the verbally abused me and talked in very harsh way. Later on after 15 to 20 days of many mails and calls to different departments and at last when I threatened them to take legal way they stopped calling but I have still not received my refund.

                                    For refund also I have written mails and made many calls to them Once they took my account number and ifsc code and told that they shall refund it that week but I have not yet received any amount I have written mails to them after that also but now they font even reply to my mails.

                                    Their finance team is very poor with no record management and have no general ethics to behave with others. Kindly help me to get my compensation

                                      Bike having some sensor issue from two Today's I'm visiting service center they r saying wait for ten days parts are not available and most of the bikes same issue..and they are not providing alternative vehicles also if problem is manufacturing defect company side then y customers has to suffer already 6 vehicles are facing same problem there in that service center i[censored] not solve my problem in next two days I'm gonna file a FIR ON bajaj auto limited regarding this

                                        1- without service our mechanic will not handle your complaint.

                                        2- it will take 1 week to resolve your problem( bike not starting)

                                        3. We got it... Your charger is not OK.. we have to replace it..

                                        4 - sir, , the charger is OK but actually the RRE unit is not working.

                                        5- sir we replace it and your bike is ok.. please come and collect it.

                                        6- sir sorry, actually the bike is not getting start without pulling the clutch.

                                        7- sir your clutch point has to be replace.

                                        8- sir your button system is also need to be replace.

                                        9- sir the bike is fine now please come and collect it

                                        10- total amount 3800/- approx.

                                        11- Mr Hargun( advisor), Mr. Iqbal ( mechanic), Mr. Ram sevak ( store incharge) says, , sir aapki bike ekdum massst bana di hai bilkul nayee jaisi.

                                        12- next day dated 10-8-22, , the problem of not starting the bike is same, , Mr. Hargun not picking my phone... Mr Ram sevak not responding as he has move his home.. Mr. Iqbal has no clue ki ab mein kaise isko theek karu?????.

                                        Sir the time of this whole practice has been completed 7 days, , , the 7 important days of my life and

                                        I need strickt action and my money back
